[12:20] that time period I believe has been short now from 30 days to 15 days they

[12:26] did specifically did not does not make a change to the fall election which will

[12:30] still be occurring on November 3rd it does allow counties and we will have to

[12:36] look at this to determine whether or not it would be advantageous for us to

[12:39] consolidate polling places and it does allow for staffing changes with regard

[12:46] to polling places so this is just a brand new long we have not actually

[12:50] received much information yet from the Department of State and we will continue

[12:55] to to review that as that goes forward we received guidance from the Department

[13:04] of office of the records about how to conduct meetings such as this and that's

[13:08] why we're trying to do it this way where we're following the guidance that we

[13:12] have received from the office of open records one thing the office of open

[13:17] records has about the website is that unless there is a need an urgent need to

[13:23] access records they're asking people not to file new right to know

[13:28] at this time their office is working remotely our County is down in staff and

[13:34] they're asking the folks not proceed to file right-to-know request in the

[13:38] absence of there being an urgent need to access those records at this time while

[13:42] we're in a coded 19 emergency situation that's all that I have mr. chairman okay

[19:09] coalition folks about 10 minutes ago making some inquiries concerning this

[19:18] very issue up to and including testing sites do or a close proximity with

[19:24] workers in a more metropolitan area my cover moved off in Canada that perhaps

[19:30] that they could consider Perry County as a testing site and what hoops we would

[19:37] have to perhaps go through to make preparation for that if it were possible

[19:42] to proceed with that and again that was just very recently within the last 10

[19:51] minutes obviously I have not received a response but over the weekend I had

[19:58] several constituents be in touch with at least myself and I'm sure my other two

[20:04] commissioners may have had importance about the same subject I think that's

[20:08] very relevant and again since a lot of our workers are commuting back and forth

[20:15] for both social and economic reasons back and forth of other metropolitan

[20:20] areas I think it's something worth

[20:22] consideration that we're pursuing okay yeah we can I think the thought behind

[20:28] that is that we can keep folks in our county away from the counties that have

[20:35] higher incidents of this virus that will be beneficial to everyone up here

[20:50] okay so just just to clarify real quick sorry about that just to

[20:56] clarify real quick this around you if you're saying basically you're urging

[21:02] people in the county to it takes serious that the social distancing kind of lines

[21:08] and if they don't have travel to places that I've seen more cases please don't
