[26:55] um time when they check them like at 5 years and then I think 10 years again,

[27:19] um McIntosh and it's um a

[27:24] a drainage that goes into the Sandhill River and there's been a lot of erosion

[27:36] funding that can finally get enough funding to

[27:40] be able to do some of these bigger projects.

[27:47] reason why they get so bad is cuz they don't have the funds to do them, you

[27:50] know, so they just continue to um erode and get worse. So and then actually um

[32:32] Rivers Watershed acted as the local unit of government to help facilitate the

[32:36] land buyout um between Mr. Clipping and FEMA.

[32:45] they passed Middle Snake Tamarack passed a resolution

[32:48] um requesting to transfer the ownership to

[32:52] Polk County. Um as

[32:55] their mission is not to I think it's stated in the

[33:03] Uh Yeah, it's not within the mission of of

[33:07] Middle Snake Tamarack Watershed to to own flood buyout property.

[33:12] Um they feel it's more in our mission to

[33:24] not something I would see as park and recreation.
