[3:20] football capital and Carol, one different IJ thought it would may have a city

[19:25] had our current storm. That's one reason why I think I chose that location. I think

[19:34] budget is before you, tonight, for our citizens, does not take that story to

[19:38] consideration very much. But we hope it's going to be open the end of this

[19:42] calendar year or the first and next year. But, you know, how things go. Breaking

[19:47] ground, they kind of look like we should be on the law. We had to find out we didn't have

[27:17] from the current due budget, which is a 2.97% increase. More than half that has personally

[27:22] that we're like, as you all remember, we've got increases in retirement, health insurance.

[27:28] We implemented a police pay plan study as it's proposed by the state.

[27:33] And a $500 per employee, a total of a cost of living adjustment is in this budget.

[27:40] And of course there's benefits relating to all those things as well.

[27:44] In addition,

[27:49] we're not going to do long cattle that were requested.

[27:53] the department did job, the capital was, couldn't find everything, but we do have some

[27:58] services in the current year, so I feel confident that all the capital we need for next year

[28:03] will be able to purchase and implement it through our projects.

[28:08] The only other thing, I really want to just be brief, but I do want to say that I feel confident

[28:14] in the revenue projections.

[28:15] I think they are reasonable and tangible, and I feel like the dollar will be there in this

[28:30] rate increase proposed, there's no use of fund balance

[38:07] assistance about two days after we had met and it discussed a lot of issues.

[38:12] HR related to the pandemic. One thing discussed was incentives for vaccinations and she's

[38:21] got the demo, it's included in the packet, where she confirms that you have the ability to

[38:26] send it at this level. You know, every city of people will be interaction with the public,

[38:34] some more than others, but they all have the ability to get any time their own job interact

[38:39] and we want to keep our order, we want to keep our public safe.

[38:43] We won't help that we are open for business,

[38:46] we're here at the federal level

[38:47] and the way to do that is to have our affords vaccinated.

[38:52] So, if this incentive encourages more affords to be vaccinated,
