[14:40] way the Manhattan community the Riley County community stepped up and

[14:45] responded with the Kovac task force from the Riley County emergency management

[14:52] throughout the County Health Department Via Christi Manhattan surgical hospital

[14:57] Riley County EMS the fire department the police department and of course all of

[15:03] the primary care physician groups around town specifically dr. flourish and dr.

[15:10] chase with center points and dr. novice don't freak it you know it was good to

[15:17] see and when I put this information out that was going on in Manhattan to other

[15:23] communities that had health centers Wichita and Kansas City all the way out

[15:28] in western Kansas they had a lot of questions and they wanted to see

[15:34] wanted to know what was working here and they were very impressed and started to

[15:39] emulate what was happening here so that's a testament to everyone that was

[15:43] involved it was really it was really a great response all things considered and

[15:50] sometimes out of events like this people find a way to really step up and work

[15:55] together and it you know considering what we were responding to it went very

[16:11] will be having working with the Raleigh County Health Department and working on

[16:19] some as before you know that school will be back in session so some sports

[16:25] physicals and School physicals and dental screenings and process over

[30:52] the police department but when we can we're trying to get those outside car

[31:14] disinfecting our trucks and doing everything that we can

[31:25] interaction we do everything else so we are allowing the staff to come inside

[31:34] other stations but what they do work wearing tread wear masks and do stuff

[31:39] because we can we keep them locked down and away from getting some of this some

[51:17] 5,000 applications in already so far and also one of let people know well it

[51:22] hasn't been good that we have had a positive response due to these media

[51:27] sessions on getting additional told work there's one thing that is still

[51:30] concerning for us in that regard is we have had several supervising judges at

[51:35] the polling places declined to work this election the supervising judges are

[51:40] typically individuals while they are the individuals assigned to being in charge

[51:44] of the places they're the ones with the most experience and so that is

[51:48] concerning for us because of course any system just

[51:52] loser with the Marx crazy because that you have so this election due to the

[51:57] current situation because of this pandemic is creating a lot of additional

[52:02] challenges plus at the polling places all the additional safety and security

[52:07] aspects will have to be going in will make it not quite as efficient of a

[52:12] process when people do go to the polls do one remind people that all polling

[52:16] places at this point in time we're in thinking that having all of them open

[52:20] but we never know if there does become a tick if we make it ask to not use

[52:27] certain facilities we can't mandate that they allow us to use them so we keep the

[52:33] public informed as we go along as the situations continue but that's why I

[52:37] continue to emphasize people to send in these applications because not knowing

[52:43] what it's going to be like on August 3rd this ensures that we will get a ballot

[52:47] and help directly to their doorsteps any questions I don't know I just have a

[52:52] comment it's sort of where I've been around talking to people they really

[52:56] especially the elders really like that ability summer whatever it might be

[53:05] traffic to vote from home and I've got nothing but positive some of the younger

[53:13] people have said I still want to go in so that's fine yeah and the elderly

[53:19] really is looking at it well one of the things I was thinking about over the

[53:26] weekend was was just impacting voter numbers both in this MN or me unless

[53:34] that'll be actually I voted on on election days both for the primary and

[53:39] general elections considering where we seem to be of this Co good thing right

[53:45] pale completely off I think we're going to be dealing with it for the rest of

[53:49] the year some way shape or form so lessen the impact of that no means less

[53:55] people on Election Day or through the advanced voting process will probably

[54:08] people are very articulate and letting me know how they feel about the mailers

[54:28] filled out both application to receive them ballot by mail so understand some

[54:33] people's concern change people never like change but as I say from the

[54:37] beginning the choice and the reason to pursue sending out these applications

[54:42] wasn't a political choice because it seems to be divided politically on how

[54:48] people feel about mail about elections it's somewhat at least in the media

[54:52] locally we don't find that because we're having many of those parties filling on

[54:57] the obligations and equal numbers or more so and so it's just due to

[55:02] necessity into the situation we're in because of this pandemic at the time you

[55:07] know we have to start working on this three months ago and we had envisioned

[55:11] worst-case scenario and so that's where we are at that time we just can't make

[55:15] these adjustments on the flight last minute and get this out because we do

[55:20] want people to participate and if people were afraid to go to the polls we still

[55:24] wanted them to be able to have the ability to participate and so that's

[55:27] what it's all about is just precautionary and trying to be prepared

[1:45:30] that the building receptionist also is not reflected in those numbers at this

[1:45:35] point so with that on the budget and developmental worksheet it is the same

[1:45:47] thing that you had was thinking I was okay with all three of those I don't

[1:46:27] know how Tyler you're gonna work at thirty six extra thirty six thousand

[1:48:14] CIP transfer doesn't say on that transfer that maybe we continue I guess

[1:48:40] we really can't really go to do it now pretty soon knowing there's don't wall

[1:48:45] being a budget ready in the budget I I still think we need to have some more

[1:48:50] depth conversation about what we want to do and how we're going to go about doing

[1:48:54] this maybe we wait on the transfer but kind of keep it to the side maybe but I

[1:49:07] don't

[1:49:17] it because one day we have your go to the bill if you don't budget it now it's

[1:50:19] at the end of three or four five years you have the money to do what you want

[1:50:28] million dollars if you guys decide to go another Sun and others I have made

[1:50:31] purchase the land that you want until you even sell the site that you have and

[1:50:35] so it gives you more flexibility and you just saw how quickly it took to go

[1:50:41] through million dollars within the last 30 minutes and that kind of just changed

[1:50:45] my mind to having that having that money not earmarked baby because we may need

[1:50:51] it bits and pieces of it here to finish

[1:50:53] this project I know it's a it's a catch it's a real catch you know yeah you

[1:50:59] don't have to have an earmark for any any capital items specifically we're
