[7:19] match of about 5.9 million. The

[7:22] majority of that goes toward

[7:24] for corridor improvement

[7:26] projects, but a small portion

[7:29] of it, about $1 million, is for

[7:31] various planning and

[7:32] demonstration work. And that

[7:34] $32,000 comes from that.

[7:40] corridors, which I, the DS has

[7:43] presented on. And we've gotten

[7:44] plenty of information on in the

[7:45] past. That work is in the

[7:47] design phase right now.

[7:52] phase. So we're we're in the

[7:54] process of getting design

[7:56] consultants under agreement to

[8:04] construction. So that would be

[33:41] complaints online so people can

[33:43] submit that. So we regularly

[33:45] are looking at the online

[33:47] portal portal to make sure that

[33:49] it's accessible, right. That

[35:04] meet with the chief Captain

[35:07] his other staff. And we want to

[35:11] map out what those parameters

[35:13] are. And we've been working

[35:15] back at the Police

[35:16] Accountability Board to really

[35:18] make it clear, to articulate

[35:20] what it is that we are seeking

[35:22] so that we can grant that

[35:24] access. We felt that the

[35:25] meeting was very productive and

[35:27] that we just needed, again, to

[35:30] make clear what exactly it is

[35:32] that we were looking for.

[35:39] positive for positive movement.

[47:57] public hearing for the zoning

[47:59] outside of the district forms

[48:00] that we talked about, the

[48:01] public hearing will be held on

[48:03] Thursday, November 12th at 6

[48:05] p.m. The council will not vote

[48:07] on the zoning code until at

[48:09] least November, but possibly

[48:11] December, pending the public

[48:13] input and decisions that

[48:14] council has to make. I will

[48:17] open it up just to see if

[48:18] there's any quick questions

[48:19] about process, and then we will

[48:21] adjourn. Any questions?

[48:25] understanding when we had

[48:26] initially discussed a plan that

[48:28] a someone who hadn't worked on

[48:29] the zoning code, an independent

[48:32] person would be available to us

[48:34] to discuss the code. So I'm I

[48:37] didn't hear that in the list of

[48:39] things you you mentioned. So I

[48:40] just wanted to follow up on

[48:42] that piece.

[48:42] >> Sure. So the, the consultant

[48:47] that we're talking about worked

[48:49] on this, the very front end of

[48:51] Zap in the previous

[48:53] administration. I don't think,

[48:55] to my understanding, has been

[48:57] involved. And we can get

[48:58] confirmation from the

[49:00] administration since the

[49:02] beginning, but they would be an

[49:04] outside consultant that would I

[49:05] don't think they've worked on

[49:06] our zoning code. And we can ask

[49:09] maybe the council staff also to

[49:11] confirm this in any substantive

[49:13] matter. And in a couple of

[49:15] years.

[49:21] had. This is my first time

[49:22] hearing that cameras would be

[49:24] the, the group. And initially

[49:25] we had, you know, discussions

[49:32] expectation and some

[49:33] expectations we had around who

[49:35] would be doing this and what

[49:36] decision making around it would

[49:37] look like. But I'm happy to

[49:39] hang back and discuss further.

[49:53] budget season, council staff

[49:56] puts out a a graphic that is

[49:58] shareable so that people know

[50:00] where and when to engage. When

[50:02] do we plan to have the four

[50:05] district based sessions

[50:07] scheduled?

[50:08] >> So at this point, I believe

[50:10] staff are working on locations

[50:11] and have been working with

[50:12] district council members to

[50:14] solidify that. I know that we

[50:15] have two confirmed dates and

[50:17] locations, and we're working on

[50:18] the other two. So it is our

[50:19] hope that by tomorrow we'll

[50:21] have that ready and then we'll

[50:22] be able to put out a graphic to

[50:25] the public through our social

[50:27] media and other channels,

[50:30] hopefully by early next week.

[50:32] >> Great. I know there's

[50:33] continues to be. There's going

[50:35] to always be some communication

[50:37] from community members that

[50:38] there's not enough public

[50:39] engagement, there's not enough

[50:40] public hearings, as you just

[50:42] laid out. There's going to be

[50:43] at least five more. Six more,

[50:46] maybe not just for us, but for

[50:49] community members to come

[50:50] participate. So I think we just

[50:51] need to continue to, to beat

[50:52] that drum over and over again

[50:54] and encourage people to come

[50:55] out to those sessions.

[50:58] encourage anyone in the next

[50:59] couple of months to also join

[51:00] us for speak to council and

[51:02] sign up to speak on zoning.

[51:03] It'll be on the A list because

[51:05] it is an item that's before us.

[51:10] council will be prioritized.
