[44:07] DOC-2022-422 : Ratify grant application for Behavioral Health Quality Improvement Program grant funding in the amount up to $900,000, administered by California Department of Healthcare Services to support the policy and infrastructure changes to support implementation of California’s Medi-Cal waiver, California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM); approve agreement with Intrepid Ascent in the amount of $546,750 for project deliverables required of the County as part of the CalAIM initiative, and take related actions, as recommended by the Director of Health Services
[44:07] DOC-2022-423 : Approve multi-year agreement with Resource Development Associates in the amount of $529,598 for evaluation of grant-funded services and the development of an integrated service model for people with behavioral health issues experiencing homelessness in the Cities of Watsonville and Santa Cruz, and take related actions, as recommended by the Director of Health Services
[44:07] DOC-2022-424 : Accept grant allocation in the amount of $7,597,706 from the California Health Facilities Financing Authority (CHFFA) for the Investment in Mental Health Wellness for Children and Youth (IMHWCY) grant program to support construction of the proposed Children’s Crisis Stabilization Program and Crisis Residential Program in Watsonville; adopt resolution authorizing the Health Services Agency (HSA) to participate in IMHWCY grant program with CHFFA; ratify grant application to the California Department of Healthcare Services (DHCS) for the Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program (BHCIP), through Advocates for Human Potential, for funding to support construction of the Watsonville facility and a sixteen-bed Crisis Residential Program at the former site of the Harbor Vet Building; authorize the Director of HSA or designee to sign grant agreements and related grant documents; ratify grant application to DHCS for Behavioral Health County and Tribal Planning Grant funding from BHCIP and accept its grant allocation in the amount of $150,000 for the design and site planning costs; direct HSA to return to the Board on June 7, 2022, with a report on the status of the aforementioned two projects, and take related actions, as recommended by the Director of Health Services
