[1:57]
I motion carries 3-0. Old business for
[1:59]
the Board of Public Works and Safety.
[2:04]
» Okay.
[2:06]
Good morning, gentlemen, for American
[2:07]
Code Enforcement. Um, uh,
[2:10]
back on the 11th, I brought you four
[2:12]
properties to issue orders to appear.
[2:14]
Two of them got cleaned up. Uh, 15
[2:17]
Grandview Drive did not clean did not
[2:19]
get cleaned up, neither did 1018
[2:21]
Crestmore Drive. So, I'm asking for an
[2:23]
order. I don't think anybody here
[2:25]
replied to any of those.
[2:27]
» I called yesterday that
[2:30]
the owner
[2:32]
» Okay, 15 Grandview.
[2:34]
» I guess someone
[2:36]
called me that's supposed to be managing
[2:38]
it, so
[2:43]
» Do you have a phone Do you have some
[2:44]
information?
[2:46]
» I have a contact.
[2:46]
» A contact for them? Okay.
[2:49]
Okay. Well, if you want, I I I'll get a
[2:50]
hold of 15 Grandview and get the
[2:52]
information from Beth.
[2:54]
» So, I still just didn't make a motion to
[2:57]
make both of them appear, you know.
[3:01]
» So, make
[3:03]
Okay. Now, like, so we've already done
[3:05]
the appear. They're not here.
[3:08]
Yeah, so we're asking for it to be
[3:09]
cleaned up now.
[3:10]
» Okay. I'm sorry. I'm sorry, gentlemen.
[3:12]
» My fault.
[3:13]
» Yep.
[3:15]
So, [clears throat] I guess can we just
[3:18]
issue an order for both of them to to be
[3:20]
clean, but I will get a hold of 15
[3:22]
Grandview. Miss Corley said she has a
[3:24]
phone number for somebody. If they come
[3:26]
and get it cleaned up, then we won't
[3:27]
touch it. If they don't within a certain
[3:30]
amount of days, then we
[3:32]
the street department will go take care
[3:34]
of it.
[3:34]
» Yep. Sounds good to me, Mayor.
[3:36]
» Okay.
[3:38]
» So, Mayor, I entertain motion to uh
[3:41]
order the properties at 15 Grandview and
[3:45]
1018 Crestmore Drive cleaned up.
[3:48]
» How many days are we talking to give
[3:49]
them? Seven? 14?
[3:51]
» No, we're we're we're going to clean it
[3:53]
up. We've already given them the notice.
[3:54]
» Okay.
[3:55]
» Yeah.
[3:56]
» But if you hear from him
[3:58]
today or tomorrow or something on
[4:00]
» Yeah, I'll just probably give him 5 days
[4:02]
to get it picked up because it's trash.
[4:04]
A little bit of trash, so I'll just talk
[4:06]
to the people that at Greenview, tell
[4:08]
them they got 5 days to get it cleaned
[4:10]
up. If it's not done, then the city's
[4:11]
going to go ahead and come and pick it
[4:12]
up, then we'll assess it in taxes.
[4:17]
» I'll make a motion for the city to clean
[4:18]
up the properties at 18 Crestmore Drive
[4:21]
and 15 Grandview Drive.
[4:26]
» I second that.
[4:27]
» Discussion?
[4:28]
Anyone in the public wish to speak?
[4:31]
Hearing none, all in favor say aye.
[4:32]
» Aye.
[4:33]
» The motion carries 3-0. Thank you.
[4:34]
» Thank you, gentlemen.
[4:34]

[5:21]
And I believe
[5:22]
uh that dollar amount on the maintenance
[5:23]
bond is $13,082.93.
[5:32]
» Is there a motion to release the uh
[5:35]
bond, the
[5:37]
construction bond, and then
[5:39]
enact the maintenance bond, correct?
[5:44]
