[0:08]
This is the town of Charlottes, Legislature, Monitor, and Regular Meeting.
[0:13]
For Monday, August 24th, 2020, said, again, for this evening, we have the representatives from the
[0:22]
Moff state police here, and then under new business we have, I will report, grant agreement, personnel,
[0:33]
In the local assessor of agreement, down Administrators report, we need to sign in the
[0:39]
approved minutes and all of the stats meeting, more 26, 17 or 18 dash points, we have a second
[0:48]
class, what we're realizing is for storage, at the back office and for storage, at the back
[0:54]
of stuff to endorsement, and then on there are old-bris business, we've got the British
[1:00]
So many closures and military sewer projects.
[1:04]
Anything else we need to do?
[1:07]
Find a home.
[1:08]
Yeah.
[1:09]
Excuse me, sir.
[1:10]
All right.
[1:11]
We're going to be able to do this.
[1:14]
My name is Michael Cameron.
[1:15]
I'm a station manager.
[1:16]
It's South Garcia.
[1:17]
I'm going to go.
[1:18]
We use one of our newer tubers.
[1:21]
I say all those cities.
[1:21]
These are the, well, we started doing sounds.
[1:25]
[1:25]
It's each group of guests.
[1:26]
It's kind of a town where they have a little bit more over sight.
[1:29]
We're going to have a week of time.
[1:30]
If you will, to the town, have to pull as long as that town.
[1:35]
So I thought it was important.
[1:37]
To tell them anything about it.
[1:38]
To the toilet, the toilet, and as it is, it doesn't mean the town.
[1:41]
So when that hand out some business cards,
[1:43]
you folks have, I'm gonna put some of his,
[1:45]
and just the smelling, and the C.A. is not in the mirror.
[1:49]
We say, we provide a lot of corporate services for the children.
[1:53]
24, 7, and the share are still in small contract here.
[1:57]
We've got 12 ways from seasonal, like 16 hours, and we're right now, but it was to be a staple all in there.
[2:04]
So they suck in our apartment, and our shelter is out here.
[2:07]
That's a great, great thing, because we need all the help we can get these days.
[2:12]
We're a little bit short set.
[2:13]
So I'm glad we hear that they thought we could cover the children, but Jordan and Heidi,
[2:20]
what you really had to contract.
[2:22]
I couldn't even be the same one.
[2:25]
That's your Fairfax, and it's not for those of you who start.
[2:29]
So they have a contract with them.
[2:32]
Yeah, so we're going to go through our hand and write,
[2:33]
and I don't want any things that I would think
[2:35]
for these also, it's just to put it out of that,
[2:39]
looking for people out on all kinds of, you guys.
[2:41]
Family friends, times you believe in,
[2:43]
I don't know if your people are looking for a really good job
[2:45]
if you actually don't have a fit, it's a pay,
[2:47]
a retirement, a opportunity to be some
[2:50]
good job satisfaction.
[2:52]
And that's part of the reason I want you to do this is scarcer.
[2:55]
You haven't held close to the visuals that might fit the role of us.
[3:02]
We'd love to have them come in and do the right one.
[3:05]
Get a more patient.
[3:09]
Yeah, I don't have this one.
[3:10]
Yeah, I've got some statistical stuff.
[3:12]
I don't know how much of you guys are in hearing any of that.
[3:15]
As far as calls, I'm sure it's the last 12 months of the time,
[3:17]
and you know, rest very tight to call that kind of thing.
[3:23]
I will say that children represents about 6% of our total call volume,
[3:27]
annually, multiple times we cover, frankly,
[3:30]
and we bring out counties so it's probably about average.
[3:34]
Some of the other times we cover this, generally, yeah.
[3:40]
But, yeah, that's about what I have.
[3:45]
For just introduction or bit of information, do you have any questions?
[3:48]
I did a bunch of these things, it's very level of community involved in questions and ideas, I saw it stuff, it was a little happy to answer any questions, and I'm going to talk about that again.
[4:05]
How much time do you spend in children, or narrower?
[4:10]
On average, it depends on the day, so each trooper, we have a minimum of four state-based
[4:17]
members that is generally between troopers and sergeants, mom and her shifts, and we're
[4:24]
covering all the weekends, we're covering all the right amount of County All-Franck County.
[4:30]
So we have a very broad, we're everywhere at some old times, but we spend a good amount
[4:35]
time in Sheldon because one repats through Sheldon to get everywhere into which is kind of a
[4:41]
hotspot for calls and with Enesbury, the right axis and high gate is actually a good
[4:47]
triangle around Sheldon. I'm going to try to do personally directed control in Sheldon usually
[4:55]
on May 3, 105 every other week. We've had a variety of directed controls in Sheldon over the
[5:04]
last couple months, just increasing to be that to you how you increase a more real
[5:08]
of complaints and children, especially with four wheelers and, you know, 18Vs in general
[5:15]
under bikes seem to be everywhere and a lot of times they do not stop, every single time
[5:21]
they do not stop, so we've been trying to focus a lot of our attention on one of five
[5:34]
from folks around here, I do share some of them myself when I've disseminated them to
[5:38]
the YouTubers of Ferris. I'm on the way to a real cool place these days.
[5:42]
Some are in town here and I'm just, you know, some of the tools that I'm going to apply.
[5:46]
So, okay.
[5:49]
And that's part of it. I'll leave my business garden. You guys, if you want to put that in a
[5:52]
great shop, they're like, when we have any areas, when we know what's going on, I guess it's something
[5:58]
that's hard. Like, we're not always three of you. I'm doing these direct patrols, but we know
[6:02]
Well, here's a hotspot, let's keep some attention to this area.
[6:08]
And so there has been, I would say, significant.
[6:11]
But a fair number of kind of calls for services,
[6:14]
and shall them complete for equality.
[6:18]
So please give that a phrase.
[6:19]
You can come to US and you can do what you can.
[6:23]
Particularly in the various, there is some,
[6:25]
several allows around your kind of things.
[6:27]
And watch what's just a case sometimes.
[6:29]
You can try and focus our efforts on that.
[6:31]
We work alongside the sheriff's part of it too, you know,
[6:35]
it's something to share to really get about sharing information
[6:38]
and advice versus it.
[6:39]
And so, yeah, it's geographically,
[6:43]
you tell them it's a time of benefit,
[6:44]
that's from having an increased school stress,
[6:47]
and it's just because you've got to go to a computer,
[6:49]
you know, to have a better work.
[6:51]
I feel great.
[6:52]
Perk here.
[6:53]
First of all, we're trying to do your time everyday.
[6:56]
So I'll do those.
[6:56]
One of the big reasons we went to Damcare,
[6:58]
down to the building just because of the third building.
[7:03]
Yep.
[7:05]
I mean, fingers feel this is the very offing night.
[7:08]
You know, for a long day, don't have a pretty stay camp for a small number of
[7:13]
all sorts of sort of stuff.
[7:14]
You just don't have, you know, they're not on the way in.
[7:17]
It's not like a town that edge of our troll tent of Montgomery.
[7:23]
You don't go through anything to get to Montgomery.
[7:25]
You come to see all this.
[7:27]
So, you guys think that it's been having a hard time.
[7:30]
Our conference just because the directives, it was sort of a long stretch of one or four at either, you do.
[7:39]
Overclocking with the Sierra hasn't been carried out for a quarter of crashes, so, you know, which is in the self-year effect,
[7:47]
have been played through serious crashes up there.
[7:52]
Do all we can do is a bit bad about it kind of.
[8:00]
people check.
[8:01]
We can't get a reward.
[8:02]
Let's see.
[8:06]
We're going to have to find out what's going to be
[8:08]
questions.
[8:09]
Yeah, we've got a lot of complaints about speeding in particular in our
[8:14]
town and requests for more patrols or speedy hogs or speed bumps or various things of that sort.
[8:23]
Do you guys have any recommendations on what us as a select board can do for like a
[8:28]
solution besides trying to just increase patrols I mean it's great and when there's
[8:34]
somebody there certainly there's less speeding going on but just as like a
[8:38]
in general way to like kind of lower this feed that you know all of you a lot of
[8:43]
towns have you know steep signs built in the signs up you're coming up a street from
[8:49]
on five years yeah there's a change so right there's 25 like like you don't
[8:56]
of grass and a lot of times I've heard are making a kind of technology to like really
[9:07]
great people to touch with. Okay, that's what that's here. You know, you're going to
[9:11]
pass it. So you know, that's something that's, that's something that's, that's, that's
[9:15]
a fact of this while. Is there data that shows those, so I don't know, um, I'm sure
[9:22]
there's something, I'm sure there's something that I think if, if you were to ask like
[9:29]
I'm sure a few very quiet ones, you know, those times again.
[9:32]
You know, you can best get in some of these things.
[9:34]
It has this help.
[9:36]
And then I feel like they can be some real.
[9:39]
And we're like a trouble over to Newport.
[9:42]
There's a lot of small downs through that.
[9:45]
Going over that way.
[9:46]
That has a little bit of shit.
[9:47]
So we're up for it.
[9:48]
Yeah.
[9:49]
I think we actually have an aside part when we're having a lot of speed car,
[9:53]
which we can build a coil in the times this.
[9:57]
It's in the midst of getting it, like we've had two of them parked out of the Wilson garage for a number of years and I've been used.
[10:03]
So, or it is something we have is available. We're trying to get it up and running as we speak quite high a long, for example, as asked people,
[10:12]
that's another one of those times, like we just, it's not on the way to anywhere, because they don't people up there, or at least, you can give us some attention.
[10:20]
So, I'm trying to get that to feed car out of them.
[10:22]
So what you know, the chairs, yeah, we have it up here and we have it up here and we have
[10:29]
for this for a while.
[10:30]
It was a couple of years.
[10:31]
Yeah, yeah.
[10:33]
And those things, at least ours, as we alluded to, say that, so we can come back, but I can
[10:38]
come back and set it over once and come back.
[10:40]
So we'll be in a month and a half.
[10:41]
Okay, this is what the dad was on the sign right.
[10:44]
Yeah.
[10:44]
So average speed is on the cars one through there, so it's like, you know, that, you know,
[10:49]
then break it all down.
[10:50]
how many people were only over 60, how many people were 50, but out of the way.
[10:55]
As that functionality as well, but at the size, I don't think it's a huge investment.
[11:03]
The size I need to be moved to, we got from somewhere in the 20th, there for a year and somewhere else.
[11:09]
We wanted to make, you know, say, buy four phones.
[11:13]
Personally, I'm one of five.
[11:16]
right next year we're going on the ball, right here on the ball field,
[11:19]
right here's off to 40, 50, 40, to 50,
[11:22]
50 minutes of school zone.
[11:24]
I mean, I'm pulled over multiple people in the past.
[11:28]
In the past, a couple months, who claim, I don't know what it's.
[11:31]
They're talking to a claim that they need to rely on the 40-month
[11:34]
hours.
[11:35]
So, or they don't even know what the changes are.
[11:38]
So, there was going to be some sort of investment
[11:40]
into a electronic sign, that's personal and we're out of it.
[11:44]
I'll be in the pudding and it does change the rate over the bridge there and also we're
[11:48]
on the ballpark.
[11:49]
I mean, the spring and fall when you have baseball games every single, you know, every
[11:56]
other night in the week and there's multiple parties, one in the run that you have, people will
[12:01]
go and 50, 50, 50, 60, 60, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, I mean, I mean,
[12:06]
I try to incorporate on the, I try to incorporate right on the curve as you pass in the
[12:13]
So I'm heading west, but I also try to have a parking front of the storage units as much as possible.
[12:19]
That stretch of the road is because people will hammer it as soon as they see that the TV.
[12:22]
Yeah, I'm laying down on the line, but they'll hammer it.
[12:25]
So that's where I try to park, but it's definitely that's a hotspot of there definitely needs to be some sort of people.
[12:34]
I feel I feel that people will be more aware of this being changed if there was some sort of watch on my side.
[12:39]
And obviously, I would try to say there were more people who were realizing it, and most of the time,
[12:45]
they amount of people going through five to six months an hour has drastically changed the path to even the ones in the summer.
[12:51]
And that was all I wanted to say.
[12:53]
We used to be met with the drink before, I was one of five.
[12:56]
Do you have a side count with them?
[12:58]
What can we do?
[12:59]
It's kind of a way old.
[13:01]
Maybe not officially.
[13:01]
Is there a danger of a search of a highway?
[13:03]
I don't know.
[13:03]
Yeah, but it was like a 20-towery crash zone.
[13:06]
Yeah, I don't know.
[13:07]
I've been doing this for a couple of years.
[13:08]
I've been doing this for a couple of years.
[13:11]
Unfortunately, I didn't see any more coming in terms of changes
[13:15]
on my way to my interactions.
[13:18]
Yeah.
[13:19]
Yeah. They, you know, are on the stretch of the ceremony,
[13:21]
and they can, they've done something that's something that does help.
[13:25]
Unfortunately, they can't put up a post-a-house in,
[13:27]
because it's too loud if you go up and they go,
[13:29]
these conversations that they can play,
[13:31]
and they will continue to be based on what they do.
[13:33]
It's just, it's, it's again, it's stable, it's a dangerous structure.
[13:38]
If I wear it for a month, yeah.
[13:41]
Yeah, where is that?
[13:42]
There are our meetings a little bit more on the floor.
[13:46]
If that's a stay-highway, when you have your meetings, it'll be a train.
[13:49]
Except that.
[13:50]
Except that we put forward.
[13:51]
They can put signs up there with a sign.
[13:53]
I don't know.
[13:53]
And that's something that we certainly, I've got.
[13:56]
I've got a privilege to ship on the floor.
[13:57]
So that'll be a chance to sell them.
[13:58]
So that's something that I certainly can relate to that.
[14:01]
because I think that's there, that's something to make me understand the group of people.
[14:07]
I don't know if there's some grant in the project.
[14:09]
I'm sure that there's quite some grant money out there.
[14:11]
I'll give them the, the Dallas Rose.
[14:13]
It's interesting to be there.
[14:15]
Thank you.
[14:16]
Thank you.
[14:17]
So, certainly something that, um, a constitutional.
[14:27]
And you also want us to have a meeting?
[14:30]
Um, as far as recruitment is concerned,
[14:32]
The school is going to be planning an open house, and we're going to have different representatives, like Girl Scouts, and other areas, so I don't know if that's something that you just want to be there for.
[14:46]
I already can't help business cards or promote it in some way. I'm sure there's people who are looking for jobs.
[14:52]
So, when you send us a script, there is some events, and you work with Steve.
[14:55]
I, I'm with all the, all the, all the things about GTO, and I...
[15:00]
So I can I can make sure that we get the word out.
[15:08]
We also have a trunk or tree and we use fire department comes and kiddos love it and I mean, they have a police car there, that's what I mean, they get a firing bell and they're happy as heck.
[15:28]
Yeah, I can reach out when we get specific plans, kid, kid does love that.
[15:34]
Yeah, and there's, I mean, there's sort of individuals who are just like, how about
[15:40]
doing this work?
[15:41]
It's just really funny.
[15:42]
We're just working.
[15:44]
Yeah.
[15:44]
Well, kind of, we are.
[15:45]
These things have come down over the years.
[15:47]
That's yeah.
[15:49]
I got a good friend, just a guy, a counselor, and I do.
[15:52]
And then he knows his father's true voice like he knows a lot of it.
[15:58]
This person I feel like is being written in a personal scale.
[16:04]
He always keeps reading it.
[16:06]
He always does what he's writing and they always like,
[16:08]
they see if you did this kind of billboard.
[16:10]
They kind of stuck it in.
[16:12]
It's something like that.
[16:13]
Like that.
[16:13]
Those individuals who can really fit the mold.
[16:18]
So it's a great, it's been a very, great, I mean,
[16:22]
I think you'll play this.
[16:25]
That's not my rest.
[16:26]
I don't know.
[16:28]
And I get benefits.
[16:30]
Pay everything.
[16:31]
It's good around here.
[16:32]
It is like, reasonable.
[16:34]
Other seats.
[16:35]
There's more like, you can come along with these people.
[16:38]
So, yeah.
[16:40]
Awesome.
[16:41]
If you think there's someone out there, that might be just it.
[16:45]
Yeah.
[16:45]
Or ours.
[16:47]
Yeah.
[16:48]
Yeah.
[16:48]
I can get the order.
[16:49]
Yeah.
[16:53]
Sure.
[16:54]
Okay.
[16:55]
We'll say if you're having a sorry, you shouldn't have a way to sort of have to know this
[16:59]
if it ain't good.
[17:00]
It's very easy.
[17:00]
I'll leave these cards with them.
[17:02]
And if you guys want to have any questions, go ahead and take a call or, you know, all of that.
[17:10]
All of them.
[17:11]
And all of them.
[17:15]
All right.
[17:16]
Let's go.
[17:17]
Let's
[17:25]
go.
[17:26]
Let's go.
[17:26]
Let's go.
[17:27]
We've always wanted to work on a truck, trying to get a right for the winter obviously.
[17:43]
It's coming clear, so we didn't be breaks on the after 50 they were due for a change.
[17:52]
First time we changed them so they were due for a month.
[17:56]
It's a bunch of work to the 2015 concerts start.
[18:00]
We replaced both the air tanks on it with all the tanks and plugs, the air zirers, the
[18:07]
fuel tanks straps when you had to patch the fuel tank itself, starting at the end, and there
[18:14]
were a couple of smaller, essentially patched it, hopefully that will for a couple of years.
[18:21]
We can replace the C1, the PTO, all of them are not on the 15, and it may be the same.
[18:27]
The hood looks like the separate.
[18:29]
So we had the six sides as well.
[18:36]
So the EAT team put it in the alternator and had to be there.
[18:39]
We're starting to split it all on the pretty bad.
[18:42]
So here we have time to change that only a time.
[18:49]
The 2021 setup we had to set that out to about 1,2,
[18:53]
the CO2, the CO2, the fuel traffic is underneath the truck, and the traffic itself
[19:00]
sees the energy from the other all so we set up them, and while they had a big, how to do
[19:05]
so much of them for the bed chain, the sliding bed chain.
[19:13]
We installed the turnaround on the
[19:16]
We could cut it and move the trees out there and under that installed, I'm going to put it in there to see the colder.
[19:26]
So I was putting that into this four or five days and you know all that.
[19:33]
There was a water leak on boarding house growth.
[19:36]
That was not the apartment.
[19:39]
It was like an inch and a half long, so we did lose quite a bit of water down.
[19:43]
Talked there, you'd done that.
[19:44]
on the whole one or the side, so if you came with their sound,
[19:51]
then we had another war leak
[19:53]
off the main line on 105, that was when they sold that line, some of those have to look
[20:00]
on the mobile phone, some aren't connected to our wire system, but they ran in lines for them
[20:06]
and they sent one of the time, and the early tap, the seal, I joined that on the cell, so
[20:14]
we can, we fixed that last week and both of them still have to, it's right around like 38,000
[20:22]
gallons almost every average which is pretty good because of bills. And then in the higher 40s 45,
[20:29]
and so we, our students who are fixing that week. So I think we're pretty, I think we're pretty tight now.
[20:38]
We have the Reservoir tanks expected and do our five years in how to do this year.
[20:46]
So, the came in with the little camera submarine thing and went down in the tanks and took a bunch of pictures of everything.
[20:54]
The tank was in really good shape and the same with the one on our wellhouse.
[21:00]
The instructor says there actually was the cleanest tanks.
[21:03]
He seems so we're getting pretty real good water.
[21:08]
The sewer project in the springs is just a wrap-up.
[21:13]
I see that over there today, I'm hot.
[21:16]
I'm on furniture and I see what they're doing today,
[21:18]
because they've done all the painting.
[21:20]
So I think they're very, very shoulder work today.
[21:22]
Maybe this may not be...
[21:23]
There was one lady here.
[21:25]
They took a group of groups.
[21:26]
They worked with the six-nerd right away.
[21:29]
I'm just excited.
[21:30]
They've been her mom.
[21:31]
Zero.
[21:32]
So that's what we're going to put a little point to the homeowner.
[21:34]
I think the law is separate that one.
[21:36]
I don't know if I can get a look.
[21:37]
I don't know if I can get a look.
[21:39]
Right.
[21:40]
And it's just that she was just upset because they did all the other ones earlier.
[21:45]
I don't know if they were.
[21:46]
I think they had more to do in her area and else around.
[21:50]
I think the other wants to.
[21:52]
We're fixed with just moving to Offsolo around and then talks about that.
[21:56]
So in hardest is that they had told me that five of that were going to be done at the end of the last.
[22:03]
The last time we met, we met with athletes, and then they stayed in that minute show.
[22:09]
We come up with that picture of what happened.
[22:11]
But I'm sure the fund record didn't want to be here this late either.
[22:15]
But I'm not exactly sure what happened.
[22:17]
But anyway, it just took longer than we thought it was going to take for us.
[22:21]
She was upset about that.
[22:22]
But I think it's now going to be.
[22:24]
She's got her ERC to be down as far as I know.
[22:26]
And I believe that if they're here tomorrow, those will just be fixing stuff.
[22:32]
Yeah, we talked to raising two manholes out outside of their project, closer to the store, just to locate that all the manholes are leveled with the new asshole.
[22:45]
So, I assume that we don't know everything that's leading around the hall there, but I'm not entirely sure.
[22:51]
the way it was a little bit further.
[22:55]
September 15th is when they're coming in.
[22:58]
So I'm supposed to be meeting with the B.O.R.
[23:01]
I've only heard that at some point recently because we're probably going to have to adjust
[23:08]
some of that original list of papers that we wanted to do.
[23:13]
The grant wasn't further.
[23:15]
The grant's money isn't enough to do all of you shelter.
[23:17]
It was from where we left off last time to be ended at the down the line.
[23:21]
But we're so close, it doesn't make sense to try to get another answer to it, so that we might have to use some of our time money to finish and show them their own.
[23:32]
I can get next more sense.
[23:37]
But the other supposed to be coming with middle, it's a hundred and a hundred and a hundred and a hundred.
[23:42]
I don't know why I say it in my little week or so.
[23:44]
I guess I don't find the sort of price a little more than me.
[23:51]
Trying to get on this cable for the guard rails.
[23:55]
There's another way your dark rail on your shoulder, it's not very long.
[23:59]
It's a 50-9-star rail, it was 100 feet old.
[24:04]
But we had a pile of old dark rails behind the door, and then they're craters.
[24:10]
So I took all those out of the door, sort of going out, hopefully they can use that to save some money.
[24:18]
Because 300 feet of guys on the like $2500,000 wish.
[24:23]
100 feet of guys on the bill rate higher.
[24:25]
Because that was a little...
[24:26]
Obviously I'm bored, so I'm not sure.
[24:28]
That's a lot of shit.
[24:29]
No, it's not for kids. It's just a little cool.
[24:34]
All right, we got an outhouse.
[24:35]
The other spot where we could use one of the actual idea is that
[24:38]
Bob of Pro del I'm Club of Street on the corner of the...
[24:45]
That's a pretty good bank right there.
[24:48]
That would be like another 100s of cold or gargrelds.
[24:52]
So I was trying to see if I'm going to deal with that easy one.
[24:56]
I'm going to carry that.
[24:57]
I think you were done a long time ago from the state project or something.
[25:01]
And there was some sitting.
[25:02]
I wasn't.
[25:03]
You had a sandboss.
[25:06]
So we got those all cold out.
[25:11]
And then we were working on the grants.
[25:14]
a project, trying to figure out the details of that, but we're trying to do like rebase
[25:23]
swamp road, like put back, cut the road down to the greater, probably five inches, and
[25:28]
I put a new storm day slayer in, well put pack of downs in the storm day slayer in the top,
[25:34]
but also the stuff that slayer is going to roll back on top, and hopefully that'll help that problem.
[25:42]
Obviously, it's probably not expensive at all, but if you're sort of passable all year round,
[25:52]
but we, you know, twice a hundred people put a plan, and I said, we asked it.
[25:57]
That's the grant program that we're a free group for certain amount of money.
[26:01]
But when we picked the project, we had to let them know what it is, and then they say,
[26:04]
okay, let them do it.
[26:05]
And we have to do it by the end of September, but we, there's another issue there,
[26:12]
was that when they did the roger roger roger in the inventory last year, they first
[26:17]
they went out in August, and for instance, all dry is there. There's no obvious erosion
[26:21]
problems, but we told that in a very kind it was a different story because so we've done
[26:27]
a bunch of them. So it looked nice. It looked like a nice right now, but we know that
[26:31]
the spring rolls around again, if there's a great chance that the roger will break up in
[26:35]
a lot of erosion problems, but it didn't look like that, and I don't know if there's something.
[26:41]
basically we applied them and said, hey, we know it looked pretty fast on us, but this
[26:46]
grain, it was pretty, like a money mess, and it couldn't be work on this segment, and here's
[26:50]
the plan, so, see if they agree with us, and we'll be able to start that project.
[26:58]
Yeah, because that's just, it's just a thing where we just need to let them know what we're doing.
[27:02]
Okay.
[27:03]
We do it.
[27:08]
But yeah, that was $25,000, so the way I have, if we tend to with what I have is doing it,
[27:17]
it's right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right.
[27:20]
So hopefully they'll screw on, we should be all set to do it one hundred and say we can.
[27:28]
I ordered four of the tires for the greater, and then next year when the engine comes off,
[27:33]
or as an extra tool, we didn't play out enough in the buzzer, so they're doing for a tiger
[27:39]
if we'll get through this year. I'm just flying with this light up and this frame will have
[27:43]
a tiger's on the radar.
[27:48]
We set one to say it almost too great. The road didn't want to
[28:03]
It goes out on certain, a couple of hours.
[28:08]
This couple of weeks ago,
[28:15]
everyone's got onto this last month.
[28:19]
We got to install two holders on each other before they pay.
[28:25]
One of them is a 24 inch holder and it's probably got like five inches of clearance in the middle of it.
[28:32]
It's going to squish down and the other one is similar to it.
[28:36]
But I'm not going to ask about it, but I'm going to be sweeter place.
[28:45]
Other than that, we got a great contoured again, and it's due for another grade.
[28:49]
And there's a broken head around one that falls off over a tiny shoulder or a double
[28:53]
ground deal with this.
[28:54]
We'll just need to double it in a little, a little concrete header.
[28:58]
So we'll just have to make a forming for that one day.
[29:01]
That's right down by the town line.
[29:07]
There are a little bit more welding to do on the 2015 on that track.
[29:12]
That's the track for me, that jean is pretty worn out, so we got to fix that and then rear differential on the 25th and certainly too, so once we have those few things done, all the trucks should be going to go for one there, hopefully, not the most possible.
[29:32]
I'm gonna
[29:37]
start the grandson in front of her, I'll be holding herself right there for us and obviously I'll start the case in this month.
[29:54]
That's good to say, a photo room.
[29:56]
Oh, I don't know where to start doing that. We've all done some, we've all done, I think it's uh...
[30:00]
We're going to have four or five loaves, so we're still going to put it all in, but like that's where we've been working on the tracks and they've been back and forth of the shop and we've had a corner for it, so everything's back together now, so.
[30:14]
between the project we are going to be on the sand.
[30:20]
You guys get that, you know, the abandoned pump house.
[30:24]
Yeah, we went over and four of the one at home,
[30:27]
and we went through the other one along the wall.
[30:29]
So we came to the market.
[30:32]
It took a lot of over the door and I was going through the...
[30:35]
You can get it in the infotainment.
[30:39]
It was supposed to be fine for now.
[30:51]
Everything's good about the sort of plant.
[30:53]
When the school saw it and we're not even getting like 5,000 gallons a day really, it's been very,
[30:59]
I'm at 4,500 gallons a day, so it's not much, it's exactly about 20 to 60 gallons a day for a user.
[31:08]
So, when I'm getting a tunnel, I'm still going to go back and I'm going to jump up a little bit.
[31:17]
If the bell pumps off or something, it will get a lot, like a spike, you know, it will be like 17,000 or something.
[31:25]
Okay, I'm starting to get to the use of bombs at all, so everything, as far as I understand,
[31:31]
things like everything's going pretty early in the morning, super,
[31:38]
so just a
[31:41]
good shape.
[31:45]
There are 400 of these.
[31:46]
I like to make a motion that we're going to executive session, so it's got to personal,
[31:51]
not with Hunter.
[31:53]
Sure.
[31:57]
Sure.
[31:57]
I mean, it doesn't have to be in the executive session, but with the bridge, I would like to be able to talk to you about that as well as what we kind of shouldn't be in the time list, because I don't know if that's the point.
[32:10]
That's going to be you and Rolls, I think.
[32:12]
Yeah, that's a lot.
[32:13]
We gathered four eyes.
[32:15]
the PDF also had to have a blinding call.
[32:17]
No, no, no, no.
[32:19]
I'm sorry.
[32:19]
No, I'm not that big of a.
[32:22]
I mean, I don't know.
[32:23]
I don't know where I'm from.
[32:24]
There's one, I told you that there was a little bit of a pinch.
[32:37]
It's been a long time since I was 20 to report the questions.
[32:42]
The, I mean, their recommendation is to replace the bridge.
[32:48]
They didn't think I knew.
[32:49]
There is a new note in here about the flow-loaded postings.
[32:53]
It's a state team that put those emergency vehicles, things up and down.
[32:58]
Three or four years ago, and all of them is missing.
[33:02]
But they put them up and we didn't, I think.
[33:05]
We didn't know the town was supposed to be taking those children.
[33:08]
Yeah, I wanted to be in person at the state, the boss of science.
[33:12]
But you could probably do it.
[33:13]
Yeah, yeah.
[33:15]
But I guess we're responsible for it.
[33:17]
We need to be replacing that.
[33:19]
No.
[33:19]
And it's only missing on one side, so it's about the, you know, this year, but the obviously they added a tongue while pictures this year and the damage is advanced from where it was last year before that.
[33:35]
Was there something that we, I mean, obviously where the one's the main team at?
[33:42]
It looked like there had been some sort of things done to it prior to just based on looking
[33:52]
at the pictures.
[33:53]
I don't know personally, break her pairs, but it looked like some sort of a pair, something
[33:57]
done previously.
[33:57]
So I think he would have looked at it back when he was part of it, I believe in the talents
[34:04]
of the world.
[34:05]
Down he's up around for a while.
[34:07]
And then you get on.
[34:11]
Yeah.
[34:12]
Yeah.
[34:12]
That's right.
[34:13]
Yeah.
[34:13]
First up and also we could do it.
[34:16]
Right.
[34:16]
I think there's you about about 14 years of old as the deck was running out.
[34:21]
The most part.
[34:22]
Yeah.
[34:22]
asking them and they said we were going over the replace of that.
[34:28]
Go to the okay.
[34:32]
This said we don't want to be spill.
[34:33]
Right.
[34:34]
Yeah.
[34:34]
So it was a few years ago.
[34:39]
This was 22 in the time of the night and ended up in Brazil.
[34:42]
Has a quarter in place then.
[34:45]
Yes.
[34:46]
So that's what we put that.
[34:48]
We're going to stop with the rest of the British ones.
[34:51]
Oh, there I go.
[34:52]
So we said we didn't want to, okay, so we'd rather sit on a new approach just because
[34:57]
that one is a bridge to not have much traffic.
[35:02]
We just close that bridge and not have much of a consequence of this word.
[35:06]
You guys close this bridge, you'd be able to have a little more of a thing.
[35:16]
Again, my conversation with the Registration Unit, there is, there is that in something
[35:28]
like, you know, a heavier vehicle went over it, and that's probably what the main
[35:32]
of the, is that the, it's unusual to see the damage increase so much of one year or anything,
[35:37]
that's probably fine, that happens, but first we're not going to go to somebody down there all the time watching people go over the bridge,
[35:45]
and it's part of both sides of the people.
[35:51]
So, I think, you know, obviously the recommendations to replace the bridge, it had to talk to him a little bit about whether like a temper or a bridge or something might be available,
[36:03]
He said, the town, the state, their stock of temporary bridges is pretty new, so they don't really have any old ones that they're trying to looking to get rid of, but also they,
[36:18]
it's difficult to get one that's exactly the right size.
[36:21]
And we said that we could talk to one of the bridge contractors.
[36:29]
So I think while probably in the long run,
[36:37]
a replacement is probably what we're looking at.
[36:39]
And I think it might be worth what I was up to,
[36:42]
you know, call the same confusions or somebody like that and have them.
[36:46]
Come look at it and give us kind of an estimate of what they think.
[36:50]
could do, and in the meantime, I did have a couple of people talk to me who were, who
[36:59]
would submit your serve, wanted to advocate for the town to consider opening up the bridge
[37:04]
to some traffic, or I mean not for highway traffic, but for bicycles and pedestrians,
[37:09]
I wanted to talk to the British Department of British inspection about that with a good idea or not, and I don't, you know, that would obviously be up to you guys to determine what that one is and check with them before we, you went down that road, and I call them today, but I didn't hear back.
[37:30]
So, I think, you know, a child will be opening up when I was back and thought about the four leaders and we opened that and I was ready to complain about that because there are no cards on there anymore.
[37:43]
So, it might be simpler to just leave a close.
[37:46]
I mean, obviously, there's a way for bicycles and pedestrians to go, there's a middle for it also.
[37:52]
We're able to take a closer look at that.
[37:54]
I'm just going to you guys what people came to talk to me about.
[37:59]
So, I think that's what you got for water bill.
[38:01]
Yeah, that's the same.
[38:04]
So, I think maybe our next step is probably to talk to a contractor and see what they think,
[38:12]
or if there might be some creative solutions for it, but for me,
[38:16]
I mean, because we don't fully close it, but the barn is always marked for summer time travel.
[38:24]
So, it's only extending that a few months here in the fall and I think we'll get some information from that and see what we can do with that.
[38:42]
The other thing I think I mentioned last time is that they did tell me that one of the other bridges and I suspect it's probably the came or unbridged.
[38:51]
They just looking at possibly recommending a whole posting on that bridge.
[38:58]
They told me that there will be another one of these bridge inspections that is going to be excavated in terms of the works.
[39:06]
So obviously, we have two other bridges to orient up in terms of investment, this one here in the middle which is in the program already,
[39:16]
and what it's still on the topic of 2031.
[39:22]
That is to push back, to consider, well, considering on 2022 and maybe our four years later, it's still five years out.
[39:29]
So unfortunately the way the bridge program is right now, I'm not sure when I've advocated
[39:39]
with the regional planning that we try to get the team or the bridge on to that program,
[39:45]
this and this weekend, but there's no spots at all in the program now.
[39:51]
So the state this year increased spending on their state bridges, but not on the town bridge program.
[39:58]
So I don't know if next year, the main change of the pain.
[40:03]
You know, while we do that net legislature,
[40:04]
actually there will have to come up with a plan for all these things.
[40:09]
So I'm hoping that they're going to need a lot of funding in the future,
[40:12]
for town and bridge growing.
[40:14]
I think in the meantime that the town has been saving
[40:17]
$20,000 a year for bridges for many years now,
[40:21]
we're going to have a round.
[40:23]
So they wanted $200,000 in that town now,
[40:27]
which is enough for, as we discuss this program,
[40:32]
for our virtual life, and that's enough to do our share
[40:35]
of rehabilitation on that bridge,
[40:38]
but it's not enough to do a placement project.
[40:41]
Now I don't think it would be enough to do a placement project
[40:44]
on any of these trustworthy diseases.
[40:48]
That's just my guess to then go through that.
[40:51]
So I think maybe when we do our budgeting,
[40:54]
and maybe we should consider
[40:56]
behind more aggressive about putting away money,
[40:58]
but we're just considering, you know,
[41:02]
three that need attention.
[41:05]
So, well, really awful.
[41:08]
Anyway, with this particular bridge,
[41:10]
I think that's our next step, is the Doctor of Honor.
[41:13]
See what?
[41:14]
What they're, what might be possible.
[41:19]
And obviously the states are
[41:20]
going to be replaced.
[41:21]
So, we can get a price on that.
[41:24]
You can start with my way, if that's what you want to do.
[41:31]
Yeah.
[41:32]
I'll just say, don't think you're going to see that thing.
[41:35]
You're powerful.
[41:40]
I thought you had a machine for exactly the same thing.
[41:43]
I did that.
[41:44]
I did that.
[41:44]
A second time.
[41:45]
I don't care about that.
[41:47]
I don't care about that.
[41:48]
What?
[41:50]
That's the next executive session.
[41:54]
Just go to that first now.
[41:57]
Yeah.
[42:02]
So this is for next year's grants to me program.
[42:08]
So back in May I sent in the, there's a, doing this program works is that the state kind of
[42:17]
pre, pre a pre music counts percent of the money and something you just have to send in the
[42:25]
letter.
[42:25]
saying you want to participate in the program, which I sent back in May, and then, you know,
[42:30]
so they send you a rank agreement. So this is the agreement for, so this is for next, the states,
[42:38]
experts, the states kind of disappeared at the end, and you do a lot. So this is funding again for
[42:45]
working on, generally speaking, there's to be more on the last three roads, but if you work
[42:53]
on the last two roads as well, it's for improving drainage ditches, brown on the roads,
[43:04]
fixing the erosion problems, specifically a small break. So yeah, small for that. So this year,
[43:09]
we're going to use our five, our fiscal year 26 money on this small road. So this is a
[43:15]
for next year. So I'm not exactly sure what project we've been picking for this, but it's
[43:21]
four, I believe, was it $14,000?
[43:27]
I think it's a $14,000 and we paid and the town share of these $14,500, so this year it's a little
[43:38]
bigger this year we had a $20,000 grant by a $1,000 match, but there would be an ounce kind
[43:46]
of, fortunately, from year to year, depending on how many pounds I've participating and there's
[43:54]
a certain criteria that they used to determine about the accounts we've seen.
[44:02]
So in the way this
[44:04]
brand works is instead of us applying for a grant with a specific project in
[44:09]
mind, you're a group group for a certain amount of money, and once we, that
[44:14]
me go out with this project to just let them know what we're going to do with
[44:17]
that they approve of. And this works with the other grant that we got this year was
[44:24]
for over the last two years, and we're keen to update our promotion inventory,
[44:29]
which in our PC helped us with, and that's where they brought their work.
[44:33]
I identify these real segments that have these divergent problems, so that I need to sort of list up here's all the problem areas, and then we get to pick, okay, we're going to fix this one, we're going to go back, and this particular case with the swamp road, it's not that far, it is not on the list, because this thing, but I'm not used to look great, but it didn't look great in March, so, but it's, there's a feedback group where we can tell them, okay.
[45:00]
Okay, you know, we definitely have a working problem here and they can say up we can see that. They can change the status of that. So, okay.
[45:08]
So, I'm not exactly sure where we'll use that. I'm going to ask you about my, we did some raining on cold world this year. There is a whole work on that road that is kind of rotted out on the log. So, that's an area we could use that money for.
[45:27]
And there's a couple other cohorts on that route that could be changed, so without providing my recommendation,
[45:33]
we're a product that would provide fit then on my name, but we could also do, there's three or four candidates there that are that could be done.
[45:42]
Jett was a humor of sizing over it, sort of replacing rest of it over it's redoing ditches, still lining them if we need to
[45:51]
things like that. The small part is kind of a particular project, you know.
[45:56]
One of those problems too often, but
[46:00]
All right.
[46:01]
Do you have a motion to
[46:04]
ship the scraper?
[46:06]
I think a motion.
[46:08]
It's sitting on there.
[46:09]
Yep.
[46:10]
Okay, bro.
[46:44]
So there's an email in here in the that printed, essentially, the town of Johnson reached out to us to remind you guys,
[46:55]
Justin is our assessor that we get into your local agreement that we not send for other towns.
[47:01]
And as part of that agreement, Justin is an employee of the town of Johnson, and then the town of Johnson invoices all the other towns for the amount of hours that he works in our town.
[47:13]
There is a HR issue because they kind of found out that Justin has not been receiving holiday pay in the way that he is supposed to, per their personal policy, I think they do what we do,
[47:27]
every day out of it.
[47:28]
Of course, they have a holiday and pay bucket in their budget and that is supposed to be built
[47:34]
to that.
[47:35]
What's been happening instead is that Justin has been using his CTO time as to pay for his
[47:45]
holiday pay.
[47:46]
So he's actually, oh, somebody, he's been using, basically, almost like it's vacation time
[47:52]
as holiday pay. So Johnson, there's two Johnson and the same that I forgot what the full
[48:01]
number is, there's D like I said there. Their proposal was just that they could pay him
[48:09]
fully for the holiday pay that he should have received as a back payment. That's obviously
[48:15]
They could read stock his CTO bank with all the time he's taken for all of that.
[48:28]
Johnson, they're supposed to listen to it to it to it to it to it to it to it to it to it to it to it to it to it to it to it to it.
[48:44]
So that's the error for those who look as if they'd like that they'd like to pay them back half the cash and half in restarting the CTO.
[48:52]
But they wanted to reach out to the other towns to see how the other towns felt about their stay-vocances.
[48:59]
The best way to do it without a, you know, to think of the ability to, you know, they shot the bill, but also not necessarily just give them a time, you know, more vacation time.
[49:13]
you can choose on the future.
[49:19]
So I just wanted to check in when you guys about that.
[49:21]
If you want information like it, they're not holding on this until next week at the week.
[49:29]
So we'd like more information about it or how to strong feelings about what you'd rather
[49:35]
kind of just do about something.
[49:57]
We believe that we will have some, I think this will,
[50:01]
It may cause us to have a slightly older budget in terms of the amount of money that we pay them,
[50:06]
though we were, when we were in July, when we needed to go see it with a contract, we were under budget,
[50:11]
people who were so far away from us, obviously they do the new contract just for his way to win on a little bit,
[50:17]
but I think that's what it should all mean, if it does put us up with budget, they'll be less than $200,
[50:22]
It's
[50:25]
like a payroll administration.
[50:35]
I don't know how.
[50:36]
But it should have been deducting it from all the day.
[50:39]
And it's going on for a while.
[50:44]
Yeah.
[50:45]
So they're not interested in just refilling the CTO bank.
[50:50]
Yeah.
[50:50]
And then after the 150, I guess the idea is that they were other, because all of the
[51:03]
data is that the town chooses the data, if it's in CTO, then the employees and the
[51:09]
employees are trying to make it once, could they go.
[51:12]
So I think there are ideas that like we should have, but we're not going to give you all the time
[51:18]
to take vacation many times.
[51:22]
But that's there for both.
[51:23]
I don't think justice has it.
[51:25]
I think you're strongly suggestive about
[51:27]
his preferences here, but there are
[51:29]
policies to, to, to, to, to, to, to.
[51:31]
It's a, it's policy to, to,
[51:38]
to, to.
[51:38]
So I don't know, you've been taking any,
[51:40]
definitely action.
[51:41]
However, I expose that you are,
[51:43]
if you want to, if you're more or more,
[51:46]
you want to, if, do,
[51:47]
do, do, do, do, do, do, do, do, do, do, do.
[51:48]
So,
[51:53]
well,
[51:54]
Yeah,
[52:07]
check, you also proposed a free face.
[52:13]
Okay.
[52:14]
Check it out.
[52:14]
Yeah, check it out.
[52:17]
Okay.
[52:19]
Good night.
[52:20]
Thank you.
[52:46]
I think just a motion, it's all, so anyone, I think she put a note in there, but she wanted to let you know that taxing for those items in April yet, Stewart says that the check is in the mail, she's not going to approve it.
[53:02]
It's a cheap person to pay the state website, but she said she's, you know, she encouraged you guys to still, you know, pacify it by the way.
[53:11]
She's not going to prove it until she's got the money in the end.
[53:16]
So, yeah, there's nothing to sign that you can make a motion on those values.
[53:23]
So, she's got something in mind.
[53:26]
So, back to prove it in the end.
[53:29]
Okay.
[53:32]
I'll take the motion to set the three different voices to the second class with the
[53:39]
voices, and I have to back the voices, so I have to back the stuff to do with the
[53:43]
motion.
[53:45]
So, let's switch out the corporation.
[53:49]
Question?
[53:51]
Is there a second one, man?
[53:52]
A second.
[53:53]
Oh, baby.
[53:55]
Why is it?
[53:59]
Let's go.
[54:01]
That's the one.
[54:01]
You want that back in her folder?
[54:03]
Yes, please.
[54:21]
There.
[54:22]
What do you get for this one?
[54:23]
OK.
[54:24]
First, I wanted to follow their C-guides and just
[54:27]
Jane about the check issue that happened with the contractor
[54:30]
around the pool of the simple project.
[54:35]
So the way to contract on the sewer works is
[54:39]
So the contractor is able to build the town once per month.
[54:44]
So when you line, but you can actually submit that to the end of your first.
[54:50]
So the end of the line is submitted a request for payment to the end of the year.
[54:56]
The end of the year, then look at it and check it over and make a recommendation to us
[55:00]
around us to pay.
[55:01]
I received that, I think, this day before your July, the last meeting for July.
[55:08]
So I did not know time, so in fact, two, Jane put in the P-P system, so I was not
[55:15]
putting it on the slide, I don't know why I put it.
[55:18]
A space on 10.
[55:20]
In the meantime, he submitted a second edit.
[55:24]
Right before or before, he made it last time.
[55:26]
He submitted another request to the engineer.
[55:30]
But I didn't receive that one until after five, he had a long day to do that as a net.
[55:36]
So there are certain ones in the continuity of the game.
[55:39]
When I did get it to Jane, I forgot that this is a new vendor
[55:43]
and having a new vendor in this system,
[55:45]
and she has had some supporting documents,
[55:48]
I thought those documents were in the region.
[55:53]
So anyway, I should have submitted those with it.
[55:56]
So when she went and came and read the input, she thought it was kind
[55:59]
of the engine.
[56:01]
So that's why the chat was made up to the engine here,
[56:08]
So we identified that issue with the media last time.
[56:11]
So that's why we said, I said, okay, I'll let you know little jacks working out
[56:18]
and some of you have read the coming in the next day since it was the election day anyway.
[56:22]
In the meantime, we're satisfied with that.
[56:25]
The patient, the contractor called us up basically to say, hey, I have something
[56:29]
And the second piece voice, all right, I said,
[56:32]
I said, my second favorite question,
[56:34]
I guess I'm case all the same time.
[56:38]
So that kind of created some confusion for James,
[56:40]
because she hadn't received that, and I hadn't received it
[56:43]
until literally the day before.
[56:46]
So, and I needed to get iPod with the documents
[56:49]
that James would be with the big documents,
[56:53]
but it wasn't theirs,
[56:54]
which he had the request of a W9 from the contract.
[56:57]
So we've got to fill it out after a while, of course, that will allow it to happen.
[57:02]
Same day, she's trying to demonstrate it in a lesson.
[57:04]
So that created some problems for gay men.
[57:08]
So hey, my fault that I didn't make sure that was I was in prepping in the first place,
[57:13]
but also that was kind of a compound in this budget.
[57:15]
But I understand the contract, because I want to say,
[57:17]
maybe it's impossible for that.
[57:19]
For example, it's a good one, patient.
[57:21]
But it was literally the age of the way they got in that cell.
[57:26]
And you all, you know, that sorted out and you all signed that line, so, you know, you
[57:34]
got resolved actually, I don't know how to say I'm sorry that that ought to be because I
[57:40]
should have known better that that would have been a kind of question.
[57:46]
That's a real action.
[57:48]
The election was held.
[57:50]
It seemed to go on without with any serious issues that I wear out.
[57:56]
It would be going on.
[57:59]
So again, as a peer that we're going to have, as I mentioned,
[58:04]
the last year, we're going to have a kind of a career for candidates for justice.
[58:07]
So hopefully we get some people ready to choose the medication as it would be better for the
[58:16]
time to go on with the CAA because it's possible.
[58:21]
Jane and I have seen you, I didn't realize that Jane had also been in touch with the physicians
[58:25]
he's gone on about some of the other three years and I don't know just so she and I have kind
[58:31]
of been comfortable communicating with different people that now are all the same days with
[58:35]
So, I have said the information into the findings that all the information on the lighting upgrades and some other
[58:44]
else I now, if there's some other remains available for maybe the visor room and the library of the town or the first office all have air conditioning,
[58:55]
but the rest of the building does not, I know a little bit of the seriously complaining about that,
[59:01]
is the process that I'm in.
[59:03]
It doesn't bother you terribly, but on certain odd days,
[59:06]
it does, we do notice that.
[59:08]
So we were trying to see that there's
[59:09]
many rebates that I'll hold for, maybe,
[59:12]
just believe, what that person is in that picture.
[59:16]
So anyway,
[59:19]
I'm expecting you here back from then.
[59:22]
Sometimes soon, so that I'll adapt.
[59:23]
We'll also point guys to this work as I said.
[59:26]
If we can get a contract in the end,
[59:29]
We're going to be lighting up grades by end of this year that we can still be eligible for today and see that we do the project.
[59:37]
So, how can I mention the water pair that we have to do on 105?
[59:43]
So, we didn't have to get a state pattern.
[59:45]
I remember from previous repairs that we ought to get a state permit for that,
[59:51]
even if it was either those emergency things.
[59:53]
So, we did obtain a state permit for doing that.
[59:55]
Thank you very much.
[59:58]
Bye.
[1:00:00]
Another thing I wanted to mention is, I think, after I mentioned this in a meeting, I don't know, I think I talked about this when you see, but we did, legal states and towns, completed their annual audit of our workers come, accounts, and there is, we don't have to make additional payment to them, because of that.
[1:00:26]
And the issue there is that each fall, we make an estimate.
[1:00:31]
We tell them an estimate of what our payroll is going to be for the next year.
[1:00:34]
And then next to the following summer, they audit our actual work payrolls.
[1:00:39]
In this particular case, there was a pretty large discrepancy between our estimated and actual.
[1:00:47]
And so we are going to have to, we are, we need to pay additional, almost $1,000,000 for this year.
[1:00:57]
And that will be assessed in the board of events, definitely.
[1:01:01]
I think the issue that that came about, it wasn't me submitting that information.
[1:01:09]
It was the previous court, and I think the information that was being sent was sort of the current payroll
[1:01:16]
to that kind of computer, so it was under, it was under,
[1:01:20]
and estimated, I don't care at all, for the next year.
[1:01:23]
But this year, let me submitted, I submitted those numbers,
[1:01:28]
and it was, for the amount that we actually would budget it.
[1:01:32]
I think there could be our quality, and we slightly overdred it on that way.
[1:01:37]
So, it may mean that we're in this situation,
[1:01:41]
but actually, if it's not as much money, it would fit that.
[1:01:45]
So the song we didn't make that estimate, that's close to the bottom of the actual
[1:01:50]
song, the way this.
[1:01:54]
Um, you find it?
[1:01:56]
You can do the same thing, where you're going to go, that's right.
[1:01:58]
It's just you, you use, you need to write down our case where you're going to go,
[1:02:02]
let's write it down, let's write it down.
[1:02:03]
We're going to write it down.
[1:02:06]
And then, uh,
[1:02:10]
we want to, um, just want to highlight something from, um,
[1:02:16]
This weekend, I'm, as you're representative on the Northwestern education district, I'm going to let you guys know that just weekend, I haven't been in an all-work factory, kick off offering service to people out there and all-work, so I'm not exactly sure what day he is going to speak, but it's good over the years.
[1:02:37]
It might this week that people out there will actually start getting service to that enterprise
[1:02:45]
and this small building, they'll be rolling it on fire again, look, I'm ready, I'm ready to go up as well.
[1:02:53]
So, that's been a long time coming, but there's actually something coming with that, that people are actually getting home here and through that through that entity.
[1:03:05]
It doesn't have any cost for selling immediately, but in the long term, yeah, it is to connect those.
[1:03:14]
They're starting from where people are least served and working backward.
[1:03:19]
So if the idea is to have a proof that the business is vital, they have to take rate of consumers and the idea is that
[1:03:29]
and providing as good or better customer service
[1:03:32]
compared to the alternative of the network,
[1:03:35]
get people to purchase data's customers,
[1:03:37]
and then they can build from there to build an network.
[1:03:41]
What's the count?
[1:03:41]
What's the service with that?
[1:03:43]
This is so it's fiber network internet.
[1:03:47]
So it's the more-quested communication we need.
[1:03:49]
I just heard it.
[1:03:50]
So it's simply that it was out from our programming.
[1:03:53]
It was given out, and they got it, and they
[1:03:56]
went very using it to build this up.
[1:03:57]
That's right.
[1:03:59]
Yeah, correct.
[1:04:00]
So you're saying, just going to fly up from...
[1:04:04]
Did you know that they're railrowing shelving?
[1:04:06]
That's right.
[1:04:07]
So if you even got a different grant, and that's why they were able to roll out there five
[1:04:12]
over here in shelving.
[1:04:14]
So that's part of the problem is that there are multiple entities here who got that funding
[1:04:20]
in our competition.
[1:04:22]
But the idea is that there isn't one competition.
[1:04:26]
The fitting M is choosing to go from, as it is, is probably wouldn't, from where there are a lot of customers to it.
[1:04:31]
There are fewer in that order, and as a component option, and there are just five orders.
[1:04:38]
And that would be the opposite way.
[1:04:42]
So we'll see how that goes.
[1:04:45]
It's been very, it's been, for my perspective, serving on the board for that.
[1:04:51]
It's very interesting, just to see the data, to see the goal activities that are kind of building the same things, but certain roles seem to apply in some cases, and they don't seem to apply in other cases, but, and so I think it's good thing that they are designed to act that people are actually getting service at home, it's going to be, I think it's going to be a good thing to want them to have another participant.
[1:05:21]
in the market, who can advocate to regulators and we need to make sure that these other companies
[1:05:30]
are quantified by the rules, the quality of health status, regulations, and transition
[1:05:37]
lines, and things like that.
[1:05:40]
So, just wanted to share some good news about that project, so, other than that, we are continuing
[1:05:48]
I'm continuing to get ready for our budget talks.
[1:05:53]
I'm continuing to have dialogue with banks about municipal credit cards saying that it's an information about the purchases we're going to have it.
[1:06:02]
Talk to Raymond and Pirate Carbon about that a little bit.
[1:06:07]
And I also had some dialogue this week with the principal, the school.
[1:06:20]
I think we're working well together, so as far as that's going so, I guess that's all for me for right now.
[1:06:40]
Okay.
[1:06:43]
And
[1:06:48]
the town shall be in the sweatboard while the commission of regular meeting held here
[1:06:53]
at the town office on August 10th of 2020.
[1:06:57]
In attendance from the sweatboard to speak the dollars, it gives me a great day to the
[1:07:03]
other chair of Ryan Derry, just to make some of the assessor, via Zoom, last event was done
[1:07:10]
I'm sure there's Amy Trombo, it's Bryce Trombo, Gary Vac, that's what's that, this TV and it's
[1:07:17]
U.S.
[1:07:19]
So, some 30-commoning orders were the agenda, added to the agenda, the discussion of
[1:07:25]
The industry says that it creates a lot of projects and executive sessions, let's go.
[1:07:30]
1,
[1:07:33]
2, 31, board took up setting the 2026 municipal tax rate, sister, customation, advised that the 2026 municipal
[1:07:43]
The brand was $2,955,072,073, and the amount approved by voters to be raised by taxes was $1,485,159,
[1:08:04]
Therefore, the factory was calculated at 0.5026.
[1:08:12]
This is about 0.538, 0.363, less than 5.
[1:08:21]
Some of the rate was 50, and rate was 0.538, 9.
[1:08:28]
Green Listed, increased by $176,472,79 cents, so we're 255, do in part to telecom and to share
[1:08:41]
pretty heavy tax full on the list for the list, and the new solar field on the main road.
[1:08:49]
I asked at the telecom grievance, I've been resolved and just answered that there is still
[1:08:54]
the state level, just an also shared information regarding the education grant list and
[1:09:01]
Matt noted that education factories that can increase considered the 20, 25.
[1:09:07]
Motion to set the 20, 26 with a little factory at 0.5026 and a local agreement rate at 0.0026.
[1:09:22]
Maybe I would rip you out of the game, so that's a bit of a new second part.
[1:09:29]
Yeah.
[1:09:29]
It's good for sure that I'm doing too.
[1:09:31]
Right.
[1:09:33]
Can you check if it's likely it was me?
[1:09:38]
There was a...
[1:09:39]
There was a...
[1:09:40]
There was a...
[1:09:41]
Yeah, there was just three of us.
[1:09:42]
So yeah, that was probably me.
[1:09:43]
Yeah.
[1:09:43]

[1:18:04]

[1:18:08]
I've got some other complaints about other areas of town.
[1:18:14]
On the nation road.
[1:18:16]
I'm going to have a little more railroad.
[1:18:19]
So I'd like to see if we could consider it.
[1:18:22]
It's all about the music.
[1:18:24]

[1:18:38]
It's all about the small.
[1:18:39]
It's the motion to go into the executive session and then the chair for the evening.
[1:18:44]

[1:18:46]
It's everything on the wall.
[1:18:48]

[1:18:49]
There you go.
[1:18:51]
I'm going to go in.
[1:18:51]
All right.
[1:18:52]
So we will all go to the executive session and then we can go out and all the guests to the evening.
