[10:36] » Okay. Uh moving on with our agenda. Item seven
[10:41] is an action item and this is to approve a permit application from uh Windream
[10:49] Unity and place of for burial fiber under concistador road
[10:55] and Roma in the intersection of 83 uh for highspeed internet distribution.
[11:02] » Nobody's here to the company. I would just highly recommend for them to bore
[11:08] not to destroy the because it just it got resurfaced like couple of months.
[11:13] So, >> okay. So,
[11:16] » if I want to >> No, no, she let them know.
[11:20] » You want to prove that that they must board?
[11:23] » Yeah. >> Okay.
[11:25] » Okay. So, >> that would be going into planning. So,
[11:28] you're going to advise planning on this? >> Yeah. Uh in that permit that they signed
[11:33] it it states that they have to >> leave it as is.
[11:38] » No no no that board you know leave it as is leave
[11:42] it as is they won't go back. >> Okay.
[11:45] » Yeah. >> Yeah. They have to bore underneath.

[12:33] think Miss Benavia had mentioned this to us before approved.
[12:37] » Second moved and second to approve. Discussion and I abstain from voting.
[12:42] » Okay. All in favor please say I >> I
[12:44] » oppose. Motion carries. Let the record show that Commissioner Pett has
[12:49] abstained. Uh item 12 is also an action item and this is to approve a resolution
[12:56] uh in order approving the road use agreement
[13:00] uh between the county and Bessie Energy Storage. Uh is this a pretty standard uh
[13:08] road use agreement? >> But I I do want to point out because I
[13:11] know some of the questions have always been where the road is and and what
[13:14] precinct this is actually off of 755 going into La Morita. um Laam Morita
[13:21] Road and um somewhere a little bit south of Westro Suenos Ranch uh in that area.
[13:27] So, uh the idea is they'll be using 755 um as a main thoroughfare to get there
[13:35] and then La Morita Road is the road they're going to be using to get to the
[13:38] site. Has has the county attorney reviewed the
[13:42] » the county attorney has reviewed they made some minor edits uh and uh the
[13:46] agreement uh with the companies in these situations as has been in the past is
[13:50] that they will uh upgrade the road if necessary to be able to transport uh
[13:55] they will maintain it passible for the users in the area and then ultimately
[14:01] leave it uh as it was uh after the upgrades that were
[14:04] » best in Russia where they're going to how far in is it Uh they go as far as uh
[14:13] hang on. >> I I don't I don't think it goes that far
[14:18] too. That's that's the map.
[14:25] » No. No. >> No, it does not.
[14:29] » It's going to be right right at the edge.
[14:30] » Right at the edge. >> But it's still going to be part of
[14:32] precinct one and part of precinct two. >> Yes. Correct. Then that's same way the
[14:35] project is. >> Yeah.
[14:36] » Precinct one and precinct four. >> Four. I'm sorry.
[14:38] » One and four. One and four.
[14:45] » Yeah. >> So, their main road is just going to be
[14:48] it's going to be La Molita to go in and out
[14:53] right there. >> Laorita.
[14:57] » Okay. >> Yeah. That's how they That's how they'll
[14:59] go into >> and it's going to be salsa morita.
[15:02] » Yes. Yes. Cuz they go like that and it goes down just a little. But they'll
[15:07] always be within your precinct but within the the ranch area.
[15:11] » Yeah. >> Any other question, comment?
[15:14] » Same thing, J. Just the roads and keeping up with the roads and
[15:19] maintaining. >> Is there optic path? No. No.
[15:24] » I'm sorry. >> A fiber optic lens.
[15:26] » No. >> CCI.
[15:30] » No. No. This is just to use a road. >> Yeah.
[15:33] for them to just to be covered with the fiber fiber optic.
[15:39] » Is there a motion to approve? >> Motion.
[15:41] » Second. >> Moved and second. Discussion. All in
[15:44] favor, please. I >> oppose. Motion carries.
[15:49] » Item 13 is also an action item and this is on Docker Road. Uh directing notice
[15:56] and demand for authorizing legal action. Commissioner, what's this about? This
[16:02] this is a part of Ducker Road that the homeown the homeowner on the south side
[16:08] keeps I m I maintain the road I I build it back up and he builds a burm to
[16:15] divert the water and it stays all on county road and yes this week I I worked
[16:22] on it all week long and now he already built back up the the dam and am the
[16:28] ambulance hospital and private entities do not go
[16:34] uh to get their patients because they're scared for the water to go inside their
[16:38] vehicles. >> Well, I I think yes, legal action should
[16:42] be taken. Uh Mr. Montalo, what what would be your recommendation?
[16:53] » Okay. >> Okay.
[16:57] » Motion to approve. Second. >> Motion, second. Discussion.

[17:42] between Star County Prisc 3 and Hope Ministries.
[17:45] » To approve. >> Second.
[17:46] » Moved and second to approve. Discussion. >> All in favor, please. I
[17:51] » oppose. Motion carries. Item 17 is an action item to approve a donation in the
[17:57] amount of $500 to uh precinct two food pantry.
[18:01] » Motion to approve. >> Second.
[18:03] » Moved and second to approve. Discussion. All in favor, please say I.
