All right. Okay, well, how do we need to order? We will begin with, alternate, warmer, commissioner
[0:16]
in order to leave us again the religion of allegiance to the
[0:26]
flag of the United States of America
[0:29]
and to the Republic for which it stands one nation under God in invisible with liberty and justice for all.
[0:38]
Thank you.
[0:45]
Commissioner Bechner?
[0:55]
Commissioner Dioff?
[0:57]
Here.
[0:59]
Commissioner Dioff?
[1:01]
Here.
[1:03]
Commissioner Dioff?
[1:04]
Commissioner Stet?
[1:04]
Here.
[1:05]
Commissioner Albright?
[1:06]
Here.
[1:09]
First item is the Tribal Amendments from the July 15th meetings.
[1:15]
Is there any comments or updates to those?
[1:30]
We have a group of motion to group the media for minutes from July 15th by Commissioner
[1:38]
Dow.
[1:39]
A second by Commissioner Gastron.
[1:41]
All in favor.
[1:42]
Say aye.
[1:43]
Aye.
[1:44]
Any opposed?
[1:46]
No.
[1:47]
Thank you.
[1:50]
All right.
[1:51]
Okay, let's turn the time over to Millie out.
[1:54]
The first item, the next item is subdivisions.
[2:18]
Here you have the unplugged Melanie for yours to pick up.
[2:26]
There you go.
[2:35]
I'm on presentation.
[2:46]
Make sure you mic some, please.
[2:49]
Okay, thank you for your shoes.
[2:50]
So, the first item is a subdivision drink in 5-3-3.
[2:57]
It's a leader subdivision who may apply approval for interstates, e.g. low value business parts of the business.
[3:07]
So, here you'll see the parcel listed.
[3:13]
It's a 25 to 24-50, it's a big 70 speciality here.
[3:19]
55 to 54-50 is the smaller piece,
[3:22]
stuck to the south, it kind of hurts a little bit.
[3:26]
And 475-4 is the two more equal pieces here.
[3:31]
The part that may not be possible, but the part
[3:33]
that you can take into this section.
[3:36]
I think we're going to start with this area,
[3:39]
so it's also initially any, and it's all
[3:47]
So, the water illumination for flour outlines existing site conditions and as we're
[3:52]
flooding, that is what we learned in that.
[3:55]
As you can see here, I worked with some floor gadgets trying to help you outline how these
[4:02]
the boundaries were mitigated to complete the plan.
[4:11]
The chapter of the decision identifies anticipated trial conditions to the point of 50.
[4:18]
I'm not sure if you're going to follow along with all the questions online, but there was a comment
[4:24]
I'm not seeing that there's a failed, a rejected,
[4:27]
one-on-one failed intersection.
[4:31]
This intersection talks about the intersection
[4:35]
between murderous and murderous and assault, right.
[4:38]
I've heard the traffic everywhere,
[4:41]
but the reason why the lady was failed
[4:43]
was because of acts of a future point of time
[4:47]
they from each of their 30.
[4:49]
As businesses begin to move in and sell into the area,
[4:52]
It will require it will prompt or trigger for a traffic light to use at this intersection
[5:01]
to the media.
[5:02]
So it's not the no negative connotation like the lawful failed and it's just that it's
[5:08]
a flag on the report to say that it will trigger further mitigation of growth.
[5:14]
And here I just provided a quick little, no more access for the law that exists, it has
[5:23]
since the Constance of Red, so that's what you see here on the part of what we've
[5:27]
compared some to that part of the study.
[5:32]
I'd like to know that elements of water rights are required
[5:37]
at the major subdivision of water supply allocation.
[5:40]
No, at the major subdivision of water supply allocation.
[5:43]
If the applicant has those water rights out of the water and
[5:47]
state, but we do ask for them to be welcome in case of any sort of documentation they have
[5:56]
at the moment.
[5:57]
And that's just something to note.
[5:59]
The traffic in that city also just to continue, or just as the overall larger project area.
[6:05]
The subdivision currently I'm going to review represents only a small portion of that area.
[6:10]
And here, I really like to go back and forth between these
[6:16]
I'm really pregnant so I'm pregnant now.
[6:19]
But as you can see with the image,
[6:21]
this is the area for this preliminary plaque
[6:25]
that we are looking at right here,
[6:27]
from the bigger project area that was provided
[6:30]
in the second morning.
[6:32]
So what are we occurring?
[6:33]
So the Tula County Planning Commission has been asked
[6:36]
to do a preliminary approval to divide a larger parcel,
[6:42]
one and two smaller sets of parcels.
[6:44]
This is not where a lot of people are.
[6:50]
So any person who's probably can have plans
[6:55]
to do that property as or types.
[6:58]
But what we're doing is just improving
[7:01]
the partition of the plan to do so we need a process.
[7:04]
We are long for any sort of plan use whatsoever.
[7:10]
As you know, after this, because this is a commercial,
[7:14]
we want to do a second plan application,
[7:17]
they do go through the major subdivision process
[7:19]
with our company, so that we start with a preliminary plan application,
[7:24]
and then that is provided in the final commission.
[7:26]
We move forward after approval with the final major subdivision plan application
[7:32]
and that gets really staffed to participate.
[7:36]
After that, any use that will add on her is seeking to get
[7:41]
the table of use of her zone.
[7:46]
And as we know, P is the product.
[7:48]
Whenever the table of reference is the P,
[7:50]
it goes in some cases that have a permanent use.
[7:53]
So that means that we only have to go to the side path
[7:55]
in case she could work getting the building.
[8:00]
If it is level, it has a seat that helps them to say it's a conditionally different,
[8:06]
that's what is brought up to you for final approval.
[8:14]
You have public comment in relation to this.
[8:17]
I only was opposition regarding the potential traffic that has been developed in my brain,
[8:24]
The tragic study doesn't mean well, it's worth it, probably.
[8:29]
I mean, about 13,680, your first date for the full project area, this room apart that
[8:41]
whole.
[8:43]
There's also a charter position to the post office development, which includes warehousing,
[8:48]
access, manufacturing plus space.
[8:50]
So at this moment, staff is working on any kind of tool
[8:56]
accounting plan to stabilize the information provided
[8:59]
in their staff report.
[9:01]
We do ask that you consider a condition that would require
[9:05]
the application to install a paid-to-trail computer site
[9:10]
or some stone drive, whichever is there,
[9:12]
which will be seen through their sub-division.
[9:16]
And this trail must be placed on the final platform
[9:19]
prior to, sorry, the applicant is here,
[9:25]
but I'd like to provide short presentations
[9:28]
and we decided to have them here.
[9:31]
Okay, let's do that at this time.
[10:10]
Hi, my name is Moni Pulse, and I'm a district manager
[10:14]
for the Tula Valley Public Infrastructure District.
[10:17]
I'm speaking on behalf of the applicant
[10:19]
for application 2025, vegetable 1,333.
[10:23]
Interstate VAD preliminary subdivision flat that is being presented to you tonight.
[10:30]
This application specifically proposes subdividing the property for a travel center and for
[10:37]
flex buildings.
[10:41]
I'll go ahead and show you our layout here.
[10:43]
This project map illustrates our current site layout for the interstate VAD property.
[10:49]
As shown on this map, the property is divided by a center drive which runs through the center
[10:54]
of the property and connects to the on and off ramps for Interstate 80 and this is Sunstone
[11:00]
Drive. A travel center will be going on the south west side of Sunstone Drive and then on
[11:09]
the north east side of Sunstone Drive the property will be developed for flex buildings intended
[11:15]
for small local businesses and retail uses. These are the plan uses for this flat. We are
[11:23]
and we have no other plans for this property,
[11:26]
and there is no intention to develop
[11:29]
or house a data center on this plot.
[11:39]
Any questions for that, or for staff?
[11:46]
I'm a quick one.
[11:48]
Millie, can you come back?
[11:51]
Okay.
[11:55]
I'm excited about a 30,000 person name.
[11:59]
That's $60,000 something to consider us about who wants to go, sorry, at the same time.
[12:08]
It's a change.
[12:10]
The other change is the same sort of thing that I was going to say about when I was emerging
[12:16]
at the pre-murdering platform of the GSL.
[12:20]
It's a subdivision because it's just something where this is important to that.
[12:43]
But it's the same traffic study.
[12:48]
We'll go back there and do that.
[12:51]
Thank you.
[12:53]
Mr. Bigger.
[12:57]
So, the same Mr. Bigger signing track.
[13:01]
30,688 years ago today.
[13:04]
That's 570 an hour before our sale.
[13:07]
1,040 an hour before our sale.
[13:11]
What's to stop this from getting your show going like?
[13:18]
So that's what we're going to have to achieve in contact with the failed profession is at full length, when the family established and the rich and regular business is there,
[13:49]
So that's the way that engineering
[13:57]
comes from.
[13:58]
So, what do you do? The trial and study does, right?
[14:01]
And I said, it's kind of a quite heavy trial,
[14:07]
the trial and the issue, though, a lot of it actually
[14:09]
happened, but that's why the trial and study suggests
[14:13]
more important to certain criteria, so that it can keep
[14:18]
everyone's, it's not the failed category,
[14:21]
it's not to keep the trial and the following assessments
[14:23]
I'm there for any problem that I don't know if this is outward, but I need to be happy.
[14:29]
And do it if you're responsible for putting the chain band together and putting that light.
[14:35]
Put it in the applicant.
[14:37]
Thank you.
[14:40]
Any other questions?
[14:42]
Yes.
[14:43]
Mr. Batson?
[14:46]
You're a dark man, and it looked like the crowd was going to be ready to do the residential
[14:51]
or in a public activity.
[14:54]
Sorry, I said it before.
[14:56]
You're at the traffic light?
[14:57]
They don't think there's any residential.
[15:00]
It's all business. Okay. I'll just question the traffic light in the middle of an error that it struck me a lot. I guess it's going to be expected to. Yeah, it's manufacturing.
[15:17]
Okay. Good. My thanks.
[15:22]
Okay. Is this a different one? I know we talked a few months ago. So about the
[15:33]
this is a different one versus the same one, same one.
[15:41]
That one's already approved.
[15:43]
Okay, that's what I thought.
[15:44]
That's one that we made in this conception.
[15:47]
It's probably grant money.
[15:49]
We've got assignment shows.
[15:50]
This is just making this type of addition with that point.
[15:58]
So this time I think we'll open public hearing and then after that we'll have any questions
[16:03]
and we'll leave you through some of that.
[16:06]
Okay.
[16:08]
Okay.
[16:09]
We'll open public hearing and this time we will limit up to two minutes.
[16:13]
Please come up and state your name and sign in on the forum.
[16:25]
Hi, my name is Anita Dr. Fultz, I'm a resident in the El Chirolobe County and I am a
[16:32]
minor in grade of death by a thousand pasts.
[16:36]
I think one of the problems that we have in the meantime of decisions is that this
[16:40]
is a good flat plan or not, is that the project is certainly divided out, so small, that it's
[16:48]
hard to see from a big picture because we know there's a much bigger property as the
[16:52]
Caribbean problem is around the project as specifically, we just have a big meeting with
[16:57]
the water quality environment out of the attention to about 250,000 gallons of
[17:03]
brown waters into the wetlands to create the lake. I know that as it grew we cannot
[17:09]
object based on water, but when I requested that we look at the project of the
[17:14]
full instead of smaller pieces so that the commission can make a decision to make
[17:19]
that decision for the county because I think that's where we get some of the problems to get.
[17:24]
We break these things up so much. We don't want to get the name for you, sir. Thank you.
[17:43]
There you have it. I like our recital tour count. Yeah, also a bit of our recital enrollment.
[17:49]
So I'm very close to this. And I'm asking you to table this and not to approve
[17:57]
either of the class that are up.
[18:02]
I know that it's not part of this,
[18:04]
but I was also like, I'm more sure
[18:06]
I'm on today's center, and it's good to see you.
[18:09]
These, as you were saying, these are math,
[18:12]
routine, lot, subdivisions.
[18:15]
This property is tied to speed on the port authority,
[18:19]
and none of this will be possible
[18:20]
without funding through the board authority.
[18:23]
Where they also can be want to go out of the data center
[18:25]
in the area, maybe not in a specific lab,
[18:28]
but they want to put it in there.
[18:31]
And these are not even single situations.
[18:35]
They should look at humanistically,
[18:37]
because an impact of starting to replace
[18:41]
gets the ball running for these projects.
[18:45]
Also, the track they're studying
[18:48]
feels like it wants to handle your e-base on the amount of trust.
[18:54]
and there's also water issues. Water rights analysis is old, it's from February 2001,
[19:04]
and we're in historic drought, and we also don't have a comprehensive assessment
[19:11]
established on how much water is actually available. We're likely already over-allocated on water,
[19:19]
just because you have water right on paper does not mean the water actually exists in the ground.
[19:26]
And this is also water that seems like it has not been used yet.
[19:32]
They have to drill any well for it.
[19:36]
And also there's the question of the waste water too much land,
[19:40]
but there's great opposition that she got from this.
[19:43]
And there's about 200 and there's 18,000 gallons a day.
[19:48]
Thank you.
[19:58]
Hey, the button.
[20:00]
That's great.
[20:01]
Thank you.
[20:05]
Scott, you've found a little progress.
[20:07]
I have a couple questions.
[20:09]
I'm sorry I had a question in comments.
[20:11]
First one was the traffic.
[20:13]
13,000, 6803 vehicles.
[20:15]
Is that just, is that for that one platt of 133?
[20:19]
Is that for the whole development?
[20:21]
So if it's just for that one small platt,
[20:23]
you know, and there's other placks that you develop at the whole time,
[20:25]
that's just going to increase as we go through it.
[20:27]
So, just a little comment there.
[20:30]
Another issue of the research I've been doing on development with the developer.
[20:35]
Earlier this year, there's a letter from the 12-value company of the Shutter District stating that the district
[20:40]
chair by Charles Sackerville was the developer.
[20:43]
Intested by a Honorable Water Service in the state of his largest.
[20:46]
Instead, it's a file come from the new Water Street facility.
[20:49]
You tie in the 437 cell and it applies to Chuck Cackerville for managing your actors in the development
[20:54]
and share a public 12-dollar public health care district or district district.
[20:57]
This letter is signed by him and he's both a PST as the annual chair for this is the 8th
[21:02]
part of ENO.
[21:03]
So they will talk to the district center.
[21:06]
As the part of this is the most just been disclosed and it's said that district operating
[21:09]
there is definitely documents in ENO.
[21:12]
This creates a very legitimate issue, particularly in the first year of last year, which produced
[21:16]
some well rights, water rights affiliated with the new business with the same private development
[21:21]
interests.
[22:15]
This is Bermister Corporation, Water Purchase and Prelimin, Completed and Binding, Where is
[22:22]
it contingent?
[22:23]
And what relationship exists between Bermister, Zayn Development, and Mr. Accaro?
[22:29]
There seems to be some question about this.
[22:32]
As a county contingent, we verify to clarify, rather than relying solely on January 23rd
[22:38]
the letter signed by the Chair of the Utah Excuse me,
[22:44]
to low-value public infrastructure district.
[22:48]
So he's not only in charge of the district
[22:51]
which has been appointed by the Tennessee Utah
[22:56]
in the import authority, but he's also the developer
[23:00]
that seems curious.
[23:05]
There's only one point to make tonight
[23:07]
if you have to name one. If we're a criminal needs plant, please not rely solely on water services
[23:13]
assurance signed by a PID chair who is also the private developer. Put the
[23:19]
underlying water rights, purchase agreement, ownership relationships, require
[23:24]
complete disclosures and infinite technical verification into a public record
[23:31]
first to verify these are all cleared up if you will be moved forward. I'm asking to
[23:38]
equal this flat evacuation for further study.
[23:45]
Hi,
[24:03]
my name is Rose Lauren and I just wanted to talk to you about the documents that were
[24:11]
attached to this.
[24:12]
First of all, we have applied to the source delineation report for more of the solve.
[24:17]
This is done in 2024.
[24:20]
I'm seeing a 10-year-old running out of 12-time documents to show that this is the development
[24:24]
today.
[24:25]
The Rurumas and Rurumas traffic impact study on a basic document does not stay.
[24:30]
who authorized the study that offered research, it appears that it was, that Kale's engineering
[24:37]
was hired by Charles Fapper, those in his partners, LLC, and their 20th and 60th scene
[24:46]
enrollment. Since developers have invested interest in the study being favorably, to long
[24:51]
come should have duty to audit this by neutral, and neutral third parties will donate
[24:56]
in potential bias, earlier, the Rocky Mountain
[25:01]
and the Colorado letter dated January 9th,
[25:08]
as it were going to provide power.
[25:09]
Well Rocky Mountain, how does it not
[25:11]
file one C3 organization?
[25:14]
So we would have written assurance that none of the power
[25:18]
with power costs would be allocated to tax payers,
[25:22]
and the regard of water, some had already mentioned
[25:27]
that they had issues with their well.
[25:31]
So when groundhogs being pumped,
[25:33]
so much more and a lot of people
[25:36]
have decreased the sources of public interference,
[25:40]
some of these make sure that, you know,
[25:42]
they're getting on their own spot,
[25:43]
that it doesn't decrease the underlying system
[25:46]
so that negrary residents don't have access to any block
[25:50]
because what they're going to pull out is going to get help
[25:52]
a lot more than whether they're leaving there.
[25:54]
but the else could be left high and drop a pound of the straw on the bat and you could not ask about it.
[26:00]
In addition, it should be in common on the decision makers to ensure that the applicants don't sit next to the high standards of trust.
[26:09]
And
[26:23]
then I want to say just that it's well known that Charles Hackerlowe was seen as partners
[26:30]
who was being sponsored by the White P.A.
[26:32]
And again she uses a property for things like a tax collector.
[26:36]
It's also well known that 12-hour-low himself signed a 11-hour certifying half of the water
[26:39]
services for the area, it's on the state that's more than five years old.
[26:44]
And it's well known that 12-hour cert is in time for filming these taxes.
[26:49]
Do I think it will all be on the table of time you saw that bus happen?
[27:07]
Good afternoon, 12-hour is next.
[27:09]
Well, just going on to the point, I'm sorry, I said the public infrastructure district
[27:13]
and start with those chairs that are also
[27:15]
essential in terms of national importance.
[27:18]
They learn more about the Royce Fellowship Tax
[27:19]
Sharing Agreement, provides those BIDs with the 75%
[27:22]
of the applicable applicable property tax
[27:24]
that runs well.
[27:25]
That is the disclosure of our rights, the latest
[27:27]
foreign transactions in the event,
[27:29]
and we're excited to do that in a couple of questions.
[27:31]
The BIDs principal role in infrastructure
[27:32]
and financing, the distinction actually
[27:35]
makes the question for those non-negative issues
[27:37]
and the critical.
[27:38]
The county remains responsible for understanding
[27:40]
and deciding whether the land used to buy
[27:43]
for what I'm saying, there is corruption here, I don't know if it's right, but I mean look at this, but I'm asking her for a date, thank you.
[28:17]
So, after her and her, she said that, until we got to that point, we can keep it and stay together and say, oh, I was already an author.
[28:24]
Yes, yes, this is a separate meeting.
[28:27]
So it's exciting.
[28:29]
So I mean, why is something like that?
[28:31]
at least just state your name for the record.
[28:34]
I'll see for a couple of minutes.
[28:38]
I just thought I'd be able to say that I didn't hear it right but until you guys have
[28:44]
guidelines and things that you were sure and set on and then I heard stuff that she
[28:52]
said on the screen if you don't like spillies.
[28:54]
They just represented.
[28:55]
I thought we weren't going to accept anything until we had no reason to put anything in or
[28:59]
We don't fight for anything until batteries and everything that we want to set in place.
[29:06]
So why are they even representing what they want to do with all this stuff out on my...
[29:12]
We don't set anything for them to establish what our batteries are.
[29:17]
And there's supposed to be no flexibility.
[29:20]
That's a flexibility on there.
[29:21]
So what are we doing here?
[30:05]
Okay, my name is Mary Allen. I did live in Grantsville, a former life, and some are doubted. It's a skull alley on reservation. And for me, it's very gradual. You know, I see people here. I do have all of the stuff that you guys, you know, you know, less what happens with a large life also. They just do what they want. They don't listen to people.
[30:37]
And regardless if it's going to work out for me, my question is, have you guys ever reached
[30:43]
out to the Skull Valley Reservation, sort of the chairman and the vice chair of the
[30:48]
second chair for this project?
[30:51]
I'll tell you what, they might not do.
[30:54]
He's then acting chairman and who did I love, saying he did not want this and also I'll
[30:59]
really bear the second chair for this trial.
[31:02]
They do not want this facility.
[31:04]
You can't even imagine that it starts in your life or in our reservation.
[31:09]
So we don't want that handpluss of the rangers.
[31:12]
So I don't know you guys, you know, while I'm honest about my share, I knew the commissioner.
[31:19]
I knew anybody that was sitting there because they came and interacted with us.
[31:25]
They didn't just leave us out when we were just nothing.
[31:27]
So for me, when these people are there talking to you about this, listen to them.
[31:35]
You know, without water, we use the water before you place the engine here.
[31:40]
So it's
[31:46]
our healing and take care of our food and the salt.
[31:52]
So this is what we thrive on in our lives.
[31:57]
You know, just because we're native, we live out there in the reservation.
[32:01]
all the stuff in practice. You guys need to understand that.
[32:05]
So, I will let you know, I am the former vice-chairman.
[32:08]
I will talk about the 90-gochars 25 years ago.
[32:12]
So, yes, I will speak to you all.
[32:14]
Thank you very much.
[32:15]
So,
[32:28]
your time's up. No, yes.
[32:30]
I'll get you to understand.
[32:31]
Thank you.
[32:32]
Thank you.
[32:33]
Thank you.
[32:46]
Before the next one, can we just keep the comments
[32:51]
to the agenda item before us, which is the reason.
[32:56]
My reason, so the vision.
[32:58]
So that's a bit of a shock.
[32:59]
This definition, sorry, not any wider adaption.
[33:03]
It's no greater in the fabric.
[33:07]
Unfortunately, I'm not sure that's that.
[33:09]
How are the commissioners there?
[33:11]
In addition to everything else I've ever been prepared to say.
[33:14]
Oh, I'm sorry.
[33:15]
Now we, he said in bright on the road.
[33:17]
I'm a recent transplant into the school of county.
[33:20]
I came here intentionally because of the agriculture
[33:23]
and the drought in that house.
[33:26]
When you study these areas, there are some critical things
[33:30]
that have not been in their supply people tonight.
[33:32]
So in addition to everything everyone has said,
[33:35]
I would like to ask the commission to think
[33:37]
about two additional things.
[33:39]
The first one is the environmental impact
[33:42]
of flexibility in the subdivision.
[33:44]
I would like to ask that you think through and require
[33:48]
that whoever comes into these areas consider a sustainability certification so that we can continue to protect the wetlands and the environment.
[33:59]
I would also like to ask you to consider that we do not provide tax cuts for any of the decisions that come into that location.
[34:07]
If they'd like to come into our backyard, let's have a fair pay to play.
[34:11]
and let's also consider asking that they continue to keep tricky, to begin with the structure that's going to be required,
[34:19]
or the traffic that's been restricted, and for the continued growth in terms of whatever it is that they're going to do that,
[34:27]
rather than having that carried through to the taxpayers with higher ease and thoughts.
[34:33]
Thank you.
[34:49]
Do we have any more of the kind of online workshop?
[34:55]
No, Chairman.
[34:57]
Okay. That's the time I'm closing public hearing.
[35:01]
Commissioners, let's hear your thoughts and comments and questions.
[35:10]
And so there's other issues.
[35:14]
Yeah. I have many concerns, not sure,
[35:19]
that I'm not here.
[35:21]
The traffic studies where I'm hanging out mostly on.
[35:29]
So, the traffic study has turned the whole area out to the subject.
[35:34]
Yeah, but the question has been, it is sort of the whole area of question for staff.
[35:46]
How many applications do we have?
[35:50]
How many cases are there in this entire project?
[35:54]
Tell you the answer to that.
[35:55]
But I
[35:58]
don't know until we come and do it in five issues.
[36:02]
I'm not sure if you have five times
[36:06]
when you have something that doesn't get you out of the chain.
[36:09]
Commissioner, I can't help answering that.
[36:12]
They are actively marketing their industrial park.
[36:16]
And when they have a buyer that comes in,
[36:19]
they determine what size they need.
[36:21]
And then you will see the subdivision at that point in time.
[36:24]
So until it's all sold out, you don't know how many blocks are being used.
[36:32]
So what Mary said was based off of the mod of trips that we can see every day, 13,603.
[36:43]
You said once it hits that threshold, 30,600 in through, that's what it will trigger the need for the intersection of grade and July, is that correct?
[36:59]
So if you have a sentence, it means that it is about 23rd, so it doesn't give a specific number.
[37:07]
It doesn't give a specific number.
[37:08]
It's about 23rd.
[37:10]
When you do a traffic set, you can do a traffic set.
[37:15]
There's a possibility that traffic, then you are a traffic set.
[37:18]
For sure, it's been the first time I have that in your session.
[37:22]
That's what that is.
[37:23]
What does this traffic set mean?
[37:26]
The problem I have is it seems like there's an history of being out on this
[37:32]
counter in the state that if I were to launch a search, if I were to see everywhere,
[37:38]
if there are any casualties, even if I could bring the car to full force.
[37:45]
Yeah.
[37:47]
Can you wait until there's an issue and then try to rectify that issue?
[37:53]
I'd be a problem with that. I'd rather address the issue up front and require that the
[38:00]
infrastructure is in place before anything down there opens here. Is this number taking
[38:08]
me to account your infrastructure vehicles that are coming in to do the third work to do that?
[38:21]
And so this number could have been met sooner than 23 and so I think that we need to consider putting stipulations in there has to be the appropriate infrastructure placed before this plan will be approved.
[38:43]
I'm not sure I'm understanding there is a tree that's out here, it's an inscriptions there,
[38:53]
they're building up in the subdivisions, they're growing through the master buildings,
[38:57]
they've talked to top 4, and they've led up to possible.
[39:00]
The privilege for the subdivisions in this area has been, I mean, growth, counseling, and
[39:11]
reactive.
[39:12]
That's where I'm here.
[39:13]
I do know two or five years ago, I heard certain construction had to be in late weeks.
[39:19]
At that time, I was 36, was one late.
[39:23]
And then...
[39:41]
I think you're going to have a good point there, a couple things that I did that it is very
[39:51]
They're not going to be right in the reactive.
[39:53]
Instead of reacting to growth, we need to be right there.
[39:56]
And who would you suggest that at this?
[39:58]
Well, so for a shallower on a big one, they tend to sell this.
[40:03]
And so if this is a situation within a cell, they know before,
[40:08]
say received, they have to upgrade the intersection
[40:12]
to where the handle of this 12th traffic right in the gale.
[40:16]
Because they aren't just paying this growth.
[40:23]
So, I understand that the correct way is the idea or change of the error and act over it, correct?
[40:33]
No, it's the, it's so I, it's not so I don't know.
[40:38]
So, what's other than 2D?
[40:39]
which is a Firmcy.
[40:42]
Well, the question is,
[40:42]
the audience of the Firmcy,
[40:44]
is that using the offer
[40:46]
for an end-to-end aid complex
[40:49]
about the attention to the Sunstone Drive
[40:51]
and what serves as an end-to-end aid complex.
[40:53]
Yeah, so we then look straight again.
[40:56]
Yeah, and so,
[40:59]
I think that's a good idea.
[41:01]
I think we're all talking,
[41:03]
and people,
[41:05]
I always do,
[41:06]
I'm going to get Andrew in the serve plan.
[41:08]
I will actually operate before we install them because you might just think it's true.
[41:17]
Okay.
[41:18]
Thank you very much.
[41:27]
Any other questions?
[41:29]
Mr. Adventure.
[41:31]
Okay.
[41:32]
I have books on the subject.
[41:36]
You know what's going on?
[41:38]
We define and it's automated.
[41:40]
But we're not.
[41:42]
We're not.
[41:42]
We're not.
[41:44]
We're not.
[41:46]
We're not.
[41:55]
So I don't believe that we have a concrete
[42:00]
that doesn't mean for us to have that.
[42:03]
We do the job of studying that in reference
[42:08]
in how states, browsing, any fashion, business work,
[42:15]
for gas station and use the store at Astrid and Russia.
[42:20]
So business part can have a thousand ideas for us these.
[42:29]
In a business part, you probably listen to use, it's on table 17-5,
[42:39]
I've got a desk 3.30 minutes number 32 as a business professional, and I'm working on a lot of it, but based on, it's a whole lot of other terms, so the uses will have to be more specified at the time of our presentation to be considered.
[43:03]
So, if the subdivision is just a side, if I can tell, or I have a little bit higher side.
[43:09]
No, the subdivision is just a certain amount to the partition of the line.
[43:12]
It has no use of the type.
[43:14]
And will the cap come back then, the bill will come back?
[43:18]
You show yours?
[43:20]
Okay, on the use.
[43:22]
It doesn't use.
[43:23]
Where uses can have the use flow without having to use.
[43:27]
So any use of it all listed on the edge is only one
[43:31]
of the chapter 17 more.
[43:34]
So it could be like provided off this,
[43:38]
so we're going to tell areas like industrial stress
[43:44]
problems.
[43:45]
So it's a lot more massive than we should
[43:47]
could.
[43:48]
So we're going to come in today.
[43:49]
I want my fashion more kind of fashion new one.
[43:53]
So my fashion uses our chapter
[43:56]
There are a few students on our conditions, so we really can't tell about this phase what's going to become because it's just an additional one.
[44:07]
So you can rewind it down to the side of the system and answer it.
[44:13]
But that's the number of loss.
[44:18]
There's a lot of loss.
[44:20]
And the loss of a company.
[44:29]
I
[44:34]
think it's funny, yes, we've
[44:44]
read a lot this week, very confident in the 20th year.
[44:50]
So, 70, 70, sorry.
[44:53]
Thank you.
[44:55]
Thank you.
[44:56]
Thank you.
[44:57]
Thank you.
[45:02]
Aye, aye. Aye.
[45:09]
Aye. Aye. Aye. Aye. Aye. Aye.
[45:26]
Aye.
[46:11]
to be vulnerable.
[46:23]
That that also demands you to grab on this and most of us,
[46:27]
money outsider, we're not doing this.
[46:30]
Do that funny, easy-wish-shaped partial about the connectors?
[46:36]
Disappearment?
[46:38]
You know the center down on the floor?
[46:40]
And what's next?
[46:42]
OK, next is my first one.
[46:44]
I've got one more question, this is the question.
[46:48]
And when you've done before about the last year,
[46:54]
yes.
[46:55]
The last of the seven years, did that happen?
[46:57]
Did it happen or it's going to be 24?
[46:59]
It's going to be 24 and it's going to be a previous conversation
[47:02]
you suggested that we should refresh that.
[47:04]
Within two years.
[47:05]
Within two years.
[47:07]
Now, was that what's in my suggestion in our work?
[47:12]
Maybe that's what I think.
[47:13]
do you suggest buying out to at least some mission?
[47:19]
Two years. I was well I was able to see that's nothing. That's my personal.
[47:27]
Obviously nothing from 2016 which we've seen one. That doesn't.
[47:33]
So the fair and reasonable to ask to have the water study conducted prior to the
[47:40]
So I'm going to do this properly.
[47:42]
Well, that's within two years.
[47:45]
Oh, it will be in two.
[47:46]
2024, it will be in 2016, December.
[47:52]
And then that's just some history
[47:58]
that I've done from other states,
[48:00]
and that they've done, other counties in the state.
[48:03]
I think it can't be in all the study.
[48:15]
So there's very specific things that you're bound to by code within the code of what is
[48:22]
required with the subdivision blocks.
[48:25]
Those are the only items that we need to address.
[48:28]
Just want you to please keep that in.
[48:30]
And water is not one of those in a subdivision.
[48:33]
If we start asking stuff outside that could be considered a taking, we need to make sure
[48:38]
were sticking to what the code allows us to address.
[48:41]
Thank you.
[48:41]
Good.
[48:45]
Thank you.
[48:47]
Just for clarification, this infrastructure outside the scope.
[48:56]
So what all we can go off of is a traffic study.
[48:59]
If the traffic study says that at this point in time,
[49:01]
at this many trips per day, you're
[49:03]
going to need to signalize that in your section,
[49:05]
and that's the time you can trigger
[49:06]
the dinner section improvements.
[49:09]
So it's all in an audit traffic study.
[49:12]
correct. Yes, you did have a member of the public state that they would like to see the
[49:20]
county commission a third-party traffic study. That can be requested and recommended.
[49:27]
We have to request that of the council. Okay, thank you.
[49:31]
You're welcome.
[49:32]
Mr. Overture, can you look, I can't comment.
[49:35]
I was just, so you don't deal with the water rights on that.
[49:38]
Are they looking at individual wells on these lots?
[49:42]
Not at this time.
[49:44]
This is such an issue.
[49:45]
And I have nothing to do with asking the subject of water.
[49:48]
They do have to provide a little surf, which they provide,
[49:52]
which states that they have water service available.
[49:57]
And that has been verified in his comments
[49:59]
about the possible conflict of interest in the staff.
[50:04]
So, I believe our came from a state.
[50:08]
As long as they provide us a little service,
[50:10]
that's what we are required.
[50:11]
And that does not report to sign a block.
[50:14]
So, in the development stage, we're going to do that
[50:17]
and ask when we talk about this other stuff.
[50:21]
This is something good to me.
[50:23]
Any
[50:27]
other questions?
[50:30]
Please.
[50:32]
Well, sort of in the chair, my comment was that on Mr. Gav regarding the traffic, I guess
[50:42]
back in 40,000, I think the same old, each side on 36 was enough, since it's been a
[50:49]
little bit of the residents, but it's exactly white and then, at this point in time, it's
[50:56]
almost in a new way. It gets a little bit some time. So I'm just, they're exactly what's happening.
[51:01]
There's going to be part of the rules for the federal workers to see happening.
[51:05]
That would be a problem.
[51:06]
But I'm not going to get an observation. Like you said, it's a morning red stare and
[51:12]
then I learned to drive those one-slash-ish stuff like, so, right in the shop?
[51:18]
Yes.
[51:19]
All right. Any other comments or questions?
[51:23]
Any motion at this time for the subject edition?
[51:31]
The late motion of the table is submission and recourse to Caliard on a motion.
[51:39]
We have a motion for Commissioner Maxson and a second for Commissioner Todd.
[51:47]
We will have to go over it, we will have Commissioner Oliver, how do you vote?
[51:51]
I don't have any more.
[51:53]
Commissioner Seth.
[51:56]
Commissioner Krishnitz.
[51:57]
Yes.
[51:58]
Commissioner Baxter.
[52:02]
Yes.
[52:02]
Commissioner Scott.
[52:04]
I don't know.
[52:05]
We do have a current strategy.
[52:08]
And the artist that's part of Facebook.
[52:21]
Okay, this motion is disabled until the county council can create an attack against it.
[52:42]
So we have commission notice permits.
[52:44]
We have CUT-026-706-7 for Pestart Gas.
[52:52]
Can I get a resolution?
[52:54]
We have it on there.
[52:55]
Oh, sorry.
[52:59]
We cut off the net.
[53:01]
I thought it was.
[53:08]
2026-084.
[53:11]
Thank you for sharing.
[53:12]
Yes, so this is a matter of settlement, a pre-loving platform for zenith, order, zenith,
[53:24]
zenith, zenith, and purple, zenith, one or two lobsters.
[53:31]
So this observation of all three properties, here we have the property, personal numbers.
[53:38]
I think the whole way to the base property that's shown here, and then to the very south,
[53:45]
have two little baby persons. 54, 55410 is the one on the right and 5425 is the one on the left.
[53:59]
This side is located on the U.R.O. and it says front, so it's not the right one.
[54:08]
So, the area of the subdivision was not asserted in weapons, the best dislocation did not
[54:14]
come from the hardware illumination department.
[54:17]
Here you can see the plot against the weapons now.
[54:21]
This comes from the national weapons inventory of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service.
[54:27]
So, because the two laws are located in the area where I'll show you a list of the
[54:35]
priorities that I'm going to show you about.
[54:41]
This is a traffic impact study that identifies anticipated conditions from 30, but also
[54:48]
just from 15.
[54:50]
This is the same type of study that was used with the prior application, just to find out
[54:58]
the subdivision will be access office on-screen, right?
[55:02]
Since the subdivision was hit with a row,
[55:05]
the applicant has dedicated a half-wits
[55:07]
to the center-line paper in the row.
[55:10]
Per earlier commission said,
[55:12]
if the applicant were to start accessing the site
[55:15]
from hit with a row,
[55:16]
this would prompt a full-world development
[55:19]
for the proportion of the application.
[55:22]
So in order to ensure
[55:24]
they still have access
[55:25]
is just for the first turn of the discussion, right?
[55:35]
I'm going to try to take a nice study.
[55:37]
I can address this.
[55:39]
The overall bigger larger project area.
[55:43]
Again, we are only looking at this session,
[55:46]
like this either thing.
[55:49]
As you can see, this is a little new cloud application,
[55:53]
and I'm just going to do a little bit of a project area.
[56:03]
We are just approving the partition that we are not approving any languages at this time.
[56:11]
Public
[56:15]
hot in relation to this item is similar to the last version I have.
[56:21]
Questions for the water rinse?
[56:24]
there was a commission for the second position.
[56:26]
There's opposition for the amount.
[56:28]
Remember I've seen the traffic study
[56:30]
for a couple about the full bill, about my friend.
[56:33]
And then again, a strong opposition
[56:35]
towards the moment.
[56:37]
So, I
[56:42]
have just one entire staff
[56:43]
who is in the total turning point of commission,
[56:45]
and as information, provided in staff report,
[56:49]
we can motion to approve the manager's
[56:51]
decision for the government and the class,
[56:52]
so just the conditions.
[57:31]
Again, my name is Melanie Holson, I am the district manager for Twilla Valley Public
[57:38]
Instruction District.
[57:39]
I'm speaking on behalf of the applicant for Twilla County Application 2026-084.
[57:46]
for dinner, polliner, two-lot preliminary subdivision flats that is being presented to you tonight.
[57:54]
This application, once approved, will specifically be proposed for the development of a trucking
[58:04]
logistics company.
[58:09]
This project map illustrates our current site layout for dinner, polliner property.
[58:15]
as shown on the SMAP, Sunstone Drive separates the property down the middle.
[58:23]
As previously stated, this application specifically covers the west side of scene of bolder property,
[58:30]
which plants are for a trucking logistics company, which is this area right here.
[58:36]
On the north west side of Sunstone Drive, there will be another trucking company
[58:41]
that will be over here. On the east side of Sunstrum Drive along here this area
[58:51]
is designated for rail served companies with buildings ranging from 100,000 to
[58:57]
500,000 square feet. Plan uses include cold storage and other industrial
[59:04]
facilities and finally on the southeast side of the property a water treatment
[59:11]
facility will be built. Again, we have no other plans for this site and there is no
[59:20]
attention of developing or housing aid data center on this platform. Thank you.
[1:00:04]
I don't know. We do know commissioner they are putting in their own water treatment facility. Oh, are they? Yes, for the entire project. And I was actually. I'm sure.
[1:00:34]
is this celebration of our authorization to look slice-bottles?
[1:00:42]
Depends on our uses and what the lab is going to say to the board.
[1:00:46]
And if they should notice the cut-backs?
[1:00:48]
Okay, thank you.
[1:00:51]
And then this falls into the same study we've discussed before.
[1:00:57]
I have this time while the building hearing,
[1:01:00]
you know, he's extorting state name and sign up for the work.
[1:01:06]
I would just like to ask that, as we look at breaking logistics companies, that means more
[1:01:14]
semi-owned bricklay.
[1:01:16]
Can we also request a study of the impact on my 80, and whether or not it can sustain
[1:01:22]
the addition of business traffic that's going to come through here for the import based
[1:01:28]
based on the intended use of this subdivision.
[1:01:32]
Thank you.
[1:01:41]
Anita, will you make sure that's green, please?
[1:01:43]
Thank you.
[1:01:45]
Thank you.
[1:01:45]
My name is Anita.
[1:01:46]
We're all in residence.
[1:01:48]
We're on a county.
[1:01:48]
And I want to just make three groups.
[1:01:51]
First, I want to thank Commissioner Dow.
[1:01:54]
For his proactive approach on the last issue,
[1:01:58]
because I've been told it's an issue.
[1:01:59]
So thank you for that.
[1:02:05]
I'm going to ask that you do the same with this, look at this as a whole, as a development,
[1:02:16]
so even though you're only improving or you're not improving, a class is still in a bigger
[1:02:24]
future.
[1:02:25]
and I would appreciate you taking that approach on this as well.
[1:02:29]
And the third one is I'm hoping you have the ability.
[1:02:32]
I know you cannot go bill based on water rights,
[1:02:36]
but I'm hoping you have the ability to put conditions
[1:02:39]
on that water treatment language.
[1:02:41]
As far as I'm also handing approval on a discharge plan,
[1:02:45]
there's a permit for a discharge of 250,000 gallons of water
[1:02:50]
going into the grade subway.
[1:02:56]
We know how that happens, how we work with conditions around it, and which way we can do to protect the citizens, because we want to say to the great public, that's critical to us.
[1:03:05]
Our air depends on water, on how length of it, otherwise we're a reading person in. Thank you.
[1:03:18]
My name is Chuck Afterwell. I'm one of the developers, and I'm also the chairman of the public infrastructure district.
[1:03:25]
because I've listened to you just yesterday,
[1:03:27]
as a matter of fact, I think you've not been fully informed
[1:03:30]
of how this structure exists.
[1:03:34]
We bought the Zima-Thomberner property
[1:03:36]
because it was the industrial.
[1:03:39]
And it was also in an area that, on your general master plan,
[1:03:43]
you wanted the owner to be industrial.
[1:03:46]
So we assumed that would be the use for the property.
[1:03:49]
However, the county does not have a water department.
[1:03:52]
The county does not have a sewage department.
[1:03:54]
And the county did not want to manage and repair and maintain the roads.
[1:04:00]
So I didn't know what the agreement was entered into with the county in which it was
[1:04:05]
agreed that the public infrastructure district would be the owner of all of the infrastructure
[1:04:11]
that goes in there and would accept the responsibility for maintenance, management, repair, and long-term
[1:04:20]
And so when you talk about this, you need to understand that this has already been decided.
[1:04:27]
We have a responsibility as an infrastructure district to manage all of these utilities
[1:04:33]
that you are talking about.
[1:04:35]
No one else will do it.
[1:04:37]
Now why did we form a public infrastructure district for the direct purpose of being able
[1:04:42]
to bond in order to put the district and put the utilities in?
[1:04:46]
And there are $40 million worth of intel utilities already in this property.
[1:04:52]
They're in and they're in the ground.
[1:04:54]
And you need to understand that the way to do that is through the infrastructure history.
[1:05:01]
Now, we as property owners have agreed with the public infrastructure industry to do the development.
[1:05:09]
When we do the development, we pass the statement on to the public infrastructure district,
[1:05:16]
as a trust account, it's science bank, and that's where the bills are paid, they were
[1:05:21]
afforded to stay to go on, please understand that this has all been worked on with them.
[1:05:27]
Thank you.
[1:05:28]
We just want to look forward to that.
[1:05:36]
Thank you.
[1:05:39]
So, my name's Natalie Mariam, I'm going to ask some questions about that.
[1:05:45]
I'm a research in the community, so I've been coming at a lightning speed.
[1:05:48]
So, I know you guys have been playing about these 600 pages by the reading page,
[1:05:52]
and we're not, we're going to start on our plan.
[1:05:56]
So, so, something that I've learned to you know, basically,
[1:05:59]
and this is applied to what is made to start going on our spot or not,
[1:06:02]
is this idea of public financial participation.
[1:06:05]
So, I didn't realize before that when data centers for one example go in,
[1:06:10]
that can raise utility costs of all these trying people here in this room and that's not banned right now
[1:06:16]
the way it is sort of in the shop is very poor. So that's a concern that I have that if you have a clue of through this plot
[1:06:22]
you can be able to start doing things and then instead of there you can carry it but then they're also going to cost one of us.
[1:06:27]
So that's a concern, but online for clarification.
[1:06:31]
I'm also concerned that hiding in these parcels means that you didn't get around it for the current street
[1:06:39]
and they were trying to say, I don't know, is there just a question that I have rhetorically?
[1:06:44]
And you guys can turn it off following the laws.
[1:06:48]
I would say that when a lot of requires you to close your eyes to learning issues,
[1:06:52]
I would ask you to do the right thing and not just act in the fear of being stood by which you'll ever do.
[1:06:57]
Do you know what is right? Let the consequences fall out.
[1:06:59]
If he suits you for protecting us, then we will fuel out people to law on your side.
[1:07:04]
We
[1:07:17]
stayed on top of it for the subdivision,
[1:07:39]
excuse me, the Zenith Development Corporation.
[1:07:44]
And he is also in the chair of the Tool of Valley's
[1:07:47]
Public Infrastructure District.
[1:07:50]
So he is both financing a project and a melting project.
[1:07:56]
And here is the statement on water that says that he
[1:08:03]
received a lot of water rights from Utah State. The project where the water rights were paid for by the
[1:08:12]
Berlister Corporation. The main address is the savings disease of the Delta Company, but it's
[1:08:18]
registered as a foreign women liability company out of Delaware. We're not sure why. The public
[1:08:26]
The second infrastructure district is headed by Mr. Acrelo and he was appointed that, probably,
[1:08:35]
you know, in the court authority, which is struggling behind this project and it has been
[1:08:42]
made a signature on his website. Mr. Acrelo is not the only person on this board.
[1:08:48]
The last mock is also, remember, he is the other owner of or manager of Zenith, and there
[1:08:58]
is their former people, none of them are from the world.
[1:09:03]
I'm not sure how the Tollum Valley governing body has so many people that are not from Tollum
[1:09:12]
or they're all from the Salt Lake or other places.
[1:09:15]
Since this letter describes a water treatment facility that is still scheduled for the construction,
[1:09:21]
what conditions ensure that these flats cannot proceed to development without the promised water infrastructure?
[1:09:30]
Thank you.
[1:09:46]
And I actually wrote this door prior to me, but it seems so far as moving on in the area.
[1:09:56]
It's pretty new when I'm also changing some of the words.
[1:09:58]
Like I really gave it my all to try to understand this cloud request.
[1:10:03]
And I try to understand the second cloud request.
[1:10:06]
I can't pretend to understand the most of it is.
[1:10:09]
And whether or not it's a good idea.
[1:10:12]
I don't know anything about traffic reports or water discharge, but I'm grateful I've
[1:10:20]
blessed with a support and I don't need to worry about a ton of finding people from Utah
[1:10:23]
all over this community who do know things like that and I'll just let them continue to talk
[1:10:28]
about it.
[1:10:29]
I'm here to say that I know that I don't know enough and I know that I'm not the only one.
[1:10:35]
I don't know if any of you know exactly what's going on
[1:10:41]
and what needs to be done and what those things are
[1:10:44]
and all of the stuff that we have to know
[1:10:46]
to try to make it a magic thing at best here.
[1:10:49]
And maybe you guys feel as supported by the people
[1:10:52]
that are around you as I do.
[1:10:54]
And maybe that's how you can do that.
[1:10:56]
But I think there's a lot more of us than you
[1:11:00]
and the least you can do is step up
[1:11:03]
and say no to these cloud requests while we know all the shady stuff is happening in there, find it.
[1:11:08]
It's interesting that we didn't know all of the infrastructure that already exists and that Mr. Acker will come up here and tell you how you must follow the deals you've already made with them, but I'm not sure we're aware of, so we'll be back with that idea.
[1:11:22]
So we demand that you say now to both of those cloud requests until we have a little smile on there.
[1:11:29]
I have some specific for you.
[1:11:31]
As you're LinkedIn, you reposting the words of Martin Luther King Jr.
[1:11:37]
The time is always right to do what is right, and more of the words that time is in.
[1:12:00]
Thank you very much.
[1:12:01]
I'm not going to say much, but we have to work within the main center, I wanted to write, I don't want to ask other people to say what they want to say, we have writing, so we have something that we can concrete coming in, so if they do decide they want to override the rules, and not as in the middle of the people, thank you.
[1:12:30]
But right on the top, even though I appear to be with that here,
[1:12:35]
I just had some issues in between.
[1:12:39]
I know you're regular people,
[1:12:43]
and you have regular lives like the rest of this,
[1:12:46]
so you can't possibly learn everything that I have with you.
[1:12:50]
And so maybe something that we have a question about
[1:13:11]
I don't know what you're talking about, I don't know what you're talking about, I don't
[1:13:21]
know what you're talking about.
[1:13:24]
is the intersection of the world.
[1:13:27]
And we're really our kids because we're just not
[1:13:31]
following the rules and not watching out.
[1:13:35]
And they told us they were trying to fight dance
[1:13:39]
to get the start of saying it.
[1:13:41]
So I'm wondering, like, Mr. Ball,
[1:13:44]
I appreciate what you did so.
[1:13:46]
And I appreciate the part of the course of the analogy.
[1:13:50]
I don't see why they have to make a talk
[1:13:53]
I don't know if that's true, but why do we have to wait?
[1:13:57]
Because it hasn't been exactly two years since some happened.
[1:14:02]
If you can see that it's in the lead in the future, can we be forward thinking?
[1:14:08]
I just don't get it.
[1:14:10]
And through that saw, I had to sit in and write a few things for you.
[1:14:14]
Hello.
[1:14:36]
I've been in the other world and I've gone for a little while.
[1:14:39]
And I actually have some safety concerns that I like to bring up.
[1:14:41]
Two charging leadership companies are obviously bringing lots of nice things to the area.
[1:14:46]
So I think they're really good.
[1:14:49]
They are really good by-class.
[1:14:51]
They've packed with one trailer, they've gone to two, they've gone to three,
[1:14:54]
they've also owned a few items.
[1:14:58]
They're really big.
[1:14:59]
Okay.
[1:15:00]
I also really, really happy that those are a lot of tires in here. That's their 16-millers.
[1:15:05]
Who is taking care of the roads? I know, Burnester Road, and the Higley Road is currently managed by the county.
[1:15:12]
If they are being managed by the county, we start meeting more senaisa in that area. It's another post-choose.
[1:15:19]
I would think that would bring in more materials for that road, more heavy-duty materials,
[1:15:24]
more making sure that a road can handle the extra load that it's taking.
[1:15:30]
So I do wonder right what about that.
[1:15:32]
So would that cost, would burn as to a road and pick a road with that cost, be pushed on
[1:15:38]
to tax payers up to a county that already currently is, or would it go to the business
[1:15:44]
district, like how they are like currently maintaining the, like the sunset road and the other
[1:15:51]
access roads that they look for that area.
[1:15:56]
If they do maintain infrastructure for those
[1:15:59]
two roads, would the revenue be allocated from, that comes in from that area with the
[1:16:07]
I would give two bills over to the cost of the consumers or the business is just
[1:16:11]
E-FAP. And then back on to the fact they say D. So I do have major blind spots but it also
[1:16:19]
takes very long time for those stuff. They use air brakes. They don't give normal
[1:16:23]
rigidity cars. So it takes longer for those stuff and obviously it's if they are
[1:16:35]
So that's the other safety conflict of interest, like if they're coming off that on right
[1:16:41]
in that area, it would have to be longer.
[1:16:44]
I'm
[1:17:03]
Ms. Jackie Baker, and I actually don't know what it's called in the city, but I have
[1:17:07]
two different points per the two different plots.
[1:17:12]
If you are saying that the traffic study needs to be redoed or needs to be independent and
[1:17:17]
verify for the first subdivision.
[1:17:20]
It seems that since most of those conditions
[1:17:22]
you're the same, you must also get a third party assessment
[1:17:29]
for the second subdivision.
[1:17:32]
And then, curve the semi-truck usage.
[1:17:35]
I think we all know how many times we have IAD shut down
[1:17:40]
because the semi-truck blows over for because we have
[1:17:44]
of hydrogen in the area, and somebody has an accident,
[1:17:48]
and IED both directions is pretty much done for it.
[1:17:52]
And if we add more semi-traffic traffic,
[1:17:56]
how are we going to mitigate the fact
[1:17:58]
that, especially since the winds are getting worse,
[1:18:01]
we're going to have more semi-traffic traffic in the area
[1:18:04]
where it's more likely that we're going
[1:18:06]
to have to shut down IED.
[1:18:08]
And that affects everyone, even if you actually
[1:18:11]
and don't let me do that.
[1:18:12]
So those are my two comments.
[1:18:14]
Woo!
[1:18:20]
I'm
[1:18:29]
Jerry Murphy, and a
[1:18:33]
lot of us have four counties.
[1:18:35]
And I want to clear some things up a little bit.
[1:18:39]
So it sounds like people were out there in question.
[1:18:42]
That Mr. Aberloh was appointed by the Court of authority
[1:18:46]
to be over the public infrastructure district,
[1:18:50]
which would not be possible.
[1:18:52]
You basically appointed themselves
[1:18:54]
about over the public infrastructure district.
[1:18:57]
And there were a few public infrastructure districts
[1:18:59]
that ended up in Iran and in the amount
[1:19:02]
of actual parts of the board of the board.
[1:19:05]
And he joined forces with the winners in the project.
[1:19:12]
And so he became an owner, the developer,
[1:19:16]
and the chairman for the public infrastructure district.
[1:19:19]
So it definitely is a huge conflict of interest.
[1:19:22]
And I know that they're saying that the data center is not going to be involved in this specific problem.
[1:19:30]
But the reason why I keep talking about this is because, again, many people have problems.
[1:19:35]
That would be an intention of recovering.
