elect a chair and vice chair of the

board of appeals

uh the previous sierra invites you have

both resigned
[0:54]
leaving vacancies in both of those
[0:56]
positions so

i will start with the chair first and i
[1:00]
would uh
[1:01]
entertain a nomination from any member
[1:04]
of the board
[1:05]
for either him or herself or another
[1:08]
member of the board to serve as chair
[1:11]
i i will nominate dave ferguson as
[1:13]
chairman
[1:14]
uh paul i'm gonna need to decline on
[1:18]
that
[1:18]
uh i had spoken with the mayor about
[1:21]
that and because i am uh closing on a
[1:26]
house
[1:27]
down here in the villages tomorrow and
[1:30]
i'm going to be doing the snowbird thing
[1:32]
i don't think it's appropriate you know
[1:36]
for me to uh chair the board of appeals
[1:39]
if i'm not a full-time resident
[1:41]

recommend

paul i don't know if he's comfortable
[3:33]
with it i haven't spoken with him about
[3:34]

but i would recommend paul doherty
[3:38]
we have a nomination of paul dougherty
[3:40]
is there a second to that nomination

uh you received the uh num number of

affirmative votes would you accept the

i i appreciate the nomination but being

very new

the 27th of april but i'm sure there'll

be more communications

uh as we go along in the next few days
