[0:33] any of the the minutes or written

[0:36] decisions into the record before we go

[0:38] into them

[0:39] no we're just gonna go through them and

[0:41] just uh ask if you know if there's any

[0:44] any corrections or anything otherwise

[0:46] we'll we'll go to approve them

[0:48] i believe everyone has um saw them

[0:52] and read them yeah i think so

[0:55] um so i guess the first

[0:58] uh first order business is the approval

[1:00] of the minutes sent out

[1:02] uh via email by sharon for uh case

[1:05] 2021-01

[1:07] uh for mr wen up of 8736 bayside

[1:11] um did everyone have a chance to

[1:14] look at that and are there any

[1:16] objections or

[1:18] issues concerns

[1:23] i have had a chance to review it and i

[1:25] have no objections or concerns

[1:30] i also have looked at it and have no

[1:32] objections or concerns

[1:34] okay and i think it's safe to say that

[1:36] the board

[1:37] approves the minutes for 2021-01

[1:41] um same question for ron and sherry

[1:45] martin of 3910

[1:47] that is the minutes for case 2021-02

[1:52] any objections or concerns

[1:55] i i have reviewed that i have no

[1:57] objections

[1:58] or concerns and i have no objections and

[2:02] concerns

[2:03] thank you um so i think we can safely

[2:05] approve

[2:06] the minutes for uh 2021-02

[2:10] um next on the docket are the written

[2:13] decisions which were sent out as

[2:15] uh draft documents the martin resolution

[2:18] and went

[2:18] up resolution so sorry backup we'll do

[2:21] one at a time

[2:22] uh written decision for mr one up

[2:25] 2021-01

[2:27] um does the board has the board had a

[2:29] chance to review that

[2:31] and uh do we approve the draft

[2:34] resolution

[2:36] for the official resolution now

[2:39] i have reviewed them and i uh i i would

[2:44] i would vote to approve

[2:48] i've also reviewed it and i also would

[2:50] vote to approve

[2:52] okay thank you uh the board approves the

[2:54] um

[2:56] uh resolution for uh the written

[2:58] resolution for

[3:00] 2021.01 uh for mr one of 87 36 bayside

[3:04] um moving on to the second one is

[3:08] the rhonda sherry martin 39 10 27th

[3:12] street

[3:12] uh 2021-02 has the board

[3:16] had a chance to review that uh

[3:18] resolution and

[3:20] how do they find uh

[3:23] yes i i have uh reviewed the resolution

[3:26] and

[3:27] would also vote to approve the

[3:29] resolution as written

[3:32] and i also vote to approve it thank you

[3:35] uh the review for 20 uh uh the written

[3:38] decision for 2021.02

[3:40] is approved um i believe that

[3:43] is the uh end of our agenda so

[3:47] unless i hear any other issues we can go

[3:49] ahead and

[3:50] take a motion to adjourn
