[0:24] approving or reviewing
[0:26] uh the minutes and the decision from
[0:28] july 18
[0:30] concerning case 2022-1 for marcus
[0:33] farbstein of 715 b street who had
[0:36] requested a
[0:37] variance of the north and south side
[0:38] lots
[0:40] following that we will move on to case
[0:42] 22 22-2
[0:44] from owner sign at
[0:47] 4008 old bayside for a variance to a
[0:51] swimming pool diameter limit
[0:54] i will go ahead and begin with a roll
[0:56] call
[0:57] i myself am jody hunsar chairman of the
[0:59] appeals board uh do i have paul
[1:02] dougherty here
[1:04] stephen sharp
[1:05] all right we have a quorum uh the clerk
[1:08] on hand is uh sharon hum from the town
[1:09] of chesapeake beach
[1:11] um and i believe at this point is there
[1:13] anything we need to enter into the
[1:15] record

[1:19] um in that case has the
[1:22] board had a chance to review the minutes
[1:26] uh them from the first case 2022-1
[1:30] uh and
[1:31] were there any issues
[1:36] move those into the record
[1:38] i have no comment on them
[1:40] uh in that case i move to approve the
[1:43] minutes for case 2022-1
[1:46] and we can move on to the review of the
[1:49] written decision
[1:50] which was provided by uh fred sussman um
[1:55] i believe we've all had a chance to look
[1:57] at that document
[1:59] in advance
[2:00] are there any concerns or things to talk
[2:03] about at this point
[2:06] document we're intending to sign uh none
[2:09] for me
[2:11] all right in that case i uh move that we
[2:13] uh vote on the written decision 2022-1
[2:17] for mr farbstein of 715 b street
[2:21] do i have a second i'll second that

[2:26] do you vote in terms of reviewing the
[2:28] written decision
[2:30] uh i find everything in order so i vote
[2:33] to approve
[2:34] it uh and see i concur i vote to approve

[2:43] um written decision for 2022-1 is
[2:46] approved
[2:47] uh sharon do we sign that here

[2:55] along then uh same thing for 2022-2
[2:59] uh any issues with the minutes or
[3:03] anything provided from that meeting

[3:08] uh cool then uh we can move those
[3:11] minutes into the record whatever
[3:14] and uh move on to reviewing the written
[3:16] decision
