regarding Mr muffley of 14th Street uh

concerning a variance for a front deck
[0:26]
and porch and the second item is to
[0:29]
review the written decision for that
[0:31]
same case
[0:32]
start with a roll call if you
[0:36]
you would present uh Mr Doherty
[0:38]
president Miss Everett
[0:41]
Mr President I am Mr hone star we have a

quorum here today
[0:49]
um also joined here is uh town clerk
[0:52]
Sharon hum uh is there anything we need

to confirm entering into the record for

the board has had a chance to review the

make a motion to approve the minutes

from our last meeting do I have a second

and uh on to our second item which is
[1:29]
actually

voting on the written decision from
[1:34]
legal counsel Fred Sussman

um
[1:38]
first does the board have any additional
[1:41]
concerns other than those already raised
[1:45]
during the document review that they
[1:47]
want to bring forth at this time
[1:50]

um in that case AI make a motion for a

vote on the written decision
