[8:37] and risk management. The final report was received on June 15, 2026 and recommended the

[8:43] design and construction of two new force mains, abandoned existing and new varied

[8:59] in is in the order of 12 to 14 million dollars. The report only considers the section of

[9:16] to provide reliable, sanitary and road-way municipal infrastructure to address the current problem.

[27:50] Municipal enforcement, a background context and status of the Town of Paradise

[27:54] Neighborhood Watch program is included for council's review.

[27:59] It's like to take seconds, and I'll let a few of the things in that neighborhood

[28:04] would watch a lot of this, no, I need a little watch, community-based front and

[28:06] bench and program to reduce and deter a crime and encourage strong neighborhood

[28:10] relations, involves neighbors working together by watching them for each other.

[28:15] and run a small world newfoundland.

[28:17] You never really had to worry about what was happening

[28:18] because it was Ronnie, across the road,

[28:20] she always knew what was happening.

[28:22] And May 10th, 2017, town of Paradise,

[28:25] range for the R&C to give a presentation to residents

[28:27] on the neighborhood watch, 27 residents attended.

[28:31] Currently, there are six neighborhood watch programs

[28:36] that are in place and go ahead and you're going

[28:38] on the street, Gamio Street, GoFitch Drive,

[28:41] Paradise Ridge, Ryder Place, and it's Summit Drive.

[28:45] and staff are continuing to work towards Native Ablauch and updating Native Ablauch's staff from the communications.

[28:52] Met in March 18th, the 2026, as a good information sharing about each of the established current Native Ablauch messaging, branding and procedures.

[29:01] Keypoint of discussion is the possibility of a common approach across the metro area, as early intervention is considered a creation of a new image for standardized Native Ablauch.

[29:15] signage, follow up meetings and anticipate it, and we early fall, that's between all the

[29:21] municipalities.

[29:22] But if there are residents out there that would like to have further discussions about

[29:25] it, we will be able to watch, encourage them to reject the town, info at paradise.ca,

[29:31] who are calling 72400, and they direct your program.

[29:56] a lot of quality and safety for residents daily weekly.

[30:00] The maintenance checks on our town water and facilities, new protections on going. Under transportation

[30:05] and recreation services, street-tweeting programs on going, winter damage repairs is ongoing,

[30:13] manhole slash catch-based and repairs is ongoing, shouldering and ditching, ongoing, maintenance

[30:20] on sports fields, playgrounds and Otis faces is ongoing. And we had some staff working in our

[30:25] people here, some do some rearrangement to make it some more loomed on that way. On our

[30:31] rescues of recycling, the garbage recycling collection has been ongoing. And the

[30:36] byweek, the development equipment operations report is attached and all of our equipment

[30:41] and stuff is in the order. It's it for me or should.
