[2:50] Meeting. I may have love it and I'll be sharing
[2:51] today's meeting. Today's council meeting is being video live streamed
[2:55] and the video recording will be made available online. I
[2:58] would like to call the meeting to order with our
[3:01] land acknowledgement, town Witcher Sowell acknowledges this land is the
[3:04] treaty territory of the William Streety First Nations. It's also
[3:07] the traditional territory of other Anashdowic peoples, the wind at
[3:10] Nahonushoni. We also recognise the contributions of all indigenous peoples
[3:14] to this place and we commit to a continued dialogue
[3:16] and a greater respect for the land that we have
[3:17] come to share. The recognition of the contributions in historic
[3:21] importance of indigenous peoples must also clearly and overtly be
[3:24] connected to our collective commitment to make the promise and
[3:27] the challenge of truth and reconciliation real in our community.

[45:01] closed. The first is our closed meeting minutes of August
[45:03] 12th in the resolution as a council meeting minutes of
[45:06] the 12th be approved as circulated. It's moved by Councillor
[45:08] Sherben, seconded by Councillor Count. Just a hens. That is
[45:13] Carrie. Next item is report CM01126 and update on the
[45:18] development charges reduction program and the motion of this report
[45:23] is at Council Direct, the CAO to continue negotiating with
[45:26] MMAH and report back to Council if we are not
[45:29] inlame duck and issued communications if an agreement is reached.
[45:34] That is moved by Councillor Crew and seconded by Councillor
[45:36] Bartley, all those in favor. That is carried. Mover and
[45:41] secondary to approve confirmatory bilat 2026072MS is moved by Councillor
[45:46] Sherman and second by Councillor Acton. All those in favor
[45:49] for the Confirmatory bylaw. That is carried, just letting the
[45:52] public know before we adjourn, I will be scheduling a
[45:55] special counsel meeting on November 4th. And that will be
[45:59] a time where we will honour Councillor Smith, who is
[46:03] retiring from council and any members of Council who are
[46:06] not returned after the election. So the clerk will put
[46:09] that up on the website probably early next week. And
[46:14] motion to adjourn, it's moved by Councillor Bartley in second
[46:17] by Councillor Smith. All those in favor to adjourn the
