[4:35] a short presentation thank you all right um good evening mayor and

[4:41] councel the Trent Police Department is embracing

[4:45] technology in an effort to promote transparency and increased Community

[4:49] involvement the Trent police department has contracted with the Omega group to

[4:53] share the crimes that occur in the city of Trenton with its CI citizenry on a

[4:58] daily basis the citizens are now able to access this valuable information on the

[5:03] worldwide web under the www crime mapping that's one

[5:09] word.com all of the information on this site is available on the site is

[5:14] currently available as public information and it would be uh available

[5:18] under the Freedom of Information Act guidelines s the site is going to

[5:23] promote transparency and accountability between the citizens and the police

[5:27] department this website will give the citizens the opportunity to become more

[5:31] involved with helping to curtail crimes that occur in their

[5:35] neighborhoods an example of this would be a citizen may see that there have

[5:39] been a rash of property crimes uh vandalism larsy burglary Etc near their

[5:45] homes they will become more Vigilant becoming a witness and help catching the

[5:49] thieves the site will be used to promote a datadriven approach to policing

[5:54] officers when they come in at the beginning of their shifts will able will

[5:57] be able to view the crime pattern on a daily basis and they can use this data

[6:01] collected to help fight the crime officers will be deployed in a more

[6:05] efficient manner to reduce crime and it and its effects on the

[6:11] citizens the citizens can access this site and set up email alerts that will

[6:16] be sent on a daily basis this will make them more aware of activity in their

[6:19] neighborhood and I'm going to demonstrate this to you on the uh

[6:23] overhead I guess here in a minute uh the site allows the ability to

[6:28] be able to search dates um currently it'll when you first log in it will give

[6:33] you the prior week however if you want to go back and see three weeks ago you

[6:37] can enter the dates and you could look and see what happened three weeks ago um

[6:41] and they just before I go over there I wanted to add this they did just add

[12:34] past this screen and I put mine in it and it it'll give me the crimes that

[12:39] have happened within two miles of my house uh within the last 24 hours and

[12:45] every time the site uploads it sends me an email and I'll show you what it does

[12:49] I got an example send me an email of what happen

[12:53] so I'm away from town or I'm somewhere else and I want to see what happened on

[12:57] a certain day you can see it it'll send me an email a day and sometimes this

[13:02] like the August 7th there's two of them it's it's probably because it loaded

[13:06] before midnight and it sent me you know that there was a crime that day uh like

[13:12] on August 16th obviously was pretty busy day there were six of these crimes

[13:15] reported so I can just click on

[13:20] that and it it'll this is how it displays in my email every morning when

[13:25] I look at it I can just

[13:32] yeah this this will give you the hund block obviously it's not going to give

[13:36] you the exact address of the residents and that's for protection

[13:41] purposes but it'll give you a pretty good idea of where where things are

[13:45] occurring it won't it will never give you the exact

[13:47] address so this on this date obviously there it was pretty busy I think there

[13:52] was probably a weekend that was a Monday wasn't it a Monday well that's so I I'll

[13:58] get this and I can look at this and I can see what's going on you know um

[14:06] citizens too where they can you know you may get a citizen that um saw something

[14:13] happen in their neighborhood and they get an alert that you know say they saw

[14:17] a suspicious car at 3:00 or 4 o'clock in the morning something that caught their

[14:21] eye and they're going to get an alert the next day that at 6:00 in the morning

[14:26] the homeowner in their neighborhood reported that their car had broke

[14:30] into hopefully that citizen will now call us and say hey I saw this vehicle

[14:36] with this license plate it might be helpful to you but you want to caution

[14:40] that citizen not to jump in his or her car and go chase after that car leave

[14:44] that work to the police that work to the police and these crime alerts come out

[14:48] 24 hours after they've happened like a neighbor this yeah this is you're not

[14:52] going to get this as it's

[14:58] happening that's Mr see does it for the uh burglar force entry does that tell me

[15:05] and all if they caught the guy or arrest anybody or it will not occur just the

[15:10] crime it's just going to tell you the basic information the crime that the

[15:13] crime that was reported crime that was reported the Hun

[15:17] block it was reported and about what date and time the uh the individual that

[15:22] said it occurs believes it happened and as you can see here too you can map it

[15:26] if you want to see I mean one of the updates that they

[15:30] might be able to do I'm because people probably would like to know whether

[15:34] they've been caught or not you know type thing it doesn't have to say names or

[15:38] anything but would there be a way of um you know down the road maybe putting

[15:41] there so they're not keep on looking for these people that

[35:21] urgency notice but to it okay no and I wondered what their response has been

[35:26] and they did receive the letter I assumed it was delivered to them yes

[35:30] okay received acknowledgement councilman that was received by both the CEO and

[35:36] the COO who were out of town but their offices did receive it the way we sent

[35:39] it so we get acknowledgement of that so this this body passed the motion we sent

[35:45] a letter to Henry Ford Hospital asking for some action and what was their

[35:50] response to the letter can I can I I have a statement that I I've put

[35:55] together here in regards to what's happened after our last council meeting

[35:59] of Wednesday August 8th I did the following just so that you're aware I

[36:02] had a meeting with the city attorney and staff to discuss the issues I made a

[36:06] telephone call to the following people which was the CEO Nancy schling um the

[36:11] CFO Jim Connelly I was transferred like three times I finally talked to Nicole

[36:17] Jackson um as everyone was not available when I did call uh and she stated that

[36:23] this was on a fast track that's what she told me on the phone that was her words

[36:27] um the next day with our city attorney's advice and assistance the letter was

[36:30] drafted letters were mailed by us priority mail to CEO and coo and others

[36:36] were mailed first class following Monday letters and photos were sent to All

[36:41] board members Mr Wagner is the only person who

[36:45] was um who had received a call from Henry Ford Health Systems and that was a

[36:48] one-way conversation between him and Henry Ford rep as of today I have not

[36:54] had the courtesy of a response from Henry Ford Health Systems

[37:00] I guess is that acceptable to the uh the administration and this this body I mean

[37:06] that's my question I I I'm looking that I need

[37:11] some direction because um I've done what I you know of what I can at this point I

[37:16] have not been able to meet with these people um the the letter actually stated

[37:21] that we were going to ask for a meeting I mean I can call but they're not

[37:25] responding so I guess I mean where do you want me to go with it because I

[37:30] really don't know where what we should do with it at

[37:33] this point Dr nir has met with them and

[37:37] nothing has been put in writing what he can or can't do at this point that I'm

[37:41] aware

[37:44] of go ahead I guess we sent the letter to it and people here in M you were here

[37:51] you're not here at which point was she here for the letter will we draft that

[37:55] motion or no no I make sure I thought we made a pretty firm

[37:59] statement and and I don't think the letter wasn't quite as firm but to send

[38:02] a letter from the city to a uh very reputable Hospital

[38:08] which which they are okay and uh the CEO Mr seon is a very nice guy and not to

[38:14] get a response back uh I have a problem with that you I I've researched a lot

[38:20] and and we all these articles about the news heral talk about things going on

[38:24] happening and it's just uh it wasn't too long ago there was a letter said after

[38:28] waiting six years we've been waiting for buyer and Browns and bears the building

[38:31] sit there unused while it deteriorates councilman Taylor has been

[38:35] up and down pounding his fist for eight years on it right and I I guess I just

[38:40] don't understand why somebody when we send a letter to a reputable

[38:45] organization which they are okay why they haven't got back to us and and and

[38:51] answer the letter that to me is unacceptable maybe if I'm the only

[38:57] person I'll do it myself I mean no I'm fine with that I I mean I have no

[39:01] problem with um you know but how far do we go with it when it comes down to it

[39:05] when I'm not getting any response what about the press release I talked about

[39:08] last time we we did um I have made contact to do something on that order

[39:14] but I have not done anything in the newspaper at this point in time but I I

[39:17] mean I'd be glad to do you know where we want to go with it i' I'd like this I'm

[39:21] getting just as frustrated as anybody else on this Council and I've only been

[39:24] on here for nine months councilman Taylor

[39:28] yes madame mayor um I mean we are it is and should be under administrative

[39:34] control but I do believe that the motion of this body was to put a 48 hour time

[39:40] limit for

[39:43] um response and I don't believe that was

[39:47] put on that letter and that's and I I do think that we need to follow with

[39:51] another letter putting a 48 hour response to it and ask them for a date a

[39:57] tell them that they will be on the the agenda two meetings from

[40:02] now um and ask for a representative here and you know and I would like to make

[40:08] one other statement in regards to this in regard to this and that is you know

[40:14] we do have a valuable uh project that could go in

[40:19] there but just is important to me is the fact that because Henry Ford has not

[40:28] um I don't believe been a good corporate citizen uh I want them to relieve or to

[40:35] to get rid of all restrictions for development there not just because of Dr

[40:41] nir not just what he's requesting for but all restrictions so that property

[40:45] can be be developed um and that's you know I don't

[40:51] want to nitpick on a b and c right now all restrictions need to be relift need

[40:56] to be lifted that they would have on that

[41:00] property Council McLoud I don't like the fact that the

[41:05] hospital has Lane dormant that it is vandalized that kids get in there it's

[41:12] it is definitely a nuisance but Henry Ford Hospital is

[41:17] represented by attorneys and Dr nir if he isn't represented by attorneys is

[41:21] certainly an astute businessman my understanding is that

[41:26] there has been negot NE iation between Henry Ford Hospital and Dr nir and that

[41:31] some concessions have been made now whether those are enough for Dr nere I

[41:35] don't know but I think we as the city should be awfully careful about issuing

[41:41] press releases when we don't have all the facts and we have not been privy to

[41:46] that negotiation and I don't think we should be jumping out there telling

[41:50] Henry Ford that it has x amount of hours to respond to us when you know I I get

[41:55] where you're coming from I understand the frustration I feel that too but in

[42:00] terms of what we're doing we have to be really careful that we don't Place

[42:04] ourselves in a position where we could be the object of a lawsuit we don't want

[42:08] to do that let them work this out my understanding is Dr nir met with the

[42:13] hospital just what Wednesday of last week and has he reported to you what has

[42:17] occurred yes and he are you at Liberty to say uh let's put it this way he he

[42:25] told me that he would not be able to build there according to his financing

[42:30] if it wasn't released something some of these things released so he could build

[42:34] okay my understanding is though that he has now gone beyond the scope of what he

[42:38] originally wanted in the first place and that he's also being courted by other

[42:41] cities to build where there are no restrictions so all I'm saying is we

[42:45] don't have all the facts and if we're not awfully careful we are going to step

[42:49] in the middle of a landmine we should not do

[42:52] this that's my opinion only okay and I I need to know who raised I was

[42:59] Tim Mary Allen if I could Madame mayor to go ahead um my suggestion was had

[43:08] nothing to do with Dr nir mine is to remove all restrictions on the

[43:12] development of that property whether Dr nir decides to proceed in that area or

[43:20] not I want the next individual who could purchase that property not to have their

[43:26] hands tied behind their back it ought to be simply a zoning decision by the city

[43:32] and not by Henry Ford that's I mean I'm not that's not a a a misstatement of

[43:39] fact the fact is that there are deed restrictions and they ought all be

[43:43] lifted because that property's been lying dormant for x amount of years and

[43:48] it is a it is s it is a serious safety hazard to the individuals in that

[43:52] neighborhood it's a safety hazard for kids that get in there it's an eyesore

[43:57] we need to proceed in development regardless of what Dr nir

[44:02] wants to do all those restrictions need to be lifted and Henry Ford H needs to

[44:08] come to us and lift those so that this city can move forward the problem is the

[44:14] city doesn't own the property Tim Dr nir does and you're in the middle of a

[44:18] business conflict now if if it turns out that Dr nir doesn't choose to develop

[44:23] that property okay maybe we have more ability to do that but right now this is

[44:28] between two business people in my estimation and we have to be really

[44:32] careful about the role that we assume that's hand up first Bob I I guess I

[44:39] agree with uh um council person typer excuse me Leber and and uh Taylor I I

[44:45] guess where I'm looking at this it's not just this event their Omission not not

[44:49] to get back with us I mean let's look back eight nine years ago they've been

[44:54] dragging their feet they've been stroking the city for how long I mean

[44:58] the mayor has uh Mayor Brown has wrote some very very stiff letters in in in

[45:05] and try putting heat on them the bottom line is they did nothing and I agree

[45:09] they have not been good corporate neighbors with us and and and you take a

[45:13] look at our downtown in in the past U S8 10 years um Mr church here has been in

[45:20] the DDA meetings and every single meeting the first question we ask is

[45:24] what's happening with the hospital site cuz that's real pivotable sight to our

[45:28] downtown to help Revitalize it so they've done nothing and I think that

[45:34] they you know if they they really should step up and be good corporate neighbors

[45:38] and then let us know what their plan is and and really I mean we need I mean we

[45:44] take a look at what what we're facing with all these these these budget crisis

[45:47] and whatnot we need business we need new tax base so uh regardless of what

[45:54] happens with Dr nir I think they need to step up and need to help us

[45:59] out because that I would absolutely agree with all those restrictions on

[46:03] there there's just no way the banks are going to allow them to lend money to

[46:07] those type of projects especially how tight the banks have been councilman LEF

[46:12] well here's what it's about in a nutshell to me it's about nine years

[46:18] eight months and 20 days is what it's about okay that they told you going do

[46:23] things okay that have it happened okay they beg us leave bu beds there so they

[46:27] can move up the Bloomfield Hills we work with them all the time okay we did that

[46:31] for them okay that's nothing to do with Dr Nour the press the question I brought

[46:35] up you can if anybody you want this body sent a letter to an organization okay

[46:42] which is a reportable organization that they didn't acknowledge or didn't answer

[46:46] now is that acceptable anybody here no all I'm asking for is we made a

[46:51] motion we send a letter they should come down and answer the letter just like

[46:55] councilman Taylor says they need to come down here and and tell us or tell us not

[46:59] going to come talk to us what they want to do that it's just a and the the same

[47:04] person charge was uh Mr seon he said he's a good guy he was in charge back

[47:08] then when the hospital closed he used to still was to seal unless he retired in

[47:12] the last month I don't know that if he did but the whole idea is when you send

[47:15] somebody a letter response okay you want to hear from them it's a big maybe it's

[47:19] not a big issue to them to build a fever it's a big issue that is that is a big

[47:25] thing and to worry about it's no difference between him building that

[47:28] project in Riverview for him okay but to me it is we need it in the city of

[47:33] Trenton okay so I want something to develop there or they can tear the

[47:35] hospital down that's what basically the letter said just give us what they want

[47:39] to do with it okay that's all I'm asking is to acknowledge it you know I I don't

[47:44] think that's a big deal I don't think we're get in the middle of anything we

[47:46] send somebody a letter we're asking them to acknowledge the letter we sent to

[47:50] them and if if that's what they're going to do then shame on them I just don't

[47:55] get how they can go and sent a letter and we sent it Jim too as well as hand

[47:59] delivered it no they were not there so they told

[48:04] me at corporate level that the best way that I was going to get an

[48:08] acknowledgement was be sending it some way that I would get registered or

[48:11] certified that's why I send it Priority Mail registered mail but somebody signed

[48:16] for it we know they got it yes okay and they have not

[48:19] responded that to me you guys can argue all day that is

[48:23] unacceptable all right I will say to councilman and to the rest of the

[48:27] council Mr seon did respond because we sent him a copy and he called the next

[48:33] actually the next morning and we actually scanned him a copy and uh he

[48:38] had a one-way conversation with me um and I didn't get a word edgewise and

[48:43] then the meeting ended then I would have to go on on

[48:49] councilman Taylor suggestion that we notifying will be on the agenda at the

[48:52] next meeting and ask them to come down here and give us some some sort of a

[48:56] response to it and I don't want to be in the middle of any argument but we'll

[49:00] never get that property developed at that restrictions on there

[49:03] okay councilman Howie you know wasn't there discussion five six years ago

[49:08] about them tearing the hospital down and they acknowledged they were going to

[49:12] tear it down I mean so I mean when you just take a look at just just the chain

[49:16] of events I mean clearly there's a path of just putting it off delays putting it

[49:21] off delays I think this body the council the mayor the City the adjacent

[49:28] neighbors have been very very patient and I think now it's time for them to to

[49:33] to act and let us know what the direction is exactly councilman Taylor

[49:38] Madame mayor I would move make a motion that we place on the

[49:44] agenda uh Henry Ford Hospital at our next regular regular

[49:52] meeting September to uh

[49:57] answer the letter that we have sent them I'll

[50:03] support that oh it's September 4th okay it's

[50:08] been moved and supported is there any more discussion councilman tyer yeah you

[50:16] know Maryland's got a good point I mean the the part about and it's the same

[50:20] thing I said at the last meeting the issue still comes down to we know

[50:27] that at least the first sale or maybe this there was at least one scam sale of

[50:31] that thing for maybe a 100,000 and somebody just tried to clear valuable

[50:37] items out of there my view of this thing is the hospital can have it both ways

[50:43] they want to have restrictions so it can't be developed then they've got to

[50:46] tear it down and for them to hide behind these scam sales and it's the oldest gag

[50:52] in the book when you have environmental problems that you get to walk I don't

[50:57] believe and I think if our attorney checked into it with the DEQ or EPA that

[51:03] you could I believe you could uncover the reality of this is is they want it

[51:09] both ways they want to protect their business interest as a hospital because

[51:13] they're afraid dror in this here is going to compete with them and on the

[51:17] other hand they don't want to pay to clear the site and I'll tell you what

[51:21] guys that site is going to cost this city because ultimately

[51:27] Dr nir walks away whatever I will guarantee you that's a limited liability

[51:33] Corporation we're our funds are going to have to tear that and we're going to owe

[51:38] the citizens of that area that somebody's got to tear it down but I

[51:44] don't believe we're the responsible party the hospital is the responsible

[51:50] party now they can have one or either way either help either work with Dr nir

[51:55] and have a viable business there or front the money and tear the gosh darn

[52:01] thing down one of either and that I think that's the deal in a

[52:06] nutshell Madame mayor perhaps um council person tyer can explain you know right

[52:12] now there's been a Brownfield most people don't realize that there needs to

[52:16] be a major abatement there it's not just a the demolition of of the

[52:21] structure I mean there's there's major abatement and whatnot that has to happen

[52:25] so there there's a there's a tremendous liability that's out there and uh to

[52:31] think that some company's going to come in and pay 25 Grand in in Wave by

[52:37] liability for the original owner of the hospital I mean it's it's

[52:42] just unacceptable yeah it's unacceptable it's appalling and and that we continue

[52:47] to be good faith in in and try to work with them for all those years and just

[52:52] like council person Le fever said oh we're moving the beds oh we're doing

[52:56] this oh we got the certified we've heard every song and dance in the book you

[53:00] know enough was enough coun F did you have anything I'll

[53:05] just I mean if you check the history I think Terry's pretty knowledgeable we

[53:09] went through a couple of things they even approached the uh was the

[53:11] Brownfield that they asked for $2 million and they'd leave town and is

[53:15] that something like that I can't remember exactly it was a three-way deal

[53:18] that they would get $2 million a developer would pay would pay

[53:23] them 2 million but the city would have to fund through a capture of on a

[53:29] Brownfield something to the order of $3 million and you know so again that deal

[53:38] was the hospital walks away with $2 million and no liabilities the citizens

[53:44] of Trenton give up the incremental dollars in the future but that's typical

[53:50] of where this thing has gone but um I you know again I I think it's they have

[53:55] a responsibility ility to clean that sight up and you know I you no one's

[54:01] going to talk me out of that councilman Taylor Madame mayor we

[54:07] do have a motion on the floor I think we're all the same mindset so if I would

[54:12] like to call the question okay um the can I ask the clerk to reread the so

[54:18] everybody knows what they were voting on it was moved by council person Taylor's

[54:21] reported by council person MF to place Henry Ford Hospital on the agenda at the

[54:26] next council meeting and requesting them to answer the letter that was sent to

[54:30] them by Administration and that meeting would be Tuesday September 4th okay is

[54:35] there any other discussion seeing none it's unanimously unanimously so

[54:40] ordered okay where was I here with the uh council person this has been a long

[54:44] time now okay um are you all done with what

[54:49] you had to say because I I was over here I know you were a fever okay councilman

[54:55] Council done for now okay councilwoman M yes I had a complaint this evening from

[55:01] a voter who is unhappy that he will have to vote at the ice arena and I am

[55:05] wondering if perhaps our clerk could explain her reasoning um to the

[55:09] citizenry so that they understand why it is they'll be voting where they are yes

[55:13] the um precincts were moved from the out of the school system out of all the

[55:17] schools I now have all the precincts are now in in the city um we have more

[55:21] control over the sites we had problems with the um lights going off in the

[55:25] precincts because they were on timers but the main concern the real reason the

[55:29] main driving force be behind moving the precincts is because of the fact that

[55:34] some of those elections are held when school is in session and when school is

[55:38] in session anyone not just city of Trenton voters but anyone can be walking

[55:42] around the buildings wandering around the buildings and so that was the main

[55:46] reason to get the um elections out of the

[55:49] schools thank you I have nothing else nothing else councilman Howie nothing

[55:54] this evening Council tyer nothing thank you Council I started with you start

[56:01] okay so uh now I'd like to go to the elected officials Madame clerk yes and

[56:05] speaking of the elections I wanted to thank uh my staff I wanted to thank

[56:09] Debbie Kathy and Jackie for doing some excellent work on this election and all

[56:14] my precinct workers and also all the Departments that assisted me with the

[56:18] election um everything turned out well um all our uh precincts came in and

[56:23] everybody balanced so I was very happy with that it was a very long day um the

[56:27] other thing I want to mention the general election is Tuesday November 6th

[56:32] and the last day to register to vote is Tuesday October 9th and I just want to

[56:36] caution the residents if you have to get to work and if you can't stand in line

[56:39] because you will be standing in line everyone in town will be out to vote

[56:43] please consider voting absentee because I don't want anyone not to be able to to

[56:47] vote because of the fact that they have to get to work or they'll be late to

[56:50] work then the last thing I have to mention is that the council meeting the

[56:54] next Council me meeting will be Tuesday September 4th and City Hall will be

[56:58] closed on Monday September 3rd due to labor date that's all thank you our

[57:45] our police agencies a mother is in dire need of a kidney she received a

[57:50] transplant in 2009 and apparently there there's an issue and she is there

[57:55] seeking um a living donor for kidney that's all thank

[58:02] you we need a special blood type or anything it is blood uh type O is is all

[58:09] that is the only information that I have they are residents of Riverview but they

[58:13] have always been part of the Trenton family the

[58:17] CHF very good thank you Mikey do you have

[58:22] something you want to say I just wanted to bring him up he is the uh Union

[58:26] president and he's part of the family they're all part of our family so very

[58:30] good thank you very much any other department heads that

[58:34] would like to uh announce anything you know any items that are coming up or

[58:40] events thank you madam mayor I just wanted to bring to the attention of the

[58:44] council and also our residents um our department as well as uh along with our

[58:48] engineering department and our dep Department of Public Service have been

[58:51] assessing our playgrounds and we will be um giving a report to mayor and councel

[58:57] um at next Monday night's study session um we have deemed that there is some

[59:01] equipment in our parks that is unsafe at this time and so you may be seeing some

[59:06] activity of removal of of equipment um because it is it is not um compliant and

[59:13] uh it is beyond repair so I just wanted to bring that to the attention and we

[59:17] will um have a much more in-depth um assessment um presentation for you

[59:23] Monday councilwoman McLoud yes speaking of Parks I have um been hearing that

[59:28] there is an issue with young people hanging out at Anderson Park and uh

[59:33] creating all kinds of Havoc not only in the evening hours but also in the

[59:36] afternoon and daytime hours and I'm wondering if number one you're aware of

[59:40] that and number two if anything is being done to address it I have not heard but

[59:44] I didn't know U Chief nardoni in regards to Anderson have you had any issues with

[59:50] kids hanging out at the park I'm not talking just hanging out I'm talking

[59:54] about creating problems at the park hanging out is what they're supposed to

[59:57] do but um you know hanging on the equipment and swearing and carrying on

[1:00:02] and breaking bottles and um have you heard any of that we have responded

[1:00:06] there few in the last three to four weeks could you come to the mic so that

[1:00:12] people can hear you because I'm not sure if they could hear you from

[1:00:15] there thank you we have received complaints over the last three to four

[1:00:19] weeks over at Anderson over in the uh area west of the school and we have

[1:00:24] responded and we will stay on that thank you anything else Joan that's off thank

[1:00:41] a vessel coming in tonight so if anybody sees the uh the ship coming in uh they

[1:00:52] correct um they also on 8:28 will be having another one um this the one

[1:00:57] that's coming in tonight is called the calet and the second one is mck Sun so

[1:01:01] we have two ships that will be coming down the water so if any of the uh

[1:01:05] residents know that's something that DTE is uh bringing in and we got a notice on

[1:01:11] that also um I don't know if this is something that we can um zoom in on but

[1:01:16] we're getting a notice to the Trenton residents and it kind of looks like the

[1:01:19] city of Trenton is uh supporting this and it's in regards to um preventable

[1:01:24] floods due to n working water meter valves and I'm going to show this I

[1:01:28] don't know if they'll be able to see this this is not a city of Trenton um

[1:01:32] sponsored item so just so that the residents are aware of it um it kind of

[1:01:37] makes it look like we're supporting this so it says notice the treaton residents

[1:01:41] so if anybody's received this this is one of the things that is uh going on

[1:01:46] not official not official that's correct also um I'd like to um commend and uh

[1:01:53] honor or should I say commend l fever she's put in 10 years with uh walk and

[1:01:59] fundraising for lupus and she was honored uh by the U ofm hospital um just

[1:02:03] recently in regards to her fundraising efforts um for that particular

[1:02:08] Association so I want to thank her for a great job done I know she's been busy

[1:02:13] with all that good that that organization also um we had the uh

[1:02:18] walkability last week that was very interesting uh Mr Dan uh Burton was our

[1:02:23] um was our I want to call him our Scout cuz he was the one that went down the

[1:02:27] street with us um uh Joanne and and uh a couple of the fire guys Jeff and Jeff

[1:02:35] from the fire department also attended um he gave The Good The Bad and The and

[1:02:41] some some respects the ugly of um you know our streets and stuff in regards to

[1:02:46] the um Greenery and things that are around especially down the West Road

[1:02:49] area um I did want to give you this article because I thought it was well

[1:02:53] written and uh it kind of tells you what going on there but um he was very

[1:02:57] interesting and gave a lot of insight as to how we can make um our business

[1:03:03] districts um you know uh valuable um if there's green he says if

[1:03:10] there's green it produces green so I'm just bringing that out to

[1:03:14] you um let's see I think I hit everything
