The city in County have separated and are going to contact their own independent planning commissions after this one minute meeting. So, I call this meeting to order. Item number one, anybody?

[1:26] on this commission and I wish you the best moving forward and the good thing for the counties.
[1:31] I'm not on the county board, so they'll be very grateful and not genie is and that's going to be a challenge, but that's okay.
