[23:50] and chair if I may on that that is also the salary of the one full-time parts

[23:59] person half of the other person and everything that goes into the salary for

[24:07] that that is also in the bond debt and us payment comes out of that as well

[24:11] your transfer in and out those salaries are not paid directly from the 4B it's

[24:21] They go through the city who does all of the workers comp, the retirement and everything.

[24:32] So it is a money transfer from the 4B funds into the city, then the city disperses those

[24:40] out to the employees and to the various places that they go.

[24:51] I understand what it's used for but do we have a like a breakdown of or do we strictly just

[24:59] agree to that dollar amount and they transferred into another general fund and then they use it accordingly?
