» Welcome to the
[10:01]
July 28th meeting of the Village of Rye
[10:04]
Brook Board of Trustees.
[10:06]
As you may notice, there are only three
[10:08]
of us here.
[10:10]
So, for anybody who has an application
[10:13]
on the agenda,
[10:14]
please understand that means it must be
[10:17]
unanimously approved. So, if you wish to
[10:20]
withdraw your application,
[10:23]
it might not be a bad idea because, you
[10:25]
know, I can't explain what these people
[10:27]
decide.
[10:29]
I mean, I know I'm a little bit weird,
[10:31]
but I can't I I will not try to deal
[10:34]
with them.
[10:36]
But, having said that,
[10:38]
the first item on our agenda
[10:41]
is considering adopting a secret
[10:43]
determination of significance for a
[10:45]
zoning petition and application
[10:47]
submitted by Erickson Senior Living
[10:49]
Properties LLC for the property located
[10:52]
at 975 Anderson Hill Road.
[10:56]
>> Whereas the Board of Trustees is in
[10:57]
» Whereas the Board of Trustees is in
[10:57]
receipt of a zoning petition and
[10:59]
applications for B PUD site plan and
[11:02]
subdivision approval submitted by
[11:04]
Erickson Senior Living for property
[11:06]
located at 975 Anderson Hill Road on 84
[11:09]
acres in the planned unit zoning
[11:11]
district, planned unit development
[11:12]
zoning district, the airport zoning
[11:14]
district, and
[11:17]
uh for an amendment to the Village Code
[11:20]
of the Zoning Code of the Village of Rye
[11:21]
Brook. And whereas the property is
[11:23]
located on the former Doral Arrowwood
[11:25]
Hotel and Conference Center.
[11:27]
And whereas the prop- the purpose of the
[11:28]
proposed text amendments to the zoning
[11:30]
code concerning the PUD is to allow
[11:33]
redevelopment of the property to include
[11:35]
a senior living community providing
[11:37]
continuum
[11:38]
of care to residents including 750
[11:41]
independent living units and 84 assisted
[11:44]
living units from memory care units
[11:47]
together with related amenities,
[11:49]
landscaping, parking and other site
[11:50]
improvements. And whereas the
[11:52]
preliminary site plans including the
[11:54]
concept plan for the proposed
[11:55]
development has been submitted with the
[11:57]
zoning petition and whereas the board of
[11:59]
trustees is the approval authority for
[12:02]
the zoning petition PUD concept plan,
[12:04]
PUD site plan and PUD subdivision. And
[12:07]
whereas the described in the full
[12:08]
environmental assessment form along with
[12:10]
the petition includes the text
[12:12]
amendments to the zoning code and the
[12:14]
redevelopment of the property as
[12:16]
described therein.
[12:18]
And whereas it's a proposed type one
[12:20]
action pursuant to seeker
[12:22]
and whereas on June 23rd, 2026 the board
[12:25]
referred the zoning petition and
[12:26]
applications to the planning board the
[12:28]
Rye Brook planning board for an advisory
[12:30]
report and recommendation and whereas on
[12:33]
June 26, 2026 notice of intent to
[12:36]
declare lead agency was also circulated
[12:38]
by the board of trustees to all known
[12:40]
involved and interested parties and 30
[12:42]
days has passed without receiving any
[12:44]
objections.
[12:45]
And whereas on about June 26, 2026
[12:49]
the zoning petition and applications
[12:51]
were referred to the county department
[12:52]
of planning pursuant to general
[12:54]
municipal law.
[12:55]
Now therefore be resolved that the board
[12:57]
of trustees hereby declares itself lead
[12:58]
agency and be it further resolved that
[13:00]
after taking a hard look at the EAF and
[13:02]
all associated materials prepared and
[13:04]
submitted in connection with the
[13:05]
proposed action the board the board
[13:08]
hereby adopts the annexed EAF part three
[13:11]
with attachment for the reasons set
[13:13]
forth and described therein and finds
[13:15]
the proposed action may result in one or
[13:17]
more significant and adverse
[13:18]
environmental impacts and therefore
[13:20]
adopts a positive declaration pursuant
[13:22]
to seeker there therefore thereby
[13:25]
requiring the preparation of a draft
[13:27]
environmental impact statement or a
[13:29]
DEIS. And be it further resolved, the
[13:31]
Board of Trustees hereby authorizes the
[13:33]
circulation of the draft DEIS scoping
[13:36]
outline as prepared and submitted by the
[13:38]
applicant to all known involved and
[13:40]
interested agencies pursuant to SEQR
[13:42]
regulations. And be it further resolved
[13:45]
that to provide an opportunity for
[13:46]
public participation in the scoping
[13:48]
process, which precedes which process
[13:51]
includes a 60-day time frame for the
[13:52]
lead agency to make revisions to the
[13:54]
draft DEIS scoping outline presented by
[13:58]
the applicant, the Board of Trustees
[14:00]
invites members of the public to submit
[14:01]
written comments on the D draft DEIS
[14:04]
scoping outline and schedules a public
[14:06]
hearing on the draft DEIS scoping
[14:08]
outline for Tuesday, September 8th, 2026
[14:11]
at 7:30 p.m. in Village Hall, 938 King
[14:14]
Street, Rye Brook, New York.

>> Can I get a motion and a second?
[14:18]
» Can I get a motion and a second?
[14:18]
>> Motion. Second.
[14:20]
» Motion. Second.
[14:20]
>> Thank you. Chris, you want to give us a
[14:22]
» Thank you. Chris, you want to give us a
[14:22]
brief
[14:23]
analysis of that lengthy [laughter]
[14:26]
>> Thanks a lot.
[14:27]
» Thanks a lot.
[14:27]
>> resolution.
[14:27]
» resolution.
[14:27]
>> So, the next steps in the SEQR process
[14:29]
» So, the next steps in the SEQR process
[14:29]
is now, you know, the Board had declared
[14:31]
its interest to become the lead agency.
[14:33]
We did the circulation of the notice.
[14:35]
Nobody objected. So, now the Board is
[14:37]
saying, we are the lead agency, meaning
[14:39]
you the Village Board, you are the lead
[14:40]
agency for the review of this project.
[14:43]
Uh the application has been referred to
[14:45]
the Planning Board. The application has
[14:47]
been referred to the um to the County
[14:50]
Department of Planning. Uh so, that's
[14:53]
currently underway. And the next step in
[14:55]
the SEQR process is lead agency is to
[14:57]
declare in this case the Board is
[14:59]
declaring that there's a positive
[15:00]
declaration, which means it has one or
[15:03]
more potential uh environmental issues
[15:05]
that need further study. And there's a
[15:07]
draft, what they call a scoping
[15:09]
document, which outlines the issues that
[15:11]
have to be studied in the DEIS, or the
[15:14]
draft environmental impact statement.
[15:16]
So, the applicant has has prepared that
[15:19]
scoping document as a draft, and that's
[15:22]
being circulated to all the involved and
[15:23]
interested agencies, as well as the
[15:25]
village board and the public, to make
[15:27]
any comments on the scoping outline,
[15:28]
which is a very important document, cuz
[15:30]
that does define what issues might
[15:33]
potentially could potentially be an
[15:35]
issue that needs further review or study
[15:38]
by the applicant through the review
[15:39]
process. So, that's where this is. The
[15:42]
We're referring the scoping document.
[15:44]
We're also setting a public hearing for
[15:46]
any and a time frame for any comments on
[15:49]
those documents. So, this is not to
[15:52]
approve the application. This is to
[15:53]
approve the document that will study the
[15:56]
issues that are relevant and important
[15:59]
as part of this application review.
[16:01]
>> Thank you. Is there any member of the
[16:03]
» Thank you. Is there any member of the
[16:03]
public that has anything to say about
[16:05]
this?
[16:06]
Knowing that there's an attorney out
[16:08]
there.
[16:10]
» [laughter]
[16:12]
» We should note that this may be the
[16:14]
first time.
[16:15]
>> Anything you want to correct from what I
[16:17]
» Anything you want to correct from what I
[16:17]
said?
[16:17]
>> who has [laughter] nothing to say.
[16:19]
» who has [laughter] nothing to say.
[16:19]
>> Any clarification on what I just
[16:21]
» Any clarification on what I just
[16:21]
summarized?
[16:22]
Okay.
[16:25]
» Greg?
[16:25]
>> Yes, sir. Where should Can I
[16:27]
» Yes, sir. Where should Can I
[16:27]
Can I comment?
[16:31]
No, so just to echo what Chris said,
[16:34]
I've had calls from the public saying
[16:37]
thinking this is like the end of the
[16:38]
process, and I just want to uh say for
[16:41]
anybody out there or that watching, this
[16:43]
is the very beginning of the process.
[16:44]
But, as Chris said,
[16:46]
uh this is just the document where
[16:49]
it's decided what gets studied. And it's
[16:51]
a 38-page document, but what I would
[16:53]
encourage the public, if you have an
[16:55]
issue, and leave aside the the words
[16:58]
environmental,
[16:59]
uh think about the word impact. If
[17:02]
you're thinking about impacts that you
[17:04]
care about, whether it's traffic or view
[17:07]
or
[17:08]
uh quality of the building, whatever it
[17:10]
is, um or it could be
[17:13]
storm water runoff, whatever it is,
[17:15]
look at the look at the 38-page
[17:18]
submittal there and see whether you
[17:20]
think that the way they're outlining the
[17:23]
studies would be adequate to address
[17:25]
the issues that you have. Because if the
[17:27]
studies don't get done, it's going to be
[17:29]
very hard at the end to argue that,
[17:32]
"Hey, I was worried about this and I
[17:34]
didn't see a study about that."
[17:36]
If you If you have concerns or impacts
[17:39]
that you think are going to impact you
[17:40]
or the community,
[17:41]
raise them now and um it's a healthy
[17:44]
process. I think everybody does better
[17:47]
when stuff gets vetted thoroughly. Or if
[17:50]
even if something's covered, if you
[17:52]
don't think it's going to be studied
[17:54]
enough, you know, say why you think
[17:56]
something should be studied more or
[17:57]
less. It's a public process.
[17:59]
You can submit written comments, you can
[18:01]
come in person. I just again encourage
[18:04]
the community cuz this is a large
[18:06]
proposed large development, one of the
[18:08]
largest ever proposed in Rye Brook. So,
[18:10]
let's take
[18:12]
take, you know, the time now to look at
[18:14]
this thing. We have 60 days and and make
[18:16]
sure that the right things are getting
[18:18]
studied.
[18:20]
>> I concur, but I see somebody is up
[18:22]
» I concur, but I see somebody is up
[18:22]
there.
[18:23]
>> Is this working? Is this on?
[18:26]
» Is this working? Is this on?
[18:26]
>> We hear you.
[18:27]
» We hear you.
[18:27]
>> Yeah. So, my name's Tony Veneziano. Just
[18:30]
» Yeah. So, my name's Tony Veneziano. Just
[18:30]
a few thoughts.
[18:32]
You're setting up a public scoping
[18:34]
meeting. So, on September 8th, anybody
[18:36]
in the public that wanted to come could
[18:38]
come to that meeting.
[18:40]
But it's not a meeting necessarily about
[18:43]
the project. It's a meeting about what
[18:45]
impacts should be studied.
[18:47]
>> Correct.
[18:47]
» Correct.
[18:47]
>> This is the very beginning of the
[18:49]
» This is the very beginning of the
[18:49]
process.
[18:50]
>> Correct.
[18:50]
» Correct.
[18:50]
>> The first thing is setting up You're
[18:52]
» The first thing is setting up You're
[18:52]
actually taking the first step, which is
[18:53]
the lead agency.
[18:54]
>> Right.
[18:55]
» Right.
[18:55]
>> So,
[18:56]
» So,
[18:56]
on the 8th, that'll be a meeting we've
[18:58]
already You have 38 pages of things we
[19:01]
think we need to study.
[19:03]
So,
[19:04]
you should come and you can talk to the
[19:06]
Village Board about it. But for the most
[19:08]
part, that's a process where we take
[19:10]
notes, put them in a a scoping outline.
[19:12]
Your board adopts a scoping outline, and
[19:14]
that's our index for the document we
[19:16]
submit.
[19:17]
>> Right.
[19:17]
» Right.
[19:17]
>> That document will come in later this
[19:19]
» That document will come in later this
[19:20]
year, and the action will be at the
[19:23]
hearing for that document, which will
[19:25]
probably be the beginning of 2027. So,
[19:27]
just so the public gets an idea of how
[19:30]
this will play out, because we're going
[19:32]
to have a scoping session, then we're
[19:33]
going to go back and do our EIS, then
[19:35]
we're to come back, and you'll deem it
[19:37]
complete, and then we'll have the
[19:38]
hearing. So, they have plenty of time
[19:41]
to land.
[19:41]
>> Right, but my point was, for instance,
[19:43]
» Right, but my point was, for instance,
[19:43]
people have told me they're concerned
[19:45]
about the height of the buildings.
[19:46]
Look at the scoping documents. Do you
[19:49]
feel the visual aspect of the height, if
[19:51]
that's what you're concerned about?
[19:52]
Maybe you're not concerned about it.
[19:55]
Is that being studied thoroughly enough?
[19:58]
We can do And that's what But don't wait
[20:00]
till the end of the process and say
[20:02]
>> But
[20:02]
» But
[20:02]
>> Right.
[20:03]
» Right.
[20:03]
>> part of it is we know what they want,
[20:05]
» part of it is we know what they want,
[20:05]
and we know what you need. Height,
[20:07]
traffic, we understand it. Those are two
[20:10]
of the primary issues. So, we're going
[20:11]
to study that to the to the 12th degree
[20:14]
to make sure we have all the evidence,
[20:16]
and it it'll it'll work out.
[20:18]
>> Well, I think also, just to underscore
[20:21]
» Well, I think also, just to underscore
[20:21]
what you've just said, the purpose of
[20:23]
the September 8th meeting is not for
[20:25]
people to come here and say, "Well, we
[20:27]
think this project is stupid. We would
[20:29]
much rather have tennis courts there or
[20:31]
something like that."
[20:32]
>> Right.
[20:33]
» Right.
[20:33]
>> This is This is really limited purpose.
[20:37]
» True.
[20:38]
>> Yeah.
[20:40]
» Yeah.
[20:40]
Any other comments?
[20:41]
>> No No comment.
[20:42]
» No No comment.
[20:42]
>> Peter, you have
[20:47]
» [laughter]
[20:50]
» Trustee Crome?
[20:52]
>> Yes.
[20:52]
» Yes.
[20:52]
>> Trustee Morino?
[20:53]
» Trustee Morino?
[20:53]
>> Yes.
[20:54]
» Yes.
[20:54]
>> And Deputy Mayor Heiser?
[20:55]
» And Deputy Mayor Heiser?
[20:55]
>> Yes.
[20:56]
» Yes.
[20:56]
>> Thank you very much.
[20:58]
» Thank you very much.
[20:58]
>> Item number two on our agenda.
[21:01]
» Item number two on our agenda.
[21:01]
Considering a request for an
[21:03]
exemption/extension
[21:05]
of chapter 158, section 2.1 of the
[21:09]
Village Code regarding a seasonal leaf
[21:11]
blower ban for 699 Westchester Avenue,
[21:15]
the former Westchester Hilton property.
[21:18]
>> Whereas on in April 2023, the Board of
[21:21]
» Whereas on in April 2023, the Board of
[21:21]
of Trustees approved a local law
[21:24]
enacting a seasonal gas-powered leaf
[21:25]
blower ban from May 1st through
[21:27]
September 30th effective back in 2024.
[21:31]
And whereas under the code, properties
[21:33]
of 5 acres or more can apply to the
[21:35]
board for a full or partial exemption or
[21:37]
or extension. And whereas the an
[21:39]
application has been distributed to all
[21:41]
the properties that are eligible. And
[21:43]
whereas
[21:44]
uh on July 2024 and March 2025, the
[21:48]
Board of Trustees approved a request for
[21:50]
an exempt exemption of the code enacting
[21:53]
sea- seasonal leaf blower ban for 699
[21:55]
Westchester Avenue. And whereas a
[21:57]
one-year exemption was granted by the
[21:59]
Board of Trustees expired on October
[22:01]
1st, 2025.
[22:03]
And whereas on June 25th, 2026,
[22:06]
representatives of 699 Westchester
[22:09]
Avenue submitted an application for a
[22:11]
further exemption from the requirements
[22:12]
of the local law requiring a seasonal
[22:14]
ban on gas gas-powered leaf blowers. Now
[22:16]
therefore be resolved that after
[22:18]
consideration of the intent of the local
[22:19]
law as well as the considerations raised
[22:21]
in the application, the Board of
[22:23]
Trustees the Board of Trustees either
[22:26]
approves, denies, or approves with
[22:27]
conditions the request for an exempt
[22:29]
exemption of the Village Code. And then
[22:32]
the board can establish any conditions
[22:33]
that they wish as part of the
[22:35]
application or exemption consideration.
[22:38]
>> Okay. Can I get a motion and a second,

[22:40]
please?
[22:41]
>> Motion.
[22:42]
» Motion.
[22:42]

[23:23]
>> No, because
[23:25]
» No, because
[23:25]
uh you know the property is closed.
[23:28]
But
[23:29]
we had to look and came here like
[23:31]
just open.
[23:32]
And you know this is a really huge
[23:34]
property.
[23:35]
And for the
[23:37]
um
[23:38]
body rating is
[23:40]
it's not worth it.
[23:41]
>> And I believe
[23:44]
» And I believe
[23:44]
that last time you were going to be
[23:47]
using
[23:48]
uh electric blowers near the building
[23:51]
itself.
[23:52]
>> I will.
[23:53]
» I will.
[23:53]
>> Okay.
[23:53]
» Okay.
[23:53]
>> Yes.
[23:54]
» Yes.
[23:54]
>> It's so
[23:55]
» It's so
[23:55]
the approval last year had two different
[23:57]
granted the extension through September
[24:00]
30th, 2025. And it also required that
[24:02]
that battery operated leaf blowers shall
[24:05]
be used on sidewalks, pathways adjacent
[24:07]
to the building. So you've been able to
[24:08]
do that?
[24:09]
>> Yes, I do.
[24:10]
» Yes, I do.
[24:10]
>> Okay.
[24:15]
direction
[24:17]
And you're looking for a one-year
[24:19]
extension?
[24:19]
>> Yes.
[24:22]
» Don, Sal, any comments?
[24:24]
>> Um
[24:26]
» Um
[24:26]
>> [snorts]
[24:27]
» [snorts]
[24:27]
>> No. One-year extensions uh
[24:29]
» No. One-year extensions uh
[24:29]
reasonable. It's not a two years, that's
[24:31]
good.
[24:31]
>> Yeah.
[24:32]
» Yeah.
[24:32]
>> Shorten that one.
[24:33]
» Shorten that one.
[24:33]
>> What one year is what we've been doing
[24:35]

[24:35]
all along. Don, any thoughts?
[24:37]

[24:40]
» Yeah. No, I think it's
[24:40]
do what we've been doing for everybody
[24:41]
else, which is one year.
[24:45]
» Correct.
[24:45]
>> Okay, so that you can't do the somebody
[24:47]
» Okay, so that you can't do the somebody
[24:47]
has to make a motion to put to approve
[24:50]
it with the I'm assuming the board wants
[24:52]
to make a motion to approve it subject
[24:55]
to the same conditions of last year,
[24:56]
which is battery operated leaf blowers
[24:58]
shall continue to be used on sidewalks,
[25:00]
pathways adjacent to the building, and
[25:02]
that this extension is granted through
[25:03]
September 30th, 2026.
[25:06]
>> Can we get a motion and a second on
[25:07]
» Can we get a motion and a second on
[25:07]
that?
[25:08]

» So moved.
[25:08]
>> Second.
[25:13]
» Trustee Quan.
[25:13]
>> Yes.
[25:14]
» Yes.
[25:14]
>> Trustee Morlino.
[25:15]
» Trustee Morlino.
[25:15]
>> Yes.
[25:16]
» Yes.
[25:16]
>> And Deputy Mayor Heiser.
[25:17]
» And Deputy Mayor Heiser.
[25:17]
>> Yes.
[25:20]
» Thank you.
[25:25]
» The third item on our agenda,
[25:27]
considering approving the use of village
[25:29]
streets on Carlton Lane and Bonwit Road
[25:32]
for a block party on September 6th,
[25:35]
2026.
[25:44]
» Whereas the village has received a
[25:45]
letter dated June July 14th, 2026
[25:48]
from Fabio Marconi of 11 Carlton Lane
[25:51]
requesting the use of village streets
[25:52]
for a block party to be held on Sunday,
[25:54]
September 6th from 4:00 to 11:00 p.m.
[25:57]
And whereas the board of board is
[25:58]
supportive of this proposed block party,
[26:01]
now therefore be it resolved that the
[26:02]
use of Carlton Lane and Bonwit Road on
[26:04]
Sunday, September 6th from 4:00 to 11:00
[26:06]
p.m. for the proposed block party on
[26:08]
Carlton Carlton Lane and Bonwit Road as
[26:11]
event is hereby approved with the terms
[26:13]
to be established by the police
[26:15]
department.
[26:16]
>> Can I get a motion and a second, please?
[26:19]
» Can I get a motion and a second, please?
[26:19]
>> So moved.
[26:22]
» Second.
[26:24]
>> Is there anybody here to talk about this
[26:25]
» Is there anybody here to talk about this
[26:25]
application?
[26:35]
» Hi. So, I'm Fabio Marconi, and this is a
[26:38]
third year we're doing this party. It's
[26:40]
a great event for families and all for
[26:43]
friends coming over. I think it's a very
[26:45]
short street, like like this, and this
[26:47]
is Carlton Lane. So, we
[26:48]
close the street and have all these
[26:50]
friends. Last year, I think we had
[26:51]
around
[26:52]
uh
[26:53]
350 people coming over.
[26:55]
So, it was very like good for the kids
[26:56]
to be out and all this interaction and
[26:58]
the
[27:00]
>> Nice. Great.
[27:01]
» Nice. Great.
[27:01]
>> Sounds like fun. The The one thing the
[27:02]
» Sounds like fun. The The one thing the
[27:02]
village is always just concerned make
[27:04]
sure there's always going to be
[27:06]
if necessary that the emergency vehicles
[27:08]
can get through that and you'll work
[27:09]
that out with the police department.
[27:10]
>> And you've reviewed this all with the
[27:12]
» And you've reviewed this all with the
[27:12]
police department already?
[27:13]
>> So, my next step is I think now I sent
[27:15]
» So, my next step is I think now I sent
[27:15]
an email to them saying this is
[27:16]
happening
[27:20]
» Yep.
[27:22]
>> [laughter]
[27:22]
» [laughter]
[27:22]
>> Yeah, so that's the idea, right? You
[27:24]
» Yeah, so that's the idea, right? You
[27:24]
know, you get all directions and that's
[27:26]
like we did 2 years ago, right? The last
[27:29]
2 years, so it's going to be the same
[27:31]
thing. So,
[27:31]
>> Yep. Sounds good.
[27:33]
» Yep. Sounds good.
[27:33]
>> Very good.
[27:33]
» Very good.
[27:33]
>> Yes.
[27:34]
» Yes.
[27:34]
>> Wonderful.
[27:37]
» Trustee Quan? Yes, great idea.
[27:40]
>> Trustee Morlino?
[27:40]
» Trustee Morlino?
[27:40]
>> Yes.
[27:41]
» Yes.
[27:41]
>> And Deputy Mayor Heiser?
[27:42]
» And Deputy Mayor Heiser?
[27:42]
>> Yes, if I'm invited.
[27:45]
» Yes, if I'm invited.
[27:45]
>> [laughter]
[27:48]
» Oh, good.
[27:50]
>> Okay. Agenda number number four.
[27:53]
» Okay. Agenda number number four.
[27:53]
Considering approving contract number
[27:56]
>> 26-17,
[27:58]
» 26-17,
[27:58]
NFC equipment install.
[28:00]
>> Whereas the Village of Rye Brook has
[28:02]
» Whereas the Village of Rye Brook has
[28:02]
solicited bids for contract 27-26-17,
[28:05]
NFC equipment install, and whereas the
[28:07]
bid for contract for that contract was
[28:10]
advertised in the Journal News, Lohud as
[28:12]
the official newspaper,
[28:14]
uh and was also made available in the
[28:15]
Empire State Purchasing Group Bid
[28:17]
System, and whereas at 10:00 a.m. on
[28:18]
Friday, July 24th, all bids received
[28:21]
were opened and summarized below. There
[28:23]
was one bidder, which is Level Up Retail
[28:25]
Services of uh
[28:27]
Palmyra, Hurricane, oh Utah, I guess.
[28:30]
West Palmyra, Hurricane, Utah.
[28:34]
All right. Uh and the total is 39,750.
[28:37]
Now, therefore, be resolved that
[28:38]
following review of the bids by the
[28:40]
village administrator and superintendent
[28:41]
of public works, the Board of Trustees
[28:43]
has determined the lowest responsible
[28:45]
bidder meeting the requirements of the
[28:46]
contract is Level Up Retail Services for
[28:49]
a total bid amount of 39750.
[28:51]
Be it further resolved the Board of
[28:53]
Trustees hereby waives the requirement
[28:54]
for Level Up Retail Services to provide
[28:56]
a bid bond or certified check as part of
[28:59]
the contract install. Be it further
[29:02]
resolved that the mayor, deputy mayor,
[29:03]
and administrator are authorized to
[29:04]
execute and deliver all documents
[29:06]
necessary or appropriate to accomplish
[29:08]
the purposes of the resolution.
[29:10]
>> Okay. Can I get a motion and a second,
[29:11]
» Okay. Can I get a motion and a second,
[29:11]
please?
[29:12]
>> Motion.
[29:12]
» Motion.
[29:12]
>> Second.
[29:16]
» Can I get you to summarize what this is?
[29:17]
>> If If you would. Sure. I I'm just glad
[29:19]
» If If you would. Sure. I I'm just glad
[29:19]
to see that there aren't any outliers as
[29:21]
far as
[29:22]
>> [laughter]
[29:23]
» [laughter]
[29:23]
>> So, if you recall, this was done as a
[29:25]
» So, if you recall, this was done as a
[29:25]
best value bid that had we we did do
[29:27]
this as a bid that um because there's
[29:30]
authorized installers. So, they're you
[29:32]
know, currently the contractor our
[29:33]
contractor's finishing up in uh the uh
[29:37]
concrete pad. Once the pad is completed
[29:40]
and tested, then the next step is to
[29:42]
install the equipment that gets
[29:43]
delivered. They do have authorized
[29:45]
installers, although anybody else could
[29:46]
bid on it, but since anyone There's
[29:48]
multiple people that could bid on it. Uh
[29:51]
the fix the price was actually not
[29:53]
unexpected. It was fixed. So, this was
[29:55]
We only received one bid, but it is at
[29:57]
the expected amount of 39750 for that
[30:00]
which was originally provided to us
[30:02]
through the National Fitness uh Council
[30:06]
as the expected price for this bid.
[30:08]
So, if you remember, we put
[30:09]
differentiators in the review that if we
[30:11]
had multiple bidders, who could do it
[30:13]
the fastest, who could had the most
[30:15]
experience, that kind of stuff. But with
[30:17]
one bidder,
[30:18]
you know, they qualify.

Rye Brook and Eastern Communications to

for 24/7 call support. And whereas one

[33:20]
What is a multi-factor authentication
[33:23]
hardware token?
[33:25]
>> You Everyone knows You know what a
[33:27]
» You Everyone knows You know what a
[33:27]
multi-factor authentication, right? You
[33:28]
know how you have multiple ways to
[33:30]
identify. Sometimes you have to do
[33:32]
two-factor authentication. You're
[33:33]
definitely It's a way to create security
[33:36]
to make sure that, you know, the bad
[33:38]
guys don't get a hold of your computer.
[33:39]
And it's a way to have uh
[33:41]
a another factor to be able to
[33:43]
authenticate who the person is. So in
[33:45]
this case, this was received through a
[33:48]
grant uh 100% paid for. So we didn't
[33:51]
have to We didn't have to put anything
[33:53]
uh towards it. And the state in this
[33:56]
case provides us with the tokens, which
[33:58]
are basically You can You can think of
[34:00]
it like a like an insert into your
[34:01]
computer where it stays with the person.
[34:03]
So that's authenticating that that's the
[34:05]
person who's providing it, and it's
[34:07]
authenticated. Um so it's an additional
[34:10]
It's much more authentic better
[34:11]
authenticator than other standards that
[34:13]
are out there. So it's a higher level
[34:15]
Think of it as a higher level of
[34:16]
authentication by having these tokens
[34:18]
that get presented to us. Um they manage
[34:21]
it. They provide the support for it.
[34:23]
They do the training for it. So it's a
[34:26]
kind of all all-in-one package provided
[34:28]
by the state.

[39:16]
» Chris, you want to clarify a little bit?
[39:16]
>> Yeah. Now, as every I think everyone's
[39:18]
» Yeah. Now, as every I think everyone's
[39:18]
familiar with, particularly at the uh in
[39:21]
the afternoon pick-up time frame,
[39:23]
there's a real logjam of vehicles both
[39:25]
north and south on Ridge Street as cars
[39:28]
are queuing up to pick up the children
[39:30]
from uh Ridge Street Elementary School.
[39:33]
So, this is something that's been
[39:34]
discussed. We agreed We had talked to
[39:36]
the school district when this is
[39:38]
happening. Police helped at various
[39:39]
times to kind of help move people
[39:41]
through. Um but it's really a problem
[39:43]
cuz the road gets so narrow and it can
[39:46]
be difficult for cars to get through. Uh
[39:49]
they're queuing and waiting for the kids
[39:50]
to come up and uh but they're queuing
[39:53]
onto Ridge Street cuz there's not enough
[39:55]
queuing space off on the campus itself
[39:57]
at the school.
[39:59]
So, they they do the school does what
[40:01]
they can. Um they try to work it within
[40:04]
the three parking lots that they have.
[40:06]
Uh different kind of uh areas for for
[40:08]
pick-up and for employee parking. And uh
[40:11]
we agreed to wait until after the school
[40:13]
year so that any change could be
[40:15]
considered by the and the school board
[40:18]
uh prior to the start of the September
[40:20]
school year. So, this certainly this
[40:23]
won't solve the problem, but we hope
[40:25]
this will, you know, in general when you
[40:28]
talk about traffic issues, you know,
[40:29]
left turns are your enemy. So, by trying
[40:32]
to keep the traffic flowing in the
[40:34]
northbound lane,
[40:36]
the that keeps uh so the cars won't
[40:38]
continue to pass and create literally
[40:41]
uh they come up head-on. Uh not that
[40:43]
they're driving at far fast speeds
[40:45]
because they're usually going slow
[40:46]
through that area
[40:47]
during that traffic jam, but you get two
[40:49]
cars that are really fronting each other
[40:51]
and because they're queued up both north
[40:53]
and south, there's nowhere to go. So,
[40:55]
they kind of work their way through, but
[40:57]
imagine if there was a fire truck trying
[40:58]
to get through at the same time. So, um
[41:01]
Chief Dengler and I and Greg Rivera, we
[41:04]
we met with the superintendent Michael
[41:06]
Noack met with the superintendent of
[41:08]
schools and uh the principal and their
[41:11]
staff and this is something that was
[41:14]
proposed to uh consider as a as a step
[41:17]
and hopefully this will help alleviate
[41:18]
some of the flow issues. If it doesn't,
[41:21]
we all said, you know, things can
[41:22]
change, you know, and yeah, if this
[41:24]
doesn't work, then we'll look to modify
[41:27]
further. They may have to do things, for
[41:28]
instance, on campus.
[41:30]
Um but for now, this is a way that by
[41:33]
what we're doing and proposing is that
[41:35]
two of the left turns on Ridge Street
[41:38]
and two of the turns coming out of the
[41:39]
parking lots are restricted. So, in
[41:42]
other words, the upper the northernmost
[41:44]
parking lot, cars will not be able to
[41:46]
make the left into that parking lot. The
[41:48]
middle parking lot, which is the main
[41:50]
lot that people pick up from, you
[41:52]
couldn't make the left. So, what they're
[41:54]
going to be forced to do is drive up to
[41:56]
one of the other Country Ridge Roads or
[41:59]
hopefully follow different patterns down
[42:01]
King Street and so this way they don't
[42:03]
have to turn around in the Country Ridge
[42:04]
area and come down and queue up on the
[42:07]
southbound Ridge Street lane. Uh it's a
[42:09]
short-term problem, but it during the
[42:12]
day and during the school year, but it
[42:13]
can be something that um that can really
[42:16]
logjam that area. The other two turns
[42:19]
that are restricted is coming out of the
[42:21]
parking lot. So, we're looking to
[42:23]
restrict the left coming out of the
[42:25]
northernmost parking lot, and also
[42:27]
restrict the left coming out of the
[42:29]
middle lot. So, everyone will be forced
[42:31]
to make right-hand turns. Again, the
[42:33]
idea here is left turns cause traffic
[42:35]
problems, left turns can cause
[42:37]
accidents, and it restricts flow. So,
[42:40]
this is proposed as a as a step to see
[42:42]
if this will help the situation during
[42:44]
that time. Again, not expecting that
[42:46]
things will flow
[42:48]
flow freely all the time, but at least
[42:50]
you'll emergency services can get
[42:52]
through, and it seems to we think we
[42:54]
believe there'll be less chance of
[42:56]
accidents occurring compared to what
[42:57]
there is there now.
[42:59]

the people it's an inexpensive way to
[45:52]
see if we can make it flow and make it
[45:54]
safer.
[45:55]
As a first step to see if that helps
[45:57]
solve the problem and at least solves it
[45:58]
enough.

into some of the side streets and turn

be people in those neighborhood may not
[46:12]
appreciate that either. You hope that
[46:14]
people will find a different traffic
[46:16]
pattern down route King Street, but you

» Sure, absolutely happy to. Happy to. So,
[47:51]
this is a an organization we've looked
[47:53]
at for a several years now.
[47:55]
Um, and this is something they're trying
[47:57]
to get into this area, which we often
[47:59]
take advantage of whenever we can, but
[48:01]
this is one that we think this one of
[48:03]
the biggest losses we've all talked
[48:05]
about is the Westmore News and their
[48:08]
ability to share just information going
[48:10]
on in the community. This certainly
[48:12]
won't replace all of Westmore News does,
[48:14]
but what we find is administratively,
[48:17]
you know, in terms of community
[48:19]
information that's going on out there,
[48:20]
you know, you have to we have to put it
[48:22]
on
[48:24]
email blast. We've got to put it on
[48:25]
social media. We've got to put it on our
[48:27]
website. We've got to put it each one
[48:29]
takes an entry. Then you get the library
[48:31]
or the chamber that say, "Can you
[48:33]
advertise this for us?" And, you know,
[48:36]
with Greg or I, which is usually the two
[48:38]
people doing it, you know, we'll put it
[48:40]
on if we have time. And then we'll try
[48:41]
to put it on and we'll put it at the
[48:42]
bottom of ours. But it's not really good
[48:45]
concise information about the events or
[48:47]
at least not as good as it can be. So,
[48:50]
one of the things we've been doing is
[48:51]
saying, "Let's look at this Civic Link,
[48:53]
which really has an enhanced for a very
[48:56]
nominal cost." So, $3,500 a year, what
[48:59]
it does is it gives the community the
[49:00]
same look and feel for different type of
[49:02]
events. So, residents also don't while
[49:05]
it's a hard thing to do
[49:06]
administratively, residents have to go
[49:09]
to the Chamber website or they got to go
[49:10]
to the Library website or they got to go
[49:12]
to the Town of Rye website or they got
[49:13]
to go to the Village of Rye Brook
[49:14]
website to look for each one of those
[49:16]
types of events instead of opening up
[49:18]
the Westmore News or something and
[49:19]
seeing what's going on. So, what this is
[49:22]
doing is giving this the residents the
[49:23]
same look and feel and it allows we
[49:26]
they're able to go we brought in the
[49:28]
Chamber of Commerce, we brought in the
[49:30]
Library. We also showed it to the Town
[49:32]
of Rye, who is considering it. We showed
[49:34]
it to Port Chester as well, but they're
[49:36]
kind of going in another direction with
[49:37]
all the development. Town of Rye is
[49:39]
looking at this administratively and if
[49:42]
they do it, the price would drop to
[49:43]
3,000 and we would get 500 back. But,
[49:46]
um,
[49:47]
what this would do would give access
[49:49]
where
[49:50]
say the Chamber or the say the Library
[49:52]
has a has a program or another community
[49:54]
group has a program, they go through our
[49:57]
We provide the link to them. They upload
[49:59]
the information. It goes into it in a
[50:02]
very standard format and it gets
[50:03]
uploaded on our calendar. It would have
[50:06]
to be approved by the village. It would
[50:07]
be approved by by myself or by Greg. We
[50:10]
would approve whatever it is so we know
[50:12]
what's going on our website. The other
[50:14]
thing and if you go to the links for
[50:16]
that calendar, it's all going to have
[50:18]
the same look. It's going to be provided
[50:20]
It's also going to be able to provide
[50:21]
directions to the site if there's a
[50:23]
payment required. It'll link to their
[50:25]
payment section on the other group's
[50:27]
website. So everything gets linked to
[50:30]
the group that's actually posting it on.
[50:32]
And it really prevents gives two things.
[50:34]
The residents one location to go to for
[50:37]
community events. Uh it also provides
[50:40]
access to the provides the opportunity
[50:43]
where we can take the information, we
[50:45]
post it in one spot and it'll be pushed
[50:47]
not just to that site, but to all their
[50:49]
social media as well. So we don't have
[50:52]
to do that again as another entry which
[50:54]
is what we were required to do. So for
[50:56]
the price point and for the value, we
[50:58]
think this is worth worth trying.
[51:00]
And uh we'll see how it goes. They're
[51:02]
also given free access to the same
[51:04]
program for the library and the chamber
[51:07]
as part of this.
[51:08]
It'll be our coordination and our link,
[51:11]
but they'll be providing so the the
[51:12]
chamber or the library will be able to
[51:14]
get the same information back and
[51:16]
they'll approve whether or not they want
[51:18]
it on their calendar on their sites. So
[51:19]
at least those This is a step towards
[51:21]
getting people onto the same platform
[51:24]
look and feel so they're not searching
[51:26]
everything out. Uh and it'll be
[51:29]
um I think a really interesting way to
[51:31]
kind of go about it and helpful for the
[51:32]
residents. It'll cause us less work and
[51:35]
give residents a simple place to go and
[51:37]
have the same look and feel whether
[51:38]
whichever site you're on.

[59:20]
>> Okay, I do have several items I just
[59:21]
» Okay, I do have several items I just
[59:21]
want to mention. First being that um
[59:24]
you know, we sent some messaging out to
[59:26]
the community about the EPA and New York
[59:29]
State DEC and the mercury uh follow-up
[59:32]
that their DEC is planning. And uh we
[59:35]
have been
[59:37]
urging uh to get more information from
[59:39]
the DEC and Department of Health. And uh
[59:42]
we Deputy Mayor Heiser and I
[59:45]
uh Michael Noak, Greg Rivera, and
[59:47]
myself, we all met with the DEC and
[59:50]
Department of Health today. And it was a
[59:52]
it was a very productive meeting. So,
[59:54]
there are two main reasons I'm going to
[59:56]
focus kind of going forward, but the two
[59:58]
main reasons for the additional
[59:59]
investigation that there's going to be
[1:00:01]
required testing of soil, groundwater,
[1:00:03]
and vapor is that the state has a higher
[1:00:06]
standard that of uh for cleaning up than
[1:00:08]
the EPA did when they did this work back
[1:00:11]
in 2000
[1:00:13]
uh 4 to 7 and then again in '22 and uh
[1:00:17]
final report in 2019.
[1:00:19]
And also because the New York State DEC
[1:00:22]
uh had asked for EPA to do more testing
[1:00:25]
after the 2022
[1:00:27]
uh after uh reports and testing that was
[1:00:30]
done, but the EPA did not agree to that,
[1:00:32]
so they wanted to do they want to do
[1:00:33]
some additional testing now. Um the site
[1:00:36]
was turned over to the DEC sometime
[1:00:38]
after the 2022 report uh and testing
[1:00:42]
that was done.
[1:00:43]
Uh funding was established by the state,
[1:00:46]
and now they're going to be proceeding
[1:00:47]
with doing the additional investigation
[1:00:49]
uh of the of the sites that they want to
[1:00:51]
have tested or retested. Um
[1:00:54]
>> [clears throat]
[1:00:55]
» [clears throat]
[1:00:55]
>> They have sent some access agreements
[1:00:56]
» They have sent some access agreements
[1:00:56]
out from 2024
[1:00:59]
through now. And you know, we encourage
[1:01:01]
residents to to look at those access
[1:01:04]
agreements. Or if you didn't provide
[1:01:05]
access, you know, we think it's good
[1:01:07]
that they want to study the investigate
[1:01:09]
the area to make sure
[1:01:11]
if there's any issues that are still out
[1:01:13]
there that they're addressed as as
[1:01:14]
completely as possible. So, that's
[1:01:16]
something that we we would encourage
[1:01:18]
people to do.
[1:01:19]
Um they're going to be sending the DEC
[1:01:21]
is going to be sending us a full work
[1:01:22]
plan. Right now, it's our understanding
[1:01:25]
that at a minimum they're going to be
[1:01:26]
doing 10 soil samples and four 14
[1:01:28]
subsurface water and sediment samples.
[1:01:31]
Uh and the the DEC is also going to be
[1:01:34]
setting up a project web page. They're
[1:01:36]
also be sending out an updated community
[1:01:39]
uh notice that will provide more
[1:01:41]
information to people.
[1:01:42]
And um
[1:01:44]
we asked the Department of Health, we
[1:01:45]
said, "Is there any immediate danger for
[1:01:48]
residents of any potential areas that
[1:01:50]
they're concerned about?" And they give
[1:01:52]
a kind of a careful answer as you'd
[1:01:53]
expect the Department of Health to say,
[1:01:55]
but at the same time they said they're
[1:01:56]
not aware of anything that's an
[1:01:58]
immediate concern or anything on the
[1:02:00]
surface that's an immediate health
[1:02:02]
concern. Um we said we'd like to see
[1:02:04]
that in writing and to put that out to
[1:02:06]
the community as well uh to alleviate
[1:02:09]
any concerns. So, that's we're just
[1:02:10]
sharing what was told to us by the
[1:02:12]
Department of Health. And that's
[1:02:13]
obviously based on what they know. If
[1:02:15]
there other testing comes out and
[1:02:16]
there's something that needs to be
[1:02:18]
addressed, then it'll be done at that
[1:02:19]
time. Um they are looking to come out in
[1:02:23]
sometime in August or August September
[1:02:25]
time period. I think it's about 45 days
[1:02:27]
of collection time frame. Several weeks
[1:02:30]
to do the uh the results of the soil of
[1:02:32]
the testing. And then they talked about
[1:02:35]
a year or two for the final report.
[1:02:36]
Obviously, we Once you get to that
[1:02:38]
point, we'd like to push that to be
[1:02:40]
quicker than what they've said cuz we
[1:02:42]
want to at least know the results and
[1:02:44]
what the what the report says.
[1:02:46]
Uh switching topics. Uh the paving on
[1:02:49]
Ridge Street is going pretty smoothly.
[1:02:51]
We think that's going well. Um Mr. Nowak
[1:02:54]
has been working on that and uh working
[1:02:56]
with the contractors and our public
[1:02:59]
works department and the police
[1:03:00]
department and the roads are about 80%
[1:03:02]
milled right now, right, Michael?
[1:03:04]
Michael? About 80% milled right now and
[1:03:06]
about a third of the streets are paved
[1:03:09]
and they'll be doing this work at least
[1:03:11]
through
[1:03:12]
anticipate through the end of next week.
[1:03:13]
Of course, that's all weather dependent
[1:03:15]
uh between this week and next week with
[1:03:17]
the rain that's expected.
[1:03:19]
Uh, also not directly as part of this
[1:03:22]
project, but also in the same area we
[1:03:25]
concurrently have a project going with
[1:03:26]
the installation of a new site the new
[1:03:28]
sidewalk at the entrance of Crawford
[1:03:30]
across to the sidewalks on Ridge Street.
[1:03:33]
So that you can expect in the next
[1:03:34]
several weeks.
[1:03:35]
Uh, right Michael? Is that about right?
[1:03:37]
Of the next several weeks it's going on
[1:03:38]
at the same time.
[1:03:40]
Moving into uh, other items. Now the new
[1:03:44]
online building permit system through
[1:03:46]
GovWell is in now live and in place.
[1:03:49]
That's been in place since July 14th.
[1:03:51]
Much much smoother than the last system
[1:03:54]
that we had. Oh great. Uh, good
[1:03:55]
feedback. Implementation was much
[1:03:57]
quicker, uh, smoother. We like the
[1:04:00]
system. It There's a lot more people
[1:04:01]
have questions there's easy ways to get
[1:04:03]
answers either through there or through
[1:04:05]
support. Um,
[1:04:08]
so that's a much better process right
[1:04:10]
now.
[1:04:11]
Uh, ice cream Fridays the last one of
[1:04:13]
them of the this year is scheduled the
[1:04:16]
one last is
[1:04:17]
for July is scheduled this week. That's
[1:04:19]
July 31st this Friday from 6:00 to 7:30.
[1:04:23]
And then another event is one to mention
[1:04:25]
is coming up is our next music in the
[1:04:27]
park event and that's Billy Dan which is
[1:04:30]
going to be from 6:30 begins at 6:30 on
[1:04:33]
August 5th. So we're looking forward to
[1:04:35]
that. It'll be another We had a nice a
[1:04:37]
nice time last time the last I last
[1:04:40]
several ice cream events have been
[1:04:41]
really well attended. The last music in
[1:04:43]
the park event had a huge had a nice
[1:04:45]
huge nice turnout and great band with
[1:04:48]
Andrea and the Armenian Rug Riders. So
[1:04:50]
we're looking forward to another great
[1:04:51]
event on August 5th with Billy Dan.
[1:04:56]
>> Anything else?
[1:04:57]
» Anything else?
[1:04:57]
>> That's enough.
[1:05:00]
» Um, I would just like to
[1:05:02]
>> Hm?
[1:05:04]
» Hm?
[1:05:04]
Ah, yes. We um,
[1:05:06]
We also were in the process we have the
[1:05:08]
company that is doing the remedial work
[1:05:10]
on the uh, for the on Brook Lane.
[1:05:13]
They're starting to remove the three
[1:05:14]
houses on Brook Lane that the village
[1:05:16]
purchased through the National Resource
[1:05:18]
Conservation Service program. Uh they're
[1:05:21]
currently doing work on the asbestos
[1:05:23]
removal. And what else, Michael? Are
[1:05:25]
there issues inside?
[1:05:27]
Yeah.
[1:05:28]
Um and and they're doing the work there.
[1:05:31]
Um they provide the notice to the state
[1:05:32]
and any other agencies they had to.
[1:05:35]
We're also going to do [clears throat] a
[1:05:36]
communication out handing out something
[1:05:37]
out to the residents so they're aware of
[1:05:39]
it. And then once they finish, we also
[1:05:41]
have an inspection company on site that
[1:05:43]
the board approved to watch over the
[1:05:45]
whole all the removal to make sure
[1:05:47]
everything's done safely with no impact
[1:05:50]
on the neighboring properties. And once
[1:05:52]
that's complete, then they can remove
[1:05:54]
the homes. What residents should expect
[1:05:56]
is they're going to see fencing around
[1:05:57]
the exterior of the perimeter of the
[1:05:58]
properties. And then the homes will be
[1:06:01]
removed, regraded, planted with grass,
[1:06:04]
very minimal landscaping, and it'll be
[1:06:06]
forever with exist without any
[1:06:08]
structures on those properties. So after
[1:06:11]
Brook Lane, then they'll be going to
[1:06:13]
probably Wyman Wyman and then Rockledge.
[1:06:17]
>> I I just have two things. The first is
[1:06:19]
» I I just have two things. The first is
[1:06:19]
before the music on August 5th, we're
[1:06:22]
having a um
[1:06:24]
I'll call it a ceremony to express
[1:06:26]
gratitude for all the volunteers.
[1:06:28]
At 6:00 p.m.
[1:06:29]
>> Yes.
[1:06:30]
» Yes.
[1:06:30]
>> Rockledge Park.
[1:06:31]
» Rockledge Park.
[1:06:31]
The other thing I'd like to do is
[1:06:33]
express gratitude to the DPW and the
[1:06:36]
police force for their work in the last
[1:06:38]
storm.
[1:06:40]
I mean,
[1:06:41]
we have this horrible weather seemingly
[1:06:44]
every other week, and
[1:06:47]
the village was really safe.
[1:06:50]
And it was cleaned up very quickly. And
[1:06:52]
so I just want to express my gratitude.
[1:06:55]
You guys did a great job.
[1:06:59]
And having said that, if there is
[1:07:00]
nothing else,
[1:07:02]
the next meetings of the Board of
[1:07:05]
Trustees will be August 11th. We only
[1:07:08]
have one meeting in the month of August
[1:07:10]
and September 8th.
[1:07:12]
And if there is no objection, can we get
[1:07:14]
a motion to adjourn?
[1:07:15]
>> So moved.
[1:07:18]
» So moved.
[1:07:18]
>> Second.
[1:07:18]

[1:07:21]
>> I'm going to hold out for a while.
[1:07:23]
» I'm going to hold out for a while.
[1:07:23]
Make all these guys sweat. Yes.
[1:07:26]
Thank you very much and have a good
[1:07:27]
evening and stay safe, everyone.
[1:10:59]
» Mhm.
