[3:45] The financial budget management, of course our goals keep balance funds.

[3:50] by every month in the controls to continue to review our expenditures, work on our grant

[3:56] funding, cash management and then smart investing. I did reach out to two of the cities,

[4:03] they have, when I say no fines on their audits, they've always had no fines, so we had a meeting

[4:08] this morning. The finance department will meet them tomorrow just to give us a little more

[4:12] insight on some things we might can do in preparation for our audit. So that went very well as far

[4:18] those meetings. This is the snapshot, Mr. Mayor, where your dollar goes, it's

[4:26] changed up now, we have less pitches and a little more data, hopefully this

[4:30] sends a better message. You see these plots, you're the date last cycle, proper

[4:35] tax, that's gonna change a little bit and probably the late set term, October and

[4:39] all the proper tax and all the CO tax comes in officially. And then again you see

[4:44] We're going to have appropriated and then the doors are the salaries for part of the workforce.

[4:51] Community development goal continues to go well within the community and we'll touch more on this in the next few slides and of course public safety and

[4:58] quality of life. We did get some setbacks this week because of the heat without fire department for training, getting them prep, go to school, as well as the police force and then make some

[5:09] men, they'll probably do some extra training on the weekend just to get those candidates

[5:12] up to speed before they depart for training.

[5:16] I changed the 90 day track.

[5:19] Probably hard to read there.

[5:20] We're going to start doing this is the first iteration of this.

[5:24] I think all commissions are bringing the tab is now so we'll make sure we're just emailed.

[6:28] knowing this morning, this afternoon about the meeting yesterday. I did do some

[6:33] follow-up, I did some face-to-face, just to make sure that some of the points

[6:36] to clarify. And again, I want to say this is just a proposal. The commission has not yet

[6:41] decided. And what's the rest of them want to go? I didn't mention about speaking with

[6:46] the courts tonight. It's not tied to influence the courts, but just how the courts perform

[6:51] is where because they'll need to change some of their operational behavior. Now I see

[6:56] behaviors I mean, how many times they have the court case and things that nature, if this

[7:00] program is to work, but again, it's a proposal on their nature. We still have a lot of things

[7:05] we have to do as far as research some of the legality behind these processes, but it's just a proposal.

[7:12] We're trying to just do something different because the same thing that we've been doing

[7:17] for many, many, many years has not really been working or meeting the desired

[7:21] in state or outcome that we want. So we're going to try something different. So with this,

[7:26] now they track a mature you comparison from the old, now that they track it, they end it with

[7:30] that is sent, this is saying notice issue if it's corrected in cases closed out and when

[7:36] I said corrected last night, I made the small infractions, I think we all understand that

[7:41] if we have a fallen house, it would not be fixed within 7 to 15 days, I think we all

[7:45] recognize that.

[7:47] But once they do the inspection in the deadline weeks and it's actually required to stay open

[7:52] and then it will escalate through that citation, abatement and legal remedies solutions which

[7:59] of multiple ones that we discussed last night. So again, it's kind of talking about the timeline.

[8:04] I just asked the residents to take read the slides tonight. Go back and look at the video and make

[8:08] sure you understand what we're talking about on the proposal. You know, if you're looking for the

[8:14] worst case scenario, you're going to see the worst case scenario, you're going to hear the worst case

[8:17] scenario. Again, this is not about the city making any funding or extra money. This is about compliance

[8:22] only. And when I say compliance, it's more safety compliance. That's the first and really only

[8:27] priority is to get this city safe and the game can plan on our existing

[8:31] ordinances and those ordinances that we might have to change a later date.

[8:42] space. It's a it's kind of a attempted summary of the 18 slides we had yesterday

[9:52] So I got the commission's direction on getting the code officers kind of sworn on got a verbal behind that

[9:58] We're doing now doing some legal review like I said some things that I kind of mentioned that we might can't do well

[10:06] We recognize that and also some verbiage with our course, which we have to do continued research on and then once all that's done
