the proclamations that we just made and
and gave are here to honor all of our
[0:08]
employees not just the police and the
fire but every employee of the city if
[0:13]
you'd like to make comments towards any
of the proclamations and any of the
[0:16]
other departments which serve our
citizens I would ask that you go ahead
[0:19]
and do that to all the people who
support our community thank you very
[0:26]
much and all of our employees of the
city we appreciate everything that you
[0:32]
do every day we don't want you to ever
feel like you're taken for granted
[0:36]
because we are here we know what you do
and we certainly do appreciate you hence
[0:41]
the proclamations they do mean something
they're just not a piece of paper that
[0:45]
we put out there and and words we truly
mean the thanks that we give thank you I
[0:52]
would Echo what they both said as well
and thank you to all of our First
[0:56]
Responders um police public servants um
we appreciate everything you do Mrs
[1:04]
Fryman police fire is highly supported
by this community as well you'll find
[1:10]
that as as you're here you'll find a lot
of support from the
[1:13]
citizens you also are Public Works our
city employees the city staff of all
[1:19]
levels they do so much with so little um
if you would ever look at our budget and
[1:25]
see how many trash men pick up trash
snow removals always appreciate with
[1:30]
very little um people love to come
through our community just to avoid
[1:35]
other ones and also for all employees of
the city um our city manager Amber
[1:44]
Hollow she makes a point of pointing out
to all of us and reports weekly and you
[1:50]
guys may not know this little things and
big things that employees do that go out
[1:55]
of their way for Citizens and we really
appreciate that communication to know
[1:59]
what they're doing so we can thank them
as we see them because we don't get to
[2:02]
hear about it but thank you and to
everyone else of the city employees
[2:07]
thank you very much for everything you
do it doesn't go uh unnoticed we
[2:12]
appreciate it every every every day we
support you 100% up here as well as all
[2:18]
of our city uh
employees from the sewer department to
[2:23]
the Wastewater to to to the people
collecting the checks at the front door
[2:29]
you know that's all very important to us
and how the city runs you know everybody
[2:34]
recognizes the big three police the fire
and our snow removal absolutely Second
[2:39]
To None um but you know we don't give as
much credit to all the clerks that work
[2:43]
in the back offices who uh basically
support the police to Fire and the snow
[2:48]
people but but they do a great job every
day City work is guest services whether
[2:55]
you think so or not um you deal with
people on their worst times you deal
[2:59]
with people on their best best times and
a lot of times our people in the back
[3:03]
office take a beating and no one really
realizes it and and most of it is not
[3:07]
their fault um they're all there to try
and help citizens and do a great job for
[3:12]
Citizens and keep this city functioning
at the great Pace that we are um but we
[3:18]
just want to recognize all of our all of
our employees the clerks Sans behind the
[3:23]
scene Wastewater trash um they all do a
great job they're out there 24 hours a
[3:28]
day seven days a week some of the these
groups and in the worst weather and out
