[5:24] police vehicle fund and pay for it outright.
[5:28] » So, as opposed to leasing and financing and what I was originally talking about
[5:33] before we talked about before we looked at that.
[5:39] » Just for clarity purposes, there's more than enough in both of those funds
[5:44] combined to cover the cost of the vehicle, yes.
[5:49] Any more discussion? Councilwoman Calvert?
[5:54] » Calvert? >> Yes.
[5:55] » Borders? >> Yes.

[6:24] » Motion to approve the reimbursement of 5D land for Tri-County and NCTC for the
[6:30] sewer station. >> Second.
[6:32] » The clerk will show Councilwoman Calvert made the motion, seconded by
[6:36] Councilwoman Borders. Is there any discussion on this one?
[6:43] » And that's just where we They had an agreement in place for the first year
[6:47] they would cover the cost of the uh
[6:51] of operation for that that new pump station over there.
[6:54] » Right. >> And then after that first year, it was
[6:56] supposed to have fallen back over to our responsibility and it never got changed.

[7:08] » Any more discussion? Councilwoman Borders?
[7:12] » Borders? >> Yes.
[7:13] » Jones? >> Yes.
[7:15] » Calvert? >> Yes.

[7:40] sewer project change order number one.
[7:44] And second of Castle Calvin. Is there any discussion on this?
[7:50] » Can you briefly remind us again what the change was?
[7:53] » So, uh we had some money left over from the
[7:58] ARPA project um where we're having some sewer rehab done. Um
[8:03] once they got in here to do the actual project, uh there was a few places that
[8:09] they saved some money. So, and
[8:13] once they saved that money, they figured out how much they had left and uh then I
[8:18] had a price rehabbing the section over by the fire hall behind the Methodist
[8:24] Church. And um
[8:28] there wound up being after what we had left, there was going to be a $20,000,
[8:33] roughly $20,000 difference. And this is to cover that change order
[8:39] to rehab that section. So, that'll get eight more houses and
[8:44] the fire hall off of the vacuum sewer system and swapped over to a gravity
[8:48] system.
[8:51] » So, 21, or roughly 21,000, the the change order is for is what we would
[8:58] be responsible for where our 400,000 come out of the ARPA cuz ARPA funds
[9:02] » It uh well, it's already allocated uh as part of that project. So, uh
[9:12] » Any more discussion on this? >> It's all right.
[9:15] » Call the vote, please. >> John?
[9:17] » Yes. >> Albert?
[9:18] » Yes. >> Horace?
[9:20] » Yes. >> The clerk will record the vote as
[9:22] unanimous. And I still haven't turned no mileage
[9:26] in, but I will get to that.
[9:29] Therefore, I'm So, next item is
[9:32] make a motion to adjourn. >> So moved.
[9:35] » Motion been made to adjourn.
[9:38] And anybody will second
[9:41] » Second. >> Second.
[9:44] Motion carried unanimously.
