[12:22] almost 5 and 1/2 hours less than any dispensary in Erie County. Um

[12:27] We have about at least 40 pages of patrons with Love Nail who's asked for

[12:32] an extension of hours that we're happy to provide here in public commentary,

[12:35] but today we're really just looking for a resolution to pass that we can tell

[12:38] the people we need um for public comment that it's hopefully

[12:41] extend hours for any dispensaries uh in the Town of Wheatfield.

[12:47] And I believe and you know, I'm sorry Matt was off sick today. I know. I'm

[12:51] lucky. Yeah. Um I think he probably was watching the

[12:55] circle as well. But it seems to me there was a local law

[12:59] that regulates the hours of operation for dispensaries.

[13:43] strict of any of the localities in the area. So, the real issue comes into

[13:47] play, especially on things like those Sunday games and we're on Sunday that

[13:51] 12:00 to 5:00 uh window really impacts businesses. Um

[13:56] just for reference, you know, we're talking about the difference between

[13:58] making $400 a day between $1,500 a day. So, that can really impact a small

[14:03] business and actually this is an area that small businesses is, you know,

[14:06] marketed and and um you guys have done a great deal for small businesses and we

[14:11] just are looking to have an extension of hours from 9:00 to to 9:00 or uh 9:00 to

[14:18] to 8:00. Having a fun, you know, we're granted here, but

[14:22] um really it's it's coming to impacted

[14:25] problem for for that Sunday period. All I can say is that I mean again, I

[14:30] wasn't here. I'm not sure of the specifics, but I believe it's a local

[14:34] law that regulates so we would have to modify the local law.

[25:28] The first item on that that agenda was a site plan for Policano's Marketplace.

[25:32] That's been in front of the planning board several different times.

[25:37] But the applicant is proposing to expand their existing Policano's Marketplace

[25:40] business at 338 and 3354 Airport Boulevard.

[25:45] Uh they recently revised their plans and now propose to move the actual

[25:49] Policano's Marketplace visual building uh to a new building that's going to be

[25:54] constructed on next door. The new Marketplace would occupy 18,600 square

[25:59] feet in the new building and it'll include a 3,000 square foot and 3,600

[26:04] square foot tenant space on either end. The existing Marketplace building will

[26:09] be extended by a 3,000 square feet and include a 1,200 square feet of an

[26:12] outdoor eating area. There's also an additional 10,000 square

[26:16] foot retail building and three pole barn storage buildings that are proposed in

[26:21] the complex. The storage buildings would be only for

[26:24] ancillary uses for the businesses that are in the complex. It's not meant for

[26:29] commercial storage. The complex will have an additional

[26:33] access point to Airport Boulevard. The development will be phased and include

[26:37] parking, landscaping, stormwater management practices to support the

[26:40] overall development. It's going to remove the two existing

[26:44] curb cuts from the residences that are in the lot that were acquired next door

[26:49] and uh we've replaced it um with a modified, expanded

[26:53] single, um, access point. Parcels are all zoned commercial and

[26:57] fall within the Nitro Industrial Overlay District.

[27:00] Planning Board continued discussions on the critical issues and

[27:04] uh, discussed the project's need to update their project documents, design

[27:08] reports, uh, swept, etc. to come up with a new layout and configuration of the

[27:13] site. They were almost complete with the

[27:16] previous, uh, layout, but now they need to do some adjustments

[27:21] to accommodate the needs that changed with the fire.

[27:23] So, no action was taken on that project. The next item was the site plan for

[27:28] Comfort Plastics Addition. The applicant proposes to construct a

[27:32] 27,000 sq. ft addition to the existing building at 2107 Liberty Road.

[27:38] Site is zoned industrial and is in the Airport Potential Impact Area.

[27:42] The addition would be to provide a additional storage of plastics products

[27:46] at the facility. There is no manufacturing at the site, just storage.

[27:50] The addition would be in an area of the site that is currently paved with other

[27:53] back access. The Planning Board issued a negative

[27:56] declaration of procedure and subsequently approved the site plan with

[28:00] four conditions. That's been in front of the board a

[28:03] couple times as well.

[28:06] Last item was the site plan for Simonton.

[28:09] The applicant proposes to construct a 90,000 sq. ft prefabricated metal

[28:13] building within the footprint of the recently demolished 345,000

[28:18] sq. ft industrial building and office space at 6601 MacCorkle Ave.

[28:23] The new building would be constructed to support industrial

[28:28] industrial ceramic processes. Site is zoned industrial, general

[28:32] industrial, and falls within the Airport Zone 1 Overlay and Airport Protection

[28:37] Area, obviously. Project proposes to restore portions of

[28:41] the impervious site's lawn area to reduce the impervious coverage we take

[28:45] on stormwater management practices. Planning board discussed several items

[28:49] including utility capacity, drainage and coordination with the NFPA, FAA and Air

[28:54] Force Base. Planning board declared meeting to

[28:58] status under secret motion again coordination with you.

[29:02] No other action was taken. That was it for the first meeting and

[29:06] the second meeting for April 15th was cancelled

[29:15] it was cancelled due to lack of agenda items.

[31:34] especially Calcano's. Before I retired when I was commissioner

[36:31] lot. We have outdoor Wi-Fi and

[36:35] anybody who goes to the using the internet, you know, they have a little

[36:38] need. I guess it's as long as we can decide whether or not we keep it or not.

[40:30] calls Modern and Modern says, "Well, our records show you only have one tote."

[40:34] The town records show that they have two totes.

[40:37] So, what we learned today is that um

[40:40] the Modern database for recycling totes has not been updated.

[40:46] the file was sent to Modern. The residents can get additional totes

[40:52] recycling totes picked up. Um, so there's been a lot of confusion

[40:57] about that and we we've been getting calls. So, we finally

[41:00] resolved what the issue was. So, if the people call out their recycling totes,

[41:05] they can get the additional totes. They should be picked up and Modern will pick

[41:12] Well, unfortunately the additional totes coming in Nope.

[41:16] I guess they're at Modern, but we haven't seen them yet. That's why I've

[41:19] been telling people if you come in and get one,
