[40:03] board the same percentage of raise that uh that I'm living under this year. Uh

[40:11] so the board will be now paid $2,900 uh a person.

[40:19] And so uh you need to know that. But you also have to sign the resolution for

[40:25] that. None of the other payments uh that were on the original form 17 have
