[11:32] flooding, whereas this weekend, we seem to handle that volume of water more. And again,

[11:38] as I started off, we have a long way to go. This is going to start at the point, but it is progress.

[11:43] And I think that's important that as we continue to work on projects like

[11:49] knowledge branch and projects like College Street and projects that tie some of those piece of

[11:55] instruction together. To reiterate the update, I'll be in Council several meetings that, when we

[12:01] discussed our new footprint submissions, there were six projects in total including College Street

[12:06] project. I think three of those projects tie in knowledge branch to some of the DOT work that's

[12:13] already been done. So we're trying to think along the way of connectivity, we're trying to think

[12:17] all the way to the detention alley and we're trying to be the best thing for our club and everything to work together on training that much quicker.
