[1:29]
Yes, yes, with you guys, you were great. Appreciate you. No major incidents. No. No, I mean, I had a couple kids I had to walk out just because they didn't have fans on.
[1:42]
And they just walked away.
[1:44]
They just walked away.
[1:45]
Silly stuff, people.
[1:51]
We're currently in the middle of the high visibility labor day. I would say if you can't faint.
[1:57]
Who's up?
[1:58]
How would we say if you can't faint?
[2:00]
Yeah, what is another week yet and I'm one of it, I can actually, I'm one of it.
[2:05]
How are we having a surprising night at some time over the weekend?
[2:10]
Uh, so we don't, I mean, we're going to guys out at night.
[2:13]
Um, we don't have a run in checkpoints.
[2:15]
You're not going to have a checkpoints.
[2:17]
No, some of it.
[2:18]
Yeah, we don't need some jumps.
[2:19]
Yeah, we don't need some jumps.
[2:20]
Yeah, we don't need some jumps.
[2:20]
Yeah, we don't need some jumps.
[2:21]
Yeah, we don't need some jumps.
[2:21]
Yeah, we don't need some jumps.
[2:24]
Um, we have an EMT class for Sean starting at October 12.
[2:27]
So we'll get that started, so four is actually going to be one in there, it's going to pull
[2:31]
on the other and it looks like that'll be covered through a state grant, so I don't know what's
[2:37]
going to say. So I think they're about 15,000 dollars if we can have it.
[2:41]
Great last day, sorry to go. Yeah, yeah, actually it's easy to look forward to it.
[2:47]
Great last day of the October 1st.
[2:50]
I'd like to ask that one, Chen before he goes.
[2:53]
So if you could tell me, I don't know how far in advance, you know, it's scheduled.
[2:58]
One you are to the first.
[3:00]
What day is it?
[3:02]
Two.
[3:04]
That's a guess.
[3:05]
It should be a Thursday.
[3:06]
Thursday.
[3:07]
We can look.
[3:08]
We'll look.
[3:09]
We'll get together.
[3:10]
Because there are a couple of days shifts.
[3:11]
And we'll just see more guys that are off to eat it.
[3:15]
Yeah.
[3:15]
Make it a full crew for me.
[3:18]
Yeah.
[3:19]
That's an option.
[3:19]
Yeah, I'd like to celebrate. He's been a great employee, great officer, a good person to work with.
[3:26]
He is going to stay on Perdem. I think it could be limited, but still still be around.
[3:33]
And I attended the Anabaga State, I attended the International Association Chiefs of Police in Perjari and Conference.
[3:41]
And that was 100% funded by our highway safety grant.
[3:45]
other good stuff classes networking, and again it will be me reimbursed for all of that stuff.
[3:56]
That was the one in California?
[3:57]
Yeah, the man I never had a sprint through an airport before to get to my connecting place of first.
[4:04]
Oh, you don't have a phone with Alexander?
[4:05]
I don't have a phone with Alexander.
[4:07]
I don't have a phone with Alexander.
[4:10]
Yeah, just a few arrests.
[4:13]
And you can see one stem from two stem from same incident.
[4:17]
Somebody trying to get in the way of a DUI arrest the found themselves under arrest as well.
[4:23]
How do you, I mean, I know you can't tell me details, but how do you get a little way?
[4:28]
I'm interfering in any way. Oh, the DUI arrest, yeah.
[4:32]
So they stopped in the middle of it.
[4:33]
Well, they're a passenger.
[4:39]
So it's open how DUI related, but yeah.
[4:42]
Yeah, other than that, I mean it's good.
[4:44]
Healthy equipment's good.
[4:46]
I don't know if I told you last time we did it
[4:47]
order two.
[4:48]
One hand held radar and one in car radar.
[4:51]
Again, that's 100%.
[4:52]
Through our highway safety grants.
[4:54]
We'll have that one installed to the end of the day.
[4:57]
Well, you know, I'm going to have to use the radar as much as
[4:59]
great time.
[5:00]
That's true.
[5:01]
That's good.
[5:02]
We're going to get a shot on.
[5:04]
I think he's already pulled over a family member.
[5:09]
Well, actually, I mean most of the stocks are more than the majority of them.
[5:17]
I mean the majority of them.
[5:18]
That's 75%.
[5:19]
Yeah.
[5:20]
So, you know, that's...
[5:21]
Yes.
[5:22]
We need to go to the officer's discretion.
[5:24]
For the most part.
[5:25]
Yeah.
[5:26]
Just reminders.
[5:27]
Stratton, have anything in this weekend lately?
[5:30]
You have to work?
[5:30]
No, nothing special.
[5:31]
We will have mids on all weekend.
[5:33]
We have the regular labor day.
[5:35]
events, the tents, they have a Billy Joel, should you be in on Saturday night?
[5:43]
But he will have our regular midship soon, not the top of that, but he feels that.
[5:50]
So, you are all set on equipment this year?
[5:53]
No, no, no quizzes this year.
[5:55]
You just got to be probably after the first season of the spring if we need to start thinking
[6:00]
about it.
[6:02]
And once got every tire the other day.
[6:04]
Yeah, he'll be de-certified at the end of the year, kind of.
[6:09]
You're going to have a leaner right up to that position?
[6:11]
I think so, he's fierce.
[6:15]
So are you looking at another owner?
[6:17]
Well, I mean, it's not necessarily.
[6:20]
We need to make sure that we have an officer capable in a situation where they're, you know,
[6:25]
whether home situation, career situation, why not do it?
[6:30]
Yeah, it's a victim.
[6:31]
now how many years was this one was it's a pretty big commitment
[6:39]
a couple days of training each month to keep up with certifications each year
[6:45]
so it's a lot of work takes somebody that's really into it and you know we made
[6:49]
potentially what I would do is probably if we agreed to move forward with the program
[6:53]
I'll put the you know which way you want to go if you want to stick with the German
[6:57]
Shepherd I want to go to the lab I mean so that changes things that's a
[7:00]
question that we can have. And then I would put it out to all the officers and see who's
[7:05]
interested and then choose. I don't think you want to go to Belgium now.
[7:08]
Who I think is the best? No, I think that's a step in both of them.
[7:12]
I think that's all. Yeah, I'd better to choose the officer first for the breed of the dog.
[7:17]
That's, man, that's something to think about. Yeah, I mean Doug, I just think of it. I don't know.
[7:22]
Yeah, but if you get a gum home guy, he's not going on life.
[7:25]
Probably not all. He's going on. Yeah, something top. Yeah.
[7:30]
I know
[7:35]
a cop over in New Hampshire that had Dutch malign laws, and he taught them their commands in Dutch.
[7:45]
Yeah. Well, we actually had our first, before Gunner came to remind, I was paired up for about three days with a year old malign law.
[7:55]
But did not go well.
[7:57]
It was extremely strong.
[8:00]
It was extremely strong.
[8:01]
It was extremely sensitive.
[8:02]
It was sensitive.
[8:03]
You know, you had a new baby coming out at the same time.
[8:06]
Also let me brought him back.
[8:08]
One of the donated, even called, German Shepherd.
[8:13]
Some, right?
[8:13]
They were able to look at it all for the families.
[8:15]
Cool.
[8:17]
We're all right.
[8:18]
So, the matter is okay?
[8:19]
Yep.
[8:20]
They're all good.
[8:23]
I was wondering if, how you would feel about as things come up, including the 9-1-1-0 updates in your report versus asking Ashley to say?
[8:36]
I don't know.
[8:36]
I don't know.
[8:37]
I don't know.
[8:37]
I think we can talk to Ashley, but just if something comes up, I don't know.
[8:43]
I can chat with her prior to my reading.
[8:45]
And to see if she has anything, I don't know how frequent my stuff comes up, it doesn't sound like it comes up a lot, but it would be nice to at least have a way that we're going to hear about it if we need to.
[8:59]
So I was hoping maybe you could have an discussion at a degree.
[9:02]
Okay, absolutely.
[9:04]
And have reached out to me today.
[9:05]
Is that in the hard time when it comes to when we have strays where to bring them?
[9:10]
Doesn't he have the candle?
[9:11]
He does.
[9:12]
but long term, you know, more of a long term solution.
[9:17]
And when McCowny, Windham County, he made society
[9:19]
told him they needed a contract with the town
[9:24]
for Barney, Don, so I reached out.
[9:28]
They gave him an email, he said he's not an email guy,
[9:30]
so I reached out to Maya with the Windham County.
[9:32]
I think he made society to see what we need to do
[9:36]
in order to have that contract so that we could use them
[9:38]
as a...
[9:38]
No, what about Chasper, what do they do?
[9:40]
Yeah, I mean, it's hit or mess.
[9:42]
He said a lot of leaders, I think he's been doing this for 10 or 12 years.
[9:45]
He said, and they've taken one dog.
[9:48]
Isn't that what they're supposed to do?
[9:52]
Just a question, I think.
[9:53]
I don't know if it's a room with their space.
[9:57]
I mean, other people just random people drop a dog off.
[10:00]
Yeah.
[10:00]
I'm not sure.
[10:01]
OK.
[10:03]
Yeah.
[10:05]
So the next causes one would be Springfield.
[10:07]
There is a, you mean society, it's real, well if, if you don't mind helping him to try to get those
[10:14]
contact and see what, I mean, do we end up with many that aren't turned back? I mean, once and
[10:22]
while we get one that just looks like it's dropped here, right? Yeah. Yeah, maybe one here. Like, they just dropped it off
[10:39]
if you would have time to work on that within to try to solve that problem that could be great.
[10:46]
Thank you.
[10:47]
Thank you, Derek. Thank you for everything you did this week.
[10:55]
I'll try to keep quiet for a whole year or not.
[11:03]
Good night.
[11:05]
Public safety and so are the committee up there.
[11:07]
We had a meeting last night.
[11:10]
We had gone over the stuff with...
[11:17]
We have to do this and you have to sign there.
[11:19]
And you have to do the question and we shall take it from there.
[11:25]
We had talked about it.
[11:27]
Last meeting I believe.
[11:29]
And we agreed to go ahead and start the process for trying to get a...
[11:38]
Well, no, it's a contract as manager.
[11:41]
Yeah, I think it's a more project manager.
[11:44]
Project manager, kind of.
[11:45]
Go ahead with the things.
[11:49]
CMC, construction manager, as constructor.
[11:52]
Yes.
[11:52]
There we go.
[11:55]
And I went through it today.
[11:57]
It seems to be pretty close.
[12:00]
Is it a new copy?
[12:01]
Is it a new copy?
[12:02]
Yeah, this has a new update.
[12:03]
New data.
[12:04]
I check what a few things are going on.
[12:05]
OK.
[12:06]
I have one.
[12:07]
But yeah, that is, I think something that we've got to start with and then we see how far we can go in there.
[12:17]
But...
[12:17]
So we'll vote on this next time.
[12:20]
Now, are you going to move ahead with that?
[12:22]
I think we could kind of agree that the last meeting to go ahead and move ahead with that.
[12:29]
And now we've got the dates kind of set.
[12:31]
And what he expects from them, the contract will be between the town of Winh Hall and a person that we potentially able to hire, then there will be a...
[12:52]
So we're going to be doing the construction manager, and he is going to be doing the civil engineer.
[13:02]
Well, it's not just that's not the way it was yesterday.
[13:05]
What's that?
[13:06]
It's not just a civil engineer, right?
[13:08]
It's all the others.
[13:11]
It all the other stuff.
[13:12]
Yeah, so he would be here.
[13:14]
He, I think he's got the RFP drafted for the civil engineer,
[13:19]
but that isn't as important as getting this other person on board first.
[13:23]
So, we're right, so that we can start talking about
[13:26]
the costs and what we have to go from there.
[13:31]
And then I had also talked to the committee and gotten the agreement that we should apply for a zoning permit,
[13:44]
and we know that it will be denied because of the setback issues and stuff like that,
[13:53]
But then it will be turned over to the only Board of Adjustment.
[13:59]
So we agreed that that was something we kind of had to do.
[14:02]
We did have a conversation with the State,
[14:05]
Worker, and she said that students feel that it was a bad thing to do,
[14:11]
as far as space and danger.
[14:15]
So...
[14:15]
To make a motion that you can sign the sign and permit to move forward with the safety facility.
[14:22]
Okay, part of the second that motion was made in seconded that I can sign the zoning permit
[14:29]
Caroline has filled out a lot of it. There's some more stuff to be filled out with you work on that
[14:34]
I can help with that to do that
[14:36]
No, I
[14:38]
Then we'll just and then we'll fill it out
[14:41]
Whatever you need
[14:43]
It's basically a lot of size yeah, that type of stuff so we'll
[14:48]
We'll deal that
[14:50]
Thank you
[14:52]
So if you go back to the construction manager, aren't we?
[14:57]
So, is that all set to go out then?
[14:59]
All right.
[15:00]
I went to, I hope you guys had a chance to read it. No, it's you guys been pretty busy.
[15:05]
I don't think it was the same meal. This was emailed today, April 150.
[15:10]
So if it has a change, it could be a comma, it could be said, I don't know what it is yet.
[15:15]
I've had a ton of time to watch. It's not the time to watch.
[15:17]
It's not the time to watch, it's not the time to watch.
[15:17]
It was really just solidifying the dates that were nebulous in the first document.
[15:23]
You know, you just have two mates in there, but I think you're more concrete from last
[15:29]
nice meeting, and then just a few minor changes clarifying.
[15:33]
But the question, the question that you need to know what the discuss is, as far as the other
[15:45]
for the RFP for the engineering, what is your protocol for that? Is that going to have to go
[15:55]
out through the town as an RFP? Or can it just be through coalstone?
[16:03]
My understanding is he is taking the civil and their RFP, but we have to be said we have to
[16:15]
Nobody knew last night. I don't think we kind of wanted that I've ever seen.
[16:18]
So we don't have one, that it's your best, you know, what, from a practice you use, and if you haven't used that, then I think you just need to see that.
[16:27]
I think we just need to approve who they're hiring, so we know that they're...
[16:32]
Well, we have to, we have to decide if we're going to call the ship in the general public or if he's going to have a list of agencies in the...
[16:44]
in this state of Vermont that he has worked with that or qualified to do this?
[16:49]
I think you should have your list of people that you want to make sure that get it.
[16:56]
And if it's not on his, I think your list should be knelted together and so that everybody's
[17:01]
covered.
[17:01]
So he has, yes, certain ones that he just works with comfortably and that he's used to.
[17:05]
Well, he says that those companies are big enough and qualified enough to do the job or
[17:11]
said there are some companies there. Right, but he doesn't want to exclude you from the process.
[17:16]
No, I don't want to be excluded. No, well, that's, yeah. So it's, um, I just, I just want you
[17:23]
to get clarification on what we're going to policy on that and, you know, I've never seen a
[17:29]
policy Theresa on my protocol and how to handle things. I think they just, all these years,
[17:35]
I think they just weren't by the sea. We haven't had that. We haven't had that. We haven't had
[17:41]
for purchasing and it is for services.
[17:47]
But I don't think we have a protocol we follow.
[17:51]
Well, we have our own policy.
[17:54]
Yeah, like how do we go into the engineer
[17:57]
or letting the new person, this person hire or
[18:02]
like, I mean, we do it.
[18:04]
There's a manual.
[18:05]
Where this will be the policy will be if we're going to
[18:11]
You are an architect, and are a team who publish it to the general public, to which would open it to the world.
[18:22]
But we still have the right to refuse any and all.
[18:25]
Right.
[18:26]
It's a clear location to visual to be a project manager liaison between the engineering company and us.
[18:31]
No, that's not what it says. This is a construction manager who has who may very well be bidding on the public.
[18:40]
project, their company.
[18:43]
Gotcha, he's my understanding.
[18:45]
And so...
[18:46]
He's going to act as...
[18:46]
He's going to act as the GC of all the stuff except for the engineer.
[18:53]
That goes so...
[18:54]
Except for the civil engineer that's Goldstone's person.
[18:59]
All the other stuff.
[19:00]
Civil engineer and all those other stuff.
[19:01]
So he's always done on contract or most likely.
[19:04]
No, not necessarily.
[19:05]
And they may be affected by it, and they may bid on it.
[19:11]
This is to get someone on board to start giving us some estimates.
[19:15]
It's costs.
[19:17]
And the question you get here is,
[19:19]
So, how is that in front of the engine here?
[19:23]
Right.
[19:23]
Outside of the Arctic.
[19:26]
Okay.
[19:26]
So, how is that if you're looking for that person,
[19:30]
how are we going to find pain for that person?
[19:32]
Like, what are we looking for?
[19:34]
I guess what I'm trying to find.
[19:35]
on this construction manager structure in the CMC.
[19:41]
It doesn't, like it's not a full-time job right now.
[19:44]
Like what is it that we're looking for?
[19:47]
It's from now through construction base.
[19:52]
But so I go back to how much is there for somebody to do right now?
[19:56]
How is it?
[19:56]
Well, they're going to have to exist with creating the budget.
[20:00]
helping to find grants, the whole process of just being in from the get-to as opposed to just waiting and bringing them on after a schematic design is approved or whatever.
[20:15]
This is to see the feasibility of the proposal.
[20:20]
This will be somebody who has experience in construction and say, okay, we think that this is the best way to do this.
[20:28]
And this is what we would do.
[20:30]
This person may say, what used to be called part of the work.
[20:34]
It could be well.
[20:38]
I mean, you know.
[20:39]
Which I was kind of thinking it's a little bit odd if we are somebody.
[20:43]
And then they're going to be dead on it.
[20:45]
Yeah, I think it is odd.
[20:46]
I think you get, you have the package.
[20:49]
And we put the package out for bid.
[20:51]
And you get a couple of different people.
[20:53]
And then, you know, that's then at a later date,
[20:57]
kind of higher this sort of sink or see so like your construct your project manager and your
[21:04]
or what's that other one. The two and your field manager is all.
[21:13]
This is best to bring them on sooner than later so they're part of it.
[21:17]
I just don't feel like there's any, I don't feel like we're far enough to bring somebody on right now.
[21:22]
That's what I, that's my gut instinct of my part.
[21:24]
For this position, for this position.
[21:26]
I mean, you're like talking about hiring somebody that's going to quote, have a full-time job,
[21:31]
but we're not really ready to have that person in that problem.
[21:34]
You kind of need somebody to keep the ball rolling here, right?
[21:38]
We'll be forward with the project.
[21:41]
So in the initial weeks of the project, the CMC will work with the design team initially,
[21:47]
architect and civil engineer.
[21:49]
And he wanted to determine the relative economic viability of repurposing all a part of the existing
[21:55]
fire stations like Development. This work may proceed the completion of the fully developed
[22:02]
schematic design and may be vital and developed at best in most economical path forward.
[22:06]
The budget for the product is the project is not your set. The challenge has to ask for
[22:11]
a political and a bond vote in March of 27th.
[22:18]
So, selection prop proposals will be revealed by the
[22:21]
owner and the architect selection will be based on the following criteria. Understanding of
[22:25]
owners need to concerns availability and ability to meet the owners budget and schedule.
[22:30]
The closed staff in the experience with similar projects and demonstrated approach to value management and problems often in people closing.
[22:38]
So when do you think they should come up with what you've got on that?
[22:42]
I'm not sure. I mean, I just don't feel, I mean, maybe, I guess my concern is when you're hiring somebody for that kind of position, usually it's expected that it's a full time position.
[22:56]
and to me it feels like it's a little too soon for that.
[23:01]
Like you want to have,
[23:05]
I mean, I guess I'm thinking what, you know, I think it's a
[23:07]
big goal, so you want to have a big package, right?
[23:10]
And then you basically put it out to a bit of the package.
[23:12]
Well, it's not a big package for the whole project there.
[23:15]
This is for, you just, as the consultant or the construction manager.
[23:21]
Okay.
[23:23]
Maybe we should.
[23:24]
I mean, we should talk to some people.
[23:26]
Well, why don't we, why don't we have a meeting?
[23:28]
with Goldstone first part of the next week and just say, hey, we've got a, we've got a
[23:35]
tight enough what we're doing here. So I think that's what the whole purpose of this
[23:39]
first bringing this first on board is that because he's out here and not feel not sure of
[23:46]
the direction that the town is going in because there's still some invariables. I just don't know if
[23:51]
the CMC can speak for the town yet because there are so many very well. I think their job is
[23:57]
to guard and gather information.
[24:00]
And you're looking at what a CNC is going to guard and gather the information to present
[24:04]
to the board.
[24:05]
You're saying, yeah.
[24:06]
Just say to the board.
[24:08]
The committee.
[24:09]
And the board.
[24:11]
You know.
[24:11]
That's that's what I think it's going to be.
[24:13]
No.
[24:14]
I think it's.
[24:15]
I think we got to get the board and the committee together with him.
[24:19]
And go over this.
[24:20]
I mean, we could.
[24:22]
We could schedule another meeting next week.
[24:24]
I mean, those we know are too far into the lead.
[24:28]
I mean, it's fine with me.
[24:29]
I would, I mean, I'm sorry.
[24:30]
I didn't follow him on our close.
[24:32]
I would love to be able to ask some questions,
[24:34]
because I think it would be helpful to, you know,
[24:36]
and, you know, there might be somebody who's like a perfect person
[24:40]
to kind of help with that, who's, I'm going to say it, you know,
[24:43]
retired and done this kind of work.
[24:45]
And once I actually get their time for helping at least get it,
[24:49]
keep it moving forward, because it, again, I still don't perceive it
[24:53]
as a full time job yet it will be for sure right at some point if we get if we get
[25:02]
if we get that point yeah I think his point was we're kind of in a forward
[25:08]
boat right now we're going to fill in some of that now we're going to fill in some of that
[25:15]
around, so this week, because it's two years down to our right, two years we've been
[25:22]
dealing with this, and so I think, I think he's got to look out for what our interest
[25:28]
in that of course is a committee, I mean specifically Steve, I know, you know, that
[25:33]
partner works coming.
[25:36]
Well, we'll deal with that, that's it.
[25:37]
But I mean, so why don't we just, why don't we set up a meeting for the first part
[25:43]
next week. I mean like this, now when it is Julie coming back from her trip, do you know?
[25:50]
Her dates were curling the nose on her face. I think she is the thing she is in my
[25:56]
minute so long. She's back on the tent. She's back on one of the days. She's back on one
[26:05]
of the days. She's back on the twelfth.
[26:10]
She's back on the tent and you're back on the twelfth.
[26:13]
I think we should move our next meeting, I'm meeting for the 16th.
[26:18]
We should move it to the 23rd.
[26:20]
I think having a meeting with Goldstone before you go away, if you want to just do a-
[26:24]
For a deep, what do you want to do?
[26:26]
I don't want to be so weak.
[26:28]
Right.
[26:29]
I think it will.
[26:31]
I still would like to ideally move the next meeting.
[26:34]
For five Wednesdays in September.
[26:37]
So I think if we were to move the 16th to the 23rd, hopefully starts back.
[26:42]
He might not be back, but I think that would be better than trying to go in on the 16th.
[26:49]
And then we could in between, hopefully before you go, maybe try to talk to Goldstone and
[26:53]
get some questions answered to have more information.
[26:58]
So, let's try it.
[27:00]
Let's see if we can set up a meeting with him, like Monday or Tuesday or next week.
[27:05]
Monday is a holiday.
[27:06]
Tuesday.
[27:08]
Okay.
[27:09]
What day is Tuesday?
[27:11]
Tuesday.
[27:12]
You're
[27:16]
going to check, I think.
[27:17]
I think I think the next thing.
[27:19]
You've done it in the meantime.
[27:20]
I'm going to make a motion to move the 16th meeting to the 23rd place.
[27:25]
I'll second that.
[27:26]
Okay.
[27:27]
Motion made in second and then move our next meeting that would normally
[27:30]
have been the 16th of the 23rd.
[27:32]
We can't punch up without it yet.
[27:35]
Good.
[27:36]
I think we can do something.
[27:38]
I have what I also.
[27:39]
So, who's reaching out to Goldstone?
[27:41]
I'll take it home.
[27:42]
Under there.
[27:44]
So, all right, now I've got a little of the just second, most of the main second
[27:47]
to move the 16th, to be able to put in the 23rd, all in favor say I, all right.
[27:53]
So we'll do that.
[27:54]
Now, let's reach out to Goldstone and see if we can, we can even do a zoom
[27:58]
with, can you set up zoom calls?
[28:00]
Of course.
[28:01]
I assume you could.
[28:02]
I assume you could.
[28:04]
If I just want to make sure, because anyone has come up, because it should
[28:07]
be a relative.
[28:10]
I would say we should do both the committee and the board.
[28:14]
So that we, because the problem is, we haven't got many community members now.
[28:20]
Want to talk a little bit about the way.
[28:23]
Why if you don't show up?
[28:24]
Right.
[28:26]
So let's try it again.
[28:27]
We would be a little zander and you're trying to scare me a lot of people for a specific day,
[28:33]
but later they come or they don't.
[28:35]
Are you talking about a five-thirty man?
[28:37]
Hmm?
[28:37]
Okay.
[28:38]
Who's that who are the community people?
[28:40]
Well, those last.
[28:41]
Last night, last night Peter couldn't come and Zandam moved to
[28:50]
Zandam.
[28:50]
Zandam moved to Zandam.
[28:54]
But it should be Peter.
[28:59]
Zandam.
[29:02]
Zandam.
[29:04]
Zandam.
[29:06]
Zandam.
[29:08]
Zandam.
[29:09]
Zandam.
[29:17]
So let's let's let's see if we can pull that together for first part of next week and have a quick meeting with Goldstone.
[29:24]
See if he wants the zoom in so then I've come back up here because we just gotta get a little more clarification on it.
[29:30]
So Stacey and Julie will not be at that meeting.
[29:32]
I know it's just we got it we gotta get going we can't but we will have a chance to I mean they could zoom in if I want to.
[29:41]
You can notify them of it and if you have a Zoom link then they could link in to it too.
[29:48]
Sorry.
[29:50]
Oh, you know, I need to go.
[29:52]
The board had decided to last meeting to go forward with the scene.
[30:00]
I don't think there's an enversion to going forward. I don't think there's enough in a description about what that person is doing right now. I need to, like, we need to tighten that up because it's both, that's a theory.
[30:13]
I know, but it's a different document.
[30:17]
The document belongs to us.
[30:19]
But it's still, we're already part of it, we haven't really got it.
[30:24]
Right.
[30:26]
another five or six days in the middle of the years.
[30:29]
And if we had to change it, that's why we can do it.
[30:32]
I mean, this isn't a big deal.
[30:35]
I mean, I mean, there's like, you know, it's like,
[30:37]
I mean, I would transfer either of you there.
[30:40]
So I don't want to hold on something.
[30:42]
I didn't have a chance to read today.
[30:44]
Initially when I met with Jeff,
[30:47]
he said that that position would be his position.
[30:51]
Both positions would be his position.
[30:53]
He would get to do the RFP for the construction manager and he would do the RFP for the
[30:59]
Civil Engineer and then I guess the Civil Engineer under him would do all the sub-contracting
[31:04]
but it's kind of weird.
[31:05]
We're not quite, we're not quite, we're not quite, we're not quite, we're not quite, we're not quite.
[31:07]
Let's just, let's just put one out of the meeting a quick leave.
[31:11]
It should be weird.
[31:12]
Question, but can I ask them, ask an answer probably pretty quickly, but it just will give
[31:17]
clarity to, for me and I need conviction or it's hard for me to wait and
[31:23]
I don't think that the fire of six days can make any difference at this point, but you leave it?
[31:29]
No, I need more situation.
[31:31]
Is that not working?
[31:32]
That one isn't working?
[31:33]
No, it just wasn't working.
[31:35]
It was a charge enough for this.
[31:36]
Oh, your cord wouldn't re-hose what it was.
[31:39]
You mean you were short in the system?
[31:41]
It was.
[31:42]
It was.
[31:43]
Okay.
[31:44]
All right.
[31:45]
So anyway, short term rounds.
[31:46]
You've got anything special.
[31:49]
The system has been having some glitches, so I don't have an updated number.
[31:53]
There were people who had been trying to register, like a lot of people, some knew,
[31:57]
some are renewal, spent a lot of time back and forth with them today, with the image
[32:04]
of people.
[32:05]
Well, both everything.
[32:06]
Did everything.
[32:07]
Was everything.
[32:08]
And anyway, the system is now, I got an email just a little while ago, and I got here.
[32:14]
And it's working again.
[32:16]
It means tomorrow hopefully a lot of more, you know, things will come through that I can actually
[32:20]
quantify.
[32:21]
Well, I think he was a major manager of Microsoft or something else today.
[32:25]
I heard he had a big outlook, something like that.
[32:29]
So that's what we had in the garbage.
[32:33]
It's still there.
[32:34]
Yeah, it's a little there.
[32:36]
And we're finding him.
[32:37]
Well, I've sent a fine to him.
[32:39]
He has not paid the fine.
[32:41]
He is also one of the people trying to renew his license,
[32:44]
which will not happen until we find his picture.
[32:46]
Should we go say that is for the ministry?
[32:49]
Should we should we should we hire someone to go clean it up and charge him for I mean if it's
[32:55]
It we could. I mean it's been a long time. I think you know I'll send them an email to that effect
[33:01]
I mean the problem is whoever we hire is going to be cheap
[33:04]
I mean we're not going to pay somebody
[33:06]
Ten dollars an hour to do it right now because there's a couple miles out into woods right. Yeah, that's that. Yeah
[33:13]
I'll send but I mean it's gone
[33:16]
Yeah, I agree.
[33:17]
Are we fighting in per day?
[33:20]
He's going into a per day.
[33:22]
Yeah, it's just fine.
[33:23]
Yeah, I'm just going to get the next.
[33:26]
If he must have a contract, he must have a character.
[33:29]
He doesn't use himself as his caretaker.
[33:32]
Well, then his caretaker is doing very good.
[33:36]
But I mean, I can't imagine he takes the trash.
[33:40]
Obviously, the mayor has.
[33:42]
Right.
[33:43]
But it's, there's two, three piles out in the woods
[33:46]
I know if I didn't lock around the whole property, but I was able to spot those from the driveway.
[33:55]
All right.
[33:55]
Thank you.
[33:55]
And, of course, those are worse.
[33:56]
Yeah, and we'll just hire a caretaker.
[33:59]
And we'll let him clean it up and send, and he will be responsible for the bill.
[34:03]
There won't be any.
[34:04]
Right.
[34:05]
Any good.
[34:06]
Any good.
[34:07]
And you can't get your license.
[34:09]
Okay.
[34:09]
All right.
[34:11]
So you're right in the throws of that right now.
[34:14]
Yep.
[34:25]
So you should say, you should say, I wouldn't be able to help many clients.
[34:29]
So you remember that we asked them to revise the pricing, so they made more sense.
[34:33]
Yeah, we did that.
[34:35]
And so they've given you the new pages, and then they've asked you to sign this.
[34:39]
So this is the scope of services to be said.
[34:42]
everything's the same other than D and E, I believe it.
[34:46]
Yeah, you'll see after this, after the signature part,
[34:50]
be amended, you know, A through the list.
[34:54]
So this is to be signed and then keep going, there you go.
[34:58]
OK.
[34:59]
All right.
[35:00]
So we took out some portions of the project.
[35:05]
And this is what we read on.
[35:07]
Yeah, that was, things other pieces were not part of the one.
[35:10]
So, I'll make a motion to prove the end-men,
[35:18]
Kessel Ring and Sign, have a Stewart sign for a total of 64,
[35:23]
22 dollars and 25 cents for the bridge,
[35:29]
the over the eddy brook on Winnahala.
[35:33]
Finch day. Winnahala road engineering, perhaps a yes.
[35:37]
Thank you. I was like in that.
[35:38]
Okay, motion means I couldn't to sign this project now in the scope of services.
[35:47]
Is there any other discussion?
[35:49]
I don't think we'll say that.
[35:52]
Aye.
[35:52]
I'll say that also.
[35:54]
Thank you.
[35:54]
Yes.
[35:56]
What is today?
[35:57]
No one.
[35:58]
Just 29 days to my birthday case.
[36:00]
Do you need to go shop?
[36:02]
I'm okay.
[36:03]
Thank you.
[36:04]
Okay.
[36:05]
That's how it worked.
[36:07]
that's in the works now.
[36:09]
Tell them about the project up to you guys.
[36:10]
I mean, I'm a customer.
[36:11]
Yeah, I just spoke with my read and we're going to walk around the building, but
[36:17]
I think we agreed that we'd show the phone that instead of $200 for the bulkhead, we can
[36:23]
probably use the existing one because the door will pull that one out and we'll save us $1,500.
[36:28]
I went back to their painting and caulking and it had been at $29,750 and they're now
[36:37]
down at $24,500 for that.
[36:40]
No, they don't.
[36:41]
They also have agency.
[36:42]
No, it's true water industries and I did talk to Scott about it and Scott and I actually
[36:47]
agreed that it's better to have them, you know, follow through to finish it, you know,
[36:53]
So we're obviously a lot of things that came up along the way on this project, but we'd
[36:59]
like to have things weather tight and we'd have to like to finish it and we're really
[37:03]
close.
[37:04]
That's the beauty.
[37:05]
We are very close.
[37:06]
We have a...
[37:07]
Jeffers has just a couple of things, but they're waiting for some parts so that they'll get
[37:11]
those last two condensers on the snow stands and get the vents put in, we're taking care
[37:16]
of the boiler.
[37:17]
Oh, we have to actually talk about that separately, that's a separate conversation.
[37:22]
But this painting, I think, is important.
[37:26]
So this is all the windows in all the trim.
[37:28]
The windows, the trim, yep.
[37:30]
All the way around, it's the call, call people over there. And I did, you know, they gave me a, they wanted to have 40% 40% halfway through and 20% when they were finished. And I said, now, you can have 40% if the board approves when you're onsite in starting 30% halfway 30% when you finish and finish by the end of September, whether permitting and they said, yes,
[38:00]
So I think that's, I think it's reasonable, it's all about to be in the contract, if you guys do approve it.
[38:09]
So it's been a little bit heavier contract than we had before.
[38:13]
Yes, yes, it is.
[38:15]
And if you, if you will, you know, agree with it, then I just need to get this initial invoice sign.
[38:23]
So we have the first 40% waiting for when they do actually show up and start working.
[38:29]
So, I will make a motion to have Chris Tito ahead and finalize with Walker Industries for the painting and cocking of the town hall for 24,500 dollars.
[38:46]
motion's made and all seconded to enter in this subcontracting wheel and
[38:56]
outside details that are outlined. Yeah the details all have to be in
[39:00]
the end. Yeah you and Caroline will work out. Yeah I have a I have a I've
[39:05]
been going back and forth with them and they've been updating so all I will
[39:09]
share the contract when it's really good for you.
[39:13]
We're in, you know, knock on wood, yes, we're in really good shape, we're doing very well.
[39:21]
And it looks in the back looks, I mean it looks great, we'll slater is working on PD on the
[39:28]
porch there.
[39:29]
He's got the railing, we decided we put a great in so that the moisture that was coming
[39:34]
the back door won't go in the back door and then he's going to end up staining that. There's
[39:40]
some other little or things but yes we're we can get them. Yeah the light end of the tunnel
[39:47]
it's getting brighter. Yeah so that walkway we did the other day I thought we were in pretty good
[39:53]
shape. I believe that came and adjusted the floor finally. Yes they adjusted the door but then
[39:58]
they had left off so it would close by itself I didn't get to check it before we came up here
[40:04]
to see if they actually put that hinge on or not, but raise a word, and they will do it.
[40:10]
So we'll follow on that.
[40:11]
But I was pretty happy with the look of what had been done, and I think they did a pretty
[40:19]
good job.
[40:20]
Yeah.
[40:20]
I mean, we didn't find any.
[40:23]
We didn't find any.
[40:24]
We didn't find any major discrepancy areas of the thing.
[40:30]
Other than we got to get those medicine, but that's not their problem.
[40:33]
But Jeff, let's be a talk to about that.
[40:38]
Cool.
[40:39]
So we make it this project.
[40:40]
I appreciate it.
[40:41]
We didn't look it for a while.
[40:44]
And then we have, we do have, I'm going to call it an addition
[40:48]
because it's come up and it wasn't something,
[40:51]
but was it something that I was aware of,
[40:53]
but with the boiler in this building specifically,
[40:56]
stored in those because we've been going through,
[40:59]
through all the systems,
[41:02]
The way it was set up was, what was essentially incorrect, so it was running hot all the time.
[41:08]
And so that Jeffers came in and looked at it and there's a fix.
[41:13]
There's a one fix where it would be required for someone to have to remember to turn a switch on or off to have the system work at a certain temperature.
[41:21]
And that is a thousand dollar fix and there's another fix which is the real fix which, I mean then the building's done.
[41:28]
Now the problem is, this building, we bought it with the majority of the system in this.
[41:36]
Okay, we have replaced the firmness once or twice, I don't know whether the first and
[41:41]
more out or whatever, but whatever that it has been replaced, but it doesn't have the right
[41:47]
equipment in the basement to do the job the way it should be done.
[41:54]
it what they had done they had triggered the furnace to run continuously so that if it needed
[42:02]
heat somewhere it would be available to send. The circulator valves that they have
[42:09]
down there and there is about 10 o'clock in the morning somewhere in there are not the type that
[42:14]
when if you turn a thermostat out a normal if it's if it's working doing correctly that says
[42:22]
signal to the circulator and said, and said, we're going to send hot water there.
[42:29]
So then that tells the furnace to make sure we got hot water.
[42:32]
So the furnace will fire up, make hot water, and it will send hot water through the heating
[42:40]
ducts or not ducts, but base 40.
[42:44]
And it doesn't have the right kind of circulates.
[42:47]
It was kind of, it was almost as it was made from an industrial solution where it's
[42:52]
and I'm building that the heat would be running 24 hours a day, but we don't need that.
[42:57]
One of the neat heat, we need heat, and you don't need it in every zone.
[43:00]
That's probably why those heaters don't work in the entryways, because they don't know
[43:06]
to turn the circulator on.
[43:09]
Is the circulator on?
[43:09]
Is the circulator on?
[43:10]
Oh, do they not function at all they discovered?
[43:12]
Well, I think they're short of it, but the problem is that it doesn't, the circulator
[43:19]
doesn't know that it's common for heat there.
[43:21]
So they may have to be in the thermostat. Whatever. That is all. The problem is the system has been
[43:29]
a
[43:29]
It's been a night back. It's been it's been a problem from day one of his building
[43:35]
God has had some other agencies in who said oh, yeah, we can fix it. We can fix it
[43:41]
We can fix it. But the problem is they didn't pick up on this and
[43:45]
And when Jefferson came and he looked at the difference, he said,
[43:49]
here's what's wrong.
[43:50]
To make it right, we got to do this.
[43:52]
And I think we should do it so that the system works.
[43:55]
There's no point in having it.
[43:58]
jury rigged and have it so that it runs 24 hours a day,
[44:03]
just in case it might need heat.
[44:05]
All right.
[44:06]
So the solution to that is attend the $13,000 exercise.
[44:10]
So, and that was something that we did.
[44:17]
I think I meant,
[44:21]
I'm not sure if I was specific about that, but I had mentioned to her about the painting, but I mean, I think that it needs one or the other, so it's to, you know, and I think it's doing it correctly makes the most sense and then we're done.
[44:35]
I mean, let's not keep putting a patch on it and have them so anyway, I would make a motion that we would go ahead with Jeffers and we would fix the system and, you know, knowing that it's going to be that there's a window of cost between 10 and 13,000 dollars but that really does sort of ice and complete the stolen one.
[44:57]
It'll make it so that it works correctly.
[44:59]
Yeah.
[45:02]
That's right, it's right on the cuss because it could, you know, the ten, it can be a board approval, you know, and they've been doing so much of the other work that has been, you know,
[45:15]
and they have come up with a solution.
[45:16]
And they should come up with a solution.
[45:17]
Or something else.
[45:19]
I mean, I'm fine.
[45:22]
I just want it because I know that we delay things a little bit.
[45:25]
that's why. Well, it's not even just delay. It's like, you have to, I mean,
[45:30]
clearly other people have already come in and have not understood the system
[45:33]
because it has not been flexed. So the idea of bringing more people in to do,
[45:38]
you know, and go through that process when you have somebody who has their
[45:43]
doing and working with the system. And I feel, and after he's after they said it,
[45:54]
And I thought about it, and we talked to Southern Cautia in the middle of the morning.
[46:01]
That's when Chris works at the best and she calls me up.
[46:04]
So anyway,
[46:08]
I think we should get the problem solved.
[46:11]
So I'll second your motion.
[46:13]
Thank you.
[46:13]
To go ahead.
[46:14]
Motion made a second into have Jeffers come in and fix the heating system correctly.
[46:20]
Correctly.
[46:22]
with new circulators, and stand by that work.
[46:27]
Oh, they will.
[46:28]
Yeah, but well, I know.
[46:28]
I'm sorry about that.
[46:29]
But he, within an hour, he found the problem.
[46:31]
Right. Right. Yeah.
[46:32]
Well, he sent that one guy back.
[46:33]
So, if they still have any other questions.
[46:35]
Any other discussion on having this heating system,
[46:39]
finally working correctly?
[46:41]
Oh, I'm favor say I.
[46:44]
Good.
[46:46]
Just got a picture.
[46:47]
Scott, the, we knew that the furnace was going in at the four bay yesterday, it went in and it's actually quite pretty.
[46:54]
Scott sent pictures to maybe the right one, swung by it was done and it was, yeah, so that's not.
[46:59]
So that's another thing off the top.
[47:01]
Oh, that's awesome.
[47:03]
Okay, so, just for, where do we see it?
[47:10]
Have we got most of the stuff that we had at T?
[47:13]
That's a bliss.
[47:15]
Firehouse.
[47:17]
The town office and the transfer station taking care.
[47:20]
Transfer stations taking care.
[47:23]
Other than that, tens of dollars.
[47:25]
Taking care of that.
[47:25]
On that installation thing, which.
[47:27]
Other than that.
[47:28]
That's not a problem.
[47:30]
It's not a problem.
[47:31]
It's not on anybody's.
[47:33]
Yeah.
[47:34]
We'll see.
[47:35]
We could, you know, we could.
[47:37]
It's going to be more of a creative solution, I think.
[47:39]
and then something, because nobody seems to have any easy idea or one or really.
[47:45]
Just for your information, please.
[47:47]
Yeah.
[47:48]
In the oil world, where we store buckets of oil.
[47:53]
I love it.
[47:54]
The counter-art.
[47:54]
Yes, counter-art.
[47:56]
It is lower than the many tools.
[48:00]
So if it won't run out, you'll stay in that room.
[48:03]
But the problem is, along the back wall,
[48:06]
the insulation for the wall is exposed.
[48:09]
it is not finished off. So, if it, if a five-gown pill was filled, it will run, it will
[48:18]
run into the insulation, saturate the insulation, the insulation, and potentially the
[48:24]
pipes underneath it. And we haven't had that problem by. I saw some time ago, but we had
[48:30]
so much going on now that we're starting to solve some of the problems. We're trying to find
[48:35]
a way to fix it. I've talked to him. We've talked to a couple of people and there was one who
[48:43]
does a, you know, sprays insulation and he said, it won't, it would go right through it. That
[48:48]
wouldn't work. He had a good idea with, you know, some part or some material from Lavali that
[48:54]
would conceivably, like a pregnancy. Yeah, so that's probably the best one that I've heard. But that's
[49:03]
We solved all the other media problems.
[49:07]
We didn't have a replace list.
[49:08]
And that one wasn't on the headless with wait.
[49:12]
But he did agree.
[49:15]
He said, well, yeah, that is kind of the problem.
[49:18]
But he didn't put that on his list.
[49:19]
It's just like we should deal with.
[49:21]
So if we ever have a barrel of oil, spring, a leak,
[49:24]
or a five-bomb pellet, just over or whatever.
[49:26]
Right.
[49:27]
Then it would solve the problem.
[49:29]
It's still on the list.
[49:30]
It just hasn't been a priority this week.
[49:36]
So, maybe I don't know, but all we may have to do is make a little, put in a little wall, right?
[49:47]
Back from the insulation, so that we have created a dam, whatever.
[49:53]
But we'll figure something out.
[49:55]
But we've been trying to get the majority of the things that, and I think we have made great strikes.
[50:00]
There are a couple of things that the firehouse that need to be done, the light and the bathroom, the light by the flagpole.
[50:09]
I think that's, yeah, and hence I will say, you know, Scott and I have a good conversation when we spoke after that last meeting and he did follow through.
[50:20]
And we have, I guess, in the end of October, they're going to come and do some of the inspections we're getting on a schedule so that, you know,
[50:27]
to all of the same time.
[50:29]
Get inspired to the same time.
[50:32]
Did you do she has to be ready for the time?
[50:35]
Exactly.
[50:36]
And I have a spreadsheet that I started that will have the dates
[50:40]
and the contact numbers and stuff.
[50:42]
And so, he's going to first start going to follow up
[50:44]
and have them send us an email because I like email.
[50:48]
I like it and writing.
[50:51]
So, and I, you know, and I know.
[50:52]
So, I'm going to share it with you.
[50:54]
Yeah.
[50:54]
So, I'm going to share it with you.
[50:59]
I'm going to see Laura over at the community center this week on Thursday 11 and we're going to kind of do cover
[51:09]
The list of things from the insurance company and that also covered the list I'm going to call it wish list right now and some other things and we'll go from so
[51:17]
Well, we're talking about the community center
[51:20]
Can we call the lights?
[51:21]
Can we turn?
[51:22]
Yeah
[51:22]
In a minute
[51:23]
They're on all night
[51:25]
In a minute
[51:26]
All eyes
[51:28]
So we the blue flame has gone in and has run the pipe along the wall under the porch around and is up to the back of the building.
[51:41]
So I believe he hasn't called me today, but he was planning on digging having us dig from the building to the tank to put the pipe in.
[51:52]
He has not cut shut the gas off from Irving yet, he left it on because he knew it was going
[51:59]
between more days, but he released Randy Pipe under the wall and around, so it's ready.
[52:05]
So it were pretty close to being able to remove that other tank.
[52:11]
And the easement, I had just a few corrections on it that I'll work with Caroline tomorrow.
[52:20]
the the uh I'm out with Darrell. I sent you a copy of them out of the survey. Did that come out good?
[52:26]
Because I said I sent it. I scanned. I didn't want to know.
[52:30]
I know it's great because I know where the property lines are. The back corner of the tower is infringed upon his property
[52:39]
way better for me. Of the add-on for the stairwells and all that stuff. That was on the back side was in addition to the regular time haul in order to get the ball. Probably the ball too? No, the ball. So the ball was part of the original building.
[52:59]
Yes, I would just put it in the corner. Right, this was added on for the four emergency access and all this stuff. So he said it's not wrong. Don't worry about it. And the I know approximately where the lines are within a foot or two. I have a map or his last survey just had to give you a copy of it.
[53:24]
And I guess in a copy of Caroline, I'll get a copy up to you.
[53:28]
Here it is, that's the length.
[53:32]
And while you assume he's going to file that here with us.
[53:36]
I assume so.
[53:37]
So anyway, so that's not a major problem.
[53:44]
The food show building is on his property, too.
[53:48]
I figured it was, that's why I was worried about the human.
[53:51]
He says don't worry about it and I said do you want an easement that's so he signs it
[53:56]
It's for the public good don't worry about it
[53:58]
It's not gonna stay there forever. Yeah, so the thing is the perfect one of the easement is to make sure that in the future
[54:03]
There's no problem right he's he's not worried about it. I know he's not worried about it
[54:08]
But he'll have a kid the kid won't like it. It should be in the easement now. Well, well, well, I'll talk to him
[54:14]
He he's it. I don't care. It's it's it's for the public good. He says it's we're not we're not putting a foundation in under
[54:21]
We're putting this there and he says, but he did ask it when we did the digging for the ditch for the gas line
[54:29]
There is a little section of the hell side there that is rocky and and it you can't move it
[54:36]
He said could they clean that up while they're at it and I said absolutely so when our crew goes down to dig it all have them
[54:44]
Clean that up so that it's
[54:46]
You know, so we can keep it neatly mold
[54:48]
I just want to say that I really think that both things should be in the easement.
[54:54]
I'll talk to him.
[54:54]
I don't want to push him.
[54:56]
He said.
[54:56]
And you're doing something for him, too.
[54:58]
I know.
[54:59]
But I'll discuss it with him.
[55:00]
I don't want to push him in, too.
[55:02]
I don't remember that you're not always going to be here.
[55:05]
The sport's on.
[55:06]
I'm planning on it.
[55:07]
I know.
[55:08]
But you know.
[55:09]
Yeah.
[55:10]
It's really something else that's problem with the road.
[55:12]
Is there any way that you have an opportunity now to make it right?
[55:16]
And it's not going to be painful either side, so I'll try, I'll try to reach this on the corner.
[55:23]
That's just my dream.
[55:25]
Is there any stir-in looking at it?
[55:26]
Is there any way, I don't know exactly where the food covered goes, but is there any way?
[55:30]
Can just be within our property?
[55:33]
Why?
[55:33]
As opposed to...
[55:34]
Or is she somewhere in the way?
[55:36]
The way?
[55:37]
The forge might be in the way.
[55:38]
No.
[55:40]
I'm sorry.
[55:40]
I'm sorry, I can see it, I'm sorry.
[55:47]
So here is the community center.
[55:51]
Now, this is the stairways and stuff and about a foot,
[55:57]
one foot, one foot, four inches is encroach on that.
[56:02]
He's not worried about that.
[56:04]
Now, this, it comes over here and then this,
[56:09]
I believe we own, this is his land over here.
[56:13]
So we're within the blue, we're at this side of the blue line.
[56:16]
Then there's a slight discrepancy here.
[56:18]
I'll use the other end, so I know there's a slight discrepancy here.
[56:21]
It's indeed overlap, and those notes are on it.
[56:25]
But it appears that we own this here.
[56:30]
Right, that's why I was thinking that we could probably
[56:32]
at the food cupboard fall within that portion that we, in theory.
[56:37]
We can, we can look at it, but anyway, so, but at least we know where the stuff is.
[56:42]
I don't know where most of the pins are now, and so we're, we're close anywhere.
[56:50]
And I'd like a copy of that, so I can include it, should I include it in a minute?
[56:54]
I'll do this as well.
[56:58]
I'll sit with you for a second.
[57:00]
We should have had it, shouldn't I?
[57:02]
Yeah, so that means rice, I don't much of a whole thing.
[57:06]
I think the food covered, I mean, we should now sit about what you're in these, I'm not sure where it is.
[57:22]
I think I'll just look, I want to be in a caroline. That's what we're looking at.
[57:29]
Look at this face very well. I will make a motion to go ahead and sign the lease with the couple of corrections I had for Caroline which was really just Darrell and Lucy's full name.
[57:41]
Lucy wasn't on it.
[57:43]
I mean he's not okay for the gas line.
[57:47]
Yes.
[57:48]
Okay.
[57:49]
Second that motion.
[57:50]
I think for the gas line that's right.
[57:54]
Yep.
[57:55]
He's meant for the gas line.
[57:57]
Maybe we can work it all the way to one out.
[57:59]
I'll work from there on that.
[58:00]
I think it's story.
[58:01]
I'm sorry.
[58:02]
I'm sorry.
[58:03]
It might not even have to go over that.
[58:04]
You might not need to.
[58:06]
It's what I'm trying to say.
[58:06]
Yes.
[58:07]
We'll take a look.
[58:09]
We'll go over and go look at it.
[58:11]
Correct, I think we'll have to do.
[58:12]
Yes, I know.
[58:14]
Oh, I'd probably have, we got a vote on my motion.
[58:17]
Motion made, seconded, too.
[58:19]
Do the...
[58:21]
Gas line.
[58:22]
Gas line.
[58:23]
Yes.
[58:23]
From the fuel tank at the hardware store over to the library.
[58:30]
And then...
[58:30]
To me, Lidie's on the library.
[58:33]
Okay.
[58:34]
On Thursday, I...
[58:35]
All right.
[58:36]
After we get that hooked up, you can call her,
[58:39]
and tell them they can remove their tank and not because they didn't do something right, but we had a different, we had a better system to do it with.
[58:51]
So, then one of our next projects, one of the things we get, we have a few of these little ones out of the way, is we got to go look at the community center and decide what we're going to do about electricity outside.
[59:04]
That's so I'm like I said, I'm meeting with Laura and welcome to join me at 11 o'clock on Thursday to have a discussion and go through and look and talk and make a list and kind of go from there.
[59:18]
Well, we kind of got inside of what we're going to get that outside of life.
[59:21]
We're annoyed.
[59:22]
And then we could test that much so that the inside lights are on the motion sensor.
[59:27]
So that they don't stay on the whole life.
[59:29]
I mean, there's just no point in having them.
[59:32]
Oh, I agree.
[59:33]
And somebody forgot to shut them off.
[59:36]
It just, if you're using it, that's a bit of story,
[59:38]
but if you're not, we went home.
[59:41]
I've cost rough money.
[59:43]
No, I have to.
[59:43]
So we could, we could, when we get these other little projects
[59:48]
caught up or most of our checklist, then
[59:50]
I think we've got to go down there with more.
[59:56]
No.
[59:57]
No.
[59:57]
That was the first episode.
[59:58]
Oh, so forth.
[1:00:00]
And to go over what we have to do. But you're saying that we're saying Thursday, so I'll have a list.
[1:00:07]
But we have to think, we're going to his advice on the best way to solve the outside lighting issue.
[1:00:15]
And we're going to end up today. But we're in pretty good shape. Other than, you know, access inside the building is stuff.
[1:00:23]
was an electrical and lighting update when you did the renovations there?
[1:00:29]
Oh yes, but the problem is, there's lots of extension cords outside.
[1:00:33]
Oh my God.
[1:00:34]
To get power to these lights and all that.
[1:00:37]
So we're going to have to, you know, that hit.
[1:00:40]
So what was your problem with the service in the eyes?
[1:00:43]
No, no.
[1:00:44]
We're in great shape inside.
[1:00:45]
He went in the furnace room and that's right up to COVID and the rest of the electrical system
[1:00:53]
It's fine, but we may have to make some provision to have something outside so that I think you can run one extension code, but you can't run one extension code.
[1:01:02]
No, I mean the fire has a field day.
[1:01:07]
Exactly.
[1:01:08]
I'm telling you that a Christmas tree that at night is driving me nuts. Those are paper warnings on that artificial tree.
[1:01:14]
And they're all lying inside the building.
[1:01:17]
Christmas tree.
[1:01:18]
Okay.
[1:01:18]
You were Steve Driver and I see that.
[1:01:21]
I don't think it does.
[1:01:22]
I mean I don't think it does.
[1:01:25]
I think it does.
[1:01:25]
But it's a big thing.
[1:01:27]
It's like you're filming.
[1:01:29]
Yeah.
[1:01:30]
I know that the director, and the director,
[1:01:32]
how I even think would take a look there
[1:01:34]
is because the Christmas tree in the place
[1:01:36]
is lit up on the back side of the building
[1:01:38]
and draws your attention to the tree.
[1:01:41]
So, we're not gonna be able to get the building
[1:01:44]
pressurized this fall, but we're definitely gonna have to on this part.
[1:01:47]
But yeah, I got a quote for pressure washing it. It sounded awfully high.
[1:01:51]
I think, well, I think it's a sprint for that.
[1:01:54]
It isn't going to make any difference for it today.
[1:01:56]
No, I don't.
[1:01:58]
But I do like the idea of having some ballpark numbers so that when we get to budgeting for the, you know,
[1:02:04]
we can know what we're going to try to do with what we have versus what we're going to try to blame the budget.
[1:02:09]
Well, I think we, I think we made tremendous headway and saw a bunch of these issues that we've been pushing down the road.
[1:02:16]
And now we shouldn't have to deal with those.
[1:02:19]
So that's a big big one.
[1:02:21]
Right, I mean, you know, we're going to get to the heating system fixed here.
[1:02:25]
We got the heating system fixed at the 4-way.
[1:02:27]
Right.
[1:02:27]
I want to see what they put in for a thermostat.
[1:02:32]
I'm sure you do.
[1:02:32]
Yes.
[1:02:34]
But we'll talk that over.
[1:02:36]
Okay.
[1:02:37]
I think we're making tremendous project progress.
[1:02:43]
So, I was supposed to have work with Tessa McGayan, who was the county forester on Tuesday.
[1:02:51]
I came down with a poll on the weekend and I told her I wouldn't be able to keep up with her
[1:02:57]
and I didn't think she needed to be near me and give her the cold.
[1:03:01]
So, she walked the Kendall Farm Project, the Kendall Farm property by herself.
[1:03:06]
And she thinks that I sent to you.
[1:03:11]
She thinks that there are plenty of beach in there that can be taken out, but beach has
[1:03:16]
beach nut, and that's going to affect the wildlife in that area.
[1:03:20]
She has ideas about grants that can actually help re-plant other species in that area, but
[1:03:29]
she also asks, and I don't know if this is why I put it on them.
[1:03:33]
This is what you were doing with her.
[1:03:35]
This is the request that she gave me and copied you, which is I don't even know if we have to do anything about this, but she would like to have a walk with about 15 to 15 people.
[1:03:49]
If people want to go walk with it to walk to property, not to make any decisions under property.
[1:03:55]
But just to show them what is there. I wanted to go there because I've walked most of it.
[1:04:01]
Matter of fact, I missed the chance I see in the pain.
[1:04:06]
It's the front board.
[1:04:07]
It's the log it.
[1:04:09]
Yeah, we have a kind of farm has 258 curves.
[1:04:14]
Approximately, we also have Jamaica.
[1:04:16]
That's about 600 acres.
[1:04:17]
And Jamaica, but Stewart wanted to talk about logging it.
[1:04:21]
That could be a good source of revenue in town.
[1:04:23]
We start this.
[1:04:24]
And it has to be cleaned down anyway.
[1:04:26]
Because we're incurred use.
[1:04:27]
Yeah, we're incurred use in the other thing.
[1:04:30]
that there is a beach issue apparently according to her there is but this walk thing I
[1:04:35]
my understanding was that what she says is I'm looking to put together a public walk to
[1:04:40]
discuss our bare population habitat and the impacts of beach leaf disease which she knows a lot
[1:04:46]
about. Lars Lund, a forest health specialist with the front porch forum and Nicole Dicken, a
[1:04:57]
biologists with FNW would help lead the discussion. We think the
[1:05:01]
town force at the end of Kendall Farm Road, which is the moment we're
[1:05:05]
talking about, would be an ideal location to host such a walk, as the town
[1:05:09]
opening to open to allowing that. Now is that something we have to allow?
[1:05:14]
I thought it's given more questions. I don't want the problem with it.
[1:05:17]
I mean, we had to talk about it. Well, I think we should give them permission
[1:05:22]
because they're asking for it. And if we're going to have other people
[1:05:26]
was randomly walking on our property, like on a formal walk.
[1:05:29]
It is our property.
[1:05:31]
No, right.
[1:05:32]
I mean, we allow other activities, walking, hunting, shooting,
[1:05:36]
dirt biking, whatever.
[1:05:39]
But this seems to be more organized than that.
[1:05:41]
So I will make a motion to allow her to go ahead
[1:05:44]
and have her public walk, I assume, anybody
[1:05:46]
that wants to come from anywhere could come.
[1:05:49]
From 5 to 6, 30 on Wednesday, September 23.
[1:05:54]
This late in the day, I should go for a stroll.
[1:05:56]
That's also one arm meat next slide.
[1:06:00]
Yeah.
[1:06:00]
Can you tell her a big of a different deck?
[1:06:03]
And maybe earlier in the day.
[1:06:05]
That's just like nighttime.
[1:06:07]
It's going to be close to nighttime.
[1:06:09]
They're going to see a bear if they go that late.
[1:06:11]
I saw one yesterday.
[1:06:13]
Talk about the harvesting.
[1:06:17]
Well, she's going to work up a plan.
[1:06:21]
We started this process about 10 years ago with Kyle Mason.
[1:06:25]
Yeah.
[1:06:27]
And I had explained to him how we got the land and he said he'd like a little
[1:06:35]
a little rendition of what that is so he could put it in his record. And then he had
[1:06:40]
some huge family catastrophes and it got put aside. And at that time it was worth doing
[1:06:47]
a harvest and it is still even worth saying.
[1:06:51]
I can do it about every 10 years.
[1:06:53]
We're 30, like one's a 30 year range, I mean I can take out a little bit of air in there, but we'll see this one was, this one was harvested real heavy when I peeled and they slaughtered and, but now, but that was going on about the 30 years.
[1:07:10]
The other thing is, if you're trying to grab me for the challenge and it will be well, is it still a pop market or is it not?
[1:07:22]
I don't think it is, I don't think it is right now.
[1:07:26]
I don't think it is with that place in New York going out, I think we all...
[1:07:31]
So I think that you just want to keep that in mind when you're talking to her, and you know, maybe this year isn't the year to do that.
[1:07:39]
I would be surprised if she gets it pulled together and time for that. I don't think it would be pulled together for this year.
[1:07:47]
I would say that we at least later worked towards it, get her information, she's using some of Kyle's information.
[1:07:53]
And then I also mentioned to her that when you get this one under control, then I'd like her to pick up one of the spot in the
[1:08:04]
When Hall municipal forest that's in Jamaica for another 50 acres because we do one there every 10 or 15 years has a minimum since I've been back on
[1:08:14]
I think Dennis did the last one so then I've been over 13 years. Yeah, so I mean it just there six other acres is a lot of land
[1:08:22]
not that I want to do the whole thing at once but if they pick up another 50 acre
[1:08:26]
piece and so we can keep it producing.
[1:08:29]
Right up because I want to shoot the...
[1:08:30]
It doesn't help, right?
[1:08:33]
So that's, so would you write a letter to her but I'm thinking that 536 costs is going to be getting called this.
[1:08:40]
It's going to be like...
[1:08:41]
But you can talk that over there and say maybe they'll have to bring flat slices.
[1:08:45]
Maybe they'll do the morning instead.
[1:08:48]
I don't know why you'd want to be in the woods at night.
[1:08:50]
I don't want to be in the woods at night. I mean, I just need to be in the woods.
[1:08:53]
Some people have to be in the woods at night. You know that property just, that property doesn't pay something.
[1:08:57]
Are you going to go Caroline? I know how you like wildlife.
[1:09:00]
I don't care. Maybe we can camp over there.
[1:09:04]
You can wear a honey bracelet.
[1:09:07]
I don't care.
[1:09:08]
I don't care.
[1:09:11]
Anyways, thank you. If you would reach out to her that way.
[1:09:14]
I will take care of that.
[1:09:16]
And thank you for her time.
[1:09:17]
Of course. I did talk briefly whether and so she's going to continue with that process.
[1:09:24]
We're going to be successful.
[1:09:25]
No, I got a lot of support.
[1:09:27]
We are going to be able to sign and you have other good still have on there.
[1:09:31]
It isn't.
[1:09:32]
Yeah, we are using uniforms just to have a brief discussion.
[1:09:36]
Which we'll talk about, too.
[1:09:37]
I just wanted to say that I did have a nice conversation with Stacey and I do think when
[1:09:45]
back, and the guys are here next time, while it is our curvy to decide what we do, it did
[1:09:51]
be good to have some input about what they have already had, I guess some of the pants, the
[1:09:56]
version pants that are awfully heavyweight, and just to hear what would make them a sense given
[1:10:01]
there the ones who would be wearing it, but they're in the budget one, there's $3,000 for highway,
[1:10:05]
there's $3,000 for the transfer station. And we pay, every month we pay, they have uniforms,
[1:10:13]
and they have a place to pick them when they're soiled, and we pay for services every month
[1:10:18]
for them to be picked. First of all, we pay to purchase them, and then we pay to maintain them
[1:10:25]
with the cleaning service. So I don't think people are wearing them. We are paying monthly.
[1:10:31]
Right, but I don't have any money for you. I don't have any money for you.
[1:10:36]
But when somebody's out of the road or in the dump, I want to see their name on their chest
[1:10:43]
that says town when all year so that I know I'm actually talking to a town employee and who I spoke to.
[1:10:50]
I don't have to guess who I spoke to.
[1:10:53]
So, what?
[1:10:53]
Why?
[1:10:54]
If you're why I have to be there.
[1:10:56]
I'm not wearing it.
[1:10:58]
I mean we always have to be there.
[1:10:59]
We're gonna get some on.
[1:11:02]
We're gonna wait until I don't know.
[1:11:03]
We don't see it.
[1:11:04]
We're here here but I would like to, yeah.
[1:11:07]
So it's not like it's a new, thank you.
[1:11:09]
No, it's a big one.
[1:11:09]
I said it's not my biggest.
[1:11:11]
No, this is a new.
[1:11:12]
We've had a whole week.
[1:11:14]
Sorry.
[1:11:15]
Sorry.
[1:11:15]
I have to go to the restaurant.
[1:11:16]
Do they do your carpets too?
[1:11:19]
That's how to know.
[1:11:21]
So.
[1:11:21]
If you look at all the time,
[1:11:23]
we're going to see Ellery.
[1:11:26]
Fill it up.
[1:11:26]
And you're going to fill it up.
[1:11:28]
And you're going to fill it up.
[1:11:29]
And you're going to fill it up.
[1:11:30]
Right.
[1:11:31]
Right.
[1:11:31]
And maybe somebody is wearing some of it.
[1:11:33]
Well, no.
[1:11:34]
I don't know.
[1:11:35]
We'll check in.
[1:11:36]
We'll see.
[1:11:36]
It's just what we're going to do.
[1:11:38]
I have to say at the fair,
[1:11:40]
to see who is staff and who is it. Is it really nice? It's easy to identify somebody who needs something.
[1:11:48]
I'm realized that the transfer station or a tamarage isn't that nucleus of P.
[1:11:53]
No, that's not.
[1:11:53]
Or, quote, unquote.
[1:11:56]
But, but still, if we're paying for it.
[1:11:58]
Yeah, and if they don't want it, we'll drop it.
[1:12:02]
No, it's a perk for that.
[1:12:04]
Yeah, it's a perk.
[1:12:06]
I'm good.
[1:12:09]
Alright, so that was the other thing.
[1:12:12]
Please, we put that on the agenda for next time.
[1:12:15]
Please, Caroline.
[1:12:15]
It is the other thing just before I forget.
[1:12:19]
If we can put the lease, again, or, you know,
[1:12:24]
Yeah.
[1:12:24]
I'll be there.
[1:12:25]
And I had sent a lease to you that I played with.
[1:12:30]
It felt like it might be.
[1:12:32]
It's work.
[1:12:32]
I was hoping you would take a look at it because it feels like it's a little bit in
[1:12:36]
between the really short one and in between the long one.
[1:12:38]
Yeah, I have it right here.
[1:12:39]
It was just one of those signups.
[1:12:41]
Is it like that?
[1:12:42]
Where are you?
[1:12:42]
This one?
[1:12:43]
This one?
[1:12:45]
So, we have another thing that, so I received a letter from,
[1:12:55]
this is old business, right?
[1:12:57]
Yes, this is about the death on the access road of a person going to hit by an envelope.
[1:13:07]
The state's attorney has not or the state police have not finished investigation yet.
[1:13:19]
The one of the lawyer firms that's involved in the investigation has been pushing for the records.
[1:13:27]
They've asked for public records. We trust it, et cetera.
[1:13:30]
So the problem is the state's attorney has said,
[1:13:34]
do not release it yet, the investigation has not done it.
[1:13:39]
So they are taking that well because, but it's, it's, we don't have.
[1:13:45]
This was sent to me as the chairman board.
[1:13:49]
This is a draft of what we should be sending.
[1:13:52]
So draft front bright right on hand and we should be sending
[1:13:55]
to that, I think it's more against the attorney.
[1:13:58]
So, I've talked to the chief about several times, and finally got the autopsy report.
[1:14:09]
But the shape, the state police have not finished with their accident recreation stuff.
[1:14:16]
And until they have that, and the state's attorney is comfortable with it, she's not
[1:14:21]
she has told the police about not to release it.
[1:14:26]
So we really don't have any, we don't have any say, we can't say release it, I mean it just, I know that that's the next step is that if they don't like our response, they can come to the select board and say we want and we have to, we have to back the police department and not release it if they have been told not to release it.
[1:14:51]
Absolutely. So, so this is a draft, is that what this is, and you talk to, is that who our lawyer is, is, is.
[1:15:06]
Okay, who's Thomas P. I chair?
[1:15:10]
He, I think that's what we found out was Mulligan's attorney.
[1:15:16]
Okay, so that's the lawyer that's pushing us for the freedom of information.
[1:15:20]
And that's, that's, according to Brian, that's our reply that we should send,
[1:15:26]
but it now includes the bit where Derek talked to the state attorney.
[1:15:30]
We don't have any right anything and righty from the state of attorney.
[1:15:34]
It's just what they told us everything on the phone.
[1:15:36]
But this needs to go out and it needs to go out with the sewer.
[1:15:42]
So I make a motion that we approve Stuart to sign the explanation of why we're not sending
[1:15:54]
the public records yet to the attorney that's requesting it, which I believe is Thomas
[1:16:03]
Aker.
[1:16:04]
So I think there should be sent postal.
[1:16:08]
Okay.
[1:16:09]
Certified.
[1:16:09]
Mm-hmm.
[1:16:10]
Return received requested.
[1:16:12]
So that he can't say he didn't get it.
[1:16:15]
So I'll have to go back to Brian because as it says on the top, this is for email only.
[1:16:20]
He says via email only.
[1:16:22]
I think we need it, we need, like, a certified, we're seeing it.
[1:16:26]
You can ask him if we can send it.
[1:16:29]
I mean, I don't know, whatever.
[1:16:32]
If that's what he is actually saying that we can only do it by email.
[1:16:36]
But I feel considering they have estimated this because they're not happy with what's happy.
[1:16:43]
We have no control of that.
[1:16:44]
I can't tell the state, please.
[1:16:46]
I talked to Derek.
[1:16:47]
He says, we've been told we can't release information yet.
[1:16:50]
He said it's getting cold. We were told we shouldn't. And the argument is just Brian said just because the state
[1:16:58]
State attorney says you shouldn't doesn't mean that it's not as good an argument as it sounds like it is.
[1:17:04]
Well, I'm not going.
[1:17:05]
But I want to say that.
[1:17:07]
But I totally don't even have the whole investigation finalized. It seems like it seems wrong to say that.
[1:17:14]
Yeah, I don't know why they keep hammering at us if that's the world.
[1:17:16]
All right, so that's what we do on a second then.
[1:17:19]
All second, I would also do it the certified mail.
[1:17:23]
I would give it a couple of days and then we could follow in the email.
[1:17:26]
That's how I would do it.
[1:17:28]
Okay.
[1:17:28]
You said that you found the new one and sent it certified.
[1:17:31]
Yeah, just tell us.
[1:17:33]
I mean, I mean, I don't know what they can do to us.
[1:17:36]
I mean, it just, it is what it is.
[1:17:38]
I mean, we're out of the loop.
[1:17:40]
We don't have any control over it.
[1:17:42]
So anyway, it's mostly made in second it to sign this and to have Caroline send them a certified
[1:17:53]
or a return receipt.
[1:17:55]
I think so we know they got it and then send it email too.
[1:17:58]
I don't know why.
[1:18:04]
And I think that's the best we can do.
[1:18:06]
There is a sign copy.
[1:18:07]
I didn't see it all of them.
[1:18:09]
I just need them.
[1:18:11]
You do have minutes.
[1:18:18]
I wish you something to do about it, but it's out of our control.
[1:18:22]
Have you done all the other administrative stuff?
[1:18:25]
No, I said I didn't ask that.
[1:18:31]
I did ask that.
[1:18:32]
It's okay, I was speaking very softly.
[1:18:36]
All right.
[1:18:38]
Yes.
[1:18:40]
Sorry.
[1:18:41]
We have in minutes August death. You go to have James 3 of you. I just want to look at one thing.
[1:18:48]
Thank you.
[1:18:56]
I'll be on the next one.
[1:19:06]
What was that, Carolyn? Which one of you are going to have?
[1:19:09]
August death. Oh, there's one in between. Okay. There's another one.
[1:19:14]
Okay. I make a motion to approve August death as presented.
[1:19:19]
Motion was made.
[1:19:20]
I will second. And second day to approve the August 5th meeting, meeting minutes to any other discussion on favor say I thank
[1:19:35]
you for getting a change to win all fire departments that have win all.
[1:19:41]
We try to do that for years.
[1:19:50]
So, this property to
[1:19:58]
make up 599 acres, cost of $1,500 a year.
[1:20:04]
We didn't use to, but luckily we got into current use.
[1:20:07]
That was a lot more.
[1:20:12]
And then they changed the law where municipalities could get into current use, which I think was like 12 years ago or something.
[1:20:18]
Well, Dennis was talking to us, so there's both of you on that.
[1:20:22]
But anyways, okay, cool.
[1:20:32]
For eight, nineteen minutes.
[1:20:33]
No, I just need to read something.
[1:20:36]
Sorry, sir.
[1:20:37]
I just need to read something.
[1:20:39]
No, you didn't miss anything.
[1:20:43]
That's part page three.
[1:20:45]
Thank you.
[1:20:46]
Just about anticipated.
[1:20:50]
Yeah.
[1:20:57]
The obvious fifth one is there.
[1:21:00]
Thank you.
[1:21:07]
And just for the record it's okay that three people have signed enough to chase anyone else?
[1:21:13]
No, no. Okay, no. Free is a majority.
[1:21:16]
Okay.
[1:21:25]
Okay, I'll make a motion to approve August 19 minutes as a representative.
[1:21:32]
Motion meetings.
[1:21:34]
And...
[1:21:34]
Oh, second.
[1:21:34]
Second.
[1:21:35]
Two.
[1:21:36]
Approved August 19.
[1:21:39]
Let me see.
[1:21:42]
August 19.
[1:21:43]
Thank you, Sam.
[1:21:43]
I've done those two.
[1:21:49]
I'll favor it, say aye.
[1:21:50]
Aye.
[1:21:51]
Aye.
[1:21:54]
Do we get fly away?
[1:21:57]
I see you see that.
[1:21:59]
No.
[1:21:59]
I'll get tell them just now.
[1:22:00]
Where's it?
[1:22:01]
I think I saw that.
[1:22:02]
16.
[1:22:03]
It's over.
[1:22:04]
Oh, your signs.
[1:22:06]
Yeah, yeah.
[1:22:07]
She's the point.
[1:22:08]
What should you sign?
[1:22:09]
No.
[1:22:10]
No.
[1:22:10]
We've given her a little power now, she's like, I don't know, yeah, I have a little power now.
[1:22:17]
You have all the responsibilities and all the forward-out phone calls are right over.
[1:22:24]
So, you had reached out to me about the...
[1:22:30]
That thing was Western, and did you get a chance to talk to them in order when they're just looking for what we do?
[1:22:43]
You mean tax sales stuff? No. For a call or something. Oh, yes, I replied, but I haven't heard back.
[1:22:52]
Okay.
[1:22:54]
What do you want to know is the complaint person at the town. The designated complaint receiver is what she called it.
[1:23:03]
That's you.
[1:23:04]
Yeah, that's true.
[1:23:06]
Yeah, that's true.
[1:23:06]
But I don't check with Stuart just to make sure that.
[1:23:08]
Yes, I thought maybe it's you.
[1:23:10]
No, no.
[1:23:11]
No, I'm just a people who do write letters.
[1:23:13]
You do collect a lot of complaints.
[1:23:15]
I do.
[1:23:16]
You know what that is, though, and I'll say this properly.
[1:23:21]
It's because I've always, when you complain, I follow through.
[1:23:25]
I take care of it.
[1:23:25]
And I tell you that if you don't hear back from me or hear back from the person I sent
[1:23:30]
you to, please let me know.
[1:23:32]
Yeah.
[1:23:32]
So we want to take care of the problem, well you know I'm a fixer, I know, so yeah, just fix it
[1:23:41]
We have bills for tonight,
[1:24:15]
so those are all the number one is over there
[1:24:25]
So we have
[1:24:29]
93436,
[1:24:44]
64,984 cents, can I have a motion to accept those?
[1:24:50]
to pay those bills.
[1:24:52]
I make a motion to approve pay order 93430 success
[1:24:58]
for the Senate for the $64,093.84.
[1:25:03]
Yeah, we're looking at it.
[1:25:06]
All pay was there, all right?
[1:25:07]
Fine.
[1:25:19]
Okay, so that is the bills you're going to take care
[1:25:25]
of getting that to death.
[1:25:27]
I just wanted to make you guys aware
[1:25:29]
that great Eckhart, I'm going to deserve this one
[1:25:31]
there to say anything about it.
[1:25:32]
We weren't above them beyond the call of duty on Friday to make sure one of our residents got to a doctor's point of appointment that he needed to go to.
[1:25:43]
I did assist with that but we got the person there and got him situated.
[1:25:48]
So he really followed up on that and make sure so I want to thank him very much.
[1:25:53]
That counts.
[1:25:56]
Go for telling us.
[1:25:57]
Yep.
[1:25:57]
Now he's ours.
[1:25:59]
Then you're on top of it.
[1:26:01]
Do we need to go into executive sessions?
[1:26:04]
No, I don't think so.
[1:26:05]
No, we can't.
[1:26:06]
No, we can't.
[1:26:07]
What's that?
[1:26:07]
Not in four.
[1:26:09]
I mean, we could.
[1:26:10]
We could.
[1:26:11]
Just to say we did.
[1:26:12]
Yeah.
[1:26:12]
Right.
[1:26:13]
I always.
[1:26:14]
So we can talk about what we can do.
[1:26:16]
I think we can.
[1:26:17]
Last minute.
[1:26:18]
To review Bell's crew wars.
[1:26:20]
Other business.
[1:26:21]
I think we've covered.
[1:26:22]
It's not everything ever with you.
[1:26:24]
Yeah.
[1:26:24]
It was great spending time with you all, but I want to go home.
[1:26:29]
You got to go.
[1:26:30]
All right.
[1:26:31]
A second.
[1:26:32]
Is that good?
[1:26:33]
Can you call the boat?
[1:26:35]
Uh.
[1:26:35]
Hold on a second.
[1:26:36]
Oh.
[1:26:39]
Motion was made in a second, too.
[1:26:41]
It's during the meeting.
[1:26:42]
All in favor.
[1:26:42]
All right.
[1:26:43]
Thank you very much.
[1:26:44]
I was reading something.
[1:26:46]
So, okay.
[1:26:47]
Thank you for coming tonight.
[1:26:49]
I mean, I did wake up.
