[0:00] We will call the meeting the order of we please rise for the invocation for all about the pledge allegiance to the flag card commission.
[0:10] Lord, we come today to thank you for everything you have done for us in the last weeks in the last months.
[0:15] And we pray, Lord, the U.S. wisdom, discernment, and help us to the best that we can for our citizens, for our community.
[0:21] And I pray to God, for everybody this year.
[0:24] Thank you for bringing in here.
[0:26] I pray that they go back home safe.
[0:28] Jesus, we pray this in the beautiful name,
[0:31] in Jesus name, Amen.
[0:34] I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America
[0:38] and to the Republic for which it stands.
[0:42] One nation, under God.
[0:44] And this will, the liberty and justice are all.
[0:50] Like the welcome all here this evening,
[0:52] We
[0:57] will start with our first ring of public hearing to adopt our proposed budgets and
[1:02] military for fiscal year 2627, ordinance 26-18, ordinance 26-18, ordinance 18, ordinance
[1:11] levying tax upon all taxable property within the city of winter and fortified for the tax
[1:15] year, beginning October 1226 and ending. So, September 3rd, 2020-27, my adoption of this
[1:22] The ordinance, the commission, is adopting and establishing a
[1:26] millage rate for the Everland taxation, a real
[1:29] intangible personal property within the city.
[1:32] I want to return for the fiscal year, beginning
[1:34] October 1, 2026, and I think September 30, 2027,
[1:38] at the rate of 4.85, 65, mills,
[1:43] $4.80, five cents for every $1,000 of the
[1:50] that's valuation upon us as a valuation of property within the corporate limits of the city
[1:54] of winter and Florida.
[1:56] This milliderate is greater than the rollback rate of 4.5928 mills by 5.74 percent.
[2:06] Thank you.
[2:07] Yes, ma'am.
[2:08] Give me ma'am commissioners.
[2:09] The proposed fiscal year 2027 budget recommends a milliderate of 4.8 by 65 mills, which
[2:15] is the current rate that we have right now fiscal year 2026.
[2:18] As you recall, the proposed budget presentation, we reviewed that at the public budget workshop on August
[2:25] 27.
[2:26] There we discussed and provided an opportunity to review the major financial priorities, significant
[2:31] budget changes, and a long-term consideration to incorporate it into the fiscal year 2027 plan.
[2:37] Overall, the budget focuses on several key priorities, keeping the current military flat,
[2:41] Strengthening public safety, investing in our employees, advancing major
[2:47] infrastructure projects and preserving the city's financial stability.
[2:52] These priorities are reflective in the balance budget that positions
[2:55] the city to continue meeting their current needs while preparing for the future.
[3:00] Based on these considerations, staff recommends approval of ordnance 26-18,
[3:05] establishing the fiscal year 2020-27 military, and 4.8 by 65 mills that might be
[3:10] I can't do the questions in half.
[3:14] And for the questions from the commission,
[3:20] hearing none this is a public hearing.
[3:22] We will open a public hearing if anyone wishes to speak.
[3:29] Seeing none, we will close the public hearing, and we need a motion.
[3:33] Motion to approve, ordinance 26-18.
[3:36] Motion to approve. We have a second.
[3:38] Second.
[3:38] Motion to second, all in favor, second to five of us saying aye.
[3:42] Aye.
[3:42] Opposed, like sign, motion carried, unanimously.
[3:46] Or there's 26-19.
[3:49] Or there's 26-19, an ordinance appropriation,

[3:55] of the city of Winter Garden for the tax year
[3:57] beginning October 1, 2026, ending September 30, 2027.
[4:02] It is anticipated that there will be available for use

[4:26] roof, a new available for expenditures, 75 million to their $44,071 dollars.
[4:33] Thank you.
[4:34] Yes, ma'am.
[4:34] A tongue twister.
[4:37] This ordinance sets a total of general fund operating budget, funded to be both the Avalor
[4:42] and revenues estimated at $32.6 million in other general fund revenues at $42.6 million.
[4:50] Staff recommends approval.
[4:51] I'll be happy answering the questions you may have.
[4:54] Question and some information.
[4:58] There are none.
[4:59] Once again, this is a public hearing.

[5:16] Second reading of public hearing on September 30th.
[5:21] I did not get on the 27th.
[5:25] Ms. that on first.
[5:26] I alluded to that.
[5:27] So we have a motion.
[5:28] Do we have a second?
[5:29] Second.
[5:30] We have a motion.
[5:31] We have a second.
[5:32] All those in favor of signify by saying aye.
[5:34] A pose, motion carry, unanimously.
[5:39] Order 26-20.

[5:47] agency, CRA of the city.
[5:49] I went to your order for the tax year beginning on October 1, 2026 and ending on September 30,
[5:56] 2027.
[5:57] It is anticipated that there will be available for use and disbursement from the CRA funds of the city,
[6:02] We're having a new in the following amounts collection.
[6:04] I have a Laura and we're having a new one.
[6:06] 1,924,430 dollars.
[6:09] We're having a new other than I have a Laura.
[6:11] 1,884,203 dollars total revenue available for expenditures.
[6:16] 3,886,133 dollars.
[6:21] Thank you.
[6:22] Yes, ma'am.
[6:23] Thank you.
[6:24] The CRA continues to support the redevelopment initiatives
[6:27] and the CRA designated areas.
[6:29] City staff has presented this to the CRA Board.
[6:32] They have approved it unanimously and staff are recommended to approve of.
[6:38] Questions from the Commission?
[6:43] Once again, this is a public hearing.
[6:45] We will have the public hearing if anyone would like to come out.
[6:52] Saying none, we will cause the public hearing and we need a motion.
[6:54] I'll try again.
[6:56] Motion to approve ordinance 26-20 with a second reading and public hearing September 29th,
[7:02] 26.
[7:03] Do we have a second?
[7:05] Second.
[7:05] We have a motion. We have a second. All those in favor of signify by saying aye. Aye. Opposed. Motion carries.
[7:13] Ordnance 26-21.
[7:15] Ordnance 26-21.
[7:17] Ordnance 26-21. Ordnance of the City Commission of the City of Winterland for to authorize a D.O.
[7:21] Appropriation of City funds for the fiscal year.
[7:24] 2,026-2,027 in accordance with Article 3-6.
[7:30] 30, subsection 5 of the city charter of the city, on 3rd and 4th and 4th statute, 166.241 for the purpose of fulfilling the financial obligations of the city.
[7:43] Thank you. Yes, ma'am.
[7:45] And this ordinance reflects the budget as a whole. It is the budget that we consider at the budget workshop.
[7:52] And staff are commendable.
[7:55] question some of the commission. When you get the fees and some of the other cities
[8:04] charge, that they don't give that to us.
[8:09] I guess that's the only fee would be the fire assessment.
[8:13] I think some of them do charge for street lighting maybe.
[8:16] So we need that.
[8:17] That's something we all look at in.
[8:19] I will.
[8:20] Look that up the speaker.
[8:21] Thank you, ma'am. Okay. This is a public hearing. We all have a public hearing. If anyone wishes speak,
[8:31] you too.
[8:34] You know the routine, name and address please.
[8:42] Tonight, Foxford Court, I just had a general question because you just said that thing about the fire that came in late, is this is a fire assessment included in this.
[8:52] No, man, what I was referring to when we looked at the, um, at the warm taxes from all the different cities, several of the cities have a fire assessment fee and other things.
[9:03] And we're just saying when we compare the millage rates and all that, that needed to be added in for the other cities so we can see what we stand.
[9:11] Yes, ma'am.
[9:11] That's all that was.
[9:13] Yes, ma'am.
[9:16] Yes.
[9:18] That we will close the public hearing and we need a motion.
[9:21] I shouldn't have put right in this 26-21 second or second readings in public hands September 29, 2026.
[9:31] Yeah, we are second.
[9:33] We have a motion.
[9:34] We have a second.
[9:35] All of our favorite second.
[9:35] Five by saying aye.
[9:37] Aye.
[9:38] I hope.
[9:39] Motion carried unanimously.
[9:41] Thank you, Mayor.
[9:43] Regular meeting.
[9:44] Approval of our minutes from the August 27,
[9:48] 26 meeting.
[9:49] Any additional installations or corrections,
[9:55] hearing none, we need a motion.
[9:57] Venture approved?
[9:58] Okay, we have a motion approved and a second.
[10:03] All those in favour, signify by saying aye.
[10:07] Aye.
[10:07] Opposed?
[10:07] Motion carries.
[10:09] Enemies.
[10:10] First reading in public area, opposed ordinances.
[10:13] Horde is 26-25.
[10:17] Horde is 26-25.
[10:19] Horde is 26-25.
[10:21] 1-14 City of Winner-Gurne Cuddle, Ordinces, and many section 114-38, covered in artificial
[10:28] turf requirements, providing requirements for installation and maintenance of impervious
[10:32] and purvious artificial turf providing for modifications of a billy conflicts and an
[10:37] effective date.
[10:38] Thank you.
[10:39] Yes, ma'am.
[10:40] Good evening, Mayor and commissioners.
[10:42] Ordinance 2625, immense section 114-38 of the City Code to establish new standards for
[10:48] installation maintenance and regulation of artificial turf within the city.
[10:52] The ordinance is intended to clarify existing regulations and ensure compliance with the
[10:55] Florida statutes and the new DEP rules that were recently adopted.
[10:59] The ordinance clarifies permitting requirements for artificial turf installation and establishes
[11:04] standards related to things like appearance, material composition, permeability, stormwater
[11:09] management, maintenance, and location restrictions.
[11:12] The ordinance also prohibits artificial turf in certain areas that could negatively impact
[11:16] trees, water bodies, or storm water infrastructure.
[11:20] Additionally, the ordinance requires property owners
[11:22] to maintain this turf and good condition,
[11:24] and establishes environmental standards related
[11:26] to PFAS content, infill materials, and disposal methods.
[11:31] So with that, staff recommends approval of ordinance 2625.
[11:36] I'd be happy to answer any questions.
[11:39] I know very little about artificial, other than the ballfields,
[11:43] But I'm going to assume that this doesn't put this is very commercial out there to buy.
[11:51] In other words, this isn't restricting as such that it's not available.
[11:57] That is correct.
[11:58] We had a version of this ordinance come before the planning and zoning board last month.
[12:02] The very strict restrictions on the PFAS content.
[12:06] And after doing some research, we moved to that number more towards what was commercially available.
[12:13] So that's not that restrictive.
[12:16] It's not restrictive in the sense that it precludes all the
[12:19] manufacturers from being able to offer it.
[12:23] Any other questions?
[12:25] Just comment to that point.
[12:26] May we also include a language because I think the state of
[12:29] Florida has yet defined what standards will be fast
[12:32] regulations.
[12:33] So if in the future they do come out with statute or
[12:36] regulation relating to that, this ordinance will automatically
[12:39] apply it as well.
[12:40] Okay.
[12:41] Okay.
[12:44] Anyone else?
[12:47] This is a public hearing, so we will, in the public hearing, if anyone
[12:50] wishes to speak,
[12:55] seeing none, we will cause the public hearing, and we need a motion.
[13:01] Motion to approve ordinance 26-25 with a second rating in public hearing September 29th,
[13:07] 2026. Do we have a second? We have a motion. We have a second called with every second
[13:12] 5, 5, 5, 8, Posing, motion carried unanimously.
[13:17] Or this 26-27.
[13:22] Or the 26-27.
[13:24] Or the 27th of the city, when are you going forward to providing for the annexation of certain
[13:28] additional lands generally described as, properly, 1.30.
[13:33] 0.
[13:33] 1.
[13:34] 1.
[13:38] 1.
[13:38] 1.
[13:38] 1.
[13:39] to 8-1 Bula Road on the northeast corner of Bula Road and Dula Road Avenue and to the city
[13:46] when I heard in Florida, where you're defining the city boundaries to give the city jurisdiction
[13:49] over said property providing for severability, providing for an effective date.
[13:55] Thank you. Yes, ma'am. Do you want to take them one by one? Or B.C. and D. all related?
[14:03] They are very light. They are different parcels, but yeah, it's a little confusing, but they
[14:08] They all, yeah, okay, if you want to do them all together, that's fine.
[14:11] They just had different parcels and there's no reason I was, yeah, that's fine with you.
[14:16] Okay, fine with you, it's fine with me.
[14:18] Are we, you want me to go ahead and read all three and do one public?
[14:21] Yeah, sure.
[14:21] May my presentation so often.
[14:22] All right, okay.
[14:24] Ordance 26-28, an ordinance of the city.
[14:26] I went to Garden for it.
[14:27] I'm sending the Future Wayne Youth Map of the Winter Garden Conference.
[14:30] I plan about changing the land use, designation and real property generally described as
[14:34] and virtually 1.47 and plus from minor seekers
[14:37] looking at it to, recipe one, two, two, one, one, two, three, saw,
[14:43] and one, two, eight, one Betuller Road and a nine, two.
[14:46] One,この Avenue, on the North East Corner gear,ABagna
[14:49] road and Hola Avenue from which Kennedy Lowe, Densea
[14:52] residential and city, lautensea residential to city commercial
[14:55] providing for several community providing for
[14:57] an effective date, ordinance seconds.
[14:59] ordinance seconds.
[15:00] 526-29 and ordinance of the city of Wintergarden 4 every Sunday. Certain real property, generally
[15:05] described as approximately 21, one, poster minusakers of land. Certainly, look at 882, Menchelie street,
[15:14] 11 21 1, 22 21 1, 123, and 1281bularot, and 92 upon, or I'm sorry, pop avenue, on the northeast
[15:24] corner of Bula Road and Gullier at Avenue from City, City, City, or to our commercial district
[15:31] city or one single family residential district in Orange County, Orange County R1, single
[15:39] family dwelling district to PCD plan, commercial development as set for if in this ordinance
[15:44] providing for certain PCD requirements and describing the development as in Magnolia. Commercial
[15:50] development, PCD, and providing for severability conflicts in an effective date.
[15:57] Thank you, sir. Yes, ma'am.
[15:59] Thank you, apologies. This one is a bit of a puzzle box to kind of.
[16:03] I'll try my best.
[16:05] There are six plus puzzles that make up the subject property.
[16:09] Two of the properties, 802, Magnolia Street, and 1211,
[16:12] Bula Road, or Zone C2, located in the city, and had a commercial future
[16:15] land use designation.
[16:16] There is another city property located at 921 Palm Avenue that is zone R1 with a low density residential future land use designation.
[16:25] The three other properties, 1 2 2 1 1 2 3 3 and 1 2 8 1 v. road are currently located in unincorporated Orange County,
[16:34] and are zone R1 with low density residential future land use.
[16:38] And there is also a recently vacated segment upon Avenue that is now incorporated into the subject property,
[16:44] which is also currently in the county.
[16:47] So for the parcels located at 1211-1233 and 1218-1bulearode and the vacated segment
[16:55] of Palm Avenue, the applicant has requested annexation into the City of
[16:58] Winter Garden for the parcels located at 1221-1233 and 1218-1bulearode and
[17:05] the vacated segment of Palm Ave and 921 Palm Avenue.
[17:09] The applicant has requested an amendment to the future land use map of
[17:12] city's comprehensive plan to designate these properties as city commercial.
[17:17] And the applicant has also requested to resume the entire subject property, all of those
[17:22] parcels I named, to plan commercial development.
[17:25] The PCD would permit the development of the 2.1-1 acre site with three new single story
[17:30] multi-tenic commercial buildings with approximately 18,000 square feet of combined retail
[17:36] and office space.
[17:38] The buildings would appear more residential in nature with pitched metal roofs, front
[17:42] and lap sighting to provide a compatible transition for the more residential uses to the south and the west.
[17:49] Two of the more light industrial and heavy commercial uses to the north and east.
[17:55] The project would also include associated site improvements such as sidewalks, a buffer wall on the east side of the property,
[18:01] buffer and site landscaping and storm water ponds.
[18:04] Staff has reviewed the application and recommends approval of ordinances 2627, 2628 and 2629.
[18:10] Yeah, thanks for any questions.
[18:12] Questions from the commission?
[18:15] What about the business that's still there in the county
[18:17] on the corner of Magnolia and Geller?
[18:20] Are they, do you think they may talk to him about coming into the?
[18:23] Is it the personal on the North East corner?
[18:25] Those are residential properties,
[18:27] and they actually did the owners of those properties
[18:29] to come to our community meeting that we held a few weeks ago.
[18:33] And mainly their questions are more technical about how
[18:36] the storm water is going to be handled on the adjacent site
[18:39] impacts of the construction and they were really happy with the fact that there's going
[18:43] to be a solid buffer wall between their properties and them.
[18:47] We also talked about potentially annexing into the city and they were very receptive to that,
[18:51] so they might be coming in.
[18:52] But I believe that they still want to keep it as a residential community.
[18:55] Because they'll be surrounded now by.
[18:57] They'll be surrounded.
[18:58] Yeah.
[18:58] And they realize that.
[19:00] Okay.
[19:00] They're okay, conceptually with that, as long as it's properly preferred.
[19:05] Okay.
[19:05] And we'll make sure that.
[19:07] Okay.
[19:08] question some of the commission,
[19:12] my other thing is the the renderings are always difficult
[19:15] for me to look at and say, so I have that most faith that you're going to make it look
[19:21] in for there because once we start redeveloping all that, whatever goes in versus it's going
[19:28] to set the trend on the road.
[19:30] Okay,
[19:34] I'm getting more clear.
[19:35] Yes, I thought you'd get very face-to-art.
[19:37] Oh, I thought you'd get very face-to-art.
[19:39] I thought you'd get very face-to-art.
[19:40] Yeah, I'll say, okay, this is a public hearing,
[19:43] so we will help them the public hearing
[19:44] given your voices to speak.
[19:55] Good evening, Mayor and commissioners.
[19:57] I have nothing to say about the property
[19:59] that's being developed except to ask how many residential houses
[20:03] are being lost.
[20:05] Are there residences on these properties now
[20:08] and how many are being lost?
[20:10] who was a couple, I thought that there's five.
[20:13] I tore some down, I know.
[20:15] Yeah, they've already demolished most of the houses up around the property.
[20:18] There is one existing residential property, but it's abandoned, nobody lives there.
[20:23] And so there's really only one breath.
[20:26] I bring this up because we talked a couple of years ago.
[20:28] There was another question about three houses coming down.
[20:32] So we're slowly losing.
[20:33] I'm not sure these houses are worth keeping, but we're slowly losing.
[20:38] the small single family dwellings in winter garden that people actually can afford to live in.
[20:43] Thank you. Yeah, these were under several those that have been gone for a while.
[20:49] That much I'll remember. Okay. Yes, ma'am.
[21:00] Since these and I know there's three sections of them.
[21:03] Some of these properties are going to city commercial where they weren't city commercial before.
[21:09] So, I just have a question, is there, do we know what's going in there?
[21:14] I just want to check on the data centers to make sure they're not like augmented mini-data center anywhere, no, okay.
[21:21] Thank you.
[21:21] Go ahead, Kelly, you can answer that, too.
[21:25] The PCD ordinance sets all the permitted and prohibited uses.
[21:31] And so the uses in this particular development will all be light commercial uses like office and maybe small retail.
[21:39] small, maybe even a small restaurant, but nothing as larger industrial as a data center.
[21:45] It's just not a, first of all, it's not a big enough property, but second of all, it's not
[21:48] a capital area.
[21:49] So, absolutely.
[21:52] Okay.
[21:52] Anyone else?
[21:54] We will cause the public hearing and we need a motion, please.
[21:59] We're shouldn't to approve ordinance 2627,
[22:04] 20629, with a second reading and public hearing,
[22:09] September 29, 2026.
[22:12] We have a motion to approve.
[22:13] We have a second.
[22:15] Okay.
[22:16] We have a motion.
[22:16] We have a second.
[22:17] I'll favor second five of us saying aye.
[22:19] Aye.
[22:20] Opposed.
[22:20] Motion carries unanimously.
[22:24] A high.
[22:25] Special event.
[22:26] I'll cover fast.
[22:27] Yes, ma'am.
[22:28] Cover fast.
[22:29] Cricket can is.
[22:30] Requesting approval to hold this annual October fest on October 23, 24 and 25.
[22:35] The event is proposed to be from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday, 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday, and 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, similar as other years.

[24:03] I.
[24:04] I oppose.
[24:05] Motion carried unanimously.
[24:07] Yes, ma'am.
[24:08] Rotary.

[24:57] Thank you, ma'am.
[24:59] Board appointments.
[25:02] Yes, ma'am.
[25:05] Good evening, ma'am commissioners.
[25:07] This item is to appoint one trustee to the general employee's pension board.
[25:12] The commission appointed position currently held by
[25:14] McKinney will expire on September 30th, 2026 and Mr. McKinney has expressed an interest in serving
[25:21] another four-year term, staff recommend the appointment of one board member for four-year term
[25:26] and then September 30th, 2030. So the general employee pension board, I'll be happy to answer any
[25:33] question. Question of submission. Just one. Now, Mr. McKinney's on this board, runs for public
[25:42] office. Does he have to vacate that board membership?
[25:49] That's the only question I really had.
[25:52] You know, just thinking in the future. So okay.
[25:56] We need a motion.
[25:59] Motion to keep Mr. McKinney.
[26:03] Do we have a second?
[26:04] Second.

[27:15] Aye.
[27:16] Opposed.
[27:17] Motion carries unanimously.
[27:20] Thank you, ma'am.
[27:22] Matters and citizens of White Origin.
[27:38] I got the paper this time.
[27:41] I just have a general question about data centers.
[27:44] And are there any in-winner garden is my first question?
[27:49] And then if there was to be a business that wanted to bring a data center, would we find out beforehand?
[27:58] Data centers to me are about like Bitcoin mining.
[28:03] And I can name a couple others.
[28:05] I don't have it.
[28:07] I don't have interest in them being in a community.
[28:09] Some check that we would know before you had something.
[28:12] Yeah.
[28:13] Yes.
[28:14] Obviously submit an application for development, meet with the city staff and ultimately
[28:19] to be something that will be scheduled to come before the commission.
[28:23] We did do some modification to our ordinance a few months ago that we require any uses
[28:31] of a certain threshold of water being used, that that would require a special exception
[28:36] which we're ultimately able to go through a secondary process as well.
[28:39] So thank you, okay anyone else
[28:55] you just give you a name in address please
[28:58] I'm sorry name in address please we got hurt from the first time you know
[29:03] Santa Green is my name my address is 1 2 3 3 went to Green Way went to Garden Florida
[29:09] 3 4 7 8 7 and you do this up 30 seconds of my three minutes but we will count that
[29:17] reason that I'm here tonight and I'm not certain I live in when a garden town
[29:23] homes. I've been there since 2001 and since 2001 I've had flooding in my
[29:29] backyard. It's my understanding that this occurs occurred because the subdivision
[29:38] that's behind me was built after hours and they were allowed to elevate three feet.
[29:45] So their rainwater floods into our backyards.
[29:51] I'm not sure we're heard it, but recently I heard that there was a possibility of funding to help us with this on our back.
[30:00] I thought it was going to be addressed today and two weeks from now, but it's not only agenda, so my question is, can you give me an update? Is that a possibility? Because it's just continuous. Every time it rains, if we get a few inches backyards, I can't even get my backyard mode, because when they drive in, it gets stuck in the mud.
[30:30] This is an ongoing problem. It's 20 plus years.
[30:35] The short answer is yes, it is a possibility. Last year when we adopted the current operating budget that we are in,
[30:43] we included a preparation of $175,000 since that time we have started to get some survey work out there.
[30:51] And throughout the last few years we've been working with the HOA because one of the things that we're going to have to do
[30:57] we're going to have to have the HOA work with us in getting right of entry permits from
[31:03] every one of the different owners there to be able to do any improvements from a stormwater
[31:07] perspective. In the backyard mayor commission is this is not really much any different than
[31:13] the years of work that we've put in over at the town, town, home and winter garden to try to fix those
[31:17] problems. So at this point we've gotten some of the survey work, excuse me, and we have been
[31:25] working with the HOA who has gotten draft right
[31:27] of venture agreements and they're actually trying to get
[31:30] all of those agreements approved so we can take this
[31:33] to the next phase, which would be the design phase
[31:36] to address the problems that you're in, in Cameron.
[31:41] And quick estimate, how you've been doing this for years.
[31:46] So how many more years?
[31:49] How did it go on with you?
[31:51] I mean, obviously, I would recommend that you get back with.
[31:54] to your HOA, and because it's the balls in their court to obtain that information for us,
[32:00] but whoever we can go ahead and proceed.
[32:02] Okay, so you're waiting on information from my HOA.
[32:06] Yes, ma'am.
[32:07] Thank you very much for your time.
[32:08] Thank you, ma'am.
[32:10] Anyone else?
[32:16] Madison or city attorney?
[32:17] No report.
[32:18] Thank you.
[32:20] City manager?
[32:20] Just the case, anybody's not watching, we have about 50 days before the November election,
[32:25] and between now and then, on September 30th I'll be participating in another town hall meeting regarding the impacts of amendment 3 that's being put on by the West Source Chamber, because it's over at the Goi Lakeshore Center from 67 to 30, we have another rare Tuesday meeting which will also occur on September 29th.
[32:48] So, I am not afraid of it, thank you for the hard work.
[32:55] Thank you to our first responders in our police officers for your dirty day job.
[33:00] Keep in our communities safe.
[33:02] Thank you.
[33:03] Mr. General.
[33:06] First, I want to say thank you to all the first responders.
[33:08] And I want to say a special thank you to the Fire Station 24.
[33:12] Last Thursday, me and a couple of people that stuck in the elevator.
[33:15] And thank God we had a branded Munich, Jim Rodas, Jose Perez, Chase Ferman, and Logan Miller.
[33:25] Thank you so much for coming and rescue us and get us out.
[33:28] I really appreciate you guys from attention and response.
[33:34] Thank you.
[33:34] You're almost 2 hours.
[33:36] Really?
[33:36] And our new building, Riving Codding Day.
[33:39] How are you here building?
[33:41] Wow, 2 hours.
[33:43] Almost 2 hours.
[33:43] also look like a non-45 would have won 15.
[33:46] I was under a really good company, Joe Dunn,
[33:48] and one of my co-workers.
[33:49] So we had a lot of catching up.
[33:51] So it was very, very simple.
[33:53] But thank you.
[33:53] Thank you so much.
[33:55] And that's why we need our fire department
[33:56] and our police department as well.
[33:58] Thank you.
[34:00] Commissioner.
[34:04] Thank you, staff, for all your hard work.
[34:06] And thank you for all the work on the budget.
[34:10] And really appreciate the 911 ceremony
[34:14] that we have with the police and fire department.
[34:16] It was very moving and the speakers were incredible too.
[34:21] But thank you for putting that on.
[34:24] I like that.
[34:25] Thank you to our two chiefs and I guess Jason and Sean and Mike Mason,
[34:33] who are all the ones that were involved with them.
[34:36] It was an emotional touching and well done remembrance
[34:40] and honoring all those and then continued in the city hall with Norman Rain and in all his volunteers.
[34:50] It put that 9-11 exhibit together, but make you stop and think, make sure we are thankful and pray for our first responders every day.
[34:59] Thank you all, with that we will adjourn.
