[12:40] including OVI in the traffic citations.

[12:50] prior to me there you know when I joined

[12:53] there were um two in the law department

[12:56] and that would have been difficult to do

[21:11] who will never get to spend Christmas

[21:41] congratulate uh the Worcester High

[21:44] School Strings and Orchestra um and

[21:46] their eighth grade group. My daughter is

[21:48] part of the eighth grade group and they

[21:49] put on a fantastic uh uh winter program

[21:53] and you could tell they rehearsed very

[21:55] very very very hard. It was a fantastic

[21:58] performance. So I want to give a a a

[22:00] great congratulations to Worcester High

[22:02] School's group there. Also want to give

[22:04] a shout out to Ballet Worcester. Um in

[22:06] case you didn't know, they were out at

[22:07] the OADC all weekend putting on a

[22:10] rendition of the Nutcracker.

[22:12] um was able to get my daughter out there

[22:14] to go see that and it was a fantastic

[22:16] production. So, congratulations to some

[22:19] folks that were uh putting on some uh

[22:22] putting in some heavy work into the arts

[22:23] and uh representing uh Worcester very

[22:26] well. And with that, uh congratulations,

[22:30] Mr. Meyers. I've learned a lot from you

[22:32] the last couple years and going to miss

[22:34] you. So, uh off you go. Have a great

[22:38] retirement. We'll see you around.

[22:43] Um, yeah, just uh would echo that. Uh,

[22:46] Mr. Myers, uh, it's going to miss having

[22:49] you down there at that end of the table

[23:37] appreciative of John Rice for the work

[23:38] that you've put into the plan. Um he

[23:41] says that he has clocked cars going 70

[23:44] to 100 miles an hour along Goshi Street

[23:46] and it makes it very dangerous for

[23:48] pedestrians. He thinks this plan is a

[23:50] great compromise to make improvements

[23:51] that will make it safer um without a

[23:54] significant cost to residents. So it

[23:55] kind of reiterates what we discussed

[23:56] earlier. Um but I just thought it would

[23:58] be nice to share his comments to that.

[24:03] the only other thing I would like to do

[24:05] would be to thank Mr. Myers for um, it's

[24:08] been a pleasure serving with you for

[24:09] these many years and you've provided a

[24:12] lot of uh, I think thinking outside the

[24:16] box sometimes which is really good

[24:17] because we we kind of get into our

[24:19] patterns up here. Um, also a lot of

[24:22] comic relief. Um,

[24:25] so I appreciate that. Uh, I wish you all

[24:27] the best and as you know our colleagues

[24:29] said, please feel free to come back
