So now we're going to break out discussion and as you heard from Monica's presentation with a fully loaded budget we're looking we looked close a $900,000 gap and these items that we just presented were some of the big items that we either increase the budget or decrease the budget so we talked about care management we talked about communications health and fitness operations some of the staffing issues as well.
