Um, but, uh, what the developers are telling us is that, um, would the, um, the property tax or payment in lieu of property tax payments or home, um, the the various town open space Committee, community preservation Committee and others, um, should be able to go through, uh, a tremendous number of items on their wish list of properties to acquire in place of conservation.
