Yes, all the departments are essentially getting ready for next year's budget and closing out this year's budget, including developing their departmental and individual management objectives that are aligned with the budget, especially as it relates to sustainable broke haven, which identifies specific efforts to do or commitments for calling them in 2020, and that will be an each department heads performance plan for next year that concludes the operating report.

We're going to be making some changes on how the contract is established and what the parameters are. Right now we have a lump sum contract and I am moving towards a time and materials contract.
