Not a word about paying a family sustaining wage to the people who build it, not a word about healthcare benefits for those folks. Construction is very much a middle-class occupation, and if you're not paying the construction workers who build those houses enough to afford those houses, it's not affordable housing, and there was the subject of affordable housing brought up so glad to hear that.
