It's Stanton's Quo anti as it exists as it's existing use. Secondly, none of this takes into account any of the plan, at least in consistencies, as to where this site falls, and it appears likely, and I'm happy to lay this out in more detail for the commission, there may have been an orphan site, it's carved out in one place, but not in narrative of another, it is clearly not shown in the scoky highway district, indeed that district map, which is core to this, cuts right through the property, so how could it have been included?
