Ordinance is first reading. Council Bill number 2025-01-2, an ordinance emitting the criminal code of the city of Joplin, chapter 82, offensive and miscellaneous provisions, article 5, offenses against health and safety by enacting a new section, prohibiting the displacement of transient individuals in establishing a time for this ordinance to become effective.
