26:11 Mr. chairman, I moved the council vote to approve the contract award to RFP number 2026. Dash 14 to Skylight of New York, LLC for the provisions of fireworks display and related services to be provided to the City of Niagara Falls on July 4th, 2026 for rain date and authorize the mayor to execute an agreement with the successful vendor as more fully outlined in the recommendation dated June 10th, 2026.
