Maybe more importantly, it offers a longer season. Swim season outdoors in Peoria, as you know, is no more than 10 weeks. It's generally about eight weeks, and if you have a splash pad, you're able to extend that recreational experience to 12 to 15 weeks, so that's certainly direction that we are headed because it is something that is available to be open to families on a more regular basis than a pool is, but certainly we see the value especially living in a river city of offering those swim opportunities for our kids and families.
