Um, also creating and crafting a curriculum for workshops and trainings for our departments. It was also getting to know all of the departments, all our department heads, um, and how many, uh, over 30 some departments going in and doing an informal Dei assessment of our departments, having them get to know me, um, and then building that relationship with them as well, uh, crafting the, uh, ambassador program as well.
