I just wanted to point out that in your own statement in the last 18 months, that no permits have been submitted to the city. And, while I do agree with the previous statement that you should pass this to make it easier for these permits, I can't speak for every different service provider organization in the area, but you're going into our second legislative session in Washington State in a row where we are actively in a budget deficit and funds are being cut, and then we all know, of course, at the federal level, they're being cut even more dramatically.
