It was originally proposed at 356 parking spaces, but in July, they revised the site to provide an extra 25 parking spaces. The project proposes to utilize the provisions of AB 2097, which prohibits the local agency from imposing minimum parking requirements on residential development located within one half mile of qualifying transit stop.
