[18:59] do on this. the um the pre-construction

[19:03] uh information we need to provide it is

[19:07] will be a process and I don't want to

[19:09] explain anybody by thinking oh gosh we

[19:12] have the money we'll have the park in a

[19:14] few months that will not be the case um

[19:18] we will thank as quickly as possible we

[19:21] will get the design build documents

[19:25] an engineer project but it is the

[19:29] process like anything to do with

[19:31] treasury. Last year we submitted this

[19:34] budget amendment January 22nd, 2025.

[19:38] We had it approved finally in December,

[19:41] which was 11 months. However, they

[19:45] cautioned us it takes 12 to 18 months to

[19:48] get anything approved. So, we actually

[19:50] did really really good about getting

[19:52] this amendment approved. Um today Miss

[19:55] Wanda and I did follow up with them on

[19:58] what we would need to do if in in if by

[20:02] any case there's a budget shortfall due

[20:06] to onizing

[20:10] along but we will get this part going as

[20:13] soon as we possibly can. But the great

[20:15] news is we um have the money to move

[20:18] forward and we have approval to expend

[20:22] some of that funding for the bond build.

[21:59] received through um license plate

[22:01] funding. We had that set aside for the

[22:03] last five years for this. and we were

[22:06] going to be doing a coastal type statue.

[22:14] possibly we could use um some of that

[22:18] funding to do, you know, I don't want to

[22:23] use the word fier, but a standard art

[22:26] type for um sign um with that funding

[22:32] because we do have

[22:39] in um an art kind of way that we should

[22:44] use the funds for that. But but let me

[30:18] of the mediator when we mediated it. Um,

[30:22] so it's uh it's really good news and I

[30:28] appreciate y'all, especially y'all the

[30:32] board of backing us on this and saying

[30:35] we're not going to let

[30:37] us be sued without a fight. And believe

[30:42] me, we fought because what happened is

[30:48] on the first motion

[30:50] that we filed for summary judgement and

[30:53] they filed one, the court granted theirs
