[1:36] taxes from the previous call management company that has somehow or another fell

[1:41] into our problem. We sent them a letter of notice that the taxes was in their

[1:47] name and we're going to give them 30 days. We're going to pay for it and then

[1:52] I guess in October we're going to bring it to you guys to figure out what you

[1:55] guys want to do with it. You guys want to push it off and claim or try to get

[2:00] them in court or however you guys want to go back. But I guess we're just

[2:04] making you guys aware the letter that we sent. So why I mean I guess

[2:11] we

[2:14] » how are we responsible for it? >> Is there is there an issue like if we

[2:19] don't pay it is there going to become our

[2:23] » interest and the property still in our name and always has been.

[2:26] » It goes by address. So it's not even like we can

[2:49] » this this is 21, 22, and 23. It was when we first made a contract with them and

[2:58] we were just leasing the property and so as a lease it was um

[3:05] personal property taxes but then in 23 we went to a contract for services which

[3:12] then made you didn't have to pay property tax. So the assessor's office

[3:18] created a new account for them the end of 23. So in 23 and 24, no personal

[3:25] property taxes were due and that account's there, but they can't close a

[3:30] previous account with an outstanding balance. So that's where we stand.
