[4:33] We uh [laughter] um in true commission fashion, you're

[4:38] always one step ahead of me. So, uh, um, we do have some some cake to share

[4:44] during the break. Uh, commissioners, just a couple, um,

[4:49] updates for you today. Uh, in the news this week, we had EJ who who shared an

[4:56] update on the Eustic 10 mile to lender project. That project is um, making good

[5:01] progress. It is open one lane in each direction at this point in time, and

[5:05] we're shooting for the end of October uh, to have that project fully open. So,

[5:09] good progress is being made there. Uh, we also had Aaron uh Williams on to

[5:15] speak with the statesman about the Swan Falls project. Uh, project, this is the

[5:20] bridge crossing. Um, project was accelerated thanks to the federal

[5:24] funding that we got for the design of that. Um, it's now in the 5-year plan,

[5:29] uh, with the design to be finished by 2029. So, uh, this is the project that

[5:34] spans the the railroad tracks and the and Indian Creek. um uh pretty big deal

[5:40] for CUNA for quite some time and we're excited to see that project moving

[5:43] forward. So, thanks to both EJ and Aaron for their uh coordination and

[5:48] communication with um our local press. Uh commissioners, just a couple um

[5:55] updates on some projects that are um in the works just to make sure that you're

[5:59] fully um on board with the uh what's going on. These are some larger projects

[6:04] here. Uh many of you are are well aware of the Dry Creek development that's

[6:10] happening off of Highway 55 at Dry Creek Road. Um as they move into the next

[6:14] phase, one of the things that's um they're ready to begin work on is the uh

[6:21] crossing of Quail Valley or Brookside that extends into Quail Valley over to

[6:25] Dry Creek Roads or there'll be another um way out of the neighborhood. Um, in

[6:31] order to do that, um, and and prepare for that, they are in the process of

[6:36] there's going to be a closure, a six-week closure. Now, speaking to the

[6:40] good of our team, I think the original request was for 10 to 11 months, and the

[6:45] team got it down to 6 weeks. So, um that during this time they're going to be

[6:50] making uh the the realignment there right below B um of Dry Creek Road and

[6:57] as well as replacing um the section between that new [clears throat]

[7:02] connection and Seaman's Gulch. Uh they're also going to be building a a

[7:06] new temp road there where the yellow is during the six week closure. So, um a

[7:11] lot of good realignment that's will be happening out there. Um, as a resident

[7:15] that lives off in that general area, I've been visiting a lot with my

[7:19] neighbors, so hearing a lot about this. But, um, the team has done a great job

[7:23] of already coordinating with the school district. Uh, luckily the students here

[7:28] um, [clears throat] mostly are part of the West School District, so they're not

[7:32] needing to go into the elementary school that's in Hidden Springs. Um, there are

[7:37] a couple, but they're they don't have any a couple houses that would

[7:40] correspond to that, but they don't have any kids in Hidden Springs. So, um, so

[7:45] really positive thing, uh, good progress here, but just wanted to report on on

[7:50] this work. And all of this is part of that extraordinary impact fee, um, and

[7:54] will be paid for as part of that process.

[7:59] Uh, we also have a closure that's coming up um on Fairview Bridge. It's actually

[8:04] happening today and part of tomorrow. It's it's really just a six-hour closure

[8:08] in the middle of the day and possibly part of in tomorrow. Um, this is a

[8:12] bridge inspection that that has to happen um and is scheduled about a year

[8:18] in advance and so we were not able to to move it. Um, but it's only going to

[8:23] close it down to two lanes going uh eastbound there. Uh, it doesn't close

[8:29] the the bridge completely. We probably would have been a little bit more

[8:32] concerned recognizing we already have uh with the sewer work that's happening for

[8:38] the um College of Western Idaho construction that's happening at at

[8:42] Whitewater and Fair or Maine. um that intersections closed at Whitewater and

[8:48] Maine. And so uh probably would have been a bigger deal had um it been a full

[8:54] closure of the bridge, but we do have to get that inspection done in order to

[8:58] stay in full compliance with with federal rules. Um and in order to do

[9:02] that, they have to put something on the bridge. So um but this is this is up and

[9:07] coming um today as well as tomorrow but should hopefully we won't have see any

[9:12] impacts but because it is impacting one of the route ingress routes into

[9:16] downtown wanted to make sure that you are all aware of that.

[9:27] Hi CJ Hancock. I'm a lead worker here at the paint striping and pavement [music]

[9:32] marking crew at ACD. I've been here for 10 years. So, the way that I ended up

[9:38] here on the paint crew was I actually had [music] some prior experience in

[9:43] Southern California. I was in the union there and when I moved here to Idaho

[9:49] [music] in 2016, I ended up applying for the job and got hired [music] full-time.

[9:55] When I first started here at ACD, I was a GEO, a general equipment operator,

[9:59] [music] and over the years, I worked my way up to a senior equipment operator,

[10:03] and then later becoming a lead worker. As a lead worker here, I help manage and

[10:10] supervise a group of [music] about 20 people in our busy season. The average

[10:15] day that we have consists of a lot of [music] striping. We stripe the entire

[10:19] county every year. We repaint and restripe pretty much everything with

[10:24] either the stencil trucks or the paint trucks. And then all the new install

[10:28] goes in with thermal plastic after the chip seal or whenever [music] we have

[10:32] work orders or changes. So during the chip seal season, um it's it's the

[10:37] busiest time of the year. We have to start at 3:00 in the morning to

[10:41] basically get all of the mains done before all the early morning commutes

[10:46] start. It kind of just keeps us out of the way of the public so that we're not

[10:50] causing more congestion. We try our best to stay out of traffic's way and to keep

[10:55] a mobile operation that keeps traffic flowing with as minimal disruptions as

[11:00] possible. I think that my favorite part of the job is seeing the completed work.

[11:06] Nothing really feels better than when you have pretty much a black canvas and

[11:10] you get to just be an artist and [music] make everything look new again. And we

[11:14] have a great team. I love the people I've worked [music] with. I've been

[11:17] working with them for a long time. I think the hardest part of the job is

[11:20] probably training. We [music] have a lot of seasonal employees, a lot of new

[11:25] traffic rovers that come and go, and just having safety [music] being our top

[11:29] priority, just having everybody stay on the same page and in the way that we do

[11:34] things. So, outside of work, I like to play a lot of sports. I play actively

[11:39] basketball, volleyball, flag football, cornhole leagues, kickball leagues.

[11:45] Pretty much [music] anything that you could think of, I'm out there doing it.

[11:49] Keep my kids involved. Go paddle boarding, hit the water, staying busy,

[11:54] staying active. Those are probably some of my favorite things to do outside of

[11:58] work.

[12:01] Commissioner CJ is really a great example of ACD and has always impressed

[12:06] me. From my very first meeting with him, he was talking about ways we could make

[12:10] things more efficient and more effective. It's truly a good example.

[12:15] Um, and it's apppropo. Last night I had the opportunity, not last night, the

[12:19] night. Well, I've kind of lost track because I got up at 2 in the morning

[12:23] yesterday uh to go out with our paint crew. Uh truly a wonderful team. We were

[12:29] able to um uh prepare and and get it set up as well as then mark out um the

[12:35] intersection of Locust Grove and Pine. It was one of the last ones um they had

[12:41] from Chip Seal to of the larger intersections and the whole crew was out

[12:45] there uh making those changes. I'll tell you it definitely impressed me um as you

[12:52] have cars whizzing by at 30 40 mph. I watched a dump truck go by or or a

[12:58] garbage truck go by. I'm sitting here going, "Did you not see the 50,000 cones

[13:02] we have out here?" Um, so truly they they they are focused on safety and

[13:06] making sure because they are in the middle of traffic in some of the busiest

[13:09] intersections. We even identified maybe some ways to make that even safer while

[13:13] we were out there. So, it was a really great um opportunity. But, uh, as I went

[13:18] to bed the night before at at 6:00 at night, I realized the sacrifices, um,

[13:24] these guys make as I'm saying good night to my family and I'm going to bed while

[13:28] they're going to still be up for many hours and and the sacrifices they make

[13:32] during the summer in order to do the job and to make sure that, um, they're safe

[13:37] as well as the public continues to to move. So, uh, great experience there.

[13:42] Uh, just a couple statistics on our our paint crew. uh just in July and August

[13:47] alone they striped over 1,100 miles um and installed in in August alone 1,800

[13:55] pavement markings which is a 55% increase over last year um just just

[14:01] tremendous amounts of work the team is doing very well um and continuing to

[14:06] make it you know for me I told them it's a sense of pride when I drive around and

[14:10] I see the brand new paint on the road I'm like look at what they did look at

[14:14] what our guys are doing and it just shows up somehow in the middle of the

[14:17] night. You never you never actually see it happening. They're just doing it. So,

[14:21] um kudos to to them for that great um for the great work they're doing.

[14:27] A couple of agenda items that are up and coming. Um uh we will have next week for

[14:33] you. Today you'll hear about the 5-year plan. Next week we'll have the bid award

[14:37] for the Eert Bridges and Roundabout. Um, as you may have seen from the the report

[14:42] that we sent out, um, it came in well under, um, our initial estimates. So,

[14:48] uh, really pleased with that. Um, as that's moving forward, we'll also have a

[14:52] a work session on micro trenching, um, with the 5-year plan adoption later this

[14:57] month. Uh in October, we'll be bringing back to the second phase of our slow

[15:02] zone pilot program um with where we're looking at the central bench for a slow

[15:07] zone. Um and and our team will introduce that and what we're looking at doing

[15:12] there um in and around some of the schools up on the bench. Um as well as

[15:16] we'll be bringing back the next iteration of our our development policy

[15:20] um for consideration and conversation. Uh commissioners, you can see obviously

[15:26] a lot of things are up and coming. Uh next week we will have our all staff on

[15:31] Tuesday at the Adams broom shed. Um this will likely be one of our last at the at

[15:36] Adams. So um as we get ready um next year to move into the new location

[15:44] um as well as we will have the chipsil celebration. You'll also see a number of

[15:48] open houses and open streets events and other public events that are up and

[15:52] coming. And with that, commissioners, I'm happy to stand for any questions.

[16:04] sprinkling all the uh beads down so that everyone would be able to see those uh

[16:10] stripings while we while it rains or any chance that that he was the guy on

[16:24] the paint trucks that did the regular striping. I'm just kidding here.

[16:59] then on on the striping issue. I've had a number of residents who have uh asked

[17:05] questions or expressed concerns about places where they believe after chip

[17:09] seal that crosswalks weren't put back in. Who do they need to contact to uh if

[17:14] they have that concern? >> Yeah, they absolutely can just reach out

[17:18] through ACD Connect and that will get it to the right people um and we'll be able

[17:23] to confirm that for them. Madam President, Commissioner,

[17:28] » and there may be Sorry, Madame President. Um there will be uh they're

[17:34] still working on the markings, so they're not fully done for wi with all

[17:38] of those and so some of those may still be in the works.

[17:44] Um, director Head, I don't mean to ask a question you're not may maybe not

[17:50] prepared to answer um because it's kind of ITD2, but there's been a lot of uh

[17:56] challenges with congestion at peak hour leaving downtown on Front. Um, obviously

[18:04] there's we've got the closure on Fair View, a few other pieces. Front Street

[18:09] is not our jurisdiction, but it's pretty challenging. I was just curious, do we

[18:16] have an assessment of what exactly is going wrong there? Are we working to fix

[18:21] that flow a little bit better? Kind of what's your what's the team's assessment

[18:25] of that? >> Madame President, Commissioner

[18:27] Pickering, I think your your analysis is probably um appropriate in terms of the

[18:33] impact of having that closure. um it is pushing traffic onto whether it be State

[18:39] Street or or front um for people trying to exit downtown. So um I will

[18:44] definitely ask to the team to to look at that to make sure that there's um

[18:49] nothing that's that's um wrong with the equipment um and making sure that the

[18:56] signal timing is appropriate, but it may not be. We are already um pretty maxed

[19:01] out. We have double cycles on on Front Street to for for the through traffic.

[19:06] Um and so I think any additional traffic's probably being noticed um with

[19:12] the people being pushed off of Fairview. >> Well, I noticed Oh, sorry. I I also

[19:16] noticed that it, you know, got considerable considerably worse, you

[19:21] know, around start of school time because I think if I think it closed a

[19:25] few weeks before, right around so it really hasn't gotten as bad up until

[19:30] recently. And so I'm just wondering if >> what's changed

[19:35] » um you know is it truly Yeah. And it's also backing up on 13th. So there's I

[19:40] mean even the corridors to get to front are taking you know 10 15 minutes to get

[19:46] to through one light cycle. >> Yeah. Madame President, Commissioner

[19:49] Pickering, one of the things that changed in the last few weeks is they

[19:52] the closure moved from between 27th and and Whitewater to in the intersection.

[19:59] So those who would have used white water to to get onto the connector um

[20:04] previously are now being forced onto roads like like 13th Street um to be

[20:11] able to get on the connector sooner. So um that's I think a big part of what you

[20:16] might be seeing there. They're either there or on onto Curtis. Those are the

[20:19] two options to get there. Um and I think that that's pro probably what you're

[20:23] seeing. But we'll uh we'll take a look. It might be worth I mean I know

[20:27] Shandandy you have enough on your plate but from a communication standpoint and

[20:30] also working with the city to make sure that folks kind of understand because

[20:34] I'm seeing a lot of you know frustration and people care right and it's coming

[20:38] out in I think very loud ways um but I think just kind of being clear about

[20:44] this is a system we don't have control over we only have control over certain

[20:47] parts of that right and we need to work together to figure that out. Thank you

[20:59] and uh I was wondering if we could um maybe have Compass at the appropriate

[21:05] time give us an update on the congestion management system report that they do

[21:10] every year >> to see where we're seeing recurrent

[21:13] congestion and then what what's the trends? I've been really kind of curious

[21:17] about that. So, there's a good time that someone there could come at a maybe a

[21:21] work session at some point and give us an update. Um I'm very patient person I

[21:27] guess but [laughter] uh I was really curious on with the

[21:31] growth particularly in downtown and other parts of the county are there um

[21:36] what can we expect in terms of recurrent congestion would be good to share.

[39:00] This is a condemnation dis uh public hearing and decision briefing uh for a

[39:07] property on a residential capital maintenance project. Uh it's actually on

[39:11] the Popular Street portion of that. Uh the owners of the property are 7250

[39:17] Popular Street owners. They named it after their address. Um, this project is

[39:23] part of ACD's adopted 2026 to 2030 5-year plan. Construction is scheduled

[39:30] to begin in fiscal year 27. This side, this vicinity map shows the

[39:38] location of the acquisition. You can see Cole Road over there on the west side of

[39:45] the acquisition. Uh, our acquisition is just on the north side of Popular

[39:50] Street, about one or two properties in from Cole Road.

[39:57] Here is a a closer zoom in of the property. Uh, in this case, the

[40:04] acquisition is a temporary construction easement.

[40:10] The property size before the acquisition is 2.470 acres. That property size

[40:16] remains the same because this is only a temporary acquisition. The temporary

[40:22] construction easement is 2,121 square ft. The property is zoned as

[40:29] residential urban or a multifamily residential.

[40:35] The offer package was sent in July of 2025.

[40:40] Um we have had ongoing negotiations with the property owner and if the and in

[40:46] August of this year staff ACD staff both legal and rightway has been in contact

[40:53] constant contact with the uh property owners legal council. We are close to a

[40:59] resolution. However, due to the project timelines we need to move forward with

[41:04] the condemnation. It is staff recommendation that the

[41:09] commission declare that the acquisition area as necessary for the project as

[41:14] rightway and public use. Authorize staff to proceed with the condemnation action.

[41:20] Execute an order of condemnation for the acquisition area. As always, ACD staff

[41:26] will continue to negotiate to a resolution before a court case is filed.

[41:31] I will remain standing for any questions. I think Commissioner Goldard.

[41:36] » Yes. Now, we're not taking anything fee simple on

[41:41] this. How is the use of the property going to be changed with um this

[41:46] project?

[41:50] Madame uh Madame President, Commissioner Goldthorp,

[41:54] uh the use of the property is going to remain mostly the same. Um, this is

[42:01] actually this acquisition is just temporary to get the driveways correct.

[42:07] Uh, so they are uh ADA compliant. >> Well, I I'm kind of amazed.

[42:14] This is just me personally speaking for me myself and I I'm just amazed that

[42:20] we're having to go to this extreme just to get permission to to do something

[42:26] this temporary to spend this kind of time and money and goodness knows what

[42:32] else just to do a little thing like this. I

[42:37] I hope they know that uh that they're really wasting the public's

[42:44] resources and dragging their heels like this.

[42:49] Madame President, Commissioner Gothorp, I I understand uh all I can say is that

[42:55] we're definitely working with their parties and we we we anticipate a

[43:00] resolution soon. So, I don't think it's going to go to the bigger cost. But

[46:28] the second public outreach. Um we will uh we will present uh on what has been

[46:36] uh updated to the partner agencies as part of their this second partner agency

[46:40] outreach uh and the recommended changes following that initial draft release and

[46:46] finally next steps. Um just as a reminder commission we like

[46:52] to present the updated schedule for this uh development of the plan. Um we

[46:57] highlighted in red the this month where where we are in with the review of the

[47:03] public and partner agency common review work session and this will all lead into

[47:09] the September 23rd uh 5-year plan adoption hearing.

[47:17] So on August uh following the commission meeting uh the August 5th commission

[47:22] work session staff released the initial draft to the public on August 6 and to

[47:28] the partner agencies. uh for the public the comment period was

[47:32] open from uh August 6 to August 20th for a two-week period where we receive a

[47:38] total of 431 public comments between all platforms

[47:44] um and a total of six 6,600 views in in the project engage page. Of those 431

[47:52] public comments, 378 were received through the interactive comment map,

[47:58] 33 through the engage page survey, and 20 comments via email and ACDC connect.

[48:05] Um, in as part of this slide, we wanted to highlight some of the most commented

[48:08] projects as as listed there. The most commented project was the Warm Springs

[48:13] and Milbrook project with 28 responses. Uh in this slide we also included the uh

[48:19] uh the degree of support that the project received uh and as well for the

[48:26] other five projects in there. Um under the most commented projects, we

[48:32] highlighted the top themes from the public from all interactions. Uh with

[48:38] the top theme being concerned over keeping up with growth and the

[48:42] development areas as well as the request to accelerate many of the projects that

[48:46] are already in the plant and plans that yet to be identified as well that are

[48:52] identified but are lives in the Byon 2031 tab. then uh uh continue to be uh

[49:00] receiving support for safe route to school projects and pedestrian bicycle

[49:04] safety project all across the board uh throughout the county.

[49:09] Um with that commission of uh in total from the 378 commented project 80% of

[49:16] the comments were supportive of the projects listed in the plan 5% uh

[49:21] received neutral comments uh and 15% received no support.

[49:30] Moving forward to the partner agency outreach. Uh as mentioned in our uh last

[49:35] work session commission, we reach out to all our partners presenting uh providing

[49:40] them an update on their project prioritization list. Following our uh

[49:45] the updated or the draft initial draft of the five-year with those updated

[49:50] statuses as well staff invited uh partner agencies if there were uh

[49:56] interesting of meetings or any had any questions regarding any any of their

[49:59] list. Uh we were more than happy to to meet with them. Um one uh the city of

[50:06] Maria invited staff to attend one council meeting and city of voice

[50:10] invited at a staff level uh meeting to discuss some of the projects listed in

[50:14] the p participation list. Uh this slide we highlighted what uh some of the we

[50:21] highlight we summarized the project program in relations to their top three

[50:25] uh projects listed in the prioritization list with 37 of those projects having a

[50:30] construction year associated with them and 15 of those projects having at least

[50:35] one of the phases whether it's design or right or rightway acquisition phase

[50:38] listed in one in in in there in the prior decision list.

[50:45] And sorry, just to note, and I didn't know if you were going to mention this,

[50:48] the we did receive a letter of support um from Ada County and in response to

[50:54] the draft plan just indicating their gratitude for the work of the

[50:58] recognition of the work that's happening >> and the projects that we are doing for

[51:02] them. >> Yes, absolutely.

[51:09] Now move forward to the recommended changes following the initial draft

[51:13] commission. After uh the review of all the feedback received um in uh further

[51:20] review of the initial draft uh staff recommends that uh identified that the

[51:25] Boisey Hill Drive 7th Street Mesa Grande Lane be added to the initial draft and

[51:30] add construction to 2029. uh this is a project that uh in the past

[51:36] it uh it was identified as an RPI project but was deemed that it needed to

[51:40] be more uh from the capital side. So we move it into the plan due to uh that

[51:47] evaluation consideration. Um then uh another addition or modification to the

[51:53] plan which was already part of the priority quarter list is the addition of

[51:57] a design year to the lake hesil uh extension. Considering that city of

[52:04] Boyise uh received a bill grant for that work, we ACDA is supporting those those

[52:09] efforts uh and considered that uh it was necessary to start uh showing those

[52:16] dates or those years in deadline. >> Um let's go back to that for a second. I

[52:22] I believe we've talked about in the past this build grant that the city of Boise

[52:26] received, but I don't recall the details. Could you review that for me?

[52:30] What did what did Boyisey receive? Is it just for design?

[52:33] Madam, give me the rundown on that. >> Madam President, Commissioner McKini.

[52:37] Absolutely. Uh the bill grant um that the city received was focused on the

[52:42] design work for the Lake Heso extension from Orchard Street to Heisenment. Uh

[52:47] this focuses solely on the on the on the on the 100% design needed for that

[52:55] border. Um I think as part of that brand AC committed to a certain match that was

[53:01] discussed earlier this year but those are the details that were present

[53:07] » sorry I thought it was more of like a concept like theoretic was design

[53:12] » they can add some elaboration to that madam president commissioners so they

[53:17] will need to go through the initial concept um alignment um because it's a

[53:22] federal grant there'll also be NEPA and other other components connected to that

[53:26] um the intent is to take it to um as far in the design process as possible within

[53:32] the 7 million that they receive 7 million with the match combined. Um and

[53:38] so with that they plan to take it as far as possible in the design process. Um it

[53:43] should be at that point in time um fairly far along that we could begin the

[53:47] rideway phase um and move further with the project.

[53:52] » Members, go ahead. And since is did we receive any other recommended

[53:56] recommended changes from other city partners?

[54:00] » Uh the from conversation with staff most of the uh

[54:06] short answer is no. There was no specific additions to the initial draft.

[54:10] Most of uh of the conversation was related to their uh prioritization list

[54:15] request. For example, city boy requested the addition of uh LA and Alpine

[54:21] intersection in terms of prioritization of this. We're

[54:24] » um considering the work that they have done in that area, but beyond that

[54:28] project, there hasn't been any other specific that would be recommended to be

[54:34] added the initial draft >> that would include Garden City or

[54:37] Meridian. Commission. Well,

[54:50] » Now entering to the key dates and milestone commission. Uh we still uh

[54:55] have a comment per partner agency all the way to the adoption hearing. Welcome

[55:07] we will share it with the commission as soon as we have received any uh line of

[55:12] communication from the from any of the partner agencies. Um following today's

[55:17] meeting, we'll be releasing the draft 27 2031 5-year plan for public review uh in

[55:24] preparation in leading towards the adoption hearing on September 23rd when

[55:28] the commission will be able to uh take it under consideration. So, uh, with

[55:34] that, I will I present for any questions.

[55:47] list, but what I don't have, and you summarized it, so it must exist of which

[55:51] projects are in design versus construction or what phase. I have

[55:56] title, I have a description, I have a year, I have all but I don't have a

[56:00] phase. So if there's some summary of that that can be posted. I I know it

[56:05] exists but that's where I'm trying to ascertain the and some of them I just

[56:09] know because I I designed but I I don't I can't see that

[56:15] in what I have. So that summary could be provided and then the second question um

[56:20] I don't recall the exact number it's very large but uh in approving the

[56:24] budget we didn't approve specific projects but there was an amount. So,

[56:27] are we with this change dialing in with the budget amount that was approved

[56:35] » for the capital projects? Does that make sense? I mean,

[56:38] » Madame [clears throat] President, Commissioner, um, with the cap with the

[56:43] budget, you did adopt a capital budget. >> Yeah.

[56:45] » Um, and that capital budget include included a list of projects that were

[56:49] Okay. Um, that are currently scheduled for the first two years. The five-year

[56:54] plan includes those first two years and then three more years after that. Um so

[57:00] we we reflect exactly what was adopted in the in the budget in the five-year

[57:05] plan um in those first two years. >> Just a followup, Madam President. So

[57:11] with the savings on eert, for example, is that going to be a future

[57:14] recommendation or are we just going to wait and see? Um

[57:18] » yeah, Madame President, Commissioner, um we we typically will look uh account for

[57:24] those during um budget adjustments. >> Yeah.

[57:27] » And the the good news and the bad news on on Eert is with those savings, a lot

[57:33] of those are grant funds that are going to be saved. So, um those those right

[57:38] those funds don't necessarily come back to us. They're but so there'll be a

[57:42] reduction in revenue as well as an expense.

[57:50] » just more of a comment and I think it's really

[57:54] great to see how one obviously like a letter from the county. We've never

[58:00] since I've been here haven't received something like that in support for the

[58:05] five-year plan. And then also to have such small change. I mean, these are

[58:11] obviously very impactful changes, but they're kind of no-brainers, right?

[58:15] that's very like oh we just learned more this is going to be more capital we had

[58:19] factored in this grant so I think that I just I feel like I feel compelled to

[58:23] share like I think that that's obviously a reflection of the team's work and the

[58:28] you know intention around centering priorities

[58:32] working closely with our municipal and county partners um obviously no one's

[58:37] ever it's never perfect or no process is perfect no one's 100% satisfied but some

[58:42] of those projects folks were very happy with the fact that they were on her. So,

[58:46] I just wanted to make sure that I acknowledge like the process and the

[58:52] outputs and the outcomes seem to be working and great job.
