[2:22]
Warrant number 94.
[2:25]
Town AP is $454,29.77.
[2:32]
Warrant 95 payroll number 35 is
[2:37]
$10,48911.
[2:42]
And one number 96 is town AP with
[2:47]
$388,79044
[2:53]
with a total of $865,51.37.
[3:04]
Any discussion?
[3:09]
So we have a motion. We have a second.
[3:12]
All in favor?
[3:14]
All opposed. So move 5 Z [clears throat]
[3:18]
presentation regular agenda. You guys
[3:20]
can help you have to help me with this.
[3:24]
[clears throat and cough]
[3:26]
Um discussion regarding resident tax
[3:30]
payment issues in foreclosure on account
[3:34]
R441.
[3:43]
And that is
[3:49]
see we also talk about it down
[3:53]
C
[3:59]
This is
[4:16]
» I don't think we have
[4:20]
It's in here.
[4:22]
>> It's either It's either U 4 A or 5 C.
[4:35]
That's
[4:52]
okay.
[5:09]
Good
[5:14]
on I guess.
[5:48]
Okay, it's on this
[6:00]
Yeah.
[6:09]
» So, I don't find it.
[6:11]
>> You got to keep going. It's in the back.
[6:13]
It's further down.
[6:15]
>> Yeah. I've taken them all out and uh
[6:18]
trying to
[6:20]
But this one.
[6:22]
>> Yes, that's the one.
[6:25]
>> Yep.
[6:26]
>> I think this is Isn't this the one where
[6:28]
the He owns the property but not the
[6:31]
house?
[6:33]
>> Yes. The trailer,
[6:35]
right?
[6:38]
» Huh?
[6:39]
>> Property name.
[6:40]
>> Kovac.
[6:42]
>> But that's your
[6:46]
>> Oh, it's yours.
[6:47]
>> Yeah.
[6:47]
>> Oh, okay. Okay.
[7:07]
» There should be emails in there on that
[7:10]
from the board, I think.
[7:22]
two legs. It was
[7:25]
first
[7:57]
No.
[8:06]
Amazing
[8:15]
disappear.
[9:00]
So, is this what's due? That's what's
[9:04]
due. Yes, I do.
[9:14]
I guess [clears throat]
[9:22]
» we didn't have this information before.
[9:25]
So
[9:28]
>> that's why a little confused.
[9:55]
Okay, let's move on to the next one. And
[9:57]
if somebody will keep looking back 12
[10:03]
[clears throat and cough]
[10:04]
discuss to approve resignation of Chris
[10:08]
Ross from the planning board and appoint
[10:10]
Maryanne A.
[10:18]
» Please accept an email as a letter of
[10:20]
resignation from planning board. Thank
[10:23]
you for the opportunity of interest
[10:28]
and Maryanne had submitted a application
[10:34]
for that
[10:41]
uh extra but we don't have extras. So
[10:45]
now it's
[10:46]
okay. She had to be sworn in by angel or
[10:50]
>> we'll have to be by someone tomorrow.
[10:55]
So we make a motion to accept Chris
[10:58]
Chris's resignation and
[11:01]
a
[11:03]
>> correct.
[11:08]
So we have a motion and second. Any
[11:10]
further discussion?
[11:14]
Seeing none. All in favor?
[11:18]
All those move.
[11:28]
» Congratulations.
[11:32]
» I was going to say once I get some money
[11:34]
then we'll
[11:35]
>> we'll see whether I'm
[11:37]
>> sure it works out.
[11:40]
uh or the uh C discussion of the
[11:43]
nomination of the late John Harry Bryant
[11:47]
for the many things he did for our
[11:48]
community as mentioned in the most
[11:51]
recent ant court dedication by Bruce
[11:54]
Lamry of Spirit of America.
[11:59]
Um
[12:03]
that is I believe
[12:08]
was the hometown bureau. No.
[12:10]
>> No.
[12:12]
>> Somebody else. Ready?
[12:13]
>> No. That's that.
[12:19]
» So, we need to make a motion
[12:23]
Harry Bry for the Spirit of America.
[12:30]
Huh? We have done that already.
[12:32]
>> No, we did that one.
[12:34]
>> We did it for the town.
[12:36]
>> Report. We didn't do this. We didn't
[12:38]
have anybody nominated for this.
[12:44]
» I think they put it out on the web page
[12:45]
to see if anyone else was nominated.
[12:49]
>> We did talk about it, but
[13:04]
» Oh, they weren't.
[13:06]
he suggested to nominate and we decided
[13:10]
to put it out to the residents to see if
[13:13]
they might have any input
[13:16]
and and
[13:18]
[snorts]
[13:27]
anybody
[13:32]
did you just make a motion?
[13:52]
>> Yeah, I did.
[13:53]
>> Okay.
[13:54]
>> Yeah, I need a second.
[13:55]
>> Oh, second. Sorry. Sorry.
[13:57]
>> Did we have a second?
[13:58]
>> Sure.
[13:59]
>> Okay, we have a motion and a second.
[14:01]
[clears throat] Then it was further
[14:03]
discussion. Now it's all in favor.
[14:06]
[clears throat and cough]
[14:07]
All opposed. So moved.
[14:18]
[clears throat]
[14:20]
Uh 4 D discussion regarding residents
[14:23]
interest on his 200 real estate
[14:26]
properties due to issues with the one
[14:29]
discussed in last selecting meeting.
[14:34]
Yeah,
[14:36]
it makes some sense once you see it.
[14:40]
He made payment on three properties and
[14:45]
somebody else had made a payment.
[14:47]
>> Yes.
[14:48]
>> And so now what he's asking for is to
[14:50]
not have to pay interest on the one that
[14:55]
didn't pay or that got paid, but he
[14:58]
doesn't have to pay it now because of
[14:59]
his.
[15:01]
So he has three properties
[15:04]
he wants to pay on all on one check, but
[15:07]
one of those properties is messed up
[15:10]
[clears throat] with Toby Pinkham. He
[15:12]
asked me today if he would be charged
[15:15]
interest on the other account because he
[15:17]
isn't able to pay on the messed up one.
[15:20]
I told him I would take it.
[15:24]
Shouldn't if it's supposed to be in his
[15:26]
name but it was in Toby, shouldn't
[15:28]
[clears throat]
[15:29]
>> they be evading it and then doing a
[15:31]
supplemental which would then give him
[15:33]
the 30 days or whatever to make the
[15:35]
payment.
[15:36]
>> So there wouldn't be interest cuz he
[15:38]
hasn't gotten the bill technically for
[15:39]
it. He'll get a supplemental. So the
[15:41]
assessor should be evading Toby and
[15:44]
supplementing him which would give him
[15:45]
that time. So that's no
[15:50]
the assessment needs to be on that one.
[15:53]
Toby will not be charged in your
[15:56]
>> shouldn't be
[15:57]
>> if it's in Toby's name and it should be
[15:59]
correct in his
[16:01]
>> then there should be there should be an
[16:03]
abatement and then there should be a
[16:05]
supplemental that will cover that to
[16:07]
give him the time to do that.
[16:10]
>> Yep.
[16:14]
Uh or e discussion regarding community
[16:18]
service organizations annual funding sorry
[16:24]
discussion regarding community service
[16:27]
organizations annual funding request
[16:29]
guidelines.
[16:31]
>> I don't know what this is.
[16:40]
I think it looks like he's asking how do
[16:42]
you get on the
[16:44]
warrant normally?
[16:48]
Do people have to do petitions or can
[16:50]
they just put a request in for funding?
[16:57]
» So they have to put in a request.
[16:59]
>> Just a request, not a petition. They
[17:00]
don't have to get sandwich.
[17:02]
>> No, not for the food.
[17:06]
>> Yeah.
[17:08]
I think that's what if I skip this real
[17:10]
fast that's that's what he's asking.
[17:12]
>> So I think one of the reasons this is up
[17:14]
there is because we had we had a late
[17:17]
request.
[17:17]
>> Yes.
[17:18]
>> Last year and we didn't accept it
[17:22]
because it was so late. That's probably
[17:23]
the reason why.
[17:24]
>> So he's going to have his request when
[17:27]
we go through the budget process.
[17:32]
Okay.
[17:45]
So I think
[17:47]
this angel comes back. She's just going
[17:49]
to call and tell him to have his request
[17:53]
in when we're doing our budget like the
[17:57]
food cover and all the other ones and
[17:59]
we'll put it in the list and if he's
[18:01]
approved he's approved.
[18:04]
So [clears throat] you'll have to give
[18:05]
back to us.
[18:06]
>> How much uh lead time? I mean because I
[18:09]
think the issue we had last year was he
[18:12]
gave it at the time of budget and we
[18:14]
didn't know anything about the
[18:16]
>> budget
[18:17]
soon should be soon
[18:22]
December 31st. She had no we had no time
[18:24]
to
[18:26]
>> this was a different organization since
[18:29]
see
[18:31]
>> so
[18:32]
>> and so we didn't have any time to
[18:34]
investigate the organization
[18:36]
>> I'd say back the 1 of November end of
[18:39]
October
[18:41]
I mean if he's inquiring he probably
[18:42]
already knows what he's going to do
[18:44]
>> right
[18:47]
>> no later than December 31st
[18:50]
>> you know it's going to be sooner than
[18:53]
don't we start January or we going to do
[18:56]
the budget in November? November.
[18:58]
>> We're going to be doing the budget
[18:59]
offer.
[19:01]
November, right? So, yeah. Okay.
[19:06]
>> I mean, if he's already thinking about
[19:07]
it, then he should be able
[19:10]
just looking for guidelines of what he
[19:12]
needs to do.
[19:23]
I'm not sure the rest of them do
[19:28]
not regular
[19:31]
everybody has to put something in
[19:34]
>> correct.
[19:41]
» So does that need to be voted on
[19:44]
end of November?
[19:49]
If we vote on it, then everybody
[19:52]
>> right
[19:54]
policy that's all. So [snorts]
[19:57]
just let you know that
[20:07]
4F discussion to approve a Bance
[20:10]
submitted by assessing agent.
[20:16]
was
[20:19]
» for what?
[20:22]
>> Two
[20:23]
>> three girls. Two girls and over
[20:27]
assessed lot.
[20:45]
So,
[20:48]
» so these are overp payments, right?
[20:50]
>> No, you're good.
[20:51]
>> Yes. Yes. Right.
[20:53]
>> Yes.
[20:54]
>> So, do we want to do all four or
[20:56]
separately?
[20:58]
>> All four.
[21:00]
>> Make a motion for
[21:03]
the four abatements
[21:05]
totaling $1,5301.
[21:11]
Second. We have a motion and second.
[21:13]
Further discussion
[21:17]
we're out of lungs.
[21:19]
>> Huh?
[21:20]
>> Not for those.
[21:22]
>> No.
[21:34]
All in favor?
[21:35]
>> Oppose. So move
[21:38]
5.
[21:43]
» We have to sign over here.
[21:45]
>> Discussion for approval of resident
[21:47]
excise tax due to state excise tax
[21:50]
exempt exemptions for veterans.
[22:03]
That's
[22:09]
okay.
[22:10]
>> Okay.
[22:11]
>> Um, that's that spot.
[22:17]
This one is
[22:20]
this one. I believe Department of
[22:23]
Veterans Affairs
[22:36]
discussion for
[22:39]
excess tax.
[22:45]
» Did you come in? We don't know anything.
[22:50]
» Well, I I got that that letter was in
[22:52]
25. He gave this in 26. Oh, this letter
[22:55]
explains that he got in 25
[22:59]
>> and he wasn't
[23:00]
>> and he came in and registered his
[23:02]
vehicle.
[23:11]
[clears throat] I must have forgot that
[23:13]
he had that.
[23:18]
[snorts]
[23:21]
» It doesn't look like
[23:25]
No, I don't know that. I was trying to
[23:27]
see if there was a plate on here to say
[23:29]
that he had a transport.
[23:31]
>> What was the registration?
[23:35]
» He's got
[23:39]
already.
[23:46]
» So, this is just for disabled weapons.
[23:50]
No.
[23:51]
>> What is that?
[23:53]
>> It's only for the disabled.
[23:55]
>> It says you can to get that amount to
[23:58]
get that.
[23:58]
>> I'm providing this letter to disabled
[24:00]
veterans to use
[24:02]
>> if
[24:04]
applying for benefits. I I don't know
[24:05]
whether it is
[24:07]
>> you see.
[24:10]
Yeah, I know.
[24:15]
Could
[24:19]
be.
[24:21]
I don't know. Just
[24:24]
looking for that.
[24:26]
>> Yeah, he's looking to get the
[24:31]
copy. I have to look at this.
[24:35]
» He's looking to get 14376 back.
[24:43]
Good.
[24:43]
>> How's the speaker?
[24:56]
» This is just a This isn't signed by
[24:58]
anyone,
[25:00]
>> but that's the letter they get. They're
[25:03]
probably just missing the other side,
[25:05]
but they do get this letter. I've seen
[25:07]
him. Uh I'm just surprised. My com my
[25:11]
comment is if he had that in 25 I would
[25:13]
have and he got a veterans plate. I
[25:16]
would
[25:16]
>> I don't think he was from here.
[25:17]
>> I would have thought I just moved here.
[25:20]
>> I don't know
[25:21]
>> cuz
[25:23]
Arizona,
[25:24]
>> right? And now president has just
[25:27]
changed,
[25:28]
>> right?
[25:34]
I don't know.
[25:36]
Maybe generally they know the benefits,
[25:38]
but maybe not.
[25:44]
But that's what he's looking for is the
[25:46]
143 back.
[25:54]
» I make a motion that you approve the
[25:56]
14376
[25:58]
for this bedroom disabled.
[26:04]
I just I think he just moved
[26:09]
in the system
[26:13]
next door.
[26:17]
» Yeah.
[26:22]
» One second.
[26:43]
So we have a motion to second. I'm just
[26:45]
The reason I was hesitating is because
[26:46]
it says legal residences for Bushwell
[26:50]
Street but is abandoned addresses.
[26:53]
I think you just move just
[26:57]
fine.
[27:00]
Any further discussion?
[27:03]
All in favor?
[27:05]
All so moved.
[27:12]
Okay. Updates and past items. 5A. Five
[27:16]
department volunteer request update.
[27:22]
» [clears throat and cough]
[27:25]
» We have emails
[27:28]
on that request.
[27:33]
[clears throat and cough]
[27:34]
So we are still going by
[27:37]
the
[27:39]
packet of 2018.
[27:51]
Uh
[28:00]
yes.
[28:05]
[clears throat]
[28:07]
>> She must be
[28:12]
this one here.
[28:14]
>> And the supply is here.
[28:16]
>> This is a front. Yes.
[28:29]
That was an email that was to Stacy,
[28:32]
right? [snorts]
[28:33]
>> Excuse me.
[28:33]
>> That email went to Stacy. That's what
[28:36]
that
[28:39]
uh
[28:43]
» right
[28:45]
>> also the next page came from
[29:00]
» here. Yes. Sorry.
[29:04]
What what's the date on the policy book
[29:08]
that
[29:09]
>> one during it? I have 2018.
[29:12]
>> Okay.
[29:13]
>> Signed.
[29:19]
Is that the most recent? It's probably
[29:22]
the most recent one that I have signed
[29:25]
for all the firefighters
[29:26]
[cough and clears throat]
[29:27]
because Nancy gave me a copy of the
[29:29]
newest one.
[29:30]
>> Yeah.
[29:31]
>> That I was going to have all the
[29:32]
firefighters signed. But we all did.
[29:36]
There is a most recent one that we all
[29:39]
had to sign in January or February,
[29:41]
which I can tell you right now.
[29:44]
>> This year, did she?
[29:46]
>> Yeah. 20.
[29:48]
>> No, she sent me before she left. The
[29:51]
most recent one that supposedly went to
[29:53]
the lawyer MMA and she went and made the
[29:56]
changes. I think it had changes to do
[29:58]
with highway and some other stuff.
[30:00]
>> Mhm.
[30:01]
>> There was changes made to it. It was
[30:02]
never resigned.
[30:04]
>> I have the most recent one that we have
[30:06]
right now is updated January 22nd of
[30:09]
2024
[30:11]
and it is signed by
[30:14]
Arnold, Larry, Brenda, Sharon, and Jim.
[30:18]
That's the most recent one. Prior to
[30:20]
that, the most recent one is 2018's
[30:23]
signed by I can tell you that too.
[30:26]
>> Okay. So, he's referring to the October.
[30:29]
He's still not even looking at the
[30:31]
January 22nd one, right?
[30:38]
» And the one Nancy emailed me was the one
[30:41]
that was updated on January 13th of 2026
[30:44]
that had the new
[30:47]
holidays and your days and everything
[30:50]
that was approved at the previous
[30:53]
meeting. And I made a bunch of copy of
[30:54]
those, but I held off on anybody signing
[30:56]
it as fire department because Jim said
[31:00]
there was no hard copy here at the town
[31:02]
office. So I didn't have anybody sign.
[31:05]
>> So
[31:07]
>> no, cuz I had asked Nancy
[31:09]
>> for a copy of that so we could sign it
[31:12]
and sign the paper. We're supposed to
[31:13]
sign it and
[31:16]
>> I never did [clears throat] get it.
[31:17]
>> Yeah.
[31:17]
>> So I asked her for a copy of the
[31:20]
handbook and that's why she signed for
[31:21]
me.
[31:21]
>> Mhm. And in that meeting that we had the
[31:23]
big discussion, Stacy said that she had
[31:27]
one cuz of the email tool, but
[31:32]
>> I've never seen it.
[31:35]
>> I didn't have anybody sign it because
[31:37]
>> mine isn't signed either that she sent
[31:39]
me. So, an easy fix. We keep going
[31:41]
around and around and around the agenda.
[31:45]
>> Get it signed.
[31:45]
>> That's been the whole issue
[31:48]
>> since March. We've been doing this. I
[31:50]
have two or three of them that are
[31:52]
updated. No, I don't have the last one
[31:55]
that you had. I have
[31:56]
>> and I went through this and I went,
[31:59]
>> but it's not but it's not signed.
[32:00]
>> No. Is there a signed paper somewhere? I
[32:03]
have no idea.
[32:04]
>> So, how about we make a motion
[32:07]
>> that the new policy for the fire
[32:09]
department is 2026.
[32:12]
This is January 13th, 2026. But all the
[32:16]
new
[32:16]
>> emails me in June. Well, I'd like to
[32:19]
read it.
[32:20]
>> Well, we can [clears throat] get a copy
[32:22]
of it and then have it on the
[32:23]
>> April. I'm sorry. April
[32:25]
>> April 26th.
[32:26]
>> Well, she emailed it to me in April when
[32:28]
I asked about the Easter holiday.
[32:31]
>> Oh, okay.
[32:32]
>> And cuz it's that is not listed on
[32:34]
there, but the other holidays, your time
[32:38]
so that you can have 10 hours versus 8
[32:41]
hours is in there, which you guys voted
[32:43]
on in December.
[32:46]
And then before that meeting, you voted
[32:48]
on another date change which is also in
[32:51]
there.
[32:52]
>> So I have an updated August 21st of
[32:55]
2025.
[32:57]
>> That's not the most recent.
[32:59]
>> So you have,
[33:01]
>> but it's not signed either. So
[33:03]
>> I do.
[33:05]
Yes, I do.
[33:09]
>> And I don't know the difference between
[33:10]
the two.
[33:11]
>> I went back and watched the verified
[33:15]
updated
[33:19]
holidays.
[33:20]
>> It was holidays and it was
[33:24]
>> there was some 10.
[33:26]
>> Yeah, 10 8 to 10 and then there was
[33:29]
something else in there for you I think.
[33:33]
>> I can't remember but there was a couple
[33:36]
things in that December meeting and then
[33:38]
a meeting or so before that there was
[33:40]
also another change.
[33:43]
I know there was some changes made, but
[33:45]
it was never signed copy. So, we was
[33:47]
told not to sign till it was a signed
[33:49]
copy.
[33:50]
>> So, that's the most recent one. This
[33:53]
[clears throat] is what Nancy sent me
[33:54]
cuz she and she said in the email, this
[33:56]
is the one with the changes, the recent
[33:59]
changes, and then I went back and went
[34:02]
and watched the meetings. I have these
[34:04]
two signed by both of you. One is 2017,
[34:10]
not 2018. I thought I was 18, but it's
[34:12]
2017, 28th day of February 2017 that you
[34:17]
well, not all of you, but it was signed.
[34:20]
And then the most recent one that I
[34:22]
signed for the fire department was
[34:24]
signed on,
[34:26]
you guys signed it. I have to I have
[34:28]
proof that I had to sign it for my
[34:31]
personnel file was January 23rd, 2024 is
[34:36]
when you guys all signed it. And then we
[34:38]
have the new update. the new updates
[34:40]
which and then I went through the
[34:42]
minutes and watched the meetings from
[34:44]
that December meeting all the way
[34:46]
through again and you guys never sign.
[34:49]
She never brought it forward to sign. I
[34:51]
will say that. So
[34:53]
>> it does need to be signed and that's the
[34:54]
easy fix. The cop sent me on May 15th
[34:58]
and I scroll through all the way to the
[35:01]
last page and has all you guys'
[35:03]
signature on it. Um, oh,
[35:07]
>> what's the date on that one?
[35:08]
>> January 13th, 2026.
[35:11]
>> That's the coffee I have.
[35:13]
>> It's got Jim, Larry, and
[35:16]
>> it's signed,
[35:17]
>> but she can't find the signed one here.
[35:19]
So, she says it's not a legal one.
[35:27]
» Well, if you do you have a complete
[35:30]
packet, Stacy?
[35:32]
>> I do.
[35:33]
just
[35:34]
>> killed off like 25 copies for everybody
[35:36]
to sign at the following next meeting,
[35:37]
but then everybody said it wasn't a good
[35:39]
one. So, I didn't have everybody sign it
[35:41]
at the fire department.
[35:44]
>> So, that's the January 26 26 one.
[35:47]
>> That's the January 13th
[35:49]
>> with with our signatures on it. Correct.
[35:51]
>> Can you send it to us?
[36:03]
That's scary.
[36:15]
» So if Stacy has a signature that's the
[36:18]
same date as mine
[36:19]
>> exactly with the updates, then that
[36:21]
should be the policy that we're
[36:23]
following.
[36:28]
So you want to read it before we discuss
[36:33]
>> why don't you read over it again
[36:36]
>> but I mean it's signed it's already
[36:38]
approved
[36:38]
>> exactly
[36:39]
>> but
[36:41]
[clears throat]
[36:42]
different
[36:46]
» so so the question is the the issue is
[36:51]
we're looking for specific a specific
[36:53]
policy
[36:56]
Then that's policy cuz we signed it.
[37:00]
>> That's what we right. So do we I mean
[37:03]
first we have to decide is this what
[37:04]
we're going to go by cuz we don't have what called a wet copy. We
[37:10]
don't have the original. So we have to
[37:13]
decide whether this is what we're going
[37:14]
to go by
[37:16]
and if it is
[37:19]
fine and then we go back to the specific
[37:23]
reason why we're looking looking at it.
[37:25]
>> So if we signed it we
[37:29]
signed it
[37:30]
>> it's accepted. So we have to go back
[37:33]
policy
[37:33]
>> except it's not an original signature.
[37:36]
It's copy.
[37:40]
If you want to be legal, it's a copy and
[37:42]
we cannot it wouldn't stand up.
[37:45]
>> So,
[37:46]
I'm not saying that we don't agree with
[37:48]
it. I'm not saying that. I'm just
[37:49]
saying.
[37:50]
>> So, if we're bringing a copy,
[37:53]
>> Stacy, do you have a copy right now?
[38:01]
» So, Stacy Stacy
[38:04]
should be kept moving forward so they
[38:06]
don't get misplaced other than maybe in
[38:08]
the town office. So
[38:10]
>> ask it.
[38:11]
>> So we just we just got
[38:14]
>> just sent it to us. So let's go over it.
[38:17]
Let's let's read it and in the next
[38:19]
meeting approve it and then and deal
[38:22]
with it. It's just one more just one
[38:23]
more meeting.
[38:26]
>> She hasn't signed it.
[38:27]
Can I also while you're talking about
[38:29]
that, if you guys would like a copy of
[38:32]
the specific
[38:34]
personnel policy during my that whole
[38:36]
ordeal, I have the signed copy right
[38:38]
here that you guys cannot find and that
[38:41]
would fall under.
[38:43]
>> It is signed. It is dated.
[38:45]
>> But that okay, but you're you're asking
[38:47]
for something else now.
[38:48]
>> No, that is actually if you look at my
[38:51]
request, I have that also right here.
[38:54]
>> Okay. So, we need to we need to stop.
[38:56]
We're doing this policy.
[38:57]
>> It actually has nothing to do with the
[38:59]
new policy whatsoever.
[39:01]
I have that right here as well as that.
[39:03]
If you'd like a copy, you can't change
[39:06]
policy after that
[39:09]
and have the old disciplinary action. I
[39:11]
even signed a new policy that I was
[39:14]
mandated to sign within 3 days
[39:17]
with the exception of any disciplinary
[39:20]
actions that were to fall under the old
[39:23]
personnel policy. it right here as well.
[39:31]
I mean, I'm offering it to you so you
[39:34]
can
[39:34]
>> actually they could probably get it out
[39:36]
of your file.
[39:37]
>> It should be in my file,
[39:39]
>> but those aren't very
[39:41]
>> And that should be as good as you. They
[39:44]
had to be signed and put there
[39:47]
>> as a legal document, right? 2017 17.
[39:54]
It actually was originally 2002
[39:58]
amended in 2000 amended in February of
[40:01]
2002, amended May 27th, 2008, amended
[40:04]
December 23rd, 2008, and then amended
[40:07]
February 28th of 2017.
[40:10]
And you guys signed it in 2017 on
[40:13]
February 28th.
[40:17]
And nothing got changed until after the
[40:20]
fact.
[40:23]
I mean, this is what
[40:31]
So, this letter
[40:33]
is stating
[40:37]
it doesn't have the right date on this.
[40:40]
It has 2018 and that's 2017.
[40:44]
>> Well, we signed it in 2000. I was made
[40:47]
to sign it in 2018 as a firefighter
[40:50]
because this is a term against personnel
[40:52]
policy. We had our own in-house that was
[40:56]
taken out of it was just a blip taken
[40:58]
out of you guys's personnel policy for
[41:00]
us to sign and then we were made to sign
[41:03]
this actual personnel policy in 2018 and
[41:05]
it has my signature on it with the date
[41:09]
of 2018.
[41:11]
So if that's the one
[41:16]
>> this is referring to and you're saying
[41:18]
that the 2026 is not approved yet, you
[41:23]
have to go by that one.
[41:28]
It doesn't this letter doesn't say the
[41:32]
2006 one. Uh 2026.
[41:36]
>> Oh, okay.
[41:37]
>> And you haven't signed a 2026 one
[41:39]
anyway. I haven't seen nobody
[41:44]
brought back to you.
[41:48]
[clears throat and cough]
[41:50]
» And I also have a letter of um that the
[41:55]
board denied a letter of appeals, which
[41:58]
the board cannot legally, now that I
[42:01]
found that out, deny a letter of
[42:03]
appeals. It is supposed to go to the
[42:06]
appeals board and it never made it to
[42:07]
the appeals board. And it has a
[42:09]
chairman, not you, previous chairman's
[42:12]
signature on it sent back to me with
[42:15]
your check with my check for $40. That
[42:18]
was never cash because
[42:21]
the appeals board wasn't allowed to
[42:22]
accept my appeals because they're
[42:25]
apparently which is also changed in the
[42:27]
updated personnel policy that
[42:31]
the board the appeals board is no longer
[42:34]
allowed to appeal a decision made by the
[42:36]
select board which that was not the case
[42:39]
in the personnel policy that I signed in
[42:42]
2018.
[42:55]
No one cares what that means.
[42:57]
>> I have this.
[42:58]
>> Can I Can I look at the blue one?
[43:01]
>> Your blue forward that letter.
[43:03]
>> Yes.
[43:04]
>> My my This is the application of appeal
[43:08]
>> with my check in it.
[43:10]
>> Yes.
[43:13]
Keep it blue so I don't lose it in
[43:26]
the denial letters after that in a
[43:29]
different letter.
[43:32]
>> You have that letter?
[43:33]
>> I do.
[43:33]
>> And who's that signed by?
[43:35]
>> Arnold.
[43:37]
>> And only his signature.
[43:39]
Can you make copies for us with all
[43:42]
that?
[43:42]
>> I can
[43:46]
just put it all together and then let
[43:49]
you
[43:54]
» This is my denial of appeal request from
[43:58]
you guys
[43:59]
>> or
[44:01]
better yet, you can stop into the
[44:03]
office. I'm not exactly sure, but we can
[44:06]
pull your personnel file.
[44:10]
Everything's right there. Every
[44:11]
>> Yeah, it's right there.
[44:14]
I mean, we'll get everything. I'm sorry.
[44:19]
>> Hey, this has been a long time.
[44:20]
>> You have no idea how hard I've worked.
[44:24]
>> Breathe. Breathe.
[44:29]
So, I think we need the 18 policy, too.
[44:32]
That
[44:34]
>> Who knows if that's announced.
[44:36]
>> So, we need
[44:38]
Yeah, it should be in a personal file.
[44:41]
It should be, but
[44:42]
>> it is because that was part of what was
[44:45]
sent back to me during my deny.
[44:48]
>> So,
[44:50]
the whole policy or just that section?
[44:52]
>> Just the part where it said that I
[44:54]
signed it in 2018. So, I was know after
[44:57]
my executive session, I said that it was
[45:00]
not allowed. Mhm.
[45:02]
>> I was not given no instructions on how
[45:05]
to appeal anything. I had to find it out
[45:08]
myself. There was supposed to be a way
[45:11]
to appeal it and I didn't know that. So,
[45:14]
it took so long and then that was part
[45:17]
of why I couldn't
[45:19]
I I don't know. It's just it's a it's a
[45:22]
mess.
[45:23]
>> So, I think what happened was
[45:27]
>> a lot of stuff has changed how things
[45:30]
were done.
[45:32]
I'm going to ask question. Do do you
[45:35]
have a copy of her
[45:39]
this funny action?
[45:42]
>> I don't
[45:43]
file here Tammy had put in their file.
[45:47]
>> Okay. The only thing I have is the
[45:50]
simple personnel policy that Tammy had
[45:54]
me copy off and had everybody sign one
[45:56]
night at a meeting
[45:59]
>> which was
[46:00]
>> and I didn't know anything about
[46:01]
appeals. Apparently you guys didn't know
[46:03]
anything about the appeal application
[46:05]
either. So
[46:06]
>> right I remember I remember the
[46:09]
situation.
[46:11]
>> So give us give us one more meeting.
[46:15]
>> I would like the 18th policy though.
[46:17]
Good
[46:18]
>> cuz we got to refer to that.
[46:21]
>> Now when that her personnel file is
[46:25]
opened here, can she be present so
[46:28]
something doesn't come up much missing?
[46:30]
>> Yes, she can. She can ask she can ask
[46:32]
anytime to look at her file.
[46:34]
>> She That's what I'm asking.
[46:35]
>> With a reasonable amount of time, she
[46:37]
should be able to send certified and
[46:39]
emailed and then check. That's standard
[46:42]
H. This is what she said. I don't know.
[46:44]
>> No, I know.
[46:46]
That's the It was
[46:49]
2018, I guess, apparently. But either
[46:51]
way, in here, it's
[46:54]
the one you're looking at right there.
[46:57]
>> 2018. That's the one you guys are
[46:58]
looking at. But the one I just 2017, cuz
[47:01]
when I came, I couldn't get a copy of
[47:03]
any of this.
[47:04]
>> Okay. So, we need this. I'll have the
[47:08]
whole copy.
[47:09]
>> Every
[47:11]
Yeah, this here.
[47:13]
I don't want to lose this stuff to you.
[47:15]
You've done a lot of work. Okay. All
[47:18]
right.
[47:20]
So, don't lose that.
[47:22]
>> No, I'm giving it back to you. Okay.
[47:25]
>> That's why I told you to keep it in the
[47:27]
blue. Thank you.
[47:30]
So, we're going to table this and look
[47:32]
at everything up to the next meeting.
[47:34]
>> Yes.
[47:39]
» Okay.
[47:42]
>> Yeah.
[47:44]
Okay.
[48:07]
So 5B,
[48:10]
resident B on account 299.
[48:16]
» I'd like to table that so I have more
[48:18]
time to read this.
[48:20]
>> Good. No problem.
[48:30]
resident meeting on account 1441.
[48:34]
>> That's that's his and I don't know where
[48:38]
we're at with that.
[48:40]
>> I'm sorry, Dad. I'd like to table that
[48:42]
if we could yours cuz
[48:47]
[snorts]
[48:48]
>> we were not given the information until
[48:50]
right before meeting
[48:52]
>> on yours. I don't know.
[48:54]
I'd rather make a a good decision on it.
[48:58]
>> Speak up.
[48:59]
>> I'd rather make a better decision on
[49:00]
yours on on some of these accounts
[49:04]
because we just got the information on
[49:06]
it and so I haven't had time to review
[49:10]
it
[49:13]
>> on your you're here for a property
[49:15]
account, right? Do you own I don't own
[49:17]
that anymore.
[49:18]
>> Okay.
[49:24]
Uh 5D
[49:27]
change account 74.
[49:30]
>> Well, on the Snapchat.
[49:32]
Oh, [clears throat] you're still on
[49:33]
Snapchat.
[49:35]
>> Oh, okay. I thought you
[49:39]
>> Okay, I get rid of that.
[49:40]
>> Okay.
[49:58]
So, table table.
[50:00]
>> Yeah.
[50:02]
>> One more word on the pump.
[50:04]
>> Yes, the electrical is all done. We were
[50:07]
all ready to take the pump down and put
[50:09]
it in and we all got called to work. I
[50:11]
couldn't do it and I have not had time
[50:13]
to take it down, but it's ready to go
[50:15]
down and plug me in. I guess my question
[50:17]
is, do you guys want us to put it in for
[50:20]
a month or just try it, take it out, and
[50:23]
be ready for next year? I just need to
[50:26]
know what you guys want.
[50:27]
>> See if it works.
[50:28]
>> Well, we're going to do that regardless.
[50:30]
But I just needed to know whether you
[50:31]
wanted it to go all the way out in the
[50:32]
middle of the pump for a month or
[50:34]
>> Yes. Because And the reason I say it is
[50:37]
because we've had a lot of people asking
[50:39]
about your pump. I'll do what I'll do
[50:42]
and to to not put it out there. They're
[50:45]
going to continue to ask for
[50:48]
okay and we have taken care of this
[50:52]
weekend
[50:53]
come up for town meeting. [laughter] So
[50:57]
>> we're already pay right so just a little
[51:00]
more.
[51:00]
>> Yeah. Right. Yeah. We probably won't get
[51:02]
a lot more.
[51:08]
» Okay. Thank you for for doing the work
[51:10]
on anyone.
[51:13]
>> Uh P schedule [clears throat]
[51:17]
that
[51:18]
>> table.
[51:20]
>> We can talks up.
[51:21]
>> Yep.
[51:22]
>> Okay.
[51:26]
We have questions.
[51:28]
>> Veteran flags.
[51:36]
Do you know anything about it? Are you
[51:37]
really put them up or tax? You have to
[51:40]
write you have to apply for it.
[51:43]
>> Oh, you
[51:45]
have to apply
[51:46]
>> the residence page.
[51:48]
>> The res
[51:53]
nothing much.
[51:54]
>> I did get water.
[51:56]
>> Awesome.
[51:57]
>> Um and we have been given that
[52:01]
awesome. Thank you.
[52:07]
So the residents
[52:09]
>> probably that information for me to go
[52:11]
on the web page.
[52:13]
>> Yeah.
[52:14]
>> About that.
[52:15]
>> Yeah.
[52:19]
» Does they have to apply?
[52:21]
>> No.
[52:22]
>> Each person has
[52:24]
>> Yeah. It's like if I want to put up like
[52:27]
a flag for my father, my brother and my
[52:30]
son, then I would I I buy these flags.
[52:35]
>> And I know there's there was discussion
[52:38]
about that had
[52:42]
about the person having to pay for it.
[52:43]
>> Yeah. The person.
[52:45]
>> Yeah.
[52:47]
So,
[52:49]
some of you been asking me is there a
[52:51]
policy of the height on that fire?
[52:58]
» I don't know. Is
[53:00]
>> anybody ever hear that?
[53:01]
>> Is Madison Electric putting them up or
[53:04]
>> I haven't heard. I only hear what I hear
[53:06]
here. I don't know. I know the the
[53:10]
American flags are supposed to be
[53:11]
underneath the light and the only thing
[53:14]
I've ever done is just put them back
[53:16]
where they were
[53:18]
prior to me coming here. So,
[53:26]
bathroom clean up ADA remodel.
[53:32]
I'm pretty sure it will not
[53:34]
[clears throat] mist
[53:37]
uh security cameras.
[53:40]
>> I didn't hear anything.
[53:43]
Good. Other business items from the
[53:45]
board
[53:53]
administrator here
[53:56]
department
[53:57]
you're up
[53:59]
till next meeting. [laughter]
[54:06]
» [laughter]
[54:06]
>> Um, [clears throat] we we've got another
[54:09]
road done that we had to put collision
[54:11]
on. And last week we had trouble with
[54:14]
the sewer the sewer main up on 16.
[54:19]
So we had to dig it up. It was the
[54:22]
landowner had his had dug it up and it
[54:25]
was nothing on his end. So we dug it up
[54:26]
and had Vortex come. They sucked a bunch
[54:29]
of broken pieces of green pipe out and
[54:34]
went as far as it could go.
[54:37]
So, we ended up digging it up again
[54:39]
today cuz I had to go further to 16 and
[54:43]
I had to get the opening permits and
[54:45]
stuff. We dug it up and what it was
[54:49]
where they put the water line in
[54:52]
the compaction wasn't
[54:54]
quite good enough probably and one pipe
[54:56]
settled. So the other pipe was halfway
[54:58]
of that and that's why they couldn't get
[55:00]
the camera and stuff through and we dug
[55:03]
it up and compacted and got so both same
[55:08]
elevation and stone around it and
[55:11]
run a camera through it today. Went all
[55:13]
the way to the main. So [snorts] we put
[55:15]
over 600 gallons of water down the water
[55:17]
tank and nothing backed up. So it's
[55:20]
working
[55:21]
and
[55:23]
we had a accident garage.
[55:26]
[clears throat]
[55:27]
The guys was working on the trucks
[55:28]
putting the uh fluid film on them and
[55:32]
they had the bodies up about 4 ft just
[55:35]
enough so they could get in there and
[55:36]
they put the safety stand down. When
[55:39]
they got back in the truck, he forgot to
[55:41]
put the body down and run the headboard
[55:43]
into the front of the garage. So, I got
[55:46]
a guy that's coming tomorrow morning
[55:48]
give us estimate on what it cost to get
[55:51]
the bit the bricks blocks repaired.
[55:56]
Um,
[55:58]
other than that, we've been doing
[56:00]
surface gravel. So, we got one more road
[56:04]
that I got to put a weak line in and
[56:06]
then I can start putting the surface
[56:08]
gravel on the roads. And
[56:11]
when we can when the screen will do when
[56:13]
it's sand.
[56:18]
» Did we get any report on that yet on the
[56:22]
garage? So, did we get any report on
[56:24]
that yet?
[56:24]
>> He's he's filled it up. So,
[56:28]
>> Angel has it.
[56:30]
>> No, I haven't got it down there yet. I
[56:31]
come down today.
[56:32]
>> You'll wait till you get the estimate.
[56:34]
>> Yeah. Yes.
[56:37]
>> Okay.
[56:41]
» Any questions?
[56:46]
» Thank you. Fire chief.
[56:48]
>> Yeah. We also had an incident back here
[56:50]
a week or so ago. Um, one of my
[56:53]
firefighters were pulling out of the
[56:54]
fire station and as they were going out
[56:56]
through the door, one of the side doors
[56:59]
came open and hooked onto the side rail
[57:02]
of the garage door and kind of crumpled
[57:05]
the door on the brand new fire truck.
[57:09]
Um, as we speak, it has been sent down
[57:12]
to four guys, and they gave us a quote
[57:15]
of $2,384
[57:17]
plus shipping uh to rebuild us a new one
[57:21]
with all new paint scheme, reflective,
[57:23]
and new hinge. As far as I know, I don't
[57:26]
believe Angela has made out a insurance
[57:29]
claim on that as well. Uh, so I had the
[57:32]
firefighter fill out an incident report
[57:34]
everything that happened on piece paper
[57:37]
send my briefcase at the house, but it
[57:39]
is made out. I just haven't brought it
[57:40]
down to Angela as well. Um, I think we
[57:44]
looked on our um insurance through MMA.
[57:48]
I think the deductible is $1,000. So,
[57:52]
pretty much it's the only place I can
[57:54]
get a door made for that fire truck. So,
[57:56]
it's still functionable. Um PD cuor came
[57:59]
up that next morning [clears throat]
[58:01]
straighten out the rail. Uh they said
[58:03]
they'll come up and put a new rail on.
[58:05]
Uh I haven't seen that happen yet, but
[58:07]
they did straighten it out. So the
[58:09]
firefighter said actually the door
[58:11]
actually works better than it did before
[58:13]
after they used straightening to begin.
[58:15]
So uh yeah, I'm still waiting on that.
[58:18]
Um
[58:20]
Tyler from Fine Line gave me a quote to
[58:24]
uh seal and redo the back of the fire
[58:27]
station where we had a
[58:31]
some where somebody took a dump and
[58:33]
created a pothole and where the uh
[58:35]
snowblower had sat and leaked oil, they
[58:37]
had sealed it. Uh still pretty tacky.
[58:40]
They said they're going to do try a
[58:41]
different technique to re try to reseal
[58:43]
that. Paid no charge. Uh, I told him to
[58:46]
give me an estimate on sealing the whole
[58:48]
doyad. And he gave me in sections and
[58:51]
pretty much
[58:53]
from the back of the garage,
[58:56]
the fire station up through where the
[58:59]
old station sat to midway part of the
[59:02]
doors was um $2,210
[59:06]
to do that. And the next section was the
[59:09]
very front over towards the generator
[59:11]
was 2,600.
[59:13]
and to finish out the whole section on
[59:15]
the back part was another 1830. And my
[59:19]
concern was to do the side where the old
[59:22]
fire station sat because what the gouges
[59:25]
were from the u sidewalk uh the snowb
[59:30]
blower where it gouged the hot top. I
[59:33]
wanted to get that sealed before this
[59:35]
winter and that was 22 $2,200 to get
[59:41]
that done.
[59:43]
like sitting around trying to be for the
[59:44]
back part of it where they had been
[59:46]
there and done that anyway and it really
[59:48]
didn't
[59:50]
help. So,
[59:54]
and I also tried to have uh Angela log
[59:58]
into the security system at the NO at
[1:00:02]
the NO station
[1:00:04]
cuz I had called and talked to Nancy and
[1:00:07]
she said she left a lot of all the
[1:00:09]
passwords and stuff on a protective
[1:00:10]
sheet and a folder and stuff and I
[1:00:14]
watched Amber try three times and
[1:00:15]
wouldn't let her in. So,
[1:00:18]
we tried every scenario we could
[1:00:19]
possibly think of. So, I think I got to
[1:00:21]
get a hold of
[1:00:23]
uh Kronics and see about logging in and
[1:00:27]
try to get a whole different username
[1:00:29]
and password
[1:00:31]
cuz we was trying to figure out who went
[1:00:32]
and took a squad out back to see who it
[1:00:36]
was. But, and I contacted the water
[1:00:38]
district. They got a camera pointing
[1:00:40]
right at it. I think they security's
[1:00:42]
down.
[1:00:43]
>> Yep.
[1:00:44]
>> All that security's there. none of this
[1:00:45]
[clears throat] work,
[1:00:47]
>> you know, like we we wouldn't know if I
[1:00:49]
work, you know?
[1:00:50]
>> Yeah. I was going to have more security
[1:00:51]
cameras put in here at cell station and
[1:00:54]
between uh Mark and Amanda being on
[1:00:57]
vacation at computer improvements cuz uh
[1:01:01]
Kronics want to know what make um
[1:01:04]
cameras we had and it took me quite a
[1:01:06]
while to get that figured out, but we
[1:01:08]
know what they are. So, we're going to
[1:01:09]
try to budget for next year's budget to
[1:01:14]
have more security cameras put in. So,
[1:01:21]
technology, I mean, I don't know how how
[1:01:23]
we're going to keep things. It seems
[1:01:24]
like every time something happens,
[1:01:26]
security cameras are down. This is not
[1:01:28]
somebody can't log in. So, I don't
[1:01:32]
>> Mhm. That's the way it works.
[1:01:33]
>> Yep.
[1:01:35]
Any
[1:01:40]
questions?
[1:01:42]
>> Thank you.
[1:01:47]
EMA town office.
[1:01:51]
Uh, number eight.
[1:01:54]
Uh, you heard Brenda say that she did
[1:01:57]
get water.
[1:01:58]
>> Mama.
[1:01:58]
>> Okay.
[1:02:00]
>> And it did.
[1:02:02]
I don't know who she looked at. Will you
[1:02:06]
comment here too earlier in the week? I
[1:02:08]
guess somebody's well dry or
[1:02:11]
[clears throat]
[1:02:15]
» good.
[1:02:16]
>> And I know we've been filling up totes
[1:02:18]
or
[1:02:20]
we're starting to give out more drinking
[1:02:22]
water now that people wells
[1:02:24]
[clears throat] are really dry like no
[1:02:27]
water. So
[1:02:33]
[snorts]
[1:02:34]
>> I for public
[1:02:41]
question.
[1:02:41]
>> Yes.
[1:02:42]
>> Um the four-wheeler um trails or roads.
[1:02:46]
Is there a set
[1:02:48]
streets that are accessible to four
[1:02:51]
wheelers?
[1:02:52]
>> I'm sorry. I I say it again. The roads
[1:02:56]
that were approved for four-wheelers,
[1:02:59]
do you know what they were? Are the
[1:03:01]
names of the roads that four-wheelers
[1:03:03]
can run on between the trails?
[1:03:06]
>> You got we approved three, right?
[1:03:09]
>> FI Pawn Road, Hilltop,
[1:03:12]
and [clears throat] Purple, I believe it
[1:03:14]
was.
[1:03:15]
>> Okay.
[1:03:15]
>> Yeah.
[1:03:16]
>> Doesn't mean that that's all they're
[1:03:18]
running on because they're running on
[1:03:20]
all of them.
[1:03:21]
>> 234.
[1:03:23]
We only approved railroad
[1:03:25]
>> and they were supposed to come back and
[1:03:29]
ask for more
[1:03:31]
>> as they knew what they wanted to do and
[1:03:33]
they never come back.
[1:03:34]
>> It just seems to be a free-for-all
[1:03:36]
everywhere you go.
[1:03:39]
>> Nobody's stopping them because nobody
[1:03:41]
knows
[1:03:42]
>> what's what.
[1:03:43]
>> Well, somebody had had me ask and that's
[1:03:47]
all I know. Yeah. Yeah.
[1:03:50]
>> You can put the cameras up next to
[1:03:51]
Herbage, but they can't do anything
[1:03:53]
else. So,
[1:03:54]
>> they get they leave it off to the
[1:03:56]
cameras instead of the personnel. So,
[1:03:58]
>> yeah, I see it on camera. I don't care.
[1:04:00]
>> It's up. It's And it is up to the ECD
[1:04:03]
club to come and
[1:04:04]
>> ask which roads the town would let them
[1:04:08]
have
[1:04:10]
>> cuz within within a th000 ft, right, on
[1:04:13]
the trail
[1:04:13]
>> supposedly.
[1:04:17]
>> they can go on they can go and go
[1:04:19]
anywhere
[1:04:24]
» it's 1,000 ft from one trail entry to
[1:04:26]
another trail entry right
[1:04:31]
» lose a lot
[1:04:40]
» anything else
[1:04:44]
Do you hear Jackson legal on who owns
[1:04:46]
the property once the lean expires
[1:04:49]
the town or the person you're sitting
[1:04:50]
on?
[1:04:52]
>> What lean? No one on that trailer.
[1:04:59]
[clears throat]
[1:05:00]
>> You ain't dead yet?
[1:05:02]
>> Nope.
[1:05:03]
>> You ain't going to either.
[1:05:06]
>> I don't know. I don't control the
[1:05:07]
lawyers.
[1:05:09]
>> Garden state. You're going to own it.
[1:05:12]
then we'll own it.
[1:05:13]
>> I follow through.
[1:05:15]
>> If that's what if that's what the legal
[1:05:17]
precedent is, then that's what it is. I
[1:05:19]
mean, we'll go by what the what the law
[1:05:22]
says. So,
[1:05:22]
>> now we have to go by what the state
[1:05:24]
says, too.
[1:05:26]
>> Well, that's what I said.
[1:05:28]
>> That was supposed to expire 18 months
[1:05:30]
after the first lean was put on.
[1:05:33]
Is that a lot?
[1:05:41]
» As far as I know, we're still waiting on
[1:05:42]
volume.
[1:05:43]
>> Huh?
[1:05:44]
>> As far as I know, we're still waiting on
[1:05:45]
a lawyer.
[1:05:46]
>> Yeah. So, I don't know when you'll get
[1:05:48]
it.
[1:05:49]
>> It will be brought up in a meeting.
[1:05:51]
>> Huh?
[1:05:51]
>> It will be brought up in a meeting. Yes.
[1:05:57]
» And I wish people would speak up cuz I
[1:05:59]
can't hear.
[1:06:03]
Well, I have a hearing problem, too. And
[1:06:05]
so when when when I speak, as far as I'm
[1:06:08]
concerned, I'm yelling right now.
[1:06:11]
>> No, you're speaking just right.
[1:06:12]
>> Okay. So So as far as I'm concerned, I'm
[1:06:14]
yelling. You know how it works. But
[1:06:16]
because because I have a problem with
[1:06:18]
one ear, I think I'm yelling all the
[1:06:20]
time. So I'm talking like this because
[1:06:22]
as far as I'm concerned, I'm talking
[1:06:24]
normal.
[1:06:25]
>> So I mean, she's she's complained about
[1:06:27]
it, too. I'm trying.
[1:06:30]
>> Yeah. I mean, that's obvious too, not
[1:06:33]
[clears throat] just you.
[1:06:34]
>> No,
[1:06:36]
I have to keep asking them what to say.
[1:06:41]
» There's old people in here.
[1:06:44]
>> Yeah, there's old people in here.
[1:06:47]
>> That's right.
[1:06:49]
>> I'm probably not your age, but I don't
[1:06:52]
think you are. You're both going.
[1:06:56]
[laughter]
[1:06:58]
I will. Good Lord willing. I will.
[1:07:02]
>> Anyway, anything else from the
[1:07:04]
>> Yes, sir. to the whole board.
[1:07:08]
>> Your
[1:07:10]
town logo.
[1:07:13]
Uh
[1:07:15]
that ends September 11th
[1:07:18]
to be submitted.
[1:07:20]
>> Yes.
[1:07:22]
>> And it's Friday.
[1:07:23]
>> Yep.
[1:07:25]
have package coming hopefully be
[1:07:27]
delivered Thursday or Friday for sure
[1:07:31]
for that
[1:07:33]
in your town office ain't open no more
[1:07:36]
>> I'd like to know what the board would
[1:07:38]
like to do relating there too
[1:07:44]
» Oh yeah because you guys closed the
[1:07:45]
Fridays to the public but they're still
[1:07:47]
open they still
[1:07:52]
» was being delivered to him I
[1:07:54]
Yes. Delivered to me, but it has to be
[1:07:57]
submitted here. Correct.
[1:07:59]
