[3:43] I'm going to work on something for the

[3:44] attorney cost. I'm trying to find out

[3:45] what the legalities of that are and I

[3:47] may be bringing you guys something that

[3:48] we need to put in some fees for MDAs and

[3:51] water and stuff like that. Should we

[3:53] charge the developers because we're

[3:55] paying for that now and we don't have no

[3:56] growth and and potentially could fall

[3:58] apart and they don't ever grow and we

[4:00] spent the money. So

[4:32] at it and coming up with uh trying to uh

[4:36] get all the roads in Apple Valley where

[4:37] we think they're going to need to be

[4:38] based on the development. Uh, we got the

[4:40] water tank plants from Aulturoka

[4:42] engineers. I reviewed it. Um, Dan

[4:45] reviewed it, Nate reviewed it. We had a

[4:47] few minor changes. We sent that back to

[4:50] them yesterday, I believe it was. And he

[4:52] said he should have that back to us in

[4:54] no time. From there, we shouldn't have

[4:56] any hold back. They'll get the final

[4:58] quote from the contractor and hopefully

[5:00] we can start going on that water tank.

[5:03] So, of course, it's like anything else

[5:04] to take longer than we thought. But, um,

[5:08] I had another meeting, just to let you

[5:09] guys know, too. I had another meeting

[5:11] with Chief Bradley. Mayor Jessup went up

[5:13] to Salt Lake for us and talked to

[5:16] whoever is in charge of the court system

[5:17] and made sure that they would approve us

[5:20] switching court systems from the county

[5:22] over to the Hillale court system so we

[5:25] can bring in the Hilldale PD. So, we're

[5:27] going to put together some contracts and

[5:29] stuff and I'll bring it you guys. We may

[5:31] even have to do a work meeting depending

[5:32] how complicated they are. Um it's a big

[5:35] decision. Um it's about $100,000 a year

[5:39] to have our own PD with Hillell, have a

[5:42] dedicated officer on the highway, have

[5:44] them responding over here. But the chief

[5:47] thinks with uh our citations being

[5:51] handled properly and us getting the

[5:52] credit for the citations that are

[5:54] written out on the highway, we should be

[5:55] able to recover that. Uh it's going to

[5:57] be close. So I'm working with him to

[5:59] make sure that happens. So re we're

[6:01] already paying the sheriff's department

[6:02] 20,000 which will cut that off. So we'll

[6:04] have to recover 80,000. Um but we will

[6:07] literally have our own I mean they'll

[6:09] they going to redo patches redo the

[6:10] branding on the cars. It'll be Hilldale

[6:18] dedicated officer on the highway is the

[14:53] it was. They just wanted to spread them

[14:55] out a little more. And to do that they

[14:58] had to get the space instead of taking

[14:59] away some of the open space. So they

[15:01] because I really like their open space

[15:02] they said they'll get rid of four

[15:04] residential lot. So it went from 54 lot

[15:06] down to 50 and they just spread the

[15:08] cabinets out. Um, there is also some

[15:11] wording on there. If you look at it,

[15:12] it's in purple. This is some stuff to do

[15:15] with the PID. They sent this to us. I

[15:18] read it. I put it in AI. It was a I

[15:20] tried to save us money when I can with

[15:22] the attorney, but it was a little over

[16:00] as the bond and it's common. It's not

[16:03] our attorney told me it's not this is

[16:08] the bond. So, if you want to read
