[11:40] and the resolution goes like this. Whereas one of the objectives of

[11:45] Brookville redevelopment commission is to invest and fund economic development.

[11:49] Whereas the town of Brookville has requested Brook Redevelopment Commission

[11:53] for services provided by Main Street Brookville Inc. related to business

[11:57] attraction and retention. Whereas the town of Brookville has budgeted and made

[12:02] distribution to Main Street Brookville Inc. the sum of $24,000.

[12:07] Whereas the propeller redevelopment commission has budgeted and desires to

[12:10] pay the sum of $24,000 for services related to business attraction and

[12:14] retention for budget year 2025. Now therefore be it resolved by the

[12:20] Brookville redevelopment commission that that for the aforementioned reasons the

[12:25] clerk treasurer may distribute the summer $24,000 to Main Street Brookville

[12:29] Inc. or services related to business attraction and retention.

[12:34] This resolution is effective on passage. Entertain a motion.
