[12:16] distinctly challenging as we move to the

[12:18] end of the grant life and final

[12:19] construction. Um the LWRP is a

[12:23] timeintensive

[12:25] process right now and requires a great

[12:27] deal of coordination with um the

[12:29] department of state engineers and soon

[12:32] the construction contractor.

[12:35] Uh it would be beneficial to set the New

[12:37] York forward up with some consistency.

[12:40] Now um because all of the engineering

[12:43] and design under New York forward um

[12:47] comes out of our comes out of our match.

[12:49] Everything that has been completed thus

[12:51] far, we have had to pay for out of that

[12:54] $1 million um uh ban.

[12:58] So, we have not filed anything yet under

[13:01] New York Forward.

[13:05] What I'm proposing is that we I've

[13:07] looked high and low for someone to take

[13:11] on just the administr

[13:38] building the plane while she's trying to

[13:44] she doesn't have the background in grant

[13:51] McCllum was one of the final um the

[13:54] final uh contestants um proposal. Yeah,

[14:07] better service with more than one person

[14:10] that we were dealing with because we

[14:12] were coming off a oneperson consulting

[14:18] second. She she scored very well by not.

[28:18] this for you, uh, for about seven grand.

[31:30] it's a volatile market right now. You

[31:31] know, a week from now, it could be it

[31:33] could be higher. But they go out, they

[31:35] go nationwide. Um, they'll find a bank.

[31:40] Uh, and then they will give us at least

[31:43] three choices of of um banks to go with,

[31:48] try to get the most bang for our buck.

[31:51] And this is for the water district 7 ban

[31:54] for 4.5

[31:59] I think it's yeah it's like 4.389 or
