[3:26:27] Lower Elkhorn Basin Levee Setback Project (Kyle Bickler, Senior Engineer, Systemwide Multi-Benefit Initiatives, Department of Water Resources)--Informational briefing on the proposed 7-mile levee setback project along the north bank of the Sacramento Bypass and east bank of the Yolo Bypass. This levee setback project will be seeking consideration of an encroachment permit at the February Board meeting.
