[20:45] reimbursement in. In the grand

[20:46] mention that because it

[20:48] represents a fairly significant

[20:48] compass meant or turnaround on

[20:50] the part of the library.

[20:52] Those of you that were on the

[20:56] council, let's say three years

[20:59] ago, we will remember that

[21:00] state funding for our library

[21:06] system was actually in jeopardy

[21:06] because of the economic

[21:07] downturn in the amount of

[21:08] budgeting in the entire city

[21:20] interlibrary loan sharing

[21:21] service in jeopardy.

[21:27] It was threatened to be taken

[22:52] they call it an erp enterprise

[23:06] massive transition in our

[23:22] this was recognized before the

[23:23] city council, and we will say

[23:39] purchasing system, with our new

[23:41] software, we are putting in a

[23:42] functional service order system

[23:45] which I think will serve the

[23:56] that we have had over the past

[24:01] years on the cards for

[24:03] purchasing.

[24:04] Those peak cards have worked

[24:08] for purchasing but they don't

[24:09] provide the clear accounting

[24:13] want to have.
