[2:56] got kind of logistically everything in

[2:58] place. If we get this through to start

[3:00] this easement work hopefully Tuesday and

[3:03] get it done as quickly as possible. And

[3:05] once this easement work is the final

[3:07] touch and then we'll be able to pave the

[3:09] road for Northstar.

[6:46] going to train when he I think it's a

[6:48] better contract overall going forward.
